The best burgers and very friendly! Just like on our vacation in 2023, a visit in 2024 was a must. We (and our son) have been talking about the delicious, large burgers ever since last year! Just like in 2023, we weren't disappointed and are raving about this taste experience again now (after our vacation). We're already looking forward to 2025. The friendliness is also worth mentioning. Especially towards the children. We recommend it without reservation. The burgers here are worth the money.

I was there, the cellar boss was nice but the food was far too dry and had no taste and he paid outrageously too much money for it even though he knew that the food wasn't tasty.

The people at the truck are super friendly and everything looks spotless. I didn't like the burger (pulled duck) at all. The roll quickly became soggy from the very wet red cabbage salad and therefore had a scary color. The red cabbage also overpowered everything in terms of taste. There was a lot of torn duck on it, which I would have liked to have tasted more clearly. Too bad. Ambiance -- well, a supermarket parking lot. There were customers next door who had probably ordered several times before. They said everything is always ready on time. Maybe I just picked the wrong burger.

Dip arrived moldy, pizza was empty and would be cold anyway and then I get 1 dip as compensation. Shame on this store. No apologizing, anything else. Get dip and bye. I absolutely recommend against this juice shop

I'm pretty picky when it comes to burgers. I was absolutely thrilled with this one; I had the tastiest burgers I've had in a long time. Fresh, juicy meat, wonderfully buttery buns that stay their shape and don't crumble, delicious cheese and bacon, and a deliciously seasoned sauce. Simply perfect all around. Delivery was super fast, too; the burgers arrived fresh and hot. The delivery guy was also very friendly. A highly recommended place for anyone who appreciates a good burger. The price-performance ratio is also unbeatable. 10/10!

Service very nice, burgers very tasty, ambience great, can only be recommended

We wanted to order from Burgerme St. Gertrud and have it delivered and we were told that there was no delivery to Schlutup. When I asked why the distance wasn't that far, I was told that only e-bikes were used and the time would be too long. We then picked it up ourselves and there were three Burgerme cars in front of the door delivering the orders! Very disappointing!

The Old Jack Burger is recommended, but there is still room for improvement. The bacon could be crispier and homemade sauces would be a hit with the fries instead of the mayo packet that came with them.

I actually ordered a Too Good To Go today with a pickup time between 3-4 p.m. Unfortunately, I found myself standing in front of locked doors when I got to the store. Of course I was very disappointed because I was left without food and drove through the city unnecessarily. The question then arises as to whether it makes sense to set a Too Good To Go if you don't open until 4 p.m. She doesn't seem to be reachable by phone either. I think it's all really a shame!

Great burgers. Mois is a great guy, super friendly, and has great recommendations. I can absolutely recommend it.
