Unfortunately no recommendation. Don't think there's a product in this kitchen that doesn't come from the freezer... Burger bread not homemade and sticky. Meat from the freezer without any roasting... Chicken nuggets like from the discount store… Even McDonalds tastes fresher and better! Unfortunately, since there is absolutely nothing that sets this snack apart and there is absolutely no unique selling point, I advise you to fry a good burger at home! How was the service and staff? I would say that the essentials are being done, but there is no trace of cordiality and warmth in customer contact. If I had been asked how it tasted, I could have sent my criticism directly to the operator and would have saved myself this review. Update: Service is one star less, according to the operator's answer. Don't worry... I won't repeat the mistake of visiting you and will take your advice on this. Unfortunately I couldn't decipher your message in its entirety.

From hearty burgers to delicious sides, from happy laughter to deep conversations, each visit was a feast for the senses and soul. Beef 52 was not only a place to enjoy delicious food, but also a place where you could feel at home - thanks to the warm welcome and the tireless friendliness of the entire team. Your dedication and passion have made this place special and I want to thank you for that from the bottom of my heart. Although we have to say goodbye now, the memories of Beef 52 will live on in our hearts. May we keep them in our thoughts and spread the joy we have found here into the world. Gut gegessen! Die vegetarische mezze bowl hat mir sehr gut geschmeckt und auch satt gemacht! Die Burger an den Nebentischen haben auch sehr gut ausgeschaut.

Unfortunately, a complete disappointment! The first time, the food was cold, the fries were completely soggy, and we had to wait almost two hours for our order. We ended up throwing the fries back in the air fryer ourselves so they were even edible. Nevertheless, we gave the delivery service a second chance. The food was okay this time, but the wait was again far too long. The third and definitely last time was the final straw: First, we received a call 20 minutes after ordering because our chosen burger wasn't available. After much back and forth, we opted for a different one – at an additional cost. What arrived? A cheaper burger that we hadn't ordered, and again soggy fries. When we called the store, we were told we would get a refund for the overpayment on the next delivery that evening. Of course, nothing happened. Conclusion: Unreliable, long wait times, incorrect orders, expensive prices, and uncooperative service. Never again!

We had the Beyond Meat Burger, and it was absolutely delicious! The staff was super friendly, and the atmosphere was lovely. I highly recommend it! :)

Price-performance doesn't match, you can find it much cheaper and better elsewhere.

Vouchers don't work. The minimum order value is reached even without a voucher. When you add it, the discounted price is displayed, but the normal price is then in the shopping cart. Tested on three devices and with several vouchers. Currently “crusty1224”.

The food (two burgers with fries) was very tasty. The price is fair and you will definitely be full. We're not overly full now, but we don't eat little either. If you know that it is a snack bar, then you don't expect a special ambience. The employees are all nice and we will order again.

A very beautifully decorated restaurant. You're shown to your seat. They have a good menu that's like a little book. Sarah, the very friendly waitress, was perfectly knowledgeable about gluten intolerance. A big, fat compliment here! The food was absolutely fantastic. Fresh and delicious!! The Peter Pan audiobook is playing in the restroom area. Cool idea! It was our first visit, but definitely won't be the last. Thanks to the team and thanks to Sarah 👍
