Pizzeria Da Erol in Kehl

My husband and I had dinner there today. And we didn't understand the bad reviews. The service was sweet and the food (spaghetti with anchovies, capers, olives and tomato sauce) was delicious! We'd love to come back🥰 Greetings Michi and Tris

So that was my first and last time in the pizzeria Not only did the waitress not understand me, she only spoke French. Not me. She brought the completely wrong salad and since communication was very difficult, I just took it. There were two short black hairs in the salad 🥹 I'm blonde and long-haired, and so is my friend. I complained about that, well they offered me something else. I definitely lost my appetite when there was hair in my food. The awakening came with the bill. I had to pay in full for this salad that I hadn't touched. The waitress pointed towards the chef and shrugged her shoulders. Never again

The music is meh... the meal was very good for me, bruschetta and penne alverdure (too many Parcontre peas) otherwise very very good. The Parcontre long service.

Pizzeria in Kehl next to the church. Beautiful little shaded outdoor terrace as well. Very well stocked menu, there is everything, pizzas, pastas, meats. Very friendly waitress who takes great care of the customers. Beer in 50cl at €4.20, inexpensive compared to France. Pizza Da Erol well stocked but it's not an Italian pizza. The dough is good but doesn't look like it was handmade. It is nevertheless good. Dessert 3 scoops of ice cream, classic but still just as good. Nothing to complain about except just missing the artisanal side of the pizza.

At the beginning they tried hard. The more you came, the more natural you became. The fact that you are the paying guest is often forgotten here. Salad with turkey breast strips could be very tasty if the turkey breast wasn't fried to death. Pizza is OK, pasta is al dente. Balsamic cream on almost every dish doesn't seem to have caught on with the chef as it is very outdated and out of date. The service girls are very nice and friendly. The chef thinks he is a star chef. And please don't complain because the paying guest is wrong.
