The staff needs to learn some manners, especially how to speak to guests properly. One young man who works there, in particular, needs to work on his manners. The children's corner was closed, so the kids had to entertain themselves. My son was deliberately bumped into by the young man, who then yelled at him in a raised voice, telling him to sit down immediately. He even had the nerve to argue with me, even though I saw everything. If children are a nuisance in a restaurant, then you should state on your website that children are not welcome. That way, parents with children will know not to come to your establishment in the future. Payment is only accepted with German cards. It's not that difficult to add that to your website. Please update your system. These days, you can pay with any card, except at your restaurant. This was my first and last visit to this restaurant. I certainly won't be recommending it.

And how delicious these rice dishes are, O Chinese! How rich and immeasurable is the abundance of grains! If I were to count every grain of rice, they would be more numerous than the sand on the beach. But even if I had eaten them all, I would still be hungry for more, because the bill will come later 😀

We happened to be here on an all-you-can-eat day. The clientele was awful, with zero manners. There were children running around and chewing everywhere, and some guests were drinking from bottles (with their children still attached) and eating with their hands. The food was mediocre. The rice in the sushi was like porridge. The price was also exorbitant: €34 per person for a menu show. Sorry! This place really needs to change something about what happened.

We were here on Saturday, and it was packed, apparently because it was Saturday. With a maximum of 2.5 hours with an additional charge if you stay longer, which is understandable because of drinks, for example. And €30 all-inclusive with drinks, everyone rushes to the buffet immediately, which creates very long waiting times. The quality of the ready-made food at the buffet is very good, except for the Peking soup, which was too thick and lacked flavor for me. The freshly prepared dishes were also swapped at our table. That shouldn't happen! For example, because of intolerances. Besides, you naturally want to know what you put on your plate. Pieces of meat disappeared or were suddenly too many, for example. Here, the quality of the pieces of meat was unfortunately not cooked well, and also very tough; here, I'm referring to zebra and kangaroo meat. I suspect this is due to the sheer volume, due to the huge rush. I think this could be addressed by either staffing or rethinking the rules regarding the 2.5-hour limit or the all-inclusive drinks, for example, by taking drinks outside and making them pay extra. Unfortunately, it was very loud and "rushed" because of this. However, the friendliness and speed of the staff were very good! It still feels more like "speed dating" and "rushed." Therefore, the atmosphere wasn't particularly pleasant for me. We still enjoyed the evening together.

We went there on Saturday without a reservation, as my email went unanswered. We still got a table, which was pleasing. It was so busy that there were long waits for the ready-made dishes. Favorites, of course, were quickly sold out, especially the sushi. The fresh ingredients were also so busy that my plate didn't arrive for over an hour, and we were already leaving. In my opinion, a completely ill-conceived concept. Too many guests for too few ready-made dishes and too few staff to prepare the fresh ingredients. Perhaps we simply chose the wrong time for our visit. The icing on the cake, though the owner can't be blamed for this, were small, unsupervised children playing around with the chocolate fountain, holding wooden sticks with no ingredients underneath, licking them, and then immediately putting them back under. One of the children, however, looked more like she had put her mouth and hands under the fountain. I don't find that very inviting, so it would be nice if an employee kept an eye on things, because apparently some parents aren't really interested in what their kids are up to. Probably not bad when the store isn't packed. As it is, however, it's rather disappointing and not worth a further visit.

I didn't like it. Out of nine working days, they only paid for three. Pay was €5/hour. There were problems with the documents, there was no employment contract, we worked for "Honest Word," and apparently they lied to us about the tax number, too, because I didn't see one. They wash the trash cans with the same sponges they use for dishes; it's completely unsanitary. When cutlery falls on the floor, they simply put it back in the sauce or plate. The food trays are wiped with the same dirty rags they use to scrub tables, chair legs, and all other surfaces. I highly recommend this establishment for either work or dining unless you want to get food poisoning.

Great, we really liked it. My partner and I went on a Sunday for lunch. Despite the girl at reception not being very friendly, everything else was excellent. Since we didn't understand how the service worked, a young woman explained everything to us in English (which is appreciated as a tourist). She was very friendly, and even though we arrived and there wasn't much available, they told us they would gradually restock, and they did. We paid €26 per person with unlimited drinks (it's worth noting that they had brand-name drinks). You were also entitled to three beers or three glasses of wine, including desserts and a chocolate fountain, which was delicious, and coffee. I liked it, but if you want to eat quietly and enjoy the food, it's best not to go on holidays or weekends, as there would be a lot of people and you'd be more focused on eating than enjoying yourself. Otherwise, everything was great. UPDATE: Prices go up every year. This is my third time there, and they haven't stopped rising. We went on a Sunday at 6:00 PM, and after eating delicious food and drinking a lot, we paid €38. I have to say, when it's more expensive, there are more things to be said. Last time it was very disappointing, but this time it's improved considerably. And we also liked the customer service better than the other times we've been; they were much friendlier.

We've been there several times and it's always great. Everything is clean and beautifully presented. The price-performance ratio is right. A huge selection of soups, salads, main courses, and desserts. My personal highlights are the chocolate fountain (for dessert) with fresh fruit, the sushi, and the fresh station - here you can choose your own ingredients (raw meat, vegetables, etc.), and everything is freshly prepared and cooked for you. Everything is clean there, including the restrooms. The staff is friendly, and you can always find a parking space. As mentioned, there's a large selection of food, so there's something for everyone. Non-alcoholic drinks are included in the price. Highly recommended! We'd love to come back!

We go there very often. The prices are very reasonable, considering you can eat and drink whatever you want, even up to three alcoholic drinks per person. The food there is varied. From choosing your own food and having it cooked on the spot (evenings only) to ready-made items like fried noodles/rice, various sauces, spring rolls, etc. My absolute highlight is the sushi there, which is very delicious, and the chocolate fountain, which doesn't taste like your average chocolate. They also sometimes have different chocolates in it (sometimes milk chocolate, sometimes white chocolate). The desserts there are generally delicious, from ice cream to cakes to fresh fruit. The staff there are very friendly and quick. There's never a lot of food on the table, as they take empty plates and drinks away immediately. Everyone finds what they're looking for and goes home happy and full ♡

The food was very greasy and smelled strange, there were a lot of noisy children who were not being supervised, and an elderly Asian woman was taking everything off the table without asking us if we still needed it, and what was worse was her bad breath that took away all appetite, this is not a restaurant but some cheap eatery, -100/10. I went to the all-you-can-eat Gourmet Temple in the evening and was completely impressed! The selection is huge – from freshly prepared sushi to Chinese and Mongolian specialties to a wide selection of hot dishes and desserts. The quality of the food is particularly noteworthy: everything was fresh, flavorful, and lovingly prepared. The live grill (Mongolian BBQ) is a real highlight – you choose your own ingredients, and they are prepared right in front of you. The service was friendly and attentive, even though the restaurant was busy.

This restaurant doesn't have such good food. When I have to pay later, I say I definitely want cash. I would have said I have a credit card, and I would have said no. Mastercard also said no, but the food isn't that great either. The fish is always fried, one side is always black on the other side, but it's a shame I didn't take a photo.

The sushi was reasonable on the day we went, and we missed a few more shrimp or seaweed dishes. The atmosphere is pleasant and the service is good. Our less positive aspects are the price (€34 per person, including some drinks), which is a bit high, and the fact that we have to limit our stay to a maximum of two hours or we'll have to pay extra, something we found a bit unusual and had never experienced before. It's not that we think we need more than two hours to eat, but the fact that we're told right away is strange, to say the least, and we feel like we need to watch the clock during the meal, instead of eating and chatting casually.

We went to the lunch buffet. The food was quite good, the drinks selection was excellent, and you could help yourself to drinks from a refrigerator. The price was a bit high for a buffet restaurant, but still reasonable. Upon entering the restaurant, you receive a card with your table number. You then return this card to the receptionist and pay when you leave. I think it's a really cool system. We'll definitely come back and try the evening buffet.

Yesterday I went there for the second time in so many years, and I was very disappointed. The food itself wasn't bad at all; even though there wasn't much choice, it was quite good. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed because I had my children with me, and I felt like children weren't welcome there. Regardless of whether a child cried for a moment or banged a toy, the lady at the front of the cash register would immediately stand up, look strange, and slap her forehead. They're children, after all. We politely asked if the play area would be open, but the lady said no. We accepted her no, but unfortunately, the lady must assume that children don't sit still on a chair for two hours. The same goes for the other employees; every time they took our plates, they said something very quietly, so we couldn't hear them. I couldn't tell if it was some kind of insult. So very, very unfriendly and not recommended. That was the last time I went there. Considering we drove a long way, the price wasn't worth it. Just because a 2-year-old only ate 3 fries, we paid an extra 6 euros. So, paying 6 euros for a 2-year-old who only ate 3 fries on his mom's plate is pretty outrageous.

We absolutely love our stay here. It's all inclusive. The food is truly excellent. The fish is refrigerated very well and sustainably.

The service was excellent, but the food could be better. I hope there will be more vegan options in the future.

Staff very unfriendly and annoyed

The newspaper had already reported negatively about the restaurant and that the health department had found rotten meat in the kitchen (some of the thawed meat had been frozen again, the floor was dirty and there was food leftovers in the sink). We will no longer set foot in there. 🤢🤮 There is mass instead of class! Friends had already told us that after a visit there, they were in bed at home with stomach cramps and diarrhea. I strongly advise everyone not to go to this restaurant! It's a shame because my wife loves Chinese food. I'm surprised why the store wasn't closed. But there are definitely fewer guests, as you can see from the parked cars. Hands off!!!

The food was very good, especially the coconut soup! Update March 2, 2024 Tasty, but unfortunately the seats haven't been renovated for a long time. That's why a star is deducted. Update 7/24/21 As always, it is beautiful, tidy and delicious. Reservation also worked great (2 weeks in advance). They really work hard to make sure everything goes well. The boss even took part in the barbecue to make it go faster. The empty plates are quickly cleaned up. It was constantly checked whether the food should be refilled. We liked it, even though there was more going on after the reopening. The small surcharge is definitely okay. We'd love to come back. The only thing that could be improved is that the cleared plates are emptied and stacked somewhere behind the door, otherwise you will hear the crash again and again when you sit at a table opposite. 2019 I think the atmosphere and offerings are great!

OK... but the holiday buffet is WAY too expensive - about twice as much as a normal buffet. The all-you-can-drink is quite good, you have a large selection of drinks and you can even have alcohol. If you have too much money, this buffet is recommended - everyone else would be better off looking for normal-priced alternatives

The food, service, and ambiance were generally good. Unfortunately, cigarette smoke drifted into the dining room through the open door at the reception, which somewhat spoiled the experience. For this reason, I personally wouldn't visit the place again.

The different foods didn't taste good. The staff made an unmotivated, indifferent impression. We were in this "restaurant" for the first and last time.

Since we didn't have any ID for the children, we wanted to leave because they wanted to charge us adult prices (children 6,10,12 years old). Then we were insulted by the "lady" at the checkout and insulted with bad swear words and the best part was that I got a fist right in the face and all in front of 3 little girls who were completely scared that anyone who wanted to do something like that could go there. Of course, a report was filed. The police were on site and the rest will then be clarified in court

Unfortunately I can't describe this restaurant as good. I haven't seen anything special that's Asian except frog legs. Very little space to walk and not a large selection of food. Like a completely normal Chinese restaurant. I can offer Asia World in Friedrichshafen. There you have much more choice and a better location

As with all Asian-Chinese restaurants, the food is pretty much the same and quite ok, not bad but not particularly good either, good average.

Unfortunately, our visit to the Gourmet Tempel Schwenningen did not quite meet our expectations. The cold in the entrance area was particularly annoying. When the sliding door opens and closes, it becomes extremely drafty, especially when there is a lot going on. The radiant heaters that were set up didn't help either. That's why we would never want to sit there again, it pretty much ruined our evening. We were there in the evening and there is only a buffet, which is ok. The price of €34 per person including 3 drinks is fair. However, it was annoying that some fried foods were no longer refilled or were only added very slowly. What should be positively highlighted is the super friendly staff and the possibility of parking directly in front of the restaurant for free. The food tasted good, but the selection was larger and cheaper 5 years ago. Of course it's understandable that prices have increased now, but overall it wasn't the visit we were hoping for.

We were a large group of 20 people. Food is okay but nothing special! Some of the waitresses (the tattooed person) were very unfriendly! The heat in there was almost unbearable! Air conditioning would be appropriate! It was so unbearably hot that you weren't really hungry anymore and couldn't enjoy it! Whether this is intentional so that people don't stay as long or just a coincidence because the climate is broken, you can't tell. When you wanted to get a little fresh air with the small children at the open emergency exit door, the unfriendly waiter came and had a cheeky mouth that you couldn't stand out there. Then you should take care of the temperatures! In this heat you can certainly no longer talk about fresh food! If you want to eat sensibly and value quality, it's best to go somewhere else!

2025: Everything's fine. 2024 year: Frog legs are still The best. There is no quiet Chinese music. 2023 year: I still recommend it. Everything delicious. 2022 year: I've been going there for a few years, always for the buffet. You pay and eat and drink as much as you want. The food is delicious. I especially like dishes prepared on the grill. I recommend frog legs with garlic sauce 😋😋😋 lick your fingers!!!

Very bad experience for the price. The meat didn't taste good. Vegetables cooked to death. You could hardly eat sushi. The grilled food tasted of burnt fat and was full of oil. Were not happy with the food. We won't come back for that money.

I like to go to the all-you-can-eat Mongolian grill with my boys. Have already tried a few. This one is one of the better ones. I preferred eating fish, seafood and chicken. It was well fried and had great sauces with it. I can recommend. The buffet was also great and of good quality. But you can't compare the gourmet temple with a better Asian restaurant. This is pretty standard here. Price-performance is top.

Lots of space, good service. I don't really like buffets or all you can eat and I'm already full when I see so many people eating, but that's a matter of taste. The food is varied, whatever you want is grilled. This is definitely recommended for buffet fans.

Positive: - Staff is very nice -Drink selection is very large - Vegetarians can also find things to eat. Negative: - the fresh chicken had a very strange taste, was left by two people and in this case little to no meat was eaten (the third person is not feeling well now). - Almost all of the plates we used had flaws and some had sharp edges. -Chocolate fountain was defective, price was the same. -The tables also have sharp edges and the furniture looks worn out. - The sauces don't taste as usual either. - some food is cold or empty for a long time. -Children's playroom was closed, the child was looking forward to it. We won't come anymore.

We come here often and the food is always good and the quality is always the same. But today was the lunch buffet (the first time for us at lunchtime) and not every meal was warm, which was strange for us. Otherwise service is good, people are on their toes and if the plate is empty it is picked up quickly. The price has also increased again and is slowly becoming too expensive for me, as other Asians have a lunch buffet at €9.50 to €11 And here the lunch buffet starts at €18, which is too expensive.

All you can eat & all you can drink for €31 – wow! What more can you say? Not only is there a classic Asian buffet, there is even sushi on offer here, dishes are also freshly prepared as desired and can also be served with extravagant ingredients such as frog legs or zebra meat.
