Great food. Great value. Friendly staff.

Food is always great. But the employees at the branch are really underground. And here I mean the service idea. It feels like they are more students or pupils. Who are just chatting and instead of working, they take forever to get simple orders ready.

Man the food here is really awful and im not exaggerating!! It is so bad that i couldn't even finish my plate ! Can u believe it ! Personally im not a big fan of indian food but still i wouldn't recommend it tho .... I'm sorry but i'm never coming back and that's for sure.

I have to say again and again, rightly hyped. Fresh ingredients, quick and always a perfect taste. I've never had better burritos anywhere. There are also vegetarian and vegan options that are not inferior in taste.

Restaurant zu einem Viertel gefüllt, eine Vielzahl von Tischen nicht abgeräumt bzw. schmutzig. Ich wagte nach 25 Minuten mal nach dem Essen zu fragen. Die frechen Antworten hätte sich die Mitarbeiterin sparen können, das Lästern im Kollegium über den Gast auch, der lediglich nach seinem Essen fragte. Etwas befremdlich war das Zusammenkippen von Müllkübeln und blauen Säcken direkt vor dem Tisch eines speisenden Gastes im Restaurant

The food was once again delicious, but the waiting time and the unfriendly employee this evening were unfortunately very strange. This wouldn't be possible for a real restaurant in a small town without so many one-time customers.

Busy place. I ordered spicy chicken burrito, which was not spicy at all and was a bit tasteless, but it helped me to manage without food for the next 5 hours, so big thanks for the size of the dinner.

I would like to rate it better, but unfortunately I didn't particularly like it. I ate the taccos, which weren't crispy and contained too much coriander for my taste. Service was there, yes, but let's breathe. The food here is a matter of taste, but unfortunately not mine.

Food quality was really bad. Taco shells were super thin and wet. Both beef and chicken did not taste much. The kitchen was chaotic even there were 8-10 staff.

Unfortunately the burrito was completely poorly put together. On one side there was rice and beans and at the end there was salad with avocado and sour cream. So it wasn't mixed at all. The cheese was forgotten. I can't recommend it. Too bad

For us the best burritos in Berlin and the success over the years speaks for itself....!!! I always eat an easy chicken burrito sometimes with sometimes without extras and it is always very good! Very large portion and inexpensive. Always full and therefore quite loud and not particularly comfortable, but you're happy to accept that for the delicious, juicy and fresh burritos...!!! Absolute recommendation!

The burritos are really really big I couldn’t finish mine. So you do get a lot for your money. I would not recommend anyone buying the freshly made juice with beets, ginger etc. it literally tasted like dirt and costs >5€!! Overall an OK experience because the food was also mediocre at best. The best thing were the corn chips EDIT: I’ve come back a lot of times over the years and it’s actually great value. For less than 10€ you get a huge burrito that’s actually pretty good I can’t really complain. I’ll keep the review at 4 stars though, even after 5 years I still think about that disgusting dirt drink 😭

I went to Dolores today and was disappointed with the service. I was visible at the checkout, noticed but ignored. The employee preferred to chat with two colleagues, eat behind the cash register (obviously not on his break) and, despite making eye contact, turned around instead of serving us. It was only after almost a minute that a bored “Yes please.” When he went away again and I spoke to him again (I wanted to order drinks), all I got was an annoyed "WHAT?" – absolutely unprofessional. This kind of behavior is not acceptable and the boss should urgently take a look at it. & I made it clear to him that it means something like please or yes please. Even then there was no response let alone an apology. If He were my co-worker, this would be his last day. Food was OK.

I had a delicious pork burrito with a bowl of chips. The portions were huge and unfortunately I couldn't finish the chips. Definitely recommended.

I've never eaten burritos in my life, but if these were my first ones, they were definitely the worst. I had lunch here with a colleague and unfortunately he had a stomach ache afterwards and had some problems using the toilet. I can absolutely not recommend this shop - the food was not only a disaster in terms of taste, but also completely overpriced. Next time I'll just go to McDonald's, at least I'll know what I'm getting. I completely lost interest in eating. When I entered the store I was in a good mood, but when I came out I was just disappointed. The food was cold, unappetizing and tasted unreasonable. The only thing that was halfway okay was the Coke – at least it was cold.

Delicious food, all wishes fulfilled. The guacamole was amazing! Be sure to order it. If we are a guest in Berlin again, we would love to come back!

for me as a non mexican foodie, menu had lots of ambiguity, food names where not familiar. there were no any image of the foods. ordering was so confusing. they didn't have a washroom. restaurant was too noisy, uncomfortable chair, small tables.

Good Mexican. Vegetarians will also find something for themselves here. Very tasty quesadilla. I can also recommend the burritos. There are also bowls here. It's often very full and you can't find a seat - but that also speaks for the restaurant. Price-performance fits. Employees are a bit slow.

I worked in Berlin for work and was here at least twice every week. The food is super tasty, quick and reasonably priced! Perfect for vegetarians and vegans :-)

The comida estuvo rica pero with muchos condimentos, mas sin embargo es acceptable. The service is super pessimistic, especially for the man, the amarillo hair is in the box... It's great, it's not amable and it's disgusting to the clients. Pago para recibir un maltrato? Prefiero no revolver. The food was tasty but with lots of spices but still acceptable. But the service is super lousy, especially the thin, yellow-haired man at the cash register... He is rude, unfriendly and serves customers with disgust. I'm paying to be treated badly? I'd rather not go there anymore.

Very courteous service yesterday. Ambience stylish, as always. Unfortunately the portions (Buritto) are smaller than last year. So far, so good: unfortunately the recipe seems to have been changed in such a way that the wholesomeness has fallen by the wayside.

The waitress was very kind and patient while placing our orders and the service was impeccable. The atmosphere was very relaxed and its definitely a good sign when the employees are visibly having fun while working. The food was authenticand very tasty as well. They also cater to vegetarians and vegans without compromising on flavour!. 10/10

Went to Dolores today, after some time and found out that burritos have shrunk. I have never had such a small burrito in my life, except from Taco Bell. It used to be twice the size. Maybe they "punish" you for not leaving a tip. Bad experience.

Delicious burritos for a quick break when visiting the city. Nice staff and very helpful with information about ingredients due to allergies. Also very inexpensive. I also find the option of putting everything together into the burrito or other dishes to be very positive. Toilets were also clean. We'll be back :)

The burrito was terrible, except for the rice and beans, it was like there was nothing there that tasted good, no cheese, no salad, no meat. Afterwards I had a disgusting feeling in my stomach, even though I ate less than half (I had no interest in just chewing rice and beans), I don't understand why there are so many visitors

The filling of the almost cold Spicy Chicken burrito consists largely of onions! Since onions are pretty cheap to buy, you can imagine why they are popular, but you can also overdo it. Not again.

The food is good, but the person who mostly takes your order during the week lunch time is just insanely rude. I do not understand why you need to be so unfriendly every time. Today Dolores celebrated its 20th birthday and food was 50% + an additional drink. No one in the entire restaurant had a drink cause it was not just given to you, you had to asked for it it seemed. We did ask and nothing happened. We asked again when collecting the food and the person responded: Well, you need to ask me! We did ask. I was not surprised by the rudeness as it is always the same.

Small correction, because that's the way it should be and we generally like the store. Our experience was probably due to the one employee and not the store. At the Berlin Marathon there was an employee at the counter and she told us that the dog wasn't a problem and so we could sit comfortably in there and eat :) Thanks for that ______________________________________ Well, we're actually fans of this place because we think the burritos are awesome. We come from Hamburg and this wasn't the first time we took a day trip to Berlin because we wanted THESE burritos. We always take 4-6 pieces so that we can eat some the next day. We were there last week and would have liked to eat our food in the store after the 3 hour drive. I dared to enter the store with my little Mini Yorkshire lady (there is no sign at the entrance saying dogs are not allowed here). We stood in line and the cashier (thin, dyed blonde, about shoulder-length hair) gave us such disgusted and annoyed looks several times that my husband said I should leave the store with the dog and wait outside. You couldn't misinterpret the looks... Several times they went to me first in annoyance, then to the dog in disgust. Eating at the tables outside was not an option. At 11:30 a.m. it was still shady there and therefore quite cool. So we waited for food and ate a burrito at the car... If dogs aren't welcome anywhere (which fortunately you only rarely experience) then that's just the way it is, but you can draw attention to it in a way that you can see it straight away and don't have to feel unwelcome by looking at it (a sticker on the entrance door). would be enough). I'm disappointed with the way it was done. That was a really uncool move that stuck.

I like Mexican or Central American food in general. During our last stay in Berlin we came across Dolores and gave it a chance. What can I say: It was a good decision. The food is really delicious. I had the Spicey Chicken Burrito. The portion was decent and definitely filling. The staff was very friendly and dealt with my brief initial confusion well. The prices are okay, nothing overpriced. Only the furnishings seemed a bit careless and the chairs weren't quite as comfortable. But that's complaining at a high level.

We visited the Dolores Burrito Restaurant yesterday at 8:37 PM and were told that we would not be served anymore, not even for a “to go” order. This is completely unacceptable! The opening hours are until 9 PM, and they should apply to the guests, not for the staff to decide when it’s convenient for them to stop working. We were looking forward to the food and were left disappointed. A restaurant with fixed hours should not be closing early like this!

Food is okay, price is reasonable, but you would have to go through the Kärcher here. Tables greasy, dirty, garbage on the floor. Apparently there is no one whose job it is to keep the guest room distinguishable from a corner at the Zoo station. Tables wobble, so be careful with the beer, chairs have nicks and splintered edges. And this is clearly not the alternative old-fashioned charm, but rather run-down furniture. I saw it decay myself.

It used to be really good and I always really enjoyed it there... I've been there to watch it three times now and I'm disappointed every time! The portions are measly, I said something the first time and was insulted... I would like to eat food and not sour cream and habanero sauce... really absolutely cheeky and the uninterested attitude of the employees doesn't really help either! This is the last time you'll see my friends and me if things don't change back to the hot Dolores with good food and a full not half empty plate/box!!

We take Easy Chicken and Wicked beef,(burrito) but there is no chicken and beef on it. It is really shame. Also, some part of burrito is cold and some part of it was hot. I could not eat it. Service was friendly , but our burritos are not not good.Shame.

Buritos have been bankable for years. Delicious. Price performance is right. An inexpensive lunch menu would be good.

It's a good place. I've been there many times. It's only unfortunate that it is getting overpriced after inflation. It costs like 10 Euro for a meal used to be a 6-Euro meal just a few years ago. 😔

Very reliable California burritos.

I've been a regular guest here for over 10 years and the food is still very tasty. I highly recommend the Adobo Beef! However, prices have risen significantly in recent years. The tables in the restaurant should be cleaned more often. But I still find it very comfortable there!

This is the real burrito! I lived in the Mission before moving to Berlin. These burritos are as close to California as you can get. And the price is the best of any burrito in Berlin.

The food is simply delicious. There's not much more for me to say. The shop has more of a fast food feel, but whatever. Sometimes it doesn't have to be fancy, sometimes it's all about taste and you can't go wrong here if you're into Mexican food.

This is my third time here and every time the buritos are folded really badly. The entire contents constantly fall out at the bottom & it's a huge mess. For a store that mainly sells buritos, it's just bad.

Exceptionally tasty food at an acceptable price. Food made of good quality products. I think the best dishes are the burrito with tender beef and the questadia with chicken. The place is kept clean and has a nice atmosphere. I highly recommend everyone who visits Berlin and is in the area to drop by this place.

Everything terrible! The guy who took our order was very unpleasant... Also before closing time they told us that they were closing now so we had to leave with the food half eaten since they had just served it to us... Quite a mess disaster
