Waitress very friendly and very good advice (was our first visit...), my salad with burger meat was overly spicy because it felt like there were 50 pepperoni on it... my husband was very satisfied, his burger was really tasty... but was able to entertain you don't feel like it because the music was super loud 😬

Slow service, maybe they are way too understaffed but a burger joint should not take an hour to serve a burger during lunch.

This time we had a very competent service employee who kept an eye on us and was very friendly. However, this was countered by the many other service employees who forgot parts of the orders and only delivered them after repeated requests. Some were rushing through the restaurant so busy that it caused a lot of unrest and two seemed completely overwhelmed by the entire situation. The burgers themselves were good, although the breadless version always saves on the additional salad. If you're lucky, you'll get a leaf on top. How many of the special features are on the burger is often linked to luck. This time, for example, it was a lot of Parmesan and little bacon, sometimes it's the other way around and sometimes there's hardly any of either. The fries have become thinner and therefore no longer as potato-like. If you know all of this and prepare for it, then any expectations you may have will not be disappointed. Compared to other Peter Pane locations, this one in Erfurt is rather poorly positioned in terms of personnel and when it comes to food, it's just a matter of luck.

Super chic and modern restaurant. Very tasty burgers and fries. Never had such a mega cocktail before. We'll definitely be back!

The food there is really tasty and the portions are big enough. Service is friendly and accommodating. But I've been there a few times now and wouldn't go again. Simply because it takes far too long for the food to arrive. You also wait forever for drinks. I don't know if families are privileged and get food and drinks quicker, otherwise I imagine a visit here with children would be absolutely exhausting due to the long waiting times. At least a waitress noticed that our drinks had been forgotten and bought us nachos, which was very accommodating. Nevertheless, the restaurant is not for quick hunger.

Burgers get 4.5 stars from me because I found the meat a little too dry. But that's complaining on a very, very high level ;) Overall it was super tasty 😋 Burger very large and tasty with fries crispy and very good in taste. Dessert frozen yoghurt outstanding. Very nice atmosphere, with very tasty food!

We ordered food to pick up, when we arrived at pick up time we were told to wait a few minutes. After 30 minutes our burgers finally arrived. When we unpacked them at home, we got the wrong burgers. Waited a total of 1.5 hours for the wrong burgers.

Were in Erfurt today, the service was really super nice and fast. The food was great, it tasted good and was fresh. We were all thrilled.

Even though we were told that it would take a little longer and that we should come back in 20 minutes, it happened pretty damn quickly. We had negative experiences in Dresden and were therefore very surprised. In total we were inside for 60 minutes for our lunch burger and this break was just right for us

It was a pleasant stay, the food was delicious, the service was very nice. However, we have one small point of criticism. Unfortunately, our cocktail had a lot of crushed ice in it, so there wasn't much of the cocktail to enjoy as it ran out after just 4-5 sips. (On other visits the same cocktails had less ice)

Once again bitterly disappointed with the food and the waiting time. We ordered at 12pm for 1pm. They think it should be enough, but at 1 p.m. they said it would take another 20 minutes. It was finished at 1:45 p.m. Unfortunately, three citizens were prepared incorrectly and the great new potato rolls were simply double toasted and were hard. When we called that there had been an error with the order, we were turned away and should have complained on site. So next time everyone eats, open it again? Are you serious? If there was at least an apology, but you don't get even that...

Went to Peter Pane in Erfurt for the first time and absolutely loved it. The food and cocktails were delicious and the service was really top. Price / offer: Very good. You'll definitely be happy to see us again :)

Atmosphere is cozy but we give 3 stars because of the hard sofas that are not very comfortable. The food is more than worth 5 stars!

So that's the 6th time that I order via Paypal and pick it up, you have a waiting time that is never fulfilled, you arrive and end up waiting another 45 minutes for your food and every time you have to check whether you have made the order correctly even though you have it write about this, after 6 times, we still haven't managed to get the time right or the food to be served correctly. Biggest bum load. I'm wondering how the pushing can go so well. Thumbs down from me. I'm curious if you'll delete the review

Hi, it was a horror instead of a culinary delight. For us, the price is too high for the ratio of what is delivered. A better McDonald's store when you think about it. Unfortunately there are better franchise chains in Europe. Today was Thursday, a day of the week, not even Saturday or peak time. Food was prepared without love and dried out. Apologies to the cellar (who absolutely did his best), it was busy and exceptional today. What happens when all the tables are occupied, does the food stay under the warming device for longer? Waiting time today at 35% with local guests... 55min.. with 5 service staff.. too bad but unfortunately more appearance than reality. And as a restaurant critic said, go to the toilet, see what it looks like and you'll know what the kitchen has to offer. See photo.

Were on June 28th. Eat at Peter Pan because we were there last year and the price-performance ratio was really great. We were all the more disappointed when, after a long time and asking whether we could now order, we were served what we were served. The lettuce leaf was wilted, brown, just disgusting, the burger was cold, the cheese on it was just old and hard. Couldn't be eaten. Unfortunately it wasn't possible for the chef to contact us briefly about the situation. We were given an espresso as compensation, we didn't get the sugar that came with it, we paid our bill and are absolutely disappointed. Drinks were very tasty. It's a shame because we were really looking forward to the food.

Pre-ordering often makes sense here and can be easily done via the restaurant chain's website. The waitress always explains the special features of the food very nicely. Personally, I think the menu is only worth it with a (non-alcoholic) cocktail. If you prefer lemonades or something similar, ordering them individually is usually cheaper. By the way, the sweet potato fries are delicious!

Very long waiting times before you even get a table. We also waited almost an hour for the food. The staff was temporarily invisible, as if they had been swallowed up by the earth. It's a shame...I knew it better otherwise!!!

A visit to Peter Panne in Erfurt was a completely successful experience! Despite an initially long queue, we were served quickly and professionally by the extremely friendly waiter Anton. His attentive manner and his friendly demeanor really enriched our evening. The food was delicious and the atmosphere in the restaurant was very cozy. Overall, a clear recommendation for anyone who wants to spend a pleasant evening with good food and excellent service. We would definitely like to come back!

Service unterirdisch und nicht vorhanden; bei Bestellung lief die Käsesauce aus und über die ganze Bestellung (5 Essen!); zudem fehlte eine Portion Pommes; bei der Reklamationstelefonnummer geht niemals einer ans Telefon egal wann man anruft und es kommt nur ein blöder AB-Spruch. Bitte hier niemals bestellen! es sei denn ihr bezahlt gerne Essen ohne es zu bekommen....

The cash register system didn't work and they were rudely sent away despite reservations. The former can happen, the latter shouldn't.

The burger tasted great. Everything was very fresh and beautifully prepared. The service was excellent and without any faults. Only the ambience doesn't suit my taste, but as we all know, this is also a matter of taste. All in all a great restaurant. We'll definitely come back.

What can you say when you make a reservation for 17 people two weeks in advance and are shown a table for 12, so that the remaining people have to sit separately at other tables and you feel the need to shout at each other because otherwise you won't understand each other. It then continues with the unfriendliness of the service staff, with blonde-haired people not responding after being spoken to once from the other side of the table and suddenly being asked to say “Hello Blondie” to announce their order. Something like that doesn't work! The preparation of the staff is also worth mentioning. It was only when we arrived on time that the tables were quickly and reactively wiped uncleanly. It is equally unsatisfactory that some people don't even have their drinks while others are already served their food. Since you shouldn't just complain, you can say that the food tasted delicious, even if not all of the fries were warm.

As always, a great experience! Burgers and cocktails top. Service is always very attentive and friendly. Despite the large amount of business, we were served quickly. I'd love to come back ;)

I had dinner here with my girlfriend on Sunday, May 26th, 2024 and all I can say is... super nice service and a very modern facility! It is possible to sit outside and the restaurant is located directly in the pedestrian zone! Price performance is really great! I can only recommend! Will eat here more often in the future!

After a birthday party food was cold. We were there regularly after the first opening, but unfortunately things have deteriorated over the years. Die Bedienung hat etwas gebraucht bis wir unsere Bestellung aufgeben konnten, genauso war es beim bezahlen. Dafür kam das Essen dann super schnell. Leider hat Besteck am Tisch gefehlt, so dass ich es mir von einem anderen Tisch holen musste. Das Essen war lecker 😋, das Burgerfleisch🍔 war warm, hätte heiß sein können. Das sind nur Kleinigkeiten. Sonst waren wir sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder. Schönes Restaurant!

The service took forever to bring the food and requests were not addressed. Edit: The Peter Pane team cares deeply about reputation. We were invited to give the restaurant a second chance. Today (05/17/24) we had an appetite for burgers. Less than 100 m from the hotel, we went to Peter Pane. Quickly reserve a table online and get in at 6:15 p.m. We took a seat directly at the bar. Burger with fries and nachos, as well as a shandy. The shop is buzzing. The burgers were very tasty.

Very tasty food. Hamburgers made of fresh ingredients, fries hot and crispy. Sugar-free drinks are a big plus, very tasty and refreshing. The entire place is interestingly decorated, plus a clean, spacious bathroom. Very nice service. We have already been several times and will definitely visit again.

Top selection of vegetarian and vegan burgers and side dishes. Freshly prepared and really delicious. The atmosphere is really nice and the employees are always super friendly. The only thing that was a bit challenging for us neurodivergents was the background noise.

You definitely can't go wrong here. The food is good, but not above average. That's why I think the price is a bit high. The map is a bit confusing at the beginning with the menu constellations. Reserved a table for 2 people at very short notice today for the same evening in 1 hour. Arriving there about 10 minutes before the actual time, someone from the nice team got us to our seats relatively promptly and we didn't have to wait that long for the ticket, at least it was well attended. The ambience is good, depending on the location the music may be a bit loud, but you can definitely stay there for a while and eat/drink deliciously. The price-performance ratio is really good, you'll definitely get full, burgers and the like look great and taste delicious, there should be something for everyone - whether normal, vegetarian or vegan. We had the Mango Tango with multigrain bun and a farmhouse burger on multigrain bun. The two (alcoholic) cocktails were mixed really well and iced. The “Raspberry Mojito” and the “Gin Sunrise” were well received by us. All in all, I think Peter Pane Erfurt is really good and will definitely not be the last time I eat there. Clear recommendation.
