We've been regular customers for years, so you could say regulars. When we were at Steinweg, we often ate there or simply waited for other people/friends by using the outdoor seating and ordering drinks. It was never particularly good, so I felt I had to write a review, but it was never bad either. It was okay! But back to my experience yesterday on Kirmes Monday: We walked across Steinweg and used the restroom there. On my way out, I wanted to get two waters from the drinks fridge. I have to say, I've never done that before because I always ordered, but these drinks fridges are right at the restroom entrance and exit... let's leave hygiene aside for now. The left and right fridges actually said no self-service. But I didn't see that because I wanted to get two water bottles from the middle fridge. Then the waitress, who is always stressed in this restaurant, as you can see from many other reviews, asked me if I couldn't read. "No self-service!" Then she told me it was posted. And indeed, it's posted on the left and right, but not on the middle refrigerator where I was. And let's be honest, when I'm looking for something with my eyes and I see the water bottle, I reach into the refrigerator and don't look to see if there are any other signs anywhere else in the room. But then to attack me like that. I was disappointed that I wasn't recognized as a regular customer, and there should have been trust, but both together. That's how you react when you're afraid of being robbed, but I have to change the system. If I wanted to steal something, I wouldn't do it if someone was standing right next to me at the counter. I just replied, I'm sorry. I'm a secondary school student. But even with a different school diploma, I wouldn't have known, since there was nothing written on that refrigerator. Then I had to listen to her say that, strangely enough, I was the first person to do that. System didn't understand. I then asked, naturally agitated: Maybe it's my ignorance or inability to read, but did they know anything like Google reviews or "customer is king" or simply "customer friendliness," how could they possibly speak to a customer like that? By that, I meant the choice of words and tone. Immediately aggressive. Loud... and I should please go to that. As I left the restaurant, a group of security guards was standing at the door. I had no idea if they belonged to the restaurant and asked me what the discussions were about and why I was taking a picture of the restaurant. I then asked them if they had even heard any of the conversation, and the picture is simply for a Google review, which I am entitled to. There was no proof of payment, because no drinks were sold and won't be sold anytime soon. Then the conversation ended, and so did my clientele in the restaurant. In retrospect, you feel sorry for having left a lot of money there over the years, but it was two Waiters were present, and both lacked the slightest decency or understanding of customer service. Perhaps they should consult with the health department to see if three refrigerators are correctly positioned directly in front of the restroom. Then the labeling problem would be solved. I've written many reviews here on Google. I never thought there would be so many.

We had breakfast there. The offer read well and adequately on the menu. In the end it was 1 slice of cheese and 1 slice of ham (split - looked like more), jam. We really had to save for 1 roll and 1 croissant. But all of that wasn't the reason for only 3 stars. We were asked if we wanted avocado with it too. We said yes and ended up paying an extra 2.50 for it. That annoyed us so much. She should have pointed out the additional charge. That was a bad ending.

Cheers in Mühlhausen is a true hidden gem! Their burgers are juicy, flavor-packed, and could definitely hold their own against any US spot (American citizen approved). The staff makes you feel right at home with genuine, friendly service. It's a down-to-earth place that I think deserves way more attention. Highly recommended! This restaurant was recommended to us, and I am so glad we went. It is located in an absolutely beautiful hotel in Geneva, the atmosphere was lovely, right by the river surrounded by a small garden. The service was so friendly and helpful.

Very cool bar. Casual and cozy. There are many great hamburger creations on the menu, you can't really decide. The taste was simply outstanding! I have rarely eaten such a good hamburger. I can also recommend the homemade tangerine iced tea. The employee who served us was always very friendly and attentive. We'll definitely be back soon.

I had dinner there today. I had the Texas burger with chili cheese fries. For me the food was great. The buns are well made, the sauces are great, and so is the meat. The only thing you could complain about is the baking paper under the burgers. They tear relatively quickly and if you're not careful you'll eat them too. Otherwise really a recommendation. Drinks are also good and the service is really attentive. Thanks for that...

The food is perfect, but the waitress was in a bad mood twice, that's not possible. Very inflexible if the reservation doesn't match the person (there can't be more), even though no one came after us on both days.

We have been here several times. Nice atmosphere. Prices are fair. The burgers tasted good. We paid by card. We only found the preset tipping function with the selection 10%, 15% or 20% presumptuous. After we tipped about 5 euros, about 5%, there was no thank you. A pity.

I tried the breakfast. The bagel with scrambled eggs and bacon was delicious. The waitress was very friendly and cheerful. Quiet environment with dim lighting, I liked it!☺️

I would have prepared food more sustainably. For a Saturday, you could have gotten rolls from the bakery. The baked rolls are not my taste. The toilet is very narrow. It's only for slim people, but clean. Staff was great👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Wir haben mehrmals im August und im Oktober gegessen. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker und bietet ein gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Auch die Burger und Salate abends waren gut. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und Sonderwünsche wie zB eine vegetarische Variante waren kein Problem. Ohnehin gibt es eine gute Auswahl an vegetarischen und veganen Gerichte. Wir werden wieder kommen!
