Food was okay, unfortunately there was no salt

Unfortunately, the restaurant is not well-prepared to accommodate people with food allergies. There was no allergy information on the menu, and I only found out that my dish contained garlic when it was already being prepared. As a result, they had to discard my order. Despite this issue, the waiter was extremely attentive and did his best to find an alternative, eventually preparing a special quesadilla for me. Unfortunately, it was mostly just cheese, lacking flavor and balance. While I didn’t particularly enjoy the dish, I truly appreciate the staff’s polite and proactive attitude in trying to resolve the situation. For those without dietary restrictions, the experience might be better, but for people with allergies, it could be challenging.

Just your run of the mill, sort of bad German attempt at a burrito.

Super tasty burritos. You can choose between several ingredients. The location is simple but good. There is plenty of seating and you can refill water for free. The employees are also quite nice, but none of them spoke German, which is apparently normal in Berlin.

I can wholeheartedly recommend Dolores in Mitte. The food is freshly prepared, the selection is large—you can practically choose your own selection. When you enter the shop, you usually have to wait in line because it's busy. I was there recently, and they only accepted card payments. The ambiance is functional; I would describe it as a snack bar, which doesn't encourage you to linger. If you want delicious food without any frills, this is the place for you.

I've never eaten burritos in my life, but if these were my first ones, they were definitely the worst. I had lunch here with a colleague and unfortunately he had a stomach ache afterwards and had some problems using the toilet. I can absolutely not recommend this shop - the food was not only a disaster in terms of taste, but also completely overpriced. Next time I'll just go to McDonald's, at least I'll know what I'm getting. I completely lost interest in eating. When I entered the store I was in a good mood, but when I came out I was just disappointed. The food was cold, unappetizing and tasted unreasonable. The only thing that was halfway okay was the Coke – at least it was cold.

The taste of my burrito was okay but not sensational. I liked the spiciness of the habanero salsa and the guacamole tasted good. Unfortunately, the burrito was rolled so incredibly poorly that after 5 bites it was no longer possible to eat it in the shape of the burrito. My companion had the same topic. The service was very bad. The staff seemed unfriendly and annoyed. The two women also stored their private jackets and backpacks on one of the tables in the restaurant. It's not the end of the world if the restaurant isn't full, but it seems unprofessional to me. Later, when an employee who was supposed to replace one of the two women came into the restaurant, there were clearly some differences between the colleagues. This is also humane but a no-go in front of eating guests. Both women later had a smoke outside and threw their butts on the sidewalk right in front of the restaurant. Yes, a lot of people do that, but I think Friedrichshain is dirty enough and it also seems unprofessional when you work in the restaurant and represent it. I thought the rooms were nice. There are chessboards, lots of seating and hot sauces on the table if you need them. Unfortunately the toilet was a bit dirty, which could be bad luck if someone else had used the toilet 10 minutes before. I won't eat here again.

According to the opening times it's open until 10 p.m., I went there at 9:30 p.m

Are you really not able to maintain/adjust your opening hours? Update: nothing has changed even 2 years later, it's closed so often even though it's supposed to be open 😅

The food is great, the young man standing behind the counter was very unfriendly, he had headphones in one ear, and at the same time he was arrogant and I didn't perceive myself as a customer at all. Should the boss please ban mobile phones, he couldn't even take the order properly.

The waitress is incredibly distracted, chatting all the time and taking a lot of time with everyone. They only respond after being spoken to several times and want to cash in before they do anything.

An original pressed coffee, no automatic Maschine! For me a different in taste, and for a good price. My review is about the coffee I didn’t try the food.
