Food top service OK, Service ambience and food very good. However, the staff can't keep up with refills at the main time, but it's still recommended It's been many years since the original post is 10 years old. New is not always better. Ambiance is nice. Food is bad. Service is unfriendly. It's a shame.

We always enjoy coming here, and for my child the robot service robot is always a special highlight. The restaurant is very clean, child-friendly and offers a welcoming atmosphere. After the renovation it looks even cozier and more attractive. We feel completely at home here and look forward to every visit.

Endlich wieder geöffnet. Nach dem Umbau sieht es wunderschön aus. die Speisen sind schön angerichtet ..Alles super frisch , grosse Auswahl. Sehr nette Bedienungen.. Leute geht hin und lasst es Euch schmecken, es lohnt sich.

What should you expect when there is such a huge restaurant there, more mass than class. There isn't much of the Chinese flair left, there are others if you're looking for something like that. It's cheap, nothing special in terms of taste, the atmosphere leaves a lot to be desired, the plum wine is served in a microwave-heated dessert glass. Experience gastronomy looks different.

Arrive at 1:30 p.m. at the rest of the place... the rests, the bacs de victuailles ne sont plus approvisionnés, (plus de nems, les preparations viandes et volailles practical vides) pourtant the prix des repas reste le même. J'ai emmené des amis découvrir le lieu que je fréquente plusieurs fois par an, j'étais pour le moins que l'on puisse dire gêné par this situation. Je ne pense pas y returner. Arriving at 1:30 p.m., all that's left is... the leftovers, the food containers are no longer filled (no more spring rolls, the meat and poultry preparations are practically empty) and the price of the meals remains the same. I took friends to discover the place I visit several times a year. This situation was embarrassing to say the least. I don't think I will go back there.

The buffet is no longer as richly stocked as when it first opened, and the owners have changed their policy of stocking the buffet and have become very unfriendly towards the customer, and moreover the quality is no longer there. you, it looks like everything is reheated already! Highly recommended for those who like to have digestion problems afterwards... We went back, once again, thinking that things could go wrong! But.....never stop there again, my stomach is not vaccinated against diseases!

I find it impossible and unprofessional - there is no information or information about the current situation! The restaurant is under construction! And it definitely won't take a few days! Our arrival over 70 km was free!

It's a shame that there are no opening times or current renovation measures listed on Google. It's unnecessary to drive over 30 km to find a note on the door.

Everything was good, but it was too crowded and too loud, especially children where they were running and where they were helping themselves at the buffet. That's not possible, the restaurant can't do anything about it, but parents should be able to monitor their children or stay at home.

Disclaimer: was the only place open on Monday after 21:00. Should have known better and stay hungry. Why does this place even exist? If it's not greasy, it's dry. Taste is a memory that never existed. Service is non existing.

I was there with my wife and children. Normally a buffet is open there and you pay per person. I think €15.50 or something like that at first. They suggested where we should sit. Two of them were watching our children the whole time, what they were eating and in the end we were told yes, children are not allowed to take them everywhere and so on. So I find that embarrassing and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Thanks

Great buffet and nice service. Were there at 7:30 p.m. and it was wonderfully quiet and still well attended. Food was fantastic and nice and warm.

I agree, the food is good but the staff is very annoying. They kept looking at us and talking in Chinese. Afterwards they went around and told us to make sure everyone was finished eating. I understand that they don't want to waste food, but I just want to eat instead of being looked at and forced to eat. We weren't treated well either, probably because we are teenagers, but we are also human and want humane treatment. Please hire friendly, non-judgmental staff.

We were there on Saturday at 6:30 p.m. without making a reservation. Got a nice table (1), very friendly service, quick to reorder drinks (robot +++) We were already regular guests before Corona but the buffet now deserves +5 stars. We recommend !!!!!

nous y sommes allaient dans ce chinois à 4, accueillis vaguement par une dame qui nous propose donc une table jusque la rien d'alarment. Le restaurant est très jolie et a une belle décoration. nous commandons à boire. Nous étant Français les carafes d'eau en France sont gratuites alors que en Allemagne elles sont payantes ( 5,50). Pas grand choix en therme de nourriture, les sauces ne sont pas étiquetaient. Quand nous sommes passaient au dessert il n'y avait presque plus rien il était 21h et il restait encore un peu de monde... les glaces non plus ne sont pas étiquetais... Mon papa décide donc d'alertait un servant concernant les dessert... Rien ne bouge et toujours pas de dessert en bref ce de France sont bien mieux mais nous faisons avec ce que l'on a !

It's a real shame The boss also leaves a lot to be desired. As soon as we sat down we were immediately asked what we wanted to drink and how we wanted to pay... You immediately notice that it's all about the money and if you say that you want to pay by card you are immediately treated mediocre. We also felt very watched by the boss. She walked past several times and looked at us. The neighboring table (probably regular guests) was greeted very warmly and asked several times whether the food was good or whether they needed anything else, etc. This wasn't the case with us and I thought it was a real shame that they weren't even asked at the end how we liked it is… it was just cashed in and done. This is not the first time that we have been treated so dismissively. The food is great, but I really don't like this condescending treatment. The waitress who cleared the tables was 100 times friendlier than the boss and at least gave us a smile when we picked up the empty plates. It's a real shame that the waiters can do it but the boss can't. That's why there were no tips, because when you're treated like that you don't feel comfortable. Towards the end I also had the feeling that they were waiting for us to leave. The food was great but after such a treatment you feel unwell and that has happened more often.

We went to the Panda several times. But the last visit we were very disappointed. 7 of us had dinner. At the same time we put the plates next to each other to grill. One person got it about 10 minutes later and the others had to wait another 25 minutes. The Pekin soup was too spicy and you couldn't eat it. The rest didn't look inviting either. The dessert was empty. Too bad

A little disappointed, we arrive for lunch at 2 p.m. The restaurant closes at 3 p.m., but the choice of dishes is limited because in certain bins, there is nothing left and they do not restock! At 2:50 p.m., order a coffee and then we are told that it closes in 10 minutes. This is Germany!

We went there on a public holiday in Germany so full payment, the staff is not very friendly and it's a robot who brings you the drinks.

Leider muss man 1 Stern geben. Das essen ist echt in Ordnung aber die Bedienung und das Personal ist schrecklich habe trinken bestellt nach 30 Minuten musste ich vor gehen und mir selbst nochmal etwas bestellen da ich nie etwas bekommen habe. Mit dem bezahlen der Rechnung war es noch schlimmer ich musste 4 mal sagen dass ich gerne zahlen würde und 40 Minuten warten bis jemand kam.

What a great restaurant with super friendly and honest staff. I lost a 100 euro note there. I called after 1-2 hours and asked if anyone had found it. The staff found it and gave it back to me. I'm glad that there are still honest people like this staff and the boss, thank you very much!

Après quelques années sans retourner dans ce self, nous y sommes retournés ce jour. Niveau décor rien n’a changé. Bien que la quantité soit gargantuesque, la qualité n’est plus au rendez-vous. Une sorte de nem, de hakao et le reste c’est de la friture commune. Même plus de nougat chinois. De plus la qualité est devenue déplorable même si c’est joliment présenté. Dommage

I love the concept of an all-you-can-eat buffet! Pleasant space with sumptuous decor. Today, the waitresses seemed in a hurry: the plates, glasses, coffee had barely finished: they were clearing away. My husband had barely finished his coffee when his cup was taken away. Me not having finished; I sped up to finish. This gave the impression that we had to hurry to finish in order to quickly leave. It rather bothered me personally. Except the other times we came, it was cooler.

Das Büfett war heute wieder KLASSE. Gute Auswahl an frischem Gemüse,Fisch und Fleisch, es wird gut zubereitet. Das Nachspeise Büfett lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Bedienung war auch sehr freundlich. Also geht es selbst testen.. Ich komme wieder

If you value quality, you've come to the wrong place. I tested 3 different types of meat hoping to find something tasty. Whether duck, beef, chicken...everything is inedible. The sweet and sour sauce was also totally over-seasoned. Until now I had always found something that was very tasty in such places, but not here at all. Not recommended. I'd rather go to the small local Asian restaurant and order a la carte and be happy to pay more for good quality. Unfortunately, here it's cheap, inexpensive canteen food. Not more.

During my recent visit to your restaurant, I encountered unsatisfactory service. Despite raising concerns, the staff's subsequent behavior, particularly ignoring our complaints, was disheartening. Enhancing communication and addressing customer issues promptly would significantly improve the overall dining experience.

Die anfängliche Vorfreude auf ein gastronomisches Erlebnis im China Restaurant "Panda" wurde durch gemischte Gefühle überschattet. Zunächst beeindruckte das Buffet mit einer Vielzahl köstlicher Speisen. Leider nahm die Qualität des Besuchs eine drastische Wendung, als eine Beschwerde von unserem Tisch aus laut wurde. Es ist bedauerlich zu berichten, dass die Reaktion des Personals auf diese Beschwerde äußerst enttäuschend war. Anstatt sich aktiv um eine Lösung zu bemühen, wurden wir regelrecht ignoriert. Dies führte zu einer spürbaren Verschlechterung des Services. Die Wartezeit auf bestellte Getränke und schließlich auf die Rechnung zog sich unverhältnismäßig in die Länge, was die Gesamterfahrung erheblich trübte. Die Tatsache, dass Gäste nach einer Beschwerde derart vernachlässigt werden, wirft ernsthafte Fragen zur Kundenorientierung des Restaurants auf. Es ist zu hoffen, dass das Management diese Problematik ernst nimmt und Schritte unternimmt, um die Servicequalität zu verbessern. Die Kundenbindung leidet, wenn Gäste nach einer Beschwerde derartig schlecht behandelt werden. In Anbetracht dieser Erfahrung zögere ich, das China Restaurant "Panda" weiterzuempfehlen. Eine nachhaltige Verbesserung des Kundenservice und eine proaktive Herangehensweise bei Beschwerden könnten jedoch zu einer positiveren Einschätzung führen. Es bleibt zu hoffen, dass künftige Gäste eine angenehmere und respektvollere Behandlung erfahren.

Essen ist für den Preis völlig in Ordnung. Die Auswahl ist reichlich.

Nous sommes arrivé à 20h45 pas d’accueil Personne parlait français on a demander au serveur s’il parlait français ou anglais pour nous aider et nous a répondu que non en anglais . A peine arriver pas le temps de sassoir elle nous demande déjà ce qu’on veux boire . Les plats étaient sec pas de sauce pour le wok . Fromage pas frais . Personne nous explique où sont les couvert et les sauces pour les wok . Une heure après notre arrivée elle viens à table pour demander si tout va bien et nous montre qu’il ferme dans 20 minutes et qu’on doit vite manger . Au milieu de notre plat 15 minutes avant la fermeture elle viens avec le TPE pour nous demander de payer alors qu’on a pas terminé . On a pas eu notre dessert ils ont éteint les lumières et limite nous virer . Honteux

No esta mal, variedad de comida, pero no es gran cosa, si prefieres la cantidad respecto a la calidad, este es un buen sitio. Menu 15€ aprx, bebidas 4-5€ mas y café 3€ aprx.
