The ambience was great. The owner's service was friendly, then warm and finally almost loving... The gastronomic offerings were very diverse and stood out pleasantly from similar providers - it was delicious and we felt at home here.

If you have to sit in the back left corner, you should bring a seat cushion. The seat on the corner bench is broken and you sag so low that your head is almost at table height. But this has been the case for a long time and shows how important the customers are there. The lettuce in the burger could have been drained beforehand. It wasn't so great now.

We were on the way further north from Hamburg and looked for a restaurant on Google Maps and found the Burger Lounge in Quickborn. The selection of burgers is large. The burgers were fresh and the meat was juicy, including the turkey breast, and the fries were crispy. I can't comment on the men's toilets, but only one women's toilet might be a bit small. But all in all, once again one of our great coincidence finds.

Delicious burgers in a stylish atmosphere. Good music is playing nearby, but not too loud. Nice service. Everything was great all around! That wasn't our last time at the Burger Lounge!

Burger was okay… tasty, but god knows nothing special. Nice location, trying to furnish it as authentically as possible; OK, looks pretty nice. Service, now I almost said “as usual these days”, inattentive, bored, not an expert etc. 4 girls, only busy with themselves and their stories, you have to go to the counter yourself if you want to order more. Some guests also went to the counter to pay. My tip: Next time just go 🤷‍♂️ Yes, I have been a hotelier myself for 25 years. We grew up differently, so the focus was still on “service” and not on the pointless chatter behind the counter. Times have changed, I know... I only use myself as a benchmark to a limited extent. But then it's better not at all than like that!

We enjoyed it very much and the food came quickly. The service is very friendly. I just don't like the parking situation because the parking lot isn't visible from the street and doesn't offer many spaces and isn't that big either. The toilets work and are clean.

The Burger Lounge branch in Quickborn-Heide is a good choice if you want a burger, wings or milkshake. The branch is very busy, so a seat reservation is recommended in the evenings. The staff is friendly. The food good. A deduction in service for the parking lot that is far too small and difficult to access, as well as the nonsensical definition of the delivery area by the franchisor. Norderstedt Nord (Friedrichsgabe) is delivered from the Norderstedt branch on the Hamburg city limits - so with a long journey time, limp fries and cold burgers. Meanwhile, this branch is only a few minutes' drive from the district, but is not allowed to deliver there. That’s why we prefer to choose “Takeaway”.

We called ahead specifically. We were told to just show up. Then we walked for 30 minutes to find out that they were fully booked and that "the new one had made a mistake" and that they hadn't suddenly expected so many visitors.

We just had dinner here with two well-behaved kids, who were in transit from Denmark to the Netherlands. What sweet, patient service and a super beautiful tent, nice atmosphere, good affordable food, it was a nice end to our holiday for us. A big 10, keep it up, if we are ever in the area again we would love to come and eat again.

We drove past here by chance and luckily stopped in. The bun is great, the weed burger tasted extremely good and the fries were great. The service is friendly and quick. We'll come back at the next opportunity.

Super delicious burgers in a nice atmosphere

We wanted to eat there on August 13, 24 at around 5 p.m. When we arrived we were asked somewhat harshly if we had reserved. We said no and were told we could sit at a non-reserved table. So we did that too. Since it was too loud for us near the counter (music from the speakers), we sat a little further away. I ordered, among other things, a hot dog burger de luxe, which I had already eaten before. The Hot Dog Burger de Luxe arrived and I was a bit irritated because it looked completely different than usual. I took a closer look at it and noticed that there was only a hot dog bun, a small cut burger patty, fried champions and house dressing on it . Something was missing……..and it tasted quite bland and dry. I asked and the harsh waitress just said that it was normal and that it was always served that way. I was dissatisfied and looked at home to see what the Hot Dog Burger de Luxe was actually supposed to look like and lo and behold, in addition to the burger patty, there was actually supposed to be cheddar cheese, braised onions and fried onions in the bun. That explained why it tasted so bland and dry. So whether we will go there again, probably not. Somehow it felt like I was being played for a fool and that wasn't a good feeling.

Very tasty premium burgers, food worth recommending

We stayed one night in a hotel nearby and ended up here by chance. We had a nice meal with our children. Lots of different burgers on the menu, all nice in theme. Better to go here than to Mac.

Absolutely delicious food, nice atmosphere and very kind waitresses. The lunch menu is reasonably priced and the portions are good. The crispy chicken cheese deluxe with homemade bread was really the best I've had.

Overall it's okay, but there's no alternative to beef bacon. It just doesn't taste good and can't be compared to delicious pork bacon. And a rib burger is also missing or a pulled pork burger. This is a standard at every American burger restaurant!

Went there today to eat a burger. Reservations are recommended as it's always full. No wonder because they have the best burgers and fries far and wide. Price performance is right here. Taste is excellent. Would love to come back.

Rarely have I had such a good burger and the fries were nice and crispy and not over salted. A great experience in the authentically decorated diner. The staff very friendly and attentive.

Review of Burger Lounge Quickborn. When you walk through the door you feel like you have traveled back in time. So in short, a really nice atmosphere with matching music. I particularly like the old cars outside and inside. Only the two flat screens spoil the ambience a little. Once you have sat down on the comfortable seating, the staff will come quickly to serve you. First about the drinks. Mojito was good, but the real drinks highlight are the milkshakes! No matter whether it's raspberry, KitKat, Oreo or Kinder Bueno. Every flavor is simply amazing. My favorite is Kinder Bueno. Now for the most important thing, the food! I've eaten a variety of burgers and side dishes. Everything was very tasty and impressed me. Only the cheese fries weren't my thing, so I recommend the chilli cheese fries. Conclusion: For a reasonable price you get great milkshakes and delicious food in a nice environment. I hereby award: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 stars

If you ignore the drawback of the motorway entrance, the lounge deserves a full five stars. The food is great, the service is competent and super friendly, and the food arrives extremely quickly. Full recommendation!

My buttocks really smacked my mouth.

Apparently we had a not so good day (Thursday). The waitresses were very nice and tried hard. However, they complained loudly about the stress and the working conditions (apparently no breaks and too much to do for two people alone). And at a volume that every guest noticed. The food was great, everything was at the table quickly and really tasty. There were no cocktails because the cocktail machine was broken. A little tip on the side: simply remove the cocktail card from the table, then you won't be so disappointed if you order and then are told... it's not possible!

The ambience, especially inside, is very successful. Not so much outside, something is missing on the tables. The food is rather simply presented. It tasted good, but nothing special either. The service was somehow inattentive. We would have liked to drink more, but no one came along.

The food was delicious and the service was friendly. We were there in the afternoon and got a place. We wanted to eat there in the evening and found out that you had to make a reservation. I think that's not appropriate for a fast food restaurant and nothing else is a burger joint. I've had one of the better burgers here.

Unfortunately from 5 to zero!! I wanted to eat outside today, around 8:45 p.m., the weather was such that I wasn't the only one on the terrace. Still 0 attention within about 20 minutes. No staff, no address, no card. I then left frustrated and hungry. Nobody noticed either. That was it for me, service like that is underground. The store got off to a good start, but seems to have lost motivation very quickly. A PITY !!!

Were there again on Sunday and were not disappointed. The steaks are great and the burgers are just great! Can recommend the lounge, the food was great 🩼😎🤙

I actually hate burgers from McDonalds, Burger King, etc. We came from sports and were hungry, so I let my wife soften me and we stopped there. It was really fantastic! The homemade burgers were delicious!! I've never had such good burgers!! We'll definitely be back. Absolutely recommended

SIMPLY MEGA. The three of us were there for the first time today. Get an appointment at short notice. (With luck I would have gone without it today) The location is really beautiful and lovingly decorated in an American diner look. Super nice, loving employees. Burgers were okay, but nothing more

We wanted to celebrate our wedding anniversary there and reserved the table in the car beforehand. When we arrived it was occupied and after a while we were told that they had planned it. As an apology, the drinks and dessert were on the house. We then sat down at another table. The food came before we even had anything to drink They took the food back with them and after half an hour we were able to sit down at the table in the car. So very chaotic in service. When we paid we had to pay for the drinks and there was no dessert. When asked, a waitress said we were now sitting at the table we wanted. Unfortunately, that was the second time it was so chaotic there. It's a shame, it was a special day for us.

We were able to sit outside in the sun. The service was very friendly and quick. The burgers and side orders were top 😋 we had the burger menu “Ducky Dig Big Burger” and the house-made “Prince” with additional roasted onions. Plus onion rings and mozzarella sticks. We would order everything again. The floor in the restaurant and toilets sticks somehow strangely, but not due to contamination, rather the wrong cleaning agent or too much cleaning agent. 🤔 Otherwise everything was great. We would love to come back 👍

Excellent. Everything is right here and especially the price-performance ratio is fair. The taste is very good, the service is quick and the atmosphere is great. Reservations are recommended or just wait a moment until something becomes available. There are also parking spaces to the left of the store that you can hardly see from the street😉
