Absolute recommendation, also a very attractive man at the cash register 😂 unfortunately a bit expensive, but very good quality

When the weather's nice, you can sit on the terrace and look out over the Rhine. It's all a bit rustic, like a beer garden, and many days tourists are out on bicycles. Motorcycles are also there. The food is good, home-style fare, with schnitzel, salads, spaetzle, and a variety of drinks. The value for money is so-so, but the food has always been good. You have to place your orders at the cash register; you can take drinks away right away. When the hot food is ready, you get a pager. You have to pick it up. Always a nice change for the summer.

We are there a lot because we like to walk or cycle and we like to stop there and have a drink or eat there too, which is right on the Rhine and is well attended in summer

We went there for dinner today, and I have to say the lady who served us was very, very nice. Despite many protests from the guests because it wasn't fast enough, she kept her cool. 👍👍 I can only say, keep it up and don't let it get you down. 😁 I've worked in hotels half my life myself and I appreciate it, so keep it up, lady. We were there around 1 p.m. 🌞👍 The people who aren't happy with the service should maybe stand behind the counter and serve when it's busy. 🙃 Then some people would have a different opinion. 😢😢🙂

Delicious food at very reasonable prices. We had Maultaschen (swabian pasta) and sausage salad and were satisfied with the quality. The restaurant has a lovely beer garden with a beautiful view of the Rhine. The restaurant is clean, and the service staff is very friendly. We always enjoy coming here.

After a relaxing stroll along the Rhine in Leopoldshafen, we were craving a cold and delicious lactose-free iced coffee/ice chocolate. When we arrived, we realized that they unfortunately didn't have any lactose-free milk. After considering what we could drink instead, the staff asked us very rudely, "Have you finally got it?" After this question came up, we headed out, requesting that next time they could just ask the customers politely – preferably without an undertone. I only use this shop for urgent restroom breaks.

Nice ambience, large terrace directly on the Rhine

As already described above, the restaurant and the surrounding area are highly recommended.

We stopped here for coffee and enjoyed the very warm weather on the terrace, which was a pleasant place to sit for a few hours, watch the ferry and ships, or simply relax.

Ja - man kann hier schön sitzen, den Rhein und seine Schiffe anschauen sowie der Rheinfähre zuschauen. Das Essen ist ok. Ich finde es etwas zu teuer - ist halt eine Touristenattraktion. Hier gilt gesehen zu werden, am liebsten mit dem Motorrad.

Ein schönes Restaurant direkt am Rhein gelegen.Dass Essen ist gut und Preiswert.Es gibt eine schöne Auswahl an allerhand Gerichten,die auch sehr schnell zubereitet werden.Abends hat Mann außerdem einen romantischen Ausblick auf den Rhein.Preislich und Geschmacklich kann ich dass Rheinblick nur empfehlen!!!

It used to be better... the view is amazing, of course, but the rest, unfortunately, isn't. We had: sausage salad with fries (it was okay), chicken salad (the chicken wasn't cooked properly, it was uneatable), and baked fish with remoulade and potato salad (it was okay, but not great; the remoulade was unusual). But the apple juice spritzer wasn't sparkling, so it was water with juice. A bit outrageous for the price; I've never experienced anything like it.

August 12, 2025, Lunchtime... The food is constantly improving. Things have been going really well over the last few months. I'm happy because the food is being prepared very well again. May 11, 2025, Lunchtime. I had schnitzel with fries and gravy again. The food has gotten more expensive, the portions smaller❗I need comparisons, so I'm "subjecting" myself to this. Misleading packaging is everywhere, even here at Rheinblick Leopoldshafen. The schnitzel was drowned in sauce. That's unacceptable. So I had meat soup in one piece. Is it so difficult to put a bowl of sauce on the tray❓❗ The sauce tasted good. The food was hot overall. The price-performance ratio is very shaky. The restaurant relies primarily on tourists. It's always clean. The staff is calm and friendly, even at peak times, and works conscientiously. May 4. 2025. Today we had fish, pike-perch... The fish was okay. The food overall was unspectacular, and the potato salad was really bad. Potatoes stuck together that were dry and sometimes even uncut, disguised as salad, like whole potatoes in the salad. The price was relatively high for that. The staff was very friendly and willing to work. The next meal will be the experimental schnitzel again. Today, September 7, 2024, around 1:00 PM, it was quite crowded in and around the restaurant. I had another breaded schnitzel with fries and a mushroom cream sauce. The food was very good❗❗❗ Hence 2 stars. Parking is plentiful. Wheelchair users don't have it easy—virtually impossible—to get into the restaurant. The food was solid in terms of value for money. When the Rheinblick restaurant is open, everything runs smoothly because everything is well organized. No long lines and friendly staff. There's still room for improvement here. Who wants ice cubes in their Coke without asking in cooler temperatures (August 31, 2023, 12:30 p.m.), only to have them removed with an unnecessary comment! The schnitzel with fries and gravy used to be much better. The price has already gotten way too high. Schnitzel with fries and gravy for 20 euros. I won't be coming back. Only three stars because the prices have gone up, but the taste of the schnitzel has suffered even more. I've been coming here for many years, so I can and must be fair and honest at the same time.

Large terrace with a view of the Rhine and the Rhine ferry. Self-service, the food was okay but not exactly great. The currywurst was quite good, the sausage salad was so-so. Perfect for a leisurely outing.

Four of us ate there. We ordered two spaetzle dishes, a currywurst, and one ham noodle dish. There was a black hair in the curry sauce, which we thought at first was "okay, not nice, but it can happen." Then there were two more hairs in my son's cheese spaetzle. Of course, no one wanted to eat it, so we sent the food back and got a new one. Meanwhile, I gave my son my meal so he didn't have to wait so long. There was a small black hair there, too! It was perfectly possible to peek into the kitchen; the chef had short black hair. It can happen, but this was simply disgusting. We definitely advise against this restaurant!

Located directly on the Rhine with a magnificent view of the river. Those who like can also take the ferry to the Palatinate region. Excellent self-service Baden cuisine. The cake counter is also worth a look.

I've known and frequented the Rheinblick for many years. It's lost a bit of its charm. I find it a shame that on a beautiful, warm, sunny day, when you want to enjoy an evening by the Rhine, the kitchen closes at 7:30 p.m. Unfortunately, we had to leave hungry.

Located directly on the Rhine with a great view of the water and a very pretty terrace. The price-performance ratio is absolutely reasonable, with really generous portions. My zander salad was absolutely delicious. The ferry dock is right across the street.

Actually, it's a very nice place to stop for a drink. You sit in the shade and have a great view of the Rhine... but they manage to insult the entire Palatinate with the push of a button 😂. It's not enough that the wine spritzer comes out of the machine at the push of a button... and in 0.4-liter glasses, too... the waitress seriously asks if we want ice cubes. The Palatinate is just a stone's throw away; different countries, different customs 😁... anything under 0.5 liters is a scam, and that costs €6.50. Yeah, you can do that once... 😀😀🍻

It's a great place to linger, right on the Rhine. You can enjoy a drink and a delicious meal. Everything's self-service. Simply wonderful!

If you like simple, rustic dining with a view of the Rhine, this is the place for you. The food is delicious, and the service is incredibly friendly. Simple wooden benches and tables, some outdoors, others covered, are located on a cul-de-sac, so there's little traffic.

Whenever I visit Leopoldshafen, a visit to Rheinblick is always a must. Here you can enjoy good food that you can taste isn't cheap store-bought or something you just heat up. And of course, you have a wonderful view of the Rhine and the ferry. In summer, it can get crowded with all the motorcyclists and visitors, but that only speaks volumes about Rheinblick. You can sit inside or outside. The outside area is covered. Rheinblick is self-service.

I like being there... Service is self-service

I've eaten at Rheinblick several times. Always a good address after a long walk along the Rhine. Until now. Pizza was good and fully met expectations. The salad looked good at first glance. However, it was sandy, the ready-made potato salad and the dressing were very vinegary. And the ham was the cheapest product. Sticky ham. The fries were hot and overall good. In short: pizza 5*, fries 4*, Italian salad 1*. Ambience and employees: 4-5*.

Take a break on site by bike on foot or by moped or motorhome and have a nice chat with like-minded people. Service is good. Prices are comparable to other excursion restaurants nearby. Parking spaces available

The location is simply great, right on the Rhine and next to the ferry. We like to use it as a stopover on a longer bike tour. The food is tasty and fresh and the service is good. Most of the time there is a lot going on. That alone makes you realize that stopping here is worth it. Price performance is also right. Always my pleasure

Based on the photos on Google and the website, we came to the fondulette brunch with high expectations - and three hours later we tumbled back into the car, full and happy, perfectly full and ideally served. Even shipping traffic on the Rhine exceeded all expectations. Absolute recommendation!

They have high prices for a self-service restaurant, the cake used to be much better. The lady at the checkout isn't exactly friendly. Unfortunately there is no changing facility for babies, although there is enough space.

We stood at the Park4Night place, which was great, 10 steps to the Rhine and also a relaxing bench in front of the door. The only thing there are garbage containers. It's a walk to the city and the next Edeka market Dike at least 3km.

Well-located restaurant in the immediate vicinity of the Rhine ferry Leopoldshafen. Open all year round and invites you to take a break or go on a trip. The cake counter and, in the cold season, the igloo tents are particularly recommended. Good parking, self-service.

Magical and somehow unreal but still real... It was a successful evening, the food was excellent and the service was very attentive, friendly and funny. And... we were the only ones so far who were given a special sweet request as dessert! Point being: there was really nothing to complain about! A successful evening in the igloo with raclette and fondue!

I've been there several times in the past and didn't have high expectations. But this time the negative outweighs so much that I have to rate it. Schnitzel with fries, never had it so bad! A ready-cemented molded meat mass or shoe sole from the package into the deep fryer. Fries, briefly fried, white, unseasoned. All of this is self-service with a pager, no please, no bon appetit, nothing, the guy in the kitchen, there is no guest for him. He pushes the tray in front of you and ignores you. It is certainly clear to him that one cannot wish anyone a good appetite for food. For the meal 13.70 euros, a bottle of beer 5.20 euros. Self service!!!! Nowadays you can really get your pants off in Baden. I can't imagine anyone coming here for the food. We will definitely avoid it in the future.

Great view located directly on the Rhine. Lots of parking spaces and the opportunity to go for a walk along the Rhine. Food was good. Cake very good. The choice of food is a bit confusing, some on the menu, some on boards on the wall and it depends on the day of the week. Self-conditioning.

There are now gourmet igloos for fondue or raclette to sit together comfortably. These are beautifully decorated for Christmas. However, the prices of the dishes should be stated on the menu online.

Always worth a trip. We didn't eat anything, so I can't comment on that. But there is a great beer garden with a direct view of the Rhine and the Rhine ferry. The restaurant is very clean and the waitresses are always very friendly. The toilets are very clean. A great meeting point for motorcyclists and campers or simply cycling along the banks of the Rhine. It's worth it.
