Disappointing! I always thought your burgers were delicious, but what you gave out for the Comic Park 2024 in Erfurt was just rubbish! “Magnificent burger” was written all over your car, in the cheap and bone-dry bun was a frozen patty from the wholesaler with a little lettuce and cheese. That was anything but splendid! As in previous years, I expected a magnificent burger and was really looking forward to it, but then I felt really cheated. 🫤👎 But the main thing is that the campaign filled your pockets nicely.👍 P.S.: This isn't about pleasing everyone, it's about the fact that you passed off cheap products as your magnificent burger. Or is there something wrong with the fact that you used cheap frozen patties and buns from the wholesaler? You didn't even write about that in your comment.

The Burgermann is a sweet snack restaurant. There is enough choice, as well as vegetarian and vegan alternatives. The prices of the burgers range from €10 to €15. For what you pay, you get a lot more taste and a huge portion if you order with fries.

Highly recommended! The food there is really top and it fills you up well! We took the food with us because the park is practically right outside the door, but there is enough space for people in the store. Sitting outside isn't a problem either, as it's not that loud on the side street. What was really cool was the extremely short waiting time (the length of a cigarette). Prices are also moderate; 15€ for the meal (see photo). Take a look there when you're in Magdeburger Allee...it's worth it!!! ;)

We had made reservations for two people, which wouldn't have been necessary at 6 p.m. on Friday. The store is the perfect size, beautifully stylish and modern and the staff was super friendly. There would have been seating outside in addition to the seats inside. The burgers were freshly prepared and were very tasty. The braised onion, the sauce and the walnut patty were particularly convincing. In contrast to many other shops, fortunately they didn't skimp on the latter when it came to fries with cheese sauce. Unfortunately, you can hardly save money when going out to eat and here, too, the two of us spent just under €40, which was completely fine given what was described. We were very satisfied, the beer was also delicious and we would like to come back. Seen in the pictures: vintage burgers with extra jalapeños, walnut burgers and (large) cheese fries.

When we arrived we were not greeted. The self-service system was not clear, so we were very confused. Unfortunately we weren't spoken to and just stood there. The service wasn't friendly, we were rather eaten for breakfast. I always think very customer oriented, but here it wasn't very nice. The orders were also asked somewhat rudely. Given the public confusion, it would have been nice to explain how exactly this works here (I worked at a self-service place myself and explained it in a friendly manner at the beginning. It's not very difficult) After paying we took our seats and the food came quickly and was quite tasty and quite good. The falafel burger was a bit dry. The worst thing was the ambience. The fact that the grill is open in the room wasn't a big deal. The worst thing was the customers there. They behaved like Assis. It was loud and they were banging on the tables as they laughed. Although you can't really do anything about it, I know from my own experience that you can say something about it. Most of the time we cannot understand our own words. We might order once, but we won't come back.

Very tasty burgers, clean kitchen, great selection and a great ambience

We ate on site, there were a total of 2 tables and several window seats - It would be nice to have an extra map for the table, unfortunately a large map on the wall is confusing and difficult to read - !Employee ate fries with her bare fingers and dipped them into the mayo container several times, even after taking a bite, which made me sick! - a "bacon" burger had no bacon on it... You saw several strips of bacon on another burger at the next table - fried asparagus was cold and the cheese wasn't melted The price was definitely not justified and there were no menus, only for lunch.

My visit to the local burger joint was a thoroughly positive experience that I would like to repeat. The food was outstanding, from the Mexico Burger, which was absolutely fantastic, to the fries with truffle sauce, which tasted simply amazing. The vegetarian burger was in no way inferior to the others and was convincing across the board. The prices are fair and reflect the quality of the food. Particularly noteworthy is the open kitchen, which not only made a very neat and clean impression, but also increased confidence in the preparation of the food. The staff were consistently friendly, which made the visit even more pleasant. We were very happy with our experience and are already looking forward to our next visit.

We had really tasty burgers and great fries in a cool atmosphere. All I was missing from the ChilliCheeseBurger was some cheese or a nice cheese sauce.

The price for such a small burger....is too high. For this price I can eat twice as big and tasty in other places. That was the first time I used it and I won't buy it again. Delicious for 5 stars Price and size minus 4

Be sure to visit Burgermann again for a long time. I'm really a bit disappointed. Has subsided. Ordered a magnificent burger with chili cheese. The patty is extremely thin and therefore really dry and fried to death. It's a shame, it was really good at the beginning.

Had the burger bowl, which consisted mostly of iceberg lettuce and no dressing (just some mayonnaise on top). So it was pretty dry overall. The falafel were tiny and for over 14 euros I was pretty disappointed. Service is difficult to assess, it was quick but you can also order yourself at the checkout. The restaurant is very nicely decorated and you can sit outside which was really nice!

Prices too high. Otherwise all good.

Essen war wirklich sehr sehr lecker!

Hatten heute den Foodtruck auf unserem Betriebsgelände zu unserem Sommerfest. Dicken Daumen nach oben. Kann ich nur empfehlen.

Heute zum ersten Mal hier. Mega guter Burger. Pommes auch richtig gut. Einziger Kritikpunkt. Fleisch war zu durch. Aber das hätte ich wohl sagen sollen. Kommen gerne wieder!

Beste burger den ich je gegessen habe.

Was die Burger angeht gibt es viel Auswahl und spannende Kombinationen. Burger und Pommes waren frisch zubereitet und sehr lecker, kann ich alles in allem empfehlen.

Ich hatte den Mac Daddy und war sehr zufrieden. Eine wirklich gelungene Kombination von Pasta mit Burger die ich so noch nicht kannte. Zudem war das Personal sehr freundlich und auch der Laden selbst lädt ein zum Verweilen.

Spontan und auf Empfehlung haben wir das doch unscheinbare Restaurant aufgesucht. Ich bin, was Burger anbetrifft sehr wählerisch geworden und mag eigentlich keine Experimente. ABER, sowohl meine Tochter (Burgerbowl) war sehr begeistert, als auch ich (mexikanischer Burger) wurden sehr überrascht vom „BurgerMann“ - Von mir gibt es eine klare Besuchsempfehlung! - ein kleines (abstellbares „Manko“) die Küchendüfte sind leider vorhanden, auf Grund der Tatsache das man der Burgerkünstlerin beim Burger Bauen zuschauen darf. Die Klamotten duften nach dem Besuch. - der Geschmack und das Erlebnis haben das aber wett gemacht! Übrigens, alle sind SUPER NETT und um die Gäste bemüht.

Tolle Bedienung! Essen war fantastisch und die abholzeit wurde auf die Minute genau eingehalten! Der Preis ist Super und nachvollziehbar! Kommen gerne wieder!

Grandiose Burger, mehr muss man nicht sagen

Ein wirklich schöner Burgerladen. Das Essen war einfach nur MEGA!!! Super lecker und sehr schnell. Ein tolles, junges und engagiertes Team. Wir drücken die Daumen und kommen wieder. Macht weiter so 💪😉

Ich habe schon oft Burger dort gegessen und sie waren immer sehr lecker!!! Bis auf gestern , die Burger und Pommes waren salzig. Ich war sehr enttäuscht da die Qualität nachgelassen hat und der Preis nach oben gegangen ist.

Das Positive zu Erst haben dort zwei Burger bestellt und sie haben beide recht gut geschmeckt. Jedoch wurde es nach kurzer Zeit ziemlich kalt in der Burger Bude die Heizung ist entweder kaputt oder das Personal ist nicht fähig eine Heizung zu bedienen. Und wenn wir schonmal beim Personal sind der nette Mann is auch wirklich super gesprächig. (NICHT )Und noch ein Tipp lieber noch nh Jacke drüberziehen. LG Noël

Sehr gute Burger, mit sehr schönem Ambiente und sehr freundlichem Personal. Bei der Auswahl auf der Speisekarte sollte für jeden etwas dabei sein.
