Was quite late on Monday (July 1st) and just wanted a kebab box with fries to take away. At home I discovered that I had been given ice-cold fries - disgusting. But the 8 euros were collected. This is customer fraud.

Unfortunately, the taste continues to go downhill Pizza dough not cooked properly Fries tasteless and just soft Schnitzel very dry and very bland in taste. But staff is very nice.

Unfortunately, I've only had bad experiences, the taste is run of the mill and the service has been absolutely unsatisfactory the last few times. If you tell paying customers that it is their own fault if they get the wrong food over the phone, then something is going very wrong. One could at least try to find a common solution. Unfortunately, this is not a one-off issue either. Never again for me.

The pizza was "SUPER GREAT" That's what matters

I ordered dürüm and it didn't taste good, the bread wasn't cooked through and the meat was no longer fresh, just warmed up. For the dürüm and a drink 10 euros is definitely too expensive

Had a nice and quick lunch again. The price is also right. Unfortunately, the interior is already showing its age.

In all transparency, I have never tasted food like this at any other restaurant and the staff are extremely energetic, friendly and respectful.

The staff at this kebab shop is an absolute disappointment. Your rudeness and indifference towards customers is unparalleled. It seems like they have forgotten that their business depends on customers. A polite tone and appropriate willingness to provide service are apparently foreign concepts here. Anyone hoping for a positive experience will unfortunately be bitterly disappointed here.

I called in the evening and placed an order for a small celebration with friends. They said they would be there in half an hour. I stood in front of the door in the rain and waited for food, another 30 minutes easily... Then I called again only to be told that it had been delivered 30 minutes ago, then suddenly it changed and I supposedly canceled my previous order and when I insisted on placing a new order they said that wasn't possible because they close in half an hour. And the whole conversation in an extremely rude manner My friend picked up the phone from mkr to maybe clear up the misunderstanding, but all he said was that I, his girlfriend, was to blame... So the evening remained without food I'll never order there again, so disrespectful!

It feels like nothing has been done to improve the products for years. It still tastes just as bland as when it opened and is just as hard on the stomach. I guess a change of sauces could turn things around.

The wrong number was heard on the phone even though the name of the food was also said. On the phone they said that it was my fault and that I should pay again if I wanted the food I actually ordered. That's crazy.

Best kebab I've eaten in a long time. The salad was crunchy, the garlic sauce was delicious and the meat was fresh and tasted great. The size is great for €6. I got a lot less for €7

Very good kebab, especially the vegetables are always fresh. They also have a delivery service, which is very convenient in the event of illness. If you want to linger, there is a beautiful counter with a panoramic view of the Frauentor, city wall, roundabout and the Blobach festival site. Also normal tables. The staff is consistently friendly and hard-working. Here the customer is still king. The meat is cut well done and not undercooked as experienced elsewhere. The sauces are standard, additional chili powder is nice and spicy. According to my little daughter, children's kebabs are also good. All in all, a very well-run snack bar that, in my opinion, justifies the current prices. The rest day is Tuesday.

Ich hatte einen " Flitzer Döner " , kurz nach dem Verzehr hatte ich einige eilige Wege zu meiner Keramik. Vom Geschmack war ich auch enttäuscht, Fleisch aus der Währmhalte Box . Ne nicht noch einmal.

Ein Dönerladen halt. Etwas geräumiger mit Sitzmöglichkeiten. Essen war schnell fertig. Das Dönerfleisch ist gut, man erkennt noch das es Fleisch ist. Nicht wie oft eine durchgedrehte Pampe.

Sehr leckerer döner aber das einzige was mich gestört hat war das das Brot sehr ölig war ,aber sonst wer der döner ganz lecker.

Wohne da gleich um die Ecke und hole mir abends öfter noch ein Döner. Die Leute sind total cool drauf. Essen bisher immer super.

Haben uns dort döner geholt... Die Jungs dort sind super nett... Bedienen einen super... fragen nach was drauf soll... Das Fleisch ist schon etwas fettig aber mich persönlich stört sowas nicht... Geschmacklich vollkommen ok... Für 6€ wurde er ordentlich gefüllt mit Fleisch... Bei anderen muss man das Fleisch suchen... Alles in allem war der döner lecker... Hab schon weit aus schlechtere gegessen für das Geld... Zumindest den döner kann ich dort empfehlen...

Schnelle Lieferung,das war's aber leider schon.10€ für eine Pizza🙈 die Geschmacklich nicht gut war, gibt's bessere und günstigere. Auflauf war kaum gewürzt und nur halb voll und das auch für 10€. Bestellen müsste ich hier nicht nochmal.

Ist seit Jahren mein Lieblingsdönerladen. Ich wüsste nicht jemals was gegessen zu haben was nicht bei denen geschmeckt hat. Also kann ich nur empfehlen.

Es gibt nicht viel zu sagen: essen speckt, Preise sind normal, nettes Personal, Ambiente Standart würde ich sagen, lieferservice gibt's auch kommt auch heiß an. Hier weiß man woran man ist! Weiter so 👍

Ich wollte Bologneseschnitzel mit Nudeln anstelle von Pommes, leider kostete das 3€ mehr, ich habe mich dann doch dazu entschieden Pommes zu nehmen. Die Pommes waren leider alles andere als Schmackhaft (kalt und matschig). Das Döner - Fleisch wurde aus einem Behälter genommen (einen Fleischspieß, konnte ich nicht sehen, obwohl permanent Döner verkauft wurde). Die Bolognese war okay. Essen ging schnell, allerdings zu kalt. Schade, für den Preis erwarte ich einfach mehr.

Wir nutzen oft den Lieferservice. Immer sehr zufrieden, schnell, zuverlässig und lecker.
