PETER PANE Burgergrill & Bar in Erfurt

We were a group of four, including a couple of friends, and we ate here. The restaurant was practically empty, so we had to wait about five minutes before being shown to a filthy table. There, we were made to wait again before being served. The staff seemed divided among themselves, resulting in several negative comments, such as, "Did someone really seat you at that dirty table?" The food was top-notch, on par with McDonald's, but at four times the price. The ambiance was rather cluttered. Either the interior designer couldn't make up their mind, or several architects had created a display. We cannot recommend this restaurant and certainly won't be back. It's a shame, really, as I enjoy burgers and fries.

I went to Peter Pane with a friend and we were served by Somar. He was able to tell us a lot about the products and gave us excellent advice. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was very pleasant. Overall, it was a fantastic experience that we highly recommend. The top-notch service made it an unforgettable occasion. Rado's service was super friendly!

We had a lovely evening together. The food was delicious and the drinks were always plentiful. The only slight drawback was the rather small table with limited space; otherwise, the service was excellent. The waiter, Rado, was very friendly and took exceptional care of us throughout the evening.

I went there for dinner with my husband and it was simply wonderful. Our waiter Rado gave us a very pleasant evening; he was incredibly kind, explained everything, and the food was absolutely fantastic!

The atmosphere was truly inviting and cozy. Yesterday afternoon, Lorena provided wonderful service, which we all want to commend – very friendly and efficient :-). The young man who took our drink order was unfortunately quite unfriendly, but Lorena looked after us with kindness and care throughout the afternoon :-) Thank you for that!

Eating at Peter Pane is always worthwhile. The food is delicious, especially the Irish Smash burgers, which are highly recommended, and the staff is very attentive. Our waiter (Rado) was also super friendly and thought of everything! We'll definitely be back :).

Don't expect a particularly sophisticated, individualistic culinary style here – the menu is deliberately standardized, as is common with large restaurant chains. The food quality is solid and exactly what you'd expect in this setting. What truly sets this place apart, however, is the service and ambiance. I don't know where they find such excellent staff, but the team operates at a level rarely seen: attentive, quick, proactive, and customer-focused. This is the only place in Erfurt where I consistently return because of the exceptionally good service – regardless of the standardized menu.

Rado served us wonderfully and everything was great! He was our personal Speedy Gonzales and even fulfilled extra requests. Thank you <3

Everything was absolutely fantastic. The service was incredibly friendly, and our burgers were simply first-class and served quickly. There's a wide selection of sauces, some quite unusual, and a great, extensive menu that also includes vegetarian and vegan options. I only deducted one star for ambiance because it's relatively large and can feel a bit crowded when almost all the seats are taken. Overall, a definite recommendation!

Today was my daughter's birthday and she wanted to go to Peter Pane. It was a great choice! 👌🏼 We received very friendly service and our order arrived very quickly. The atmosphere is really impressive and my children loved it. I had expected much more. Unfortunately, the burger was nothing like advertised, and the price was therefore not commensurate with the quality. The atmosphere wasn't very pleasant either, as the noise level gave it a somewhat cafeteria-like feel.

I've been there four times now. Every time I go, I get a stomach ache afterward. Yesterday, however, it didn't just stop at the pain; it's still ongoing. I couldn't sleep last night because I wasn't feeling well after eating! I always thought it was because I might have overeaten. But yesterday I only had a bite and immediately felt sick! I don't know what's causing it, but I still don't feel well, and I can't eat anything.

It was a very nice evening, despite the fact that our table reservation somehow didn't exist. Luckily, we still found a seat. Very friendly staff, delicious food. It was a bit noisy near the entrance, but otherwise the atmosphere was great.

The food, even with special requests, is freshly prepared and well presented. The service is attentive and friendly, but occasionally a bit overwhelmed and disorganized. The price is reasonable for the quality of the food and drinks. Best to try it yourself; maybe they were just having a bad day.

We visited a Peter Pane for the first time with two adults and two children. The food was very good, and Sarah initially played classical music for our service. The music was too loud for me personally, and the benches without backrests were rather uncomfortable. Nevertheless, we would come again.

Our group of five just wanted a nightcap and ended up with the worst moquito. What a shame!

We chose vegetarian burgers and fries. We found them extremely tasty (even as non-vegetarians). The Creamy Caramel Crunch for dessert was also delicious and very filling. The service was very attentive and friendly.

Delicious burgers in the heart of Erfurt

The benches weren't very comfortable, but the staff were very attentive. We received the wrong sauce for our fries, but it was immediately corrected, and we were allowed to keep the old one.

I was always a fan of Peter Pane, but the value for money is no longer there at all. The burgers were absolutely dry and soggy. The fries were the same. Considering you're paying almost €30 for a dinner menu these days, it's absolutely terrible. Service: Our server was friendly at first, but after a question that didn't fit the – seemingly standard – ordering process, he became completely arrogant. Unfortunately, overall, I can no longer recommend it.

I was there with three people, and it was very nice. The food was delicious and plentiful. I can recommend the thirst quenchers. One small drawback is that there's less space at the tables.

We started eating in Erfurt on September 27th around 3:00 PM. At the end, I wanted to enjoy my frozen yogurt, which I waited about 40 minutes for after asking three times. I'm still waiting, and it's October 16th... let's see how long my patience lasts. Maybe we'll eat somewhere else next time. But to all readers, you need to know if you're eating here.

Good, plentiful food, refreshing drinks, and young, motivated, relaxed, and friendly service that's second to none. The ambiance can be a bit overwhelming at times, but otherwise, Peter Pane has never disappointed us. No matter the city.
