Wir sind ganz neu nach Quickborn gezogen und wollten mal ausprobieren, was wir so direkt vor der Haustür haben. Das Bistro Peperoncino ist uns durch die vielen guten Bewertungen sofort ins Auge gestochen – also haben wir es spontan ausprobiert. Wir waren ohne Reservierung da und wollten eigentlich nur gemütlich eine Pizza essen. Obwohl draußen zunächst alles voll war und es drinnen sehr warm gewesen wäre, hat der Chef sich die Mühe gemacht, eine Lösung zu finden. Gemeinsam haben wir sogar noch einen Tisch von drinnen nach draußen getragen und dadurch doch noch einen schönen Platz bekommen – sowas erlebt man nicht alle Tage! Auch auf die Wünsche meiner vegetarischen Freundin wurde super eingegangen und die Pizza Margherita wurde ganz nach ihrem Geschmack angepasst. Der Service war unglaublich freundlich, herzlich und aufmerksam. Man merkt einfach, dass hier Gastfreundschaft noch großgeschrieben wird. Schönes Ambiente, nettes Team und vor allem eine richtig leckere Pizza. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und sind froh, diesen tollen Laden direkt in unserer Nähe entdeckt zu haben. Eine klare 10/10 – absolute Empfehlung! 🍕😊

Super Essen und sehr nettes und aufmerksames Personal

Absolut empfehlenswert! Wir waren schon mehrmals hier und das Essen war stets der Hammer - sehr gut belegte Pizza, mega frischer Salat und auch sehr gute Fleisch- und Nudelgerichte. Der Inhaber ist sehr freundlich und die Bedienung auch. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Weiter so! 👍 Reservierung empfohlen und Parkplätze in unmittelbarer Umgebung vorhanden.

BIG Beers waren BIG und Molinari war kalt - was will man mehr?

Schönes gemütliche Restaurant mit italenischem Flair. Man fühlt sich wie bei Freunden. Chef und Crew sind super freundlich und kompedent. Das Essen ist total lecker. Die bestellte Pizza übertraf alle Vorstellungen.

Die Vorspeisen waren sehr groß und Lecker, die Hauptspeisen auch sehr lecker. Der Salat dazu ist außergewöhnlich und wirklich Geschmackssache. Meins war es nicht. Die Nachspeisen waren wieder riesig und sehr lecker! Gerne wieder.

Hab Antipasti Misto und 1x Pizza Frutti di Mare und Schweinefilet in Gorgonzola Soße gegessen…. Ausgezeichnet und mit viel Liebe zubereitet… 🤗 Keine 0815 Sache

Haben gestern dort Lammkarree mit Risotto gegessen und es war ein Gaumenschmaus. Ich liebe diese Küche und freue mich immer wieder auf Franca, Fernando und Ihr freundliches Personal.

Wir waren heute das zweite Mal in diesem Lokal und sind begeistert! Von der ersten Sekunde an fühlt man sich hier wie zuhause! Das Familiengeführte Restaurant hat super nettes Personal, das Essen schmeckt hervorragend, vor allem die Pasta hier ist zu empfehlen! Ich komme aus Hamburg, jedoch komme ich gerne wieder nach Quickborn.

Schönes Restaurant. Sehr gute Qualität des Essens und auch eine super freundliche Bedienung. Der Chef des Lokals auch ein sympathischer und freundlicher Herr. Essen war super lecker! Ich hatte zum 2. mal die Pasta Nr. 48 und sehr zum empfehlen. Komme nun häufiger! Vielen Dank.

Wollten immer zu Freitags einen Tisch bestellen, aber immer nur geschlossene Gesellschaft….. Konnten ja garnicht in den Genuss kommen, aber dann gehen wir halt woanders hin

Absolut geile Pizza! Der Teig ist einfach perfekt – locker, frisch und mega lecker. Die Frutti di Mare war der Hammer, richtig viel drauf und super Geschmack. Dazu sind die Chefin und auch der Inhaber total freundlich, man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Kommen auf jeden Fall wieder – klare Empfehlung! 🍕🔥

I ate here for the first time today. I didn't have a reservation, but I was immediately seated at the small bar. I had a pasta dish and a bruschetta to start with. Both dishes were delicious. My table neighbor had mussels, and he absolutely loved them. The grappa they serve here is also supposed to be amazing, according to my table neighbor. I had to drive, so I'll skip it. I'll be back, but this time with my wife. Thank you, mille grazie!

Best pizza I've ever tried. I highly recommend it.

Very hospitable, delicious food. We didn't like the taste of the vegan appetizer platter as much, as many of the ingredients were too sour for our taste. That was our subjective opinion. Everything else was excellent, and we'd be happy to come back.

Absolute insider tip! Best Italian food in the entire area! Super delicious food, nice service and relaxed atmosphere. If you like tomato soup, you have to try it here, it's a dream! No matter whether pasta, risotto, fish or meat. Only fresh ingredients! The beef fillet is sensational! We always enjoy going there, whether with the family, Friends or business partners - everyone is thrilled! The risotto is recommended seasonally with asparagus or porcini mushrooms. You have to try it. Both versions were super tasty! Recently I ate Involtino Salsa Di Panna and my wife ate Spaghetti Frutti de Mare. What should I say? Everything here is delicious! Best cook ever! Unfortunately nice !!! We keep coming back :-)

WORLD CLASS! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! For us, Bistro Peperoncino is definitely the very best Italian restaurant. To write such a positive review, everything has to be of a high standard... and not just for one visit. And it is. Starting with the relatively small but cozy location, the superbly competent chef, the attentive service staff, and last but not least, or perhaps especially, the excellent cuisine, this Italian restaurant is a must. If you value very good quality food and great staff, this is definitely the right place. February, 9, 2025 !!! Addendum!!! It's time for an update to our review. In short: For us, it is still, by far, the best Italian restaurant in Quickborn and the surrounding area! And as the saying goes: Pictures speak louder than words...

Super delicious dishes, always recommended by the chef that aren't on the menu. For me, the best Italian restaurant in the area. Update: We had another delicious meal here tonight, and the dessert was the absolute highlight... tartufo with eggnog. Simply superb.

Relaxed, family atmosphere with very good, high-quality food. In addition, the owners Franka and Fernando always greet their guests personally. Best Italian north of the Alps 😍 Very nice staff and very attentive.

Here you won't just find the usual pasta dishes, pizza and the typical salads. There are also really Italian dishes here. We chose antipasti, tortellini ala panna and fried fish specialties. The tortellini tasted like it was freshly made.

The dishes are prepared with love. Heartfelt cuisine, from starters to dessert. The service is excellent, very friendly and attentive.

Quality and taste are convincing in every respect. Every ingredient is prepared on site and you can watch the chef do it. I have rarely eaten such good Italian food. Thank you!

What a great meal and that is an understatement. It starts with fresh warm bread, a super tasty aioli, and the pizza is topped with a very tasty Italian salami. The base of the dough was amazing, the pasta dish was amazing, what we also had was pasta al dente, the sauce and the aroma were super tasty. I was totally amazed by this delicious meal and can only recommend it. Basically you would have to rate the whole meal with a 10+ plus plus

We didn't feel like cooking this afternoon and had been meaning to try the Peperocino for a long time. There was even a delicious soup to go with the ham mushroom pizza, scaloppina alla panna and redfish. Everything was very tasty and we will definitely come back. We took a Roma salad to share with us for dinner to try and it was great too.

Small but nice! Great pizza with more than plenty of toppings, great pasta and a family atmosphere. It's not for nothing that you can't actually get a seat without a reservation. Definitely worth it again and again!

Little Italy in Quickborn! From the ambience to the very friendly owners to the delicious Italian dishes, everything is just right here. Here the boss cooks herself with a lot of love, olive oil and garlic. You can taste it. My absolute favorite: Penne Arrabbiata Calabrese. With real Calabrian fire. Personally, the only thing I'm missing is the red and white checkered tablecloths. That would top it off.

As soon as you enter you feel like you are in little Italia. Authentic, hospitable, familiar! I associate art with food and at Peperoncino, food is truly art. From the look and the taste. Many thanks to you!

Das Essen ist unschlagbar! Man fühlt sich rundum wohl. Gibt leider keine guten Italiener mehr in der Nähe aber im Peperoncino fühlt man sich wie im Italien-Urlaub. Wir kommen wieder!

Ein Stück Italien ganz im Herzen von Quickborn. Super nettes Personal und eine flexible und saubere Küche, die Speisekarten bieten Abwechslung und werden der Saison angepasst. Auch extra Wünsche werden herzlich angenommen und mit Liebe verfeinert. Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen!

Leider war das nix. Die Pizza war ein Teig mit daraufgelegten kalten Tomaten und Parmaschinken. Auf der Pizza Funghi Gorgonzola? Oder was auch immer. Geschmacklich war es leider nicht doll. Der Lambrusco war dagegen super. Die Bedienung bemüht aber man merk halt, wer im Städtchen bekannt ist wird halt anders behandelt.

Hier stimmt einfach alles. Das Essen ist hervorragend, der Service aufmerksam und schnell. Vorbehaltlos zu empfehlen

Essen super, Ambiente drinnen etwas rustikal, draußen Holzsitzmöbel in rot/weiß. Nette Bedienung.

Der Aussenbereich ist überdacht und besonders im Sommer sehr angenehm. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen aufmerksam und wortwitzig. Das Essen natürlich lecker und der Salat wie früher bei Calabrese.

Wau, was soll man sagen... eine Perle! Wir sind mit den Fahrrädern gefahren und wollten eigentlich nur einen Biergarten aufsuchen um ein schnelles Kühles zu zischen. Sind dann auf dieses kleine aber feine Restaurant gestoßen. Zuerst haben wir uns nur was zu trinken bestellt, dann aber doch ein kleines Hüngerchen bekommen. Also doch noch was bestellt. Ich als jemand der gerne originale Carbonara mag also gefragt, ob sie mir die auch echt italienisch machen würden. Zitat: "Ah, wenn du das kennst, dann mache ich dir das natürlich gerne so, sonst bekommst du mit Sahnesauce!" Was dann kam... MJAM!!! Meine Freunde hatten Pizza bestellt. Auch diese war der Hammer! Einer der BESTEN Italiener hier im gesamten Gebiet meiner Meinung nach! Freu mich schon wieder drauf und hab auch schon fleißig von euch erzählt. Bitte macht weiter so!

Wenn man nur 5 Minuten nach Italien investieren möchte, dann ist man hier sofort angekommen…. Wie in einer Familie wird man hier jedesmal herzlichst umsorgt und beraten, wenn man mal nicht weiter weiß. Und wenn man mit der Küche redetet, ist es, als wäre man schon immer hier. JEDES Gericht ist ein Kunstwerk. Für die Augen und für den Gaumen!
