Best meal in a long time! The vegan burger was very tasty, the salad plate was great and the homemade lemonade (0.5 liters) with mango mint was very delicious! Plenty as a lunch menu. The service was friendly and the decor was a real eye-catcher! The toilet was very clean and is wheelchair accessible.

Unfortunately still unsuitable for allergy sufferers! Despite a large advertising campaign and large "Gluten-free happy" displays, none of the advertised gluten-free burger buns were available, despite the fact that they had specifically asked for them the day before and only then were they reserved. Dear Hans in the Glück Team, you still have some catching up to do with your allergen card. For allergy sufferers, it would be great if a restaurant finally declared all components with allergens in a differentiated manner, so that you know whether, for example, a salad bowl really contains gluten or just because of the bread stick, which we coeliacs could then simply leave out and still find something on your menu. I'll be happy if you tackle this project next after your big advertising campaign 💪🏼 A big thank you to the super competent and empathetic service 🫶

The new map is good and everyone in our group found something. The burgers are recommended. We had a smash burger as a triple variant, together with the fries and the cheese sauce it was a great deal. There are also burgers without a bun. Very good if you don't like burger buns or it's just too much. We were satisfied and went home full. Ordering at the table works well and payment works wonderfully. Gladly again. Any time. Whenever we are in Erfurt, only Hans im Glück comes into question. It's always a taste experience.

The food was as good as usual. Service was very friendly. Ordering and paying with the app worked perfectly. The only thing to complain about was the cleanliness of the women's toilet.

The toilet smells very bad. The blonde lady was very rude because we were sitting in the wrong seat. Young people are friendly.

Tuesday evening I was in luck with Hans. There was a queue out the door. Even though we had a reservation, we had to wait 20 minutes. I really liked the atmosphere; despite the large area, Hans im Glück felt like a small, cozy restaurant. Unfortunately we didn't have any backrests and had to wait 35 minutes for our drinks. The food came after another 15 minutes. Unfortunately my burger was a bit cold, but still very tasty. Service was friendly but unfortunately very slow and you had to wait a long time. Of course you can also order yourself using a QR code. The prices were relatively high for what you get. I think Hans im Glück is good, but I would recommend another restaurant to guests who are pressed for time.

A very good restaurant. It's similar to the other branches of the chain, but that's not a bad thing. The staff is super friendly and if you don't like contact with strangers, you can also order and pay via your cell phone, thus reducing the interactions with the staff to the moments when you get your order. The food is fresh and I can highly recommend the homemade lemonades and iced tea. Everything is prepared and delivered very quickly. There is a changing station in the disabled toilet. However, it is not barrier-free. At least not via the main entrance.

Large selection of burgers, very nice, attentive staff.

We went to Hans im Glück for lunch on a Saturday. At first the queue put us off a bit, but then we realized that it cleared up relatively quickly and so we got in line. After about 5-7 minutes we got a table in the back of the restaurant. The ambience is natural and chic, in Scandinavian style. Unfortunately, our table didn't have a backrest, which shortened the time we spent there. The toilets in the basement were clean and stylish. The only drawback was the unpleasant smell. An automatic scent freshener or regular ventilation is recommended here. That's why I'm deducting one star from the overall rating. The waiter was very friendly and radiated a good mood. We ordered the lunch special twice. This came in a reasonable time. The fries were crispy and the citizen was well fried with fresh ingredients. The portion size was good, even if you are very hungry you will be full. Unfortunately, the food afterwards was heavy on my stomach until the evening, which I didn't find very pleasant. I usually only have this when I rarely eat at a well-known fast food restaurant. That's why I'm deducting one star from the individual rating here too. Now an important note! Digitalization moved in here too. If you want, you can place your order using a QR code. But we ordered from the very friendly waiter. You can also pay the bill through it. Here's the important note!!! During the payment process it is NOT possible to simply pay the invoice amount. You are obliged to give tips. There are the following selection options here. With our invoice amount of €49.20 1. Round up to the 5th place, to 55€ 2.7% 3. 10% 4. 15% 5. 20% Here is the question? If you now order your food via the app and then pay for it. Then, in my opinion, 2/3 of a waiter's job is done by myself. Then why am I obligated to tip for this? The next question that arises. Who gets the tip? The app or the waiter? I'm happy to give a tip when the service is good, but I want to be sure that the person who deserves it gets it. All in all, we enjoyed our visit to Hans im Glück.

Very tasty food and a large selection, and you'll definitely be full! The young man who served us was extremely friendly, personable and created a relaxed atmosphere. I just found it a bit cramped inside - if you are coming with several people, it is advisable to sit outside or check beforehand whether there is enough space. Still a clear recommendation!

We made a reservation for 3 people and used it as a birthday surprise. The food was very tasty and arrived after a short wait. We'll definitely be back.

Very tasty, great atmosphere and I find the ability to order directly at the table using my mobile phone very practical. However, when paying via cell phone you have to tip a specified amount, we didn't want that and therefore had to wait a long time (with children) for the service person to pay. After asking three times and about 25 minutes later, she came back slightly annoyed, that wasn't nice and put a damper on the whole thing for us...

If you’re ever want to order anything - don’t. Out of roughly 60 orders only 4 of them was as ordered. Most of them missing part of the items and/or adding (sauces, drinks, burgers, salads). In many cases mixed orders also (like batat pomes, not normal goldenfritten). Highly not recommend to order. If you’re eating in restaurant - most likely you will be able to fix your order with employees. Burgers - 5/10 Pomes - really nice with addings

We were there on January 22nd. here. Since we were engrossed in conversation, it took us some time to choose, so the waitress - Jenny - had to come to our table several times. Nevertheless, she was extremely friendly with us, recommended great dishes and constantly checked and asked about our well-being. I would have liked to have eaten two pieces of the Veganuary burger if they had fit. :D And the thirst quencher more than lived up to its name. We stayed for a long time, the acoustics were pleasant so we could have a good chat. Very cozy in a corner. There are no backrests, but you can still make yourself comfortable on a wall space.

The ingredients were fresh, the rolls were fluffy, and the combination of flavors was to die for. The service was also first class: friendly, attentive and quick. Very tasty food. Super crispy fries. Very tasty burgers (also highly recommended vegan). Large selection of cocktails. In addition, the staff was very friendly and the food and drinks were delivered to the table super quickly.

The location is perfect and the interior looks nice. The staff was friendly. But...... We were seated in the farthest corner and even though the waiters were constantly passing us, no one made an effort. After more than half an hour, the young man finally came. There were posters everywhere about a Spar meal, but this menu no longer exists. There was no time or date mentioned on it. The citizen was nothing special for me. The fries looked nice on top, but it didn't work any further down. I find price/performance much too expensive. That's my opinion.

The burgers are good, crafted with attention. They are good, no doubt about it. For me a 5* burger needs to spark my mouth, to go the extra mile. The place is very nice and somehow with a tropical twist. The prices are medium/high like all the places in this time we are living in.

Chic burger restaurant in Erfurt's city center. Top burgers and fries with first-class truffle mayo! You really sit in style in the middle of a birch forest. Payment via PayPal also works perfectly.

I'D RATHER GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! We were in this restaurant HANS IM GLÜCK at the end of September. We ordered the classic burger with cheese, fries and a small salad. As a drink we ordered a currant spritzer. We only gave one star because we didn't come to sit, but to eat. The burger was poorly topped, the meat was dry and the slice of cheese was wafer-thin. You really can't speak of quality, at least the burger that day was subpar! The salad tiny and dry. Not edible! So now for the fries - I've never eaten anything like that before, totally burnt, some were black and all tasted like charcoal! The drink was so full of water that even with the greatest imagination you couldn't taste fruit. I'm really not exaggerating here, but I do compare the "menu" with McDonald's and have to say that HANS IM GLÜCK would lose out hugely in such a comparison! I also reported this to the waitress, there was no comment. In addition, in the end it was a hefty price that absolutely didn't justify the meal. For us, this burger chain HANS IM GLÜCK is dead. We, very rare fast food consumers, will head straight to MCDONALD in the future and did so after our stay at HIG in Erfurt!

The two of us managed to get a small space in the full restaurant and had nice and quick service when taking orders. Some of the food was served after a short wait. What was more problematic, however, was the burger and fries that we ordered, which was only served after the second request, around 20 minutes after the first dish. The dish was probably left abandoned in the kitchen for the time, which was particularly evident in the fries and the topping. After feedback, it was pointed out that this could happen at full capacity. Unfortunately, a hot drink offered was no compensation for a cooled meal.

We originally wanted to eat at the Christmas market, but since it was evacuated we looked for an emergency solution. The food came quicker than the drinks, which surprised me. But we were happy that the kitchen was still open around 9 p.m. We tried it in two other restaurants before, but the kitchen was already closed. The service was quick and friendly. The cocktail Drachenflier had a bit too much alcohol. I would have been happy if the service had looked around the corner more often during the meal, then I would have asked earlier if the drink could be stretched.

The service was super nice and polite. Food came very quickly. One half of the burger was ice cold, the other half was lukewarm. The fries are just lukewarm. And that for €27 as a menu. This is the third time this has happened to me in two different stores in the chain. Just not right.

We were here today with 4 people to eat at the best time for lunch. As soon as we entered we were greeted in a friendly manner. No reservation - no problem. The young lady who delighted us with great food and delicious drinks after great advice does an excellent job. Very customer-oriented, calmly friendly and considerate. Thank you very much for that 😊 We would be happy to come back.

The service was very friendly, the onion rings were actually the best I've ever eaten and the in-house soda was great BUT: I'm aware that a good burger patty costs a lot. The buns are a matter of taste, I probably made a mistake with sourdough but the salad was definitely not fresh and at 15 euros I just ask for that. The size was sufficient compared to the direct competition Peter Pane but too small. The furnishings are nice, unfortunately we sat in front of the kitchen and if the Liferandodude is constantly staring at you while you eat then it gets annoying at some point the second time. You can order and pay (including tips) directly via QR code or in the old-fashioned analog way.

Unfortunately we weren't satisfied. Four of us were there in the summer. Restaurant was well filled but not to the last seat. We waited an hour for the drinks and 1.5 hours for the food. This is clearly too much. When the drinks were gone, no one asked again. Service seemed overwhelmed. Food was okay, but nothing more. Frustration prevailed due to the waiting time.

The price-performance ratio doesn't suit us for normal burgers with the usual side dishes.

Yesterday I went to Hans im Glück Essen with friends before the Christmas market. The ambience is really very appealing, modern and cozy. However, there are also some problems with the processing and the quality of the food. The restaurant was full and despite pre-ordering, we stood at the entrance for almost a quarter of an hour as ordered and not picked up to be assigned a seat. I understand that the wait staff is busy, but on a night like this, someone should be assigned to the entrance and take care of seating assignments so that guests don't have to stand outside and wait in the cold. Another NEGATIVE POINT are the “Loaded Fries” which as such do not deserve their name. The chili cheese version for 10 euros was anything but loaded! We were served a small bowl of soggy, lukewarm fries, topped with the cheapest processed cheese and pieces of jalapeno that could be counted on one hand. “Done” carelessly. However, the burgers were delicious and the service was totally communicative, entertaining and confident. A thumbs up for that.

Our visit to Hans im Glück was absolutely great. I was particularly excited about the ability to order and pay digitally. This saves waiting times and makes life easier for both guests and staff. The service was extremely friendly, something you rarely experience these days. I'm thrilled and would love to come back.

We had lunch with 12 people. The food was very good and the service was very friendly and attentive. After ordering, it took almost 15 minutes for everyone to get their food at the same time, which is pretty quick in my opinion. Really highly recommended.
