We went to this Asian restaurant yesterday. We paid a lot for the food but unfortunately it was inedible. We had to wait about 30 minutes for the food. My friend left some food on her plate. The owner said it was fine, but an employee yelled at us and even gestured with her hand. Still, my friend said she would happily pay for the extra. This was really disrespectful and even though we were regulars I don't think we will be coming back.

I don't recommend it, they are too rude. I went to my husband and asked him the difference between the menu and the buffet to decide which was better. And the man left us talking alone and left in a very rude manner. We left immediately

Never again!!! We have never received a bad attitude in our lives. There is a terrible woman there who, after a 5-minute argument, made us pay for our child, who is not yet 3 years old. Apparently we should have brought a passport! After settling in, we ordered drinks and they came when we had already finished lunch. During this time there was a row in the lounge and one person left the room. The food was almost always sold out. We didn't get a receipt in the end either! Don't stress yourself out so much, don't go there!

For €11.50, the buffet selection at lunchtime is completely sufficient. The taste was okay, but lukewarm as is often the case at buffets. Sushi either vegetarian or with surimi. The pieces of cake for dessert were still frozen, but luckily there were a few flavors of ice cream to choose from. The service staff were very friendly and empty plates were cleared away quickly.

Addendum to the answer from the restaurant: 1. If you look closely, there were 3 pieces of duck meat taken from the whole table and they weren't eaten because the duck wasn't crispy. 2. For information: First you should present the invoice so that customers can view it. The customer then decides how to pay this. In a good restaurant you always receive a bill first! 3. Nobody pointed out to us that children under 3 years old don't have to pay. This is only found out through our own research. They just told us that children only have to pay half! What else can you say about Asian cuisine, what is the reason why the quality and service has deteriorated so much, I'm really surprised at all the negative experiences I've read here that are rated with one star. I went there to eat about once a week on my lunch break for a few months. Until recently I had nothing to complain about. I always ordered a lunch menu without a drink (not a buffet). Food came quickly, service was friendly, payment was easy too. I always greeted, thanked and said goodbye in a friendly manner. When I last went there during my lunch break (10-15 minute walk), it was packed. There were people standing or walking around in the entrance area and no employee was anywhere to be seen. Since I don't have much time during my lunch break, I went further into the restaurant and found two empty tables for two people each on the side, where I have eaten several times. As soon as I sat down, a middle-aged couple came up with the waitress (whom I know well from my previous visits) and pointed at me saying, "She was there after us! She came after us!" The couple appeared to have been waiting at the entrance to be assigned a table. They didn't have a reservation. Since I didn't mean any harm and didn't want to be disrespectful, I stood up and gave my seat to the couple. As I said, another table for two was also unoccupied. The waitress was obviously annoyed and told me that I couldn't just walk into the restaurant and that I always had to wait in the entrance area until an employee showed me to the table. By the way, that's not written anywhere. On my numerous other visits it always somehow worked. That day was very busy and confusing and I didn't have much time during my lunch break. There was no waitress in sight when I arrived. The service (or owner?) was neither understanding nor friendly. He didn't offer me another seat or apologize that there might be no seats left. Instead I had to ask him if he had room for one person. His answer was terse, “No.” Then I asked if that meant I could just leave. Answer: "Yes". I calmly asked if they really didn't have room for one person anymore and if they were really serious that I should just leave. Another quick confirmation. Finally, I explained that if this is the way this restaurant treats customers and they seem to have enough customers, I won't be going there at all in the future. This was also confirmed by the waitress without any regrets. Again: I have almost always had to deal with this same service on my previous visits. That day I realized that the restaurant doesn't really care about the customers and their satisfaction as long as they pay. Their reputation doesn’t seem to matter at all either. If I had been treated kindly, I too would have understood. So I almost felt like a felon and completely unwanted. The way the Asia Palace responded to some of the negative comments here also confirms my experience. I will never go there again and will advise anyone else who plans to do so as well. We ended up here while passing through. Very, very good food and enough choice for a great price (€11.90 buffet). Service is on point, plates are always cleared and there is always fresh water for the ice cream scoop! The Cola zero is also worth mentioning. It's rare to get such a fresh one, right fizzy drink. On the sign (see photo) there is no indication of additional payment if drinks are missing. The price of €20.90 is clearly stated as the price for “dinner” (Tuesday-Friday). Charging an additional fee because a person doesn't want to drink is unfair and illogical. Restaurants must clearly inform customers of any additional charges on signage.

Gutes Essen. Der Lieferservice ist allerdings ständig deaktiviert. Warum dann überhaupt eine Lieferung anbieten?..

Leider waren wir ziemlich enttäuscht. Bereits um 19.45 Uhr gab es kein Sushi mehr, wurde auch nicht mehr aufgefüllt. Pommes für die Kinder waren auch schnell weg und es wurden keine mehr nachgereicht. Auch bei den Sachen zum Grillen war die Auswahl gering. Unter diesen Umständen stimmt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht, schade!

Meiner Meinung nach ist es ein Restaurant wo man ab und zu mal hingehen kann aber ich finde man könnte ein größeres Angebot an Essen anbieten um dem Restaurant mehr Vielfalt zu bieten dennoch sind wir öfters da wir warten auf einen Rabatt Gutschein. LG

An diesem Tag eine ziemliche Katastrophe. Viel zu viele Leute eng auf eng in einem Raum. Kaum Platz für einen Kinderwagen .. Andere Gruppe mit 30 Leuten einmal am Buffet gewesen, danach war das komplette Buffet leer, die Küche ist nicht wirklich nachgekommen. Zudem kaum eine Bedienung da gewesen zwecks Getränkebestellung. Pluspunkt - unser Tisch wurde ständig abgeräumt von Aushilfspersonal. Essen , was übrig geblieben ist für uns ging so... Mongolischer Grill dermaßen überfüllt, und die Atmosphäre so schlimm und laut, dass wir freiwillig nach 30 Minuten gegangen sind.

Das Buffet ist einfach überteuert, nicht zu empfehlen und nichts besonderes. Personal sehr zurückhaltend wegen fehlender Sprachkenntnisse.

Absolutely loads of choice for the kids and there wasn't a complaint from any of the youngsters who, would normally stick with what they knew, were really happy to try new things. Buffetauswahl ist hervorragend, Vegetarisch, Verschiedenes Fleisch, Große Beilagenauswahl. Dir Dessertauswahl und die Früchte mit Schokoladenbrunnen sind klasse. Mittags-buffet war sehr lecker.

Waren am Sonntag Buffet essen, alles war sehr lecker, ua Mongolisch, allerdings kein Sushi. Inzwischen vergleichsweise teuer.

Mittagsbuffet sehr empfehlenswert. Alles wird frisch zubereitet, wenn etwas aus ist wird zeitnah aufgefüllt. Grosse Auswahl, zum Mittagbuffet gehören auch frisches Obst/Konservenobst, Schokoladenbrunnen sowie Eis.

Hat sich schwer gemacht. War ein wirklich toller Abend heute mit tollem Essen! Riesiges Buffet mit enorm vielfältiger Auswahl an Vor- Haupt- und Nachspeisen. Und alles war aufgefüllt und lecker! Gibt sicherlich auch mal Tage, an denen sie mit auffüllen nicht hinterher kommen..Jedoch spricht das ja nur für ein volles Haus und gute Qualität! Kann dieses Restaurant wärmstens empfehlen!

Wir waren unter der Woche dort. Service war flink und angemessen. Parkplätze sind vorhanden. Das Ambiente ist klassisch Asia Buffet. Nun zum Essen: Auswahl an Buffet und Grill war für mich ausreichend. Dürfte jeder etwas finden. Das Essen war sehr gut und hat frisch geschmeckt. Klar zu empfehlen! Nachtisch war ebenfalls ausreichend vorhanden. Die einzige Kritik die ich habe: das Buffet sollte häufiger aufgefüllt werden. Es war recht schnell wie ich fand vieles leer und das blieb es leider auch. Vielleicht lag es daran, dass es unter der Woche war. Darf aber normal keine Rolle spielen. Sollte der Umstand behoben werden, mein liebster Asiate im Umkreis! Klar zu empfehlen.

Erstes Mal mit der Familie zum Buffet am Sonntag gewesen. Preis ist Eur 21,90 pro Person, Getränke extra. Auswahl war gross vor allem an Gerichten, die individuell gegrilled werden wie Muscheln, Fisch, Schrimps, Huhn, Schwein, Rind, Tintenfisch, etc. Ausserdem Sushi und gute Auswahl an bereits zubereiteten Gerichten. Als Nachspeisen gab es Früchte, Kuchen, Eis, Schokofondue. Waren pappesatt danach.

Essen war gut. Auswahl gab es auch reichlich.

Wir waren heute in Villingen-Schwenningen und haben dort Mittagspause gemacht. Komplette Enttäuschung. Die Gerichte sind entweder zu salzig oder zu scharf. Sehr wenig Auswahl. Sauber.

Das Essen ist sehr gut, Buffet wird regelmäßig aufgefüllt, was ich toll finde, ist das sie Gebühren für zurückgebene Teller mit Essen verlangen, ( besser zwei mal gehen, als viel draufpacken und nicht essen)

Wenn man günstig essen möchte hier ist es super... aber bitte nicht so viel erwarten.

Das Essen ist top. Am Buffet gibt es eine große Auswahl an Speisen und am Wochenende kann man sich frisch etwas am mongolischen Grill machen lassen. Besser man reserviert dann vorher einen Tisch, da der Andrang groß ist. Der Preis ist mit 19,90€ angemessen. Nur finde ich schade, dass bereits auch Kinder ab 10 Jahren diesen Preis zahlen müssen. Da könnte man eine andere Regelung finden.

Beschämend, total unfreundlich. Kann sich es erlauben, zahlende wegzuschickende ohne ein wirklichen Grund. Ich werde jeden davon abraten hinzugehen der sich wohlfühlen möchte. Habe Mongolische Teller zum grillen abgegeben nach eine stunde warte zeit habe icch einköllner gefragt warum muss ich so lange auf mein teller warten lapidare antwort das kann nicht sein als ich ein person als bestätigung herbei hollen wollte wurde mir wortwörtlich gesagt wenn es mir nicht passt soll ich anders essen gehen und anscheinend war der besitzer der mich so abgefertigt hatt und dass bei eine preis von 27 Euro also bedienung ein ungenügend qualität mässig es gibt in raum Rottweil Villingen viel bessere Asiaten finger weg

Wir haben aufgrund Corona Essen zum Abholen bestellt. Beilagen, Hauptspeise und Dessert. Der Preis war super fair, die Portionen wirklich üppig! Und es wurde noch etwas aufs Haus hineingetan. Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend

We hebben de specialiteit Knusperige ente mit Thai curry gegeten en deze was zeer lekker.. De eend was knapperig en zeer mals. Groenten knapperig en zeer vers.. Ook vriendelijke bediening. Het buffet zag er ook zeer lekker uit. Het restaurant is zeer gezellig ingericht. Echt een aanrader.

Schöne Auswahl an Speisen. Alles schmeckt sehr gut nur die Speisen vom Buffet dürften etwas wärmer sein.
