A solid burger in Scharbeutz with still some potential for expansion. I just don't understand the strange way it's presented. Normally you stack the patties on top of each other. Here they are placed next to each other, slightly overlapping. For normal people who eat a burger with their hands as they should, this is unpleasant

The operator is super nice and a true innkeeper. From the outside it is rather inconspicuous, but the food is incredibly tasty. The burgers are huge, very good quality, the fries are crispy and well seasoned. And the various sauces, some of which are homemade, are also impressive. The price-performance ratio is right, we would be happy to come back.

Location is right on the beach alley. Rather inconspicuous from the outside, but given the very good reviews, I tried it out. And it was worth it! The burgers were great and the fries were outstanding! The basic ingredients were of very good quality, you could taste it. We'd love to come back!

Die Bedienung (ich denker Inhaber) war sehr freundlich. Die Karte liest sich sehr überzeugend. Bei den Burgern ist die kleinste Größe Double-Burger. Schaut man sich die Burger an sieht man wieso. Die vermutlich eingekauften Fleisch-Patty’s sind zu klein für die Brötchen-Buns. Daher werden 2 Kleine überlappend verwendet. Der einzige erkennbare Unterschied zwischen dem Itali-Cheesburger und dem normalen Cheeseburger, abgesehen davon dass er deutlich teurer ist, war ein bisschen grünes Pesto. Preise sind für die Qualität und Leistung leider viel zu hoch!! Die Pommes waren sehr gut. Die selbstgemachten Getränke wie sie auf der Karte srehen gab es nicht, nur gekaufte Limo aus Flaschen. Kartenzahlung ist möglich.

Today I ordered the pulled pork with fries and cole slaw. The taste was simply amazing. The meat and the sauce harmonized perfectly. I would recommend everyone to eat here. A must have in Scharbeutz. I keep coming back.

We had the Bacon Boom Burger and pulled pork on steakhouse fries. The service was nice. But unfortunately neither was great in terms of taste and therefore overpriced. Of course it's all a matter of taste, but for me it wasn't something I would do again. For the same money I can get star cuisine a few meters away which is worth almost the same price.

Guys, if you want to eat really good burgers and mega fries, then you've come to the right place! Everything tasted really good! The burger factory isn't exactly a feast for the eyes when it comes to the ambience - but perhaps it has the best burgers and fries around! Plus the great service and hospitality of the owner! Spontan gefunden und unbeschreiblich lecker, besonders die selbst gemachten Saucen, haben uns nach Sättigung noch weiter die Pommes essen lassen.

So we visited this store today and have to honestly say we are very disappointed. The atmosphere from outside did something very positive. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed when it came to the food, the citizens were sticky and limp. The chili cheese nuggets from the freezer at the supermarket where a pack of 30 nuggets cost around 4 euros... came for 5 pieces for just 5.90 and tasted that way too ... As I said, there were 4 of us there and everyone had their own opinion...we won't be coming here anymore

A great shop on the promenade, everything here is reasonably priced, the different burger variants offer a wide selection! These burgers also taste very good, but unfortunately I couldn't pay with a card during my visit... But according to the director, that was just an isolated incident! Two years ago we saw this little shop on the promenade and tried it. We were immediately convinced - the food is delicious, the staff is very friendly and the prices are very good for what you get. We are now here for the third time and we knew before we booked our holiday that we would eat here. Once again we weren't disappointed - once again we felt like we had the best burger ever.

Große Bürger und die Pommes sind sowieso der Hammer! Tolle Majo Auswahl. Weiter so! Ein unscheinbarer Laden, bitte lasst euch nicht von dem kleinen Raum abschrecken das Essen lohnt sich.

If you're really in the mood for a high-quality burger, this is the place for you. We had the Bacon Boom Burger, Avocado Burger and the Little Italy, each with fries with truffle mayo and vegan sauce. The fries were crispy and hot, the mayo was homemade. The burgers are a masterpiece and taste on a star cuisine level! Even if you're a good eater, you'll be full here. Self-service drinks from the fridge are also possible. The boss was alone in the store today and rocked the whole thing, respect! We'll come back any time.

Even though the owner was all alone today (because his employee was sick), he gave us a great meal. We had the pulled beef burger, the bacon burger and once the fries with ketchup and mayo and once with chilli mayonnaise. Everything tasted really good, the meat was of very good quality (we are farmers and know our stuff!) The service from him was also good, he gave everything and did great for us. The burgers in the description and menu are home-made, unfortunately not, the cutlets were ready-made, defrosted like from a regular store, nicely presented, but the meat smelled unpleasantly of cheap 😔 The service is nice, but if you serve something like this to your guests, the prices are the same as in a good burger place, I don't recommend it, the only plus is a nice place, but we only rate the food here, so it's better to buy a regular burger from Lidl for €3 and the result will be the same 🤷‍♂️

Worse than McDonald's burgers... 😅 I had a falafel burger. At that price (11€) I would have expected a nice homemade falafel patty with delicious sauces. I got a burger with 4 dry frozen falafels, which unfortunately didn't taste particularly good either. Topped with ketchup and tartar sauce… the bread is also super dry. Unfortunately it was the same with the other burgers... The fries didn't blow us away either, but they were better than the rest. The condition was nice at the beginning, but in the end it became very unpleasant. All in all… never again. 😅 Ps. Yes, I ate at your place!!

The service (I think the owner) was very friendly. The map reads very convincingly. When it comes to burgers, the smallest size is double burger. If you look at the burgers you can see why. The meat patties we probably bought are too small for the buns. Therefore 2 small ones are used overlapping. The only noticeable difference between the Itali cheeseburger and the regular cheeseburger, aside from being significantly more expensive, was a bit of green pesto. Unfortunately prices are far too high for the quality and performance!! The fries were very good. There were no homemade drinks like you see on the menu, just purchased bottled soda. Card payment is possible.

Mega friendly boss! Knows about “gluten-free”. You rarely have that in burger joints. Vegan is not a foreign word. The orange chairs are cool. It's worth a visit! There were 10 of us there and everything went quickly.

Disgusting! Burger not edible - patty frozen goods, dry and tasteless, sauces from buckets with little to no taste and the bun is also very bland and sticky. Manufacturing is something different! We reserved a table by calling for my son's birthday and found the doors closed! When I called and asked what was going on, I was told that they were spontaneously taking a day off in the week and that it was today! It doesn't work at all! Thanks for nothing! Nice, eye-catching restaurant. We were served quickly and friendly by the owner and got our food quickly. We both really enjoyed the burgers and fries. We were also happy about the pickle cheese nuggets, which were new to the menu and were kindly recommended to us. Unfortunately there is no guest toilet and card payment would also be nice, but it had no influence on the lovely evening with delicious burgers. We'd love to come back!

We wanted to pick up a little afternoon snack and decided on the fries here. The staff is very competent - gluten-free is known. The fries are gluten-free and are prepared in a separate deep fryer. The fries could have been a little longer, but that's a matter of taste 🙂. We would eat something here again 😄

Today I was at Fries 🍟 & Burger 🍔 in Scharbeutz - with dog in tow. The nice man who works there immediately grasped the situation: a woman with a dog wants to order but doesn't want to come in. He came out and asked what he could do for me, very accommodating. I just wanted the delicious Dutch fries with truffle mayonnaise in a bag (5€) to take on the go. We were allowed to sit outside and wait, and after a short time the bag with the fries was brought to us. Simply delicious, bag full to the brim, plenty of truffle mayonnaise.

Eine ausgezeichnete Auswahl an Burger und Pommes! Sehr lecker! Die Einrichtung ist auch sehr schön. Der Chef war sehr nett und kommunikativ. Hat mir eine Empfehlung gemacht mit Garlickukurma Sauce war der BÖRNER! Also mein Fazit, immer wieder gern wenn ich in der Gegend bin.

Guys-honestly? We've eaten many, many, many burgers but this was awesome! We have never eaten such delicious burgers, not to mention the mega fries and sauces that come with them. Friendly and warm service is on top of that... It's a shame that the restaurant wasn't so well attended, we would have treated you to it! Also wer Lust auf einen guten und leckeren Burger und Fritten hat ist da genau richtig! Ich hatte einen Pulled Pork Burger mit Fritten. War super lecker! Tolles Ambiente und sehr netter Besitzer. Wenn ich wieder in der Gegend sein sollte werde ich da auf jeden fall wieder essen gehen!

Keine eigene Toilette (nur die öffentliche), keine Kartenzahlung möglich. Die meisten Sitzplätze sind im Außenbereich. Der Burger war bestenfalls durchschnittlich (mutmaßlich mit TK-Patties), die Pommes ok. Mit einer "Manufaktur" hat das alles nichts zu tun. Ich werde dort nicht noch einmal essen. Edit: Und natürlich habe ich Burger bestelllt und auch gegessen.

Das Essen ging schnell, war reichlich und sehr Lecker. Getränke gibt es nur aus der Flasche ohne Glas. Die Soßen sind auch lecker aber nichts besonderes. Auf Grund der vorangegangenen Bewertungen waren wir bei der Bestellung skeptisch, das alles richtig kommt. Es wurde nichts aufgeschrieben. Die Wiederholung der Bestellung hat zwar alles beinhaltet aber war durcheinander. Abgeschlossen wurde die Wiederholung der Bestellung mit der Aussage "Irgendwie so." Es war aber dann doch alles richtig und somit wurden wir positiv überrascht. In Summe 6 Tische. 4 davon außen überdacht und recht gut Windgeschützt. Besteck und Geschirr war sauber. Toilette ist keine vorhanden, man muss die öffentlichen Toiletten von gegenüber am Strand nutzen.

Einfach die besten Burger auf diesem Planeten. Dazu Süßkartoffelfritten mit suuuuuper Garlickurkuma sauce.

Das Essen ist Super. Die Bedienung freundlich und das Essen kommt schnell. Der Burger ist der beste den ich je gesehen habe und die Süßkartoffelpommes sind auch sehr lecker. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen!

3 von 5 Sternen, die Gründe: 1. Möchte ich sagen, der Laden ist generell nicht so schlecht. Allerdings nennt man sich Burger Manufaktur, von einer Manufaktur erwarte ich selbstgemachte Patties. Es sind zwar fertige Patties, dafür muss man zugutehalten, es sind immerhin relativ gute dafür das es fertige Patties sind. Allerdings sind die Patties relativ klein! 2. Ist es für die Burger eindeutig etwas zu teuer, allerdings ist es natürlich ein Touristen-Ort somit lässt es sich erklären. 3. Wir haben außen gesessen, als ich nach drinnen gegangen bin zum Bezahlen, lagen auf dem Boden überall die Papier-Speisekarten herum. Das macht natürlich keinen sehr guten Eindruck! Alles in allem kann man dort auf jeden Fall hingehen, aber man darf nicht zu viel erwarten und mit dem Wissen, dass es nicht ganz günstig ist, dort hingehen. Zugutehalten muss ich aber noch, dass die Pommes selbstgemacht sind, die Soßen (Dips) allerdings nicht.

Netter, kleiner Burgerladen gegenüber der Strandpromenade. Gemütlicher Außenbereich. Bedienung war freundlich, Getränke wurden sofort nach der Bestellung an den Tisch gebracht. Das Essen wurde auch schnell zubereitet. Der Burger war sehr lecker und mit reichlich Käse, Zwiebeln und Bacon belegt. Leider war das Rindfleischpatty nur durchschnittliche TK-Ware, Als Burger Manufaktur kann man das besser machen, dann gibt's beim nächsten Mal vielleicht 5 Sterne.

Wir waren dort und können das Restaurant bedingt weiter empfehlen. Von 2 Burgern und 2 Pommes waren jeweils ein Burger und eine Pommes bzw. der Dip dazu falsch. Aus einem Burger mit 2x Patties und Pulled Pork wurde ein Cheeseburger mit 2x Patties. Aus der Smokymayo wurde normale Mayo. Also die halbe Bestellung wurde falsch aufgenommen. Die Bedienung hat unsere Bestellung nicht mitgeschrieben und so kam es zu dieser Verwechselung. Vielleicht sollte man einen Zettel und Stift nehmen und mitschreiben wenn man sich die Bestellung nicht merken kann ;) Ärgerlich aber den Burger nochmal umbestellen hätte zu lange gedauert. Also wurde das gegessen was uns gebracht wurde. Bei dem richtigen Dip (Chilimayo) mussten wir leider etwas schmunzeln, da es sich um normale Mayo gehandelt hat mit einem Klecks Chilisoße aus der Flasche. Mit Chilimayo hat das ganze nichts zu tun. Es schmeckte wie normale Mayo. Die Burger waren dennoch okay, leider handelt es sich hierbei um Fertigpatties. Die Patties waren jedoch von guter Qualität. Für ein Restaurant was sich jedoch "Burger und Pommes Manufaktur" nennt erwartet man jedoch etwas anderes. Die Burger sind okay, die Pommes scheinen selbst gemacht zu sein. Alles in allem kann man dort hingehen, es gibt aber weitaus bessere Burgerläden.

Essen war sehr lecker, vorallem die dips zu den Pommes sind sehr gut und man hat auch eine Größe Auswahl. Meiner Meinung nach kann der Laden mit allen größeren Läden in der Umgebung locker mithalten. Man kann leider nicht mit Karte zahlen.

Die Steakhouse Pommes waren super, preislich sicher im oberen Drittel, aber dafür reicht die Portion aus, um als Erwachsene/r satt zu werden. Es gibt unterschiedliche Soßen/Mayos, das Personal war freundlich, die Speisen wurden recht schnell zubereitet.

Absolut empfehlenswert! Wir hatten einen Pulled Pork Burger und Currywurst Luxury und Fritten. Alles war mega lecker und frisch zubereitet. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich ! Wir kommen im nächsten Urlaub auf jeden Fall wieder.

Es hat erst recht lange gedauert, bis jemand an den Tisch kam und es war nicht sehr voll. Die Dame vom Service kannte die eigene Karte nicht und wirkte, als würde sie das erste Mal in ihrem Leben eine Bestellung aufnehmen. Dann wurde zum Teil nicht serviert, was bestellt war: Ich hatte Chicken Stripes und Pommes, dazu zwei Dips bestellt. Ich bekam ziemlich unappetitliche trockene TK-Chicken Nuggets und zwei andere Dips als die bestellten. Die Bedienung guckte nur, als ich sie drauf ansprach, dass das nicht die bestellten Dips seien, und meinte „Nein?“ und ging. Leider ohne dann die richtigen Dips zu bringen. Die Pommes für meinen Mann wurden komplett vergessen, mein Vater bekam sein Essen deutlich nach allen anderen. Das Beste war aber, dass die beiden Geschäftsinhaber wohl die eigenen Preise nicht kennen. Auf der Karte musste noch mal gezeigt werden, was bestellt wurde und die Summe wurde am Handyrechner ausgerechnet. Eine Quittung gab es auch nicht - ach, und natürlich kann man nur bar zahlen. Absolut nicht empfehlenswert, leider. Der Fairness halber muss aber gesagt werden, dass die Burger und die Dips geschmeckt haben (auch die, die eigentlich nicht bestellt waren). Die Chicken Nuggets waren aber echt eine Enttäuschung.

Waren heute Abend zum Essen dort . Man kommt auch bequem mit einem Rollator an die oberen Tische . 🍔 und 🍟 waren super lecker . Das Essen war heiß und die Bedienung war super nett .
