We had ordered food to pick up. Unfortunately you can only order by phone if you want to pick up. Döner plate, kebab on a fries box, currywurst very tasty and sufficient portions. Unfortunately, the jumbo kebab is quite small for its description. Food was ready in the specified time and was very tasty.

Unfortunately, the bread on my kebab was so dry that it was hard to grasp and everything broke into 1000 pieces. My plate looked like a tractor had rolled over it. Too old? Too dry? In any case dead as a mouse... For just under €9 you can and should offer more quality. Therefore, a return visit is not planned.

The ambience was quite nice for a kebab shop but the food was absolutely not tasty, far too little sauce and cheeky prices.

Unfortunately, I can't understand or confirm all the top reviews. We ordered kebab and chicken nuggets with fries. The kebabs were well filled. The meat had a high proportion of minced meat. I ordered it with tzatziki and it tasted like liquid natural yogurt. No hint of garlic and not creamy. Really fluid though. Salad was fresh. Now the big negative point, the bread. It was hard, dry and crumbled when you bit into it (see photo). Eating was next to impossible Chicken nuggets were okay, frozen goods were fried. The fries were how should I say, mixed. Some were fresh and crispy and the others were soft and wobbly. I think freshly fried ones were mixed with previously fried ones. Conclusion: completely exaggerated ratings for the quality delivered!

Food was delicious, pizza was really good. I can't say much about the service, I just ordered at the checkout and then took the food away. It could perhaps have been prepared a little more quickly. But we're on vacation so we have a little more time.😊

I've never had such a bad hamburger and the fries were at least twice fried, some were probably triple fried. That's a cheeky rip-off for the price. The Greek restaurant on Strandallee only served convenience food, but it was much better and cheaper

Service was friendly and the atmosphere was completely ok. We had Jägerschnitzel with fries where the sauce was very sweet and didn't taste like hunter sauce at all, then the cheeseburger menu which was very greasy and put a strain on the stomach and the vegetarian Dürüm was also very sweet in taste.

The food was delicious...unfortunately there was no cacik among the 3 sauces, so the star was deducted...and the waitress could hardly speak German.

Insane kebab so for me it's really the best kebab in the Buchholz-Hamburg-Scharbeutz district. are here at least twice every time we are at the lake. So really a big recommendation!!!🌟💌

After the 4* hotel right on the beach and almost directly in front of it only offered overcooked, spicy, but expensive food, I decided to try it here. There was a Dürem and a Funghi pizza to take away. First of all: for me this is a “kebab shop”! You should probably know that currywurst fries, schnitzel or even a pizza are not the measure that we Germans are used to. Even if it is offered. Personally, I wouldn't order a "Wiener Schnitzel" in a sushi restaurant because I simply know that the expertise lies elsewhere! The pizza was completely fine. Fluffy dough, tomato sauce, lots of mushrooms and cheese. Complete. Nothing special but sufficient and above all fresh! They weren't canned mushrooms! The Darum was great! Sauces tasted great, meat was great and the salad was fresh and crunchy! The atmosphere was open and cozy, you can also sit outside, everything was clean as far as I saw, and the service was super friendly! There is 0.0 to complain about here. In addition to all the over-the-top chichi that reigns on the promenade, this little "kebab shop" is a welcome and appreciated change! Keep it up !

We've been going on holiday to Scharbeutz for many years and have known the shop from the first minute. The shop has developed well, the food is very tasty and varied. The staff are nice and friendly. And I like that the store is clean and appears tidy. The toilets are also clean. Prices are a bit high, but OK.

Simply delicious, fast service. We will be back.

I don't understand all the good reviews, the pizza tastes better frozen. The dough tasted like something from the refrigerated shelf and the tomato sauce tasted like nothing. I didn't particularly like the baked kebab plate either. The meat was very dry, the fries were great. But that was about it

Our favorite restaurant in Scharbeutz with always very good quality. Saves us many a very hungry evening :D “Uncle kebab” is the best, clear recommendation!

Unfortunately, the fries were half raw and the accompanying currywurst tasted in the lower middle range. Plus an indefinable white cream. It was too demanding for my stomach. That was my first and last visit here. The service was friendly. This shouldn't go unmentioned.

Very clean and price performance was okay

We just got a pizza and a kebab there. It was prepared very quickly and everything looks very clean and tidy. The pizza is very tasty and you can taste that the toppings are fresh. The same applies to the kebab. To be honest, I haven't had such a good kebab in a long time. Delicious veal and very fresh salad ingredients. The sauce is also very tasty and the bun is nice and crispy on the outside and slightly fluffy on the inside. Absolutely recommended!!

Fast delivery and really good vegetarian kebab. However, the vegetarian burger is a disappointment. Everything is very soft and tastes indefinable.

We arrived in Scharbeutz in the afternoon and were still hungry. So we ordered 1 x Salami pizza, 1 x Dürüm and 2 x kebab pockets by phone to pick up. The food was ready quickly and prepared correctly and hot with all special requests. Despite the 10 minute walk back it was still hot and very tasty and filling. We'll probably have to get used to the prices of €9.90 for kebabs and dürüm. The store itself appears well-kept and the staff was very friendly. So overall, highly recommended.

A visit to the FoodRunner is part of your Timmendorf vacation. We also like to go to the neighboring town for this. Ate a very tasty falafel kebab bag - the service is friendly and attentive... Everything was very clean... Clear recommendation!

Small fries €4.50 Large fries €5.90 is still possible. No matter the crisis, that's not possible. You also pay extra for sauce. Currywurst fries €9.90, you can go to the Greek restaurant around the corner. But no matter what, he should eat alone.

Super tasty and large kebab, great crispy fries. Price-performance ratio is definitely right here! Pizza also surprised us positively and was very tasty.

My brother recommended Food Runner in Scharbeutz to me. I've been traveling here from North Rhine-Westphalia for years, we have thousands of kebab shops in Cologne (even Lukas Podolski's)!! I have NEVER eaten such a delicious kebab or Dürüm kebab as I did here. I'm originally from Hamburg, and I can't remember anyone eating something so delicious there either. 5 stars, all there. I can recommend it with a good and pure heart.

Hi, we just ordered two kebabs and a western burger to take away and ate them😊. Location was clean and tidy, service, both male and female, was very friendly. Food tasted excellent. With a “slightly” higher price, you of course always have to take into account the top location of the location, you don’t want to know what the owner has to put on the table every month in terms of rent. Very good service, delicious food

The employees on site were very nice. The shop was clean and we only waited a short time for the food. We had a falafel plate (3/5 stars), a veggie burger (2/5 stars), a double burger (1/5) and fries (4/5). In particular, the finished meatballs from the burger and the fact that the very soft buns were not toasted, which simply left a mushy mush with not very tasty meat, made the meal a weak point. Not disgusting but not great either. To be fair, the neighbor's pizza looked delicious. And we didn't try the kebab. So maybe kebab, fries and pizza are simply the better choice here. Overall, everything was good except the food.

Hochpreisig, aber lecker. Neue Preise beachten: Einfache Pizza 28er Größe z.B. Margherita 9,90 bis Pizza Anatolia für 14,90. Modern und sauber eingerichtet. Die Pizzen waren gut belegt, der Teig nicht zu dünn und geschmacklich wirklich lecker. Klare Empfehlung.

Alles in allem supi Laden für die Mahlzeit zwischendurch. Kann die negativen Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Es ist ein Imbiss und kein Sterneresurant wie nebenan.

Wir haben zwei Dürüm bestellt, einen davon als vegetarische Variante. Auf meine Frage wie viel Feta hineingegeben wird hiess es "eine Scheibe". Das erschien mir viel zu wenig zumal die Scheibe sehr klein und dünn geschnitten war. Ich fragte nochmal nach weil ich dachte mich vielleicht verhört zu haben. Ich bestellte dann mehr Feta gegen Aufpreis und bekam letztendlich genau eine Scheibe mehr, erst beim Essen festgestellt, also den Feta konnte ich echt suchen. Ich finde wenn man wie ich vegetarisch bestellt und da ist zu 98 Prozent Salat drin dann frage ich mich wie der Preis von 11 Euro zustande kommt. Der Dürüm meiner Begleitung mit Kalbfleisch kostete weniger, 10 Euro. Schon stolze Preise btw. Dazu möchte ich sagen dass nicht freundlich geantwortet wurde, eher genervt wegen meiner Nachfrage. Danach tuschelten beide Herren miteinander mit Blick auf mich. Ich fand's ziemlich frech zumal ich das von anderen Döner Läden absolut nicht kenne. Wir bekamen dann die Dürüm nicht wirklich warm. Das Brot war übrigens kein klassisches Dürümbrot. Es schmeckte zwar gut aber wir haben schon um Welten bessere gegessen. Fazit, nie wieder FoodRunner Scharbeutz.

Natürlich ist der Döner etwas teurer, aber was erwartet man? Für den Preis bekommt man einen tollen Döner mit sehr leckerem Fleisch und das direkt am Strand! woanders ist das Essen am Strand auch nicht günstiger. Der Geschäftsführer ist super nett und die Kollegen sind auch alle super. Und das Ambiente ist wirklich schön. Dort kann man sich wirklich wohl fühlen wenn man dort essen geht. Die schlechten Bewertungen kann ich nicht nachvollziehen. Ganz klar für mich 5 Sterne!

Ich verstehe die ganzen Bewegungen nicht, ich war mit einer Freundin dort essen, sie Pizza ich Jumbo Döner, und beides hat mega geschmeckt. Leckeres Brot, leckeres Fleisch, Salat schmeckte frisch, und Portionen waren gut. Preis & Leistung passt für die Küste

Ich hatte mir einen Falafel-Dürüm geholt und muss sagen, der war wirklich lecker. Auch die Bedienung war sehr nett. Wer mal eine Alternative zum vielen Fisch in Scharbeutz braucht, macht damit auf jeden Fall nichts falsch.

Wir haben hier zu Mittag gegessen, hatten einen Royal Chicken Wrap und eine Dönerrolle mit einer Pommes dazu. Das es war super lecker , leckere Sauce, alles schön saftig und frisch. Angemessene Portion. Preislich auch top in Ordnung. Service war auch sehr gut :) Wir würden definitiv nochmal wieder kommen.

Super lecker Dönner (Dürüm - 9,90 und Dönner im Brot - ca. 8,90). Alles sauber und nette Mitarbeitern.

War erst Mal von den Preisen geschockt. Aber wenn es schmeckt lieber etwas mehr bezahlen. Döner geholt. Der Jumbo Dönner für 10 € war sehr gut bestückt. Leider waren das Brot und das Fleisch fast kalt. Wohne gehenüber. Kurzer Weg. Geschmacklich in Ordnung. Tip: Nur zur Mittagszeit oder zum Abend. Möglicherweise ist der Döner wärmer. Werde es nochmal versuchen. Möglicherweise nur Pech gehabt.

Zufällig entdeckt, da etwas abseits der Promenade. Sehr leckeres Dürum-Falafel mit viel Salat, praktisch vorgeschnitten. Mit einer extra Portion Pommes mehr als sättigend. Große Portion, schneller aufmerksamer Service, große Auswahl an unterschiedlichen Speisen. Auch Vegetarier finden mehr als die zwei obligatorischen Gerichte in den meisten Speisekarten. Preis-Leistung stimmt und schont die Urlaubskasse ;-)

Viel Salat und wenig Fleisch im Döner, und das zum stolzen Preis, ein potemkischer Döner. Und auch die Pommes, zwar gut aber horrende teuer! Das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist nicht in Ordnung! Wir werden einen anderen Lieferanten suchen!

Das Essen war sehr lecker, super nettes Personal. Für mich, als Allergiker, super gelaufen mit der Umstellung meines Essens. Die Bedingungen hat es aufgenommen und es wurde genauso umgesetzt. So soll es sein. Sehr sauber alles. Einzig die Getränke sind sehr teuer, wenn man sich was nach holt.

Wir wohnen nebenan und haben uns langsam durch die Karte gefuttert und können sagen: Wow! Bester Döner mit viel Liebe zu kulinarischen Detail. Und wir haben schon viel Dönerbuden getestet. Die Burger sind auf dem Punkt belegt. Nicht zu trocken, nicht zu sabschig. Der Chef steht selbst hinter dem Tresen. Ist auf Zack und versteht sein Handwerk. Wir kommen immer sehr gerne her und wieder.

Tolles Döner Brot, frischer Salat, leckere Falafel. Dazu noch eine schnelle Bedienung. Es ist und bleibt aber ein Schnellimbiss, deshalb sollte man die Ansprüche nicht zu hoch hängen. Die Auswahl ist riesig und die Qualität scheint bei allen Gerichten gleich zu sein - aber wir haben uns ja nicht durch die ganze Karte gegessen. 😉

Der von uns bestellte Döner war zügig fertig und frisch, allerdings hat er geschmacklich nicht ganz überzeugt. Es war nichts besonderes und es stehen viel zu viele verschiedene Gerichte auf der Karte was schade ist denn man hat das Gefühl auf die einzelnen Gerichte wird nicht ganz so viel Wert gelegt.

Wir haben an einem verlängerten Wochenende 2x abends den Lieferservice nach Timmendorf genutzt. Probiert haben wir Burger, Pommes, Twister, Dürüm, Salat und Pizza. Was soll ich sagen? Es war alles wirklich sehr, sehr lecker! Besonders gut fanden wir die Burger, die etwas an den BurgerKing Style erinnern. Man kann sie gut essen, ohne dass sie, wie in vielen anderen Burgerläden, hoch gestapelt und mit einem Zahnstocher fixiert werden müssen. Da wir häufig an der Ostsee sind, haben wir uns Food Runner als neuen Stammlieferdienst abgespeichert. Auch die angegebenen Lieferzeiten wurden völlig eingehalten, es ging sogar schneller. Dass einige Gäste sich über die Preise beschweren, kann ich nicht nachvollziehen. Das Lokal ist in einem Ferienort und nicht in einer konkurrenzbehafteten Großstadt, in der die "Geiz ist geil" Fraktion für 2,50€ am Dönerstag essen geht. Einen Tipp hätten wir jedoch noch: Zu den Pommes gibt es Mayo und Ketchup in den kleinen Plastiktüten. Hier fände ich es besser, man bekäme nen ordentlichen Schlag Soße auf die Pommes.
