The best kebab I have ever eaten at the age of 32!!!

Very, very friendly staff, who take their time to take orders and help with the selection. Of course, there isn't any Michelin-starred cuisine here, but that's not what you'd expect. We were completely satisfied and would gladly return!

We ordered takeout here twice and ate in our vacation apartment. Everything was quick, all our special requests were accommodated, and the food was delicious. For me, it's the best snack bar in Scharbeutz. The only thing that's a bit annoying is the parking situation.

Large selection, prices OK, and friendly staff. The atmosphere was OK, according to expectations. The price/performance ratio was good. The food was hot and arrived quickly.

We ordered a kebab and couldn't tell the difference between the regular one and the one with more meat, and there are better ones available for over 10 euros.

The falafel kebab exceeded our expectations: delicious bread, fresh salad, and tasty sauces. Excellent value for money, too. A definite recommendation :)

I've rarely eaten such a good kebab. Ultra-tasty food and friendly staff. Very child-friendly, and at the end, each child received a lollipop. The kebab and currywurst with fries were top-notch. I would eat there again anytime. Keep up the good work.

Top location. Large selection. Parking is very difficult. Advance orders can be made by phone. Prices are very high, but that's also due to the special location. €9.40 for a standard kebab. A large kebab is quite something. However, prices are normal for the surrounding restaurants. Opening hours are adjusted to the season. During peak times, you can expect waits, which sometimes affect the quality. The staff is friendly, but it seems a bit fake and inauthentic.

We ordered from FoodRunner twice during our vacation and were thrilled. The food was delivered quickly, and the delivery person was very polite. The fries were still warm and not at all soggy, as you'd expect when ordering them. The burger, salad, and pizza were all delicious. Great service, great food, and fast delivery—highly recommended!

Many shops in Scharbeutz are overpriced, and if they aren't, the quality is often subpar. It was different here, which is why we're writing. We come here often. The doner sauce is something different, a mix of curry and mustard, not the usual standard sauce. The prices are okay.

We ordered two pizzas to go. The restaurant was full and there were a few people picking up ahead of us, but the wait was still only 20 minutes, which was perfectly fine. The base was fantastic; we've rarely eaten such a good pizza. Unfortunately, we only noticed at home that the toppings were incorrect. I can't say whether the pizzas were swapped or prepared incorrectly, but they still tasted very good. We will be back this holiday!

We got a kebab and a burger there today. The burger was okay. I didn't think the kebab was that great. The meat, I thought, was very tasteless. And the sauces weren't that great either. I have to be honest, I've had kebabs that were much better. And I think the kebab plate at €16.90 is very expensive.

I ordered two pizzas over the phone and they were ready for pickup in just 15 minutes. Both pizzas were delicious and reasonably priced.

We've been ordering from there quite often since the shop opened. The quality (doner meat) is adequate. Price-performance ratio... Scharbeutz, you know. We've noticed that the meat content is getting smaller and the salad on the doner kebabs is getting larger, but maybe we're just imagining that. 😉 Conclusion: You can do it, but there are much more creative shops in the cities.

The food was super delicious and the portions were generous. We had two doner kebab sandwiches, a doner pizza, and a double burger with fries. Everything was delicious. The seating was also pleasant. A child's half-eaten pizza was immediately packed up for us upon request.

When all the lights go out, the beach promenade sinks into darkness, and even the last fish sandwich kiosk is packing its herring – Food Runner is still running. No, running! This place is like Batman, only with pizza instead of Batarangs. And honestly: I'm in love. The food? Simple, honest, and so good. The pizza? An oily love letter to real mozzarella. Greasy like a 90s gas station attendant, but so delicious that even my diet has voluntarily quit. Every bite screams: "I'm not fast food – I'm soul food with strings of cheese!" And then the friendliness! While other places act like they've never been open at 8 p.m., Food Runner says, "Come in, we'll save your night!" I just wanted something small, so I left with a full stomach and a warm feeling in my heart. Maybe it was the fat. Maybe it was love. Who knows? Conclusion: Food Runner is the culinary superhero Scharbeutz deserves – and needs. Just go there, order pizza, and be happy. And maybe get two next time. You never know when the others will close again.

The food was good and there was enough of it.

We had it delivered through Lieferando. The delivery and wait time of 60 minutes in a vacation area is acceptable and accordingly fast. The food was delicious and hot. I highly recommend eating the salads there; they're crispy, and the cheeseburger is completely different from the ones at the Golden Signs.

Kebab good nice fries I recommend. I will visit here more often. The next day the pizza arrived the cheese was flowing the edges were roasted it was great.

First, the positives: The food is very tasty and reasonably priced. The ambiance is also great, with plenty of seating. Unfortunately, the staff is quite overwhelmed when it comes to special requests. We wanted any pizza, but without meat. They gave us a bit of a dumb look and asked us, completely surprised, why we didn't want meat on it. After a long back and forth, the staff finally got it. We then ordered two Cokes, and then they joked about whether we'd like them without the Coke flavor. Still delicious, though.

Unfortunately, the bread on my kebab was so dry that it was hard to grasp and everything broke into 1000 pieces. My plate looked like a tractor had rolled over it. Too old? Too dry? In any case dead as a mouse... For just under €9 you can and should offer more quality. Therefore, a return visit is not planned.

Very good food and nice staff. The only point deducted is the ambience, but given the small rooms I guess you can't do anything better. You would rather get more seats. But that doesn't prevent the 5 stars.

Doner "Jumbo" for 10 €. Fills a "big, strong" man. The fries are cross. Dogs are allowed in. For a quick trip on the day of arrival, a great alternative. Schnitzel with fries costs under 12 euros next door in the "Herz" you paid over 10 euros more. Suitable for takeaway. Pre-order + pick up. "Winter garden with windows" and other seating options in the restaurant.

The food is of good fast food standard, but the prices seem to be tourist-oriented and in my opinion are not in proportion to the quality of the food. For example, a Turkish pizza with meat for 10.80 euros is not a typical price for this product.

Unfortunately it didn't meet expectations at all. The kebab was simply not edible. I've never thrown away a kebab. This was the first time. The meat tasted old. The lettuce was limp and the tomatoes were mushy. The bread was hard. Unfortunately a very big disappointment. The fries were ok.

Unfortunately, I can't understand or confirm all the top reviews. We ordered kebab and chicken nuggets with fries. The kebabs were well filled. The meat had a high proportion of minced meat. I ordered it with tzatziki and it tasted like liquid natural yogurt. No hint of garlic and not creamy. Really fluid though. Salad was fresh. Now the big negative point, the bread. It was hard, dry and crumbled when you bit into it (see photo). Eating was next to impossible Chicken nuggets were okay, frozen goods were fried. The fries were how should I say, mixed. Some were fresh and crispy and the others were soft and wobbly. I think freshly fried ones were mixed with previously fried ones. Conclusion: completely exaggerated ratings for the quality delivered!

Food was delicious, pizza was really good. I can't say much about the service, I just ordered at the checkout and then took the food away. It could perhaps have been prepared a little more quickly. But we're on vacation so we have a little more time.😊

I've never had such a bad hamburger and the fries were at least twice fried, some were probably triple fried. That's a cheeky rip-off for the price. The Greek restaurant on Strandallee only served convenience food, but it was much better and cheaper

Service was friendly and the atmosphere was completely ok. We had Jägerschnitzel with fries where the sauce was very sweet and didn't taste like hunter sauce at all, then the cheeseburger menu which was very greasy and put a strain on the stomach and the vegetarian Dürüm was also very sweet in taste.

The food was delicious...unfortunately there was no cacik among the 3 sauces, so the star was deducted...and the waitress could hardly speak German.

After the 4* hotel right on the beach and almost directly in front of it only offered overcooked, spicy, but expensive food, I decided to try it here. There was a Dürem and a Funghi pizza to take away. First of all: for me this is a “kebab shop”! You should probably know that currywurst fries, schnitzel or even a pizza are not the measure that we Germans are used to. Even if it is offered. Personally, I wouldn't order a "Wiener Schnitzel" in a sushi restaurant because I simply know that the expertise lies elsewhere! The pizza was completely fine. Fluffy dough, tomato sauce, lots of mushrooms and cheese. Complete. Nothing special but sufficient and above all fresh! They weren't canned mushrooms! The Darum was great! Sauces tasted great, meat was great and the salad was fresh and crunchy! The atmosphere was open and cozy, you can also sit outside, everything was clean as far as I saw, and the service was super friendly! There is 0.0 to complain about here. In addition to all the over-the-top chichi that reigns on the promenade, this little "kebab shop" is a welcome and appreciated change! Keep it up !
