China Restaurant Yangtse in Eggenstein-Leopoldshafen

We ate there and the buffet was really plentiful and reasonably priced. They should put up a sign outside because there are trees in front of the restaurant and it's not very visible from the street during the day.

The food tastes very delicious.

The food was truly a 12/10. We were all very happy and impressed. Superb quality and fresh. The soft-serve ice cream was amazing too.

We used to love coming here, usually after a bike ride. Unfortunately, Yangtse isn't as great as it once was. I was there yesterday with my family, and sadly, almost everything was lukewarm and tasted like it had been sitting around waiting for us. The "fresh" items weren't fresh at all. It's no longer for us, which is a real shame. We would be delighted if Yangtse could regain its former quality.

We were there with a small group. The food selection was fresh, plentiful, and attractively presented. With such a wide variety, there really was something for everyone. The service was very attentive and friendly. We'd love to come back.

I can really only recommend this lovely restaurant and give it five stars. The prices are average, but for just under €26, it's really highly recommended. You won't be wanting for anything; they have absolutely everything from meat, fish, pasta, meat, fish, seafood, and even sushi, and to top it all off, there are little cakes, ice cream, jelly, and fruit. Selected meat, seafood, or fish are grilled especially for guests in the evening. Anyone who has any complaints should please eat at home in the cellar by the coals. The service was very friendly, and the decor and overall ambiance are very inviting. I would be happy to come back for my next occasion.

We were always very satisfied, except for our last visit. The shrimp were dark to black and smelled rotten. After we mentioned it, they just said, "Okay, thanks." The fruit wasn't good either. Our daughter cried the entire car ride from stomach pain and nausea. The service was very friendly as always, but I'm so disgusted that this was our last visit.

We visited the Yangtse on Friday evening. Unfortunately, the quality and freshness of the food on the buffet was not good. Some of it was sour, and the baked fish had a bite. The criticism was taken seriously, and the food was removed.

The food used to be really tasty but after our last visit, never again. The food tasted and smelled stale. Almost every dish that we put on our plates. The sushi was so rotten, the cucumbers were already glassy, ​​the peppers were dried out, etc. The cheese wedges were so dried out that you couldn't taste any more cheese, let alone see it. The noodles smelled like stale eggs, the beef with onions also tasted strange. The carrot salad was sour, which was removed after the notice. Everything tasted old and bland. This was our 2nd bad experience eating here, we won't be back. And as empty as it was, we weren't the only ones who turned our backs on the shop. For the price of €25.90, the food was a disgrace. Our tip is to go to Gourmet Lin in Rastatt. So much better! Never see Yangtze again!

4 out of 5 stars for the Yangtse restaurant in Leopoldshafen. The buffet is really diverse and super tasty – there is something for every taste. The ice cream is also a highlight, very tasty and refreshing. The overall quality of the food is top and the price-performance ratio is absolutely right. The only negative point is the service: Unfortunately, the service is often understaffed and seems overwhelmed, so you sometimes have to wait a long time - both for drinks and for individual dishes from the Teppanyaki grill. Nevertheless, it's worth a visit - especially if you're looking for a good Asian buffet in a relaxed atmosphere.

The evening buffet with sushi was signposted... there was no selection of sushi, so I wouldn't advertise that. There was generally very little choice, whether for dessert or the main course. Very varied selection, even people who don't like Chinese food will be satisfied here. For example, there was marinated pork steak for the Mongolian grill and potato salad for the side dishes. Also a colorful mix of starters, sushi, salads, ready-made Chinese dishes, fresh ingredients and various sauces for the grill, cakes, jelly, fruit and ice cream for dessert and much more. We were very satisfied.

Drink order only after 25 minutes. Service simply poor even though there was little going on. I had to organize the drinks menu myself. Buffet was unusable in terms of quality and taste. Not even the ice cream tastes good here. Never again!

Since I like Asian food and the restaurant is only a few kilometers away from me, I have been here a few dozen times. Nothing extraordinary but really always good. The service is always very friendly.

So I can't complain. The selection is sufficient for me, I will no longer use the grill because I haven't found the right sauce for me and I like the finished dishes better anyway. A little expensive, but a large selection at the buffet. The food is very good there, so the price of the buffet is not that important.

The food was far from homemade, everything was too salty. I waited 20 minutes to be served at the grill even though there weren't many people there. The buffet lacked choice, the meat and fish from the grill were still frozen and the meat from the all-you-can-eat buffet was not even cooked. The desserts were not fresh; the clementines we took stung on the tongue. There was little choice and I even found a long black hair in the mushrooms. To top it off, I saw the owner pour the bottom of the bottles into others, which is unacceptable, to reserve them for other customers I suppose. Absolutely avoid!

It was just very good again. Quality was great, it was tasty and the service was excellent. The lady of the house was very attentive, empty plates were quickly removed, as were empty glasses and the accompanying question was whether you would like anything else. Mongolian buffet was lavish, sushi was fresh and delicious and everything your heart could desire. We were very satisfied and had a nice date.

Very large selection of Chinese food, unfortunately the meat no longer smelled fresh and there were bugs crawling on the floor and across the table. If you can ignore that, the rest of the buffet was very good and the fresh fish and sushi were also great. The service is really top and for the low price the restaurant is worth another visit.

Our siblings had a meeting there last week... the next day my brother and sister had stomach bugs. 3 days completely sick, chills, diarrhea, the full program Absolutely no go. Food must actually have a core temperature of at least 60 degrees from the kitchen. The store was noticed to have significant defects during an inspection in 2018. I will never go there again

Loved this restaurant, lots of raw seafood and meats to be cooked and served to your liking. Very clean and organized , enjoyed the atmosphere and the owner is very welcoming . Visited this restaurant while I was in Germany and a big group of us including 2 kids went in and absolutely enjoyed the food. Highly recommend this place.

Unfortunately the quality has deteriorated significantly. At the ready buffet, the food is only lukewarm. The house soup used to be a real treat for the palate, but today it's just thick with gelatin and the salmon is only in tiny pieces, which is a shame. The Mongolian buffet is still very good. Large beer garden and nice staff Conclusion: only eat at the Mongolian buffet.

Great selection, especially when it comes to grilled items. Everything is there for young and old. Nice facility. Unfortunately for my taste, the selection of desserts was a bit weak. Most of it was canned fruit. There is a soft ice cream machine with only vanilla ice cream but no toppings, therefore one star less. But food was great. The grilling was also quick despite the many people. Gladly again.

The buffet was a disaster. Everything is way too salty, swimming in fat, fruits are already innate. Had diarrhea for two days. To top it all off, a bug from the completely dirty ventilation grille on the ceiling landed on the table. Then the meal was over. NEVER AGAIN !

Das essen mit Sojasoße und Stärke so gepuncht, dass man trockenen Mund bekommt und extra viel trinken muss. Entweder geht man oder bestellt noch was zu trinken. Bist bei 30.-€ pro Person. 30€ kostet aber der All you can Eat und Drink in Rastatt. Und da gibt es inkl. Kaffe, Wein, Säfte.. also Fazit. Ich geh nach Rastatt. Bei vier Personen lohnt sich der Weg locker!!🫡🫡 Schade Yangtse wir hatten eine schöne Zeit! 🖐🏼🍤🥢 Qualität trotz Quantität ist Null!! Lieber zu machen und Imbiss reinhauen und lieferservice.

Leider immer voll weil einfach GUT !!! Buffet ist toll - frisch und große Auswahl ! Á la carte ist in meinen Augen Spitze - ist zwar auch "nur" das hierzulande verträgliche Essen ABER nach meinem Eindruck mit einer gehörigen Portion mehr Engagement und Liebe zum Detail und zur Frische zubereitet - auffällig besser als die sonst "üblichen" Chinesen... Essen zum mitnehmen wird sorgfältig verpackt und ist auch nach 30min Zuhause noch toll. Das Restaurant ist ziemlich groß und "modern kitschig" hat aber Atmosphäre und könnte gemütlich sein - nur viel zu voll - wirklich viel zu voll ! Personal ist sehr sehr freundlich aber auch manchmal echt an der Grenze. Wir holen uns das wirklich tolle Essen für Zuhause - trinken einen Espresso und/oder Secco und/oder Pflaumenwein und freuen uns auf Ruhe Frieden Stille am eigenen Tisch... Früher war das Essen und Auswahl besser

Echt Chinesische küche kann man hier definitiv nicht erwarten. Das Büffet kann man essen ist aber nichts besonderes.

Wir waren zu viert zum Mittagessen dort. Das Buffet sieht auf den ersten Blick einladend aus. Kleinigkeiten wie das statt Calamares Zwiebelringe drin sind hatten uns da eher noch ein Lächeln ins Gesicht gezaubert. Prinzipiell schmeckt alles erstmal, man merkt aber das dass Restaurant Abstriche machen muss um diesen günstigen Preis für das Buffet zu halten. Wir hatten danach leider alle was mit dem Magen. Eventuell liegt es aber auch nur am zu vielen Glutamat. Der Servicekräfte verstehen leider alle nicht was man sagt und es kommt immer die Chefin um nachzufragen. Das kann dann länger dauern und ist nicht förderlich wenn man schon zwei drei Punkte hat die einen stören. Wir haben uns leider alle dazu entschieden dort nicht mehr Essen zu gehen. Vielleicht schmeckt es ja anderen dort besser. Über 2 Sterne komme ich leider nicht hinaus.

Da müsste man mal das Gesundheitsamt hinschicken. Margen schmerzen und schmutzig! Einmal und nie wieder.

Alles in allem war das Preisleistungsverhältnis nicht gerechtfertigt. Die Auswahl war nicht wirklich groß, außer man ist Freund von frittiertem (von Pommes über Calamari Ringe bis hin zu Kroketten alles dabei) Das Tepanyaki war ganz okay, die Soßen jedoch waren eher geschmacksneutral. Wir werden wohl nicht wieder kommen.

Hatte schon besser vom Buffet gegessen. Bedienung etwas eingeschlafen. Ein großes Radler ist 0,3!!!! Sauberkeit.... geht besser

War mit der Familie dort, teilweise roch das rohe Fleisch am Büfett als wäre es am verrotten. Nachdem wir dort waren hatten die beiden Personen in unserer Gruppe die die Erdnuss Soße gegessen hatten am nächsten Tag brechdurchfall für den ganzen Tag. Nie wieder dahin, scheinbar fehlt jegliche vernünftige gesundheitsinspektion.

The food is good, standard for this tipe of restaurant. I had dinner und Barbecue was excellent, good prepared and tasty. Service is ok. The prices of drinks, are high. Canned juice costs 4,60 Eur Mineral water 0,7 l costs 5,60. Buffet price for dinner and weekend is also little bit high. Atmosphere was ok, there weren't many guests, although restaurant is big. General, it's ok, but overpriced for this tipe of food, service and location.

Wir lieben das all you can eat buffet. Die Auswahl die frische von den Zutaten Die Garnelen 😍 Das beste ist, dass man deine eigenen Zutaten mit den Soßen frisch vor den Augen zubereiten lassen kann, soo gut. Einziges Manko sind die Nachspeisen + Salate im buffet die schmecken nicht besonders

Das Preis Leistung Verhältnis stimmt. Essen vom Buffet, ein Preis bis satt. Alles gut und essbar. Die angegebene Schärfe war etwas fade. Gutes Nachspeise Buffet, inklusive Softeis.
