The burgers are super tasty, 🍔😋 The service is friendly and the atmosphere is also very nice.

After we had to wait 5 minutes at the entrance until we were assigned a table. We could feel the ignorance of the staff at the table for another 15 minutes. After that we had enough and went somewhere else. Unfortunately, this was our first experience with Peter Pan. ☹️

The restaurant itself was very, very nice but unfortunately the waiters didn't pay that much attention to their guests. When we wanted to pay it took a long time for a waiter to notice us even though we indicated several times that we wanted to pay. The ambience was also good but unfortunately everything was too close together. Otherwise everything was very nice and the waiters were so friendly. I always enjoy going there but please pay more attention to the guests!

During 4 days in Lübeck I personally visited the restaurant once. Everything was super delicious. Unfortunately the option of a “lunch break” was overlooked. Ordered online the second time. Also great, but unfortunately the dip was missing with the sweet potato fries. Well, the first customer was right at 12 p.m.... it wasn't so bad, the fries were delicious even without the dip... and the juicy lumberjack burger anyway.

The food is super delicious and there is a wide variety (including vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free). The staff is very nice and the prices are reasonable. There is quite a large outdoor lighting and the inside of the restaurant is spacious, stylish and cozy. So really 10/10!

There were two of us there. I had a hamburger with Angus beef. It was very tasty. But for two of us we paid €51. The prices could be a little more moderate. But it was delicious.

Good day, If you know what you want and appreciate what you know, then Peter Pane is always a good address, no matter what city. I think it's a shame that less consideration was given to needs. It was very loud and therefore very tiring for us. Very difficult for someone with limitations in processing stimuli. We asked that we be given a quiet table or that it would be possible to turn the music down. It was ignored. It's a real shame and not a nice visit for us, despite the delicious food.

Our first and probably last visit to Peter Pane. We were passing through and wanted to have lunch. The prices seemed very high to us, but the burgers looked great. At least in the pictures. What we got then was, quite simply, a disgrace. The taste is quite okay. We found the waiting times for ordering, serving and payment to be unpleasantly long. However, the ambience is positive. Well done. And plenty of space on two floors.

The correct burgers, we did not order starters. The service a little slow but very friendly.

We've been there a few times and there's always been something to complain about. The first time, the tip was already included for us, so we then just had to enter the total. When I asked what I should do here now, I was told to enter any x amount. The other times the fries were always quite cold and wobbly, so anything but good. But since the burgers are always top notch, we went there again. But today the real and big hammer came! We always order this lunch menu for €10 I always add nachos, cheese sauce and cheese, so mine always costs €3-4 more. They are usually around €26 So we ordered it again this time. But this time, there was a small/big surprise. Instead of the usual €26, I got a bill of €45... After a lot of back and forth, the error was quickly identified, which the waitress then admitted and we were still allowed or HAD to pay the €45. As an apology you could have been given a cappuccino. -Damn...what kind of cappuccino is this? Which is worth €25? It is therefore clear that this branch on this corner will no longer receive any visits from us. We were withdrawn twice.

Good food but be careful at the time of the bill, incorrect people printed the receipt for the shopping, and then when it was time to use the card, they collected €6 more without letting me know, given that with these new POS up to a certain amount you no longer enter the code and they don't print the card receipt, so I only noticed after 15 minutes when the notification arrived on my phone. Contacted by phone they first replied that they had closed the register and could not refund, then they said that the €6 was for the tip. Moral of the story, be careful and check the amount carefully before placing the card

First of all: the food tastes good at every Peter Pan, the burgers and fries are worth it. Here we were quickly brought to the table, given our menus and selected the food - we then waited in vain for 15 minutes for our order to be taken. Eye contact was sought, I didn't want to wave. It wasn't particularly full, but we saw more and more guests being shown to the table at the entrance. It's a shame, then unfortunately we went somewhere else 🤷🏼‍♂️

I can highly recommend the Caesar’s Burger! The employees were very friendly and I have never had a burger in front of me as quickly as in this restaurant. Music was a bit loud, but maybe that had to do with the fact that it was a Saturday evening.

Expensive Fast Food - Disappointing and Overpriced Unfortunately, my visit to this fast food restaurant was anything but satisfactory. As soon as I entered the restaurant I noticed the greasy menu and the untidy tables, which didn't leave a good first impression. The burger I ordered wasn't even served warm, which significantly affected the taste experience. The sweet potatoes were tasty, but you can get them in many other restaurants for half the price. Conclusion: This restaurant offers overpriced fast food that doesn't even taste good. A disappointment across the board. 1 star for the service and drink selection

Spicy Peter, very tasty, service perfect

At the entrance to the restaurant you have to wait for someone to take you to the table. 3 people are at the bar everyone sees you and no one comes. After we were brought to the table, we were served quite quickly. Food also came quite quickly. However, a portion of fries was missing. This was brought upon request. However, there was NO cutlery and NO napkins. When asked if you could get a cloth because you didn't have any cutlery, you didn't laugh and brought a cloth. Very disappointing!!

Peter Pane recently launched Smash Burger. These are not smash burgers! They're just normal burger patties... Plus it took a really long time for them to take our order. Restaurant was only occupied with 4 tables. I had easily made eye contact with different employees three times and still nothing happened for a long time. That's why only 2 ⭐️

We had dinner at Peter Pane last night with 6 people, including 3 children. And I have to say that it was a very interesting experience - because I still wonder what work clothes are all about and whether the waiters there can even smile? First the reception. Instead of a waiter picking up his guests and bringing them to the table (as I think it should be in a restaurant when you have to wait at the entrance), we were asked by a waiter across the counter if we had made a reservation. Well, all the guests present were able to happily listen to the exchange. We were then shown with a hand gesture where we could sit. The lady who served us was very friendly, wore appropriate work clothes and took our order quickly. Then the first drama when the southern waiter, who looked more like he was on vacation than work (like some others), brought us the drinks. Among other things, we had 2 iced teas and this "Peter's house soda" and I misunderstood something when it was distributed, which led to a misunderstanding. Instead of the waiter trying to solve the problem nicely and politely when I asked, I replied in a bad mood that this drink didn't even exist. That's all well and good, he'll know the map, but the tone was anything but friendly and welcoming. The same waiter also brought us food: Jackpot, again he brought his bad mood with him - where is the professionalism? I asked myself that later. We sat directly across from the counter and the waiter with the bad mood really put on a great show. Something wasn't right for him, so what's going to be done? That's right, slam the drink bottle on the counter and curse loudly so that all the guests notice. Statements like “Now you know why I don’t feel like working today” should also be exchanged behind closed doors ;) What was good? Food came really quickly and tasted delicious. The waitress who served us did her best, hence the two stars. The payment also went smoothly. Conclusion: I'm a waitress myself and can only shake my head about the work clothes there and the way people treat their guests. It was rare to see a smile from the waiters. Even though the food was delicious, I don't necessarily have to come back.

The service was not nice. I had to clean the table myself and bring the card. Unfortunately, after 20 minutes of waiting for a waiter in the restaurant, which was not full, I left. Der Service war unfreundlich. Ich mustste meinen Tisch selbst reinigen und die Karte holen. Leider habe ich 20 Minuten auf den Kellner gewartet, obwohl das Restaurant nicht voll war, und bin dann gegangen.

BURGER - Dressing dried up in the bun, relatively long waiting time! DRINKS - chipped glass poses a risk of cuts! SALAD - Dressing in the bowl under the salad for whatever reason? INVOICING - Menu order - but individual prices when billing - cheaper booked option, but not explained when asked! SERVICE - No real apology from the apparent management when approached - “should have said something straight away” - only after serving was no one seen in our outdoor area... SAD and simply too expensive for that! I definitely had better experiences with Peter Pane at the Jakobikirche Lübeck and in Munich!

We were unfortunately forgotten, so we waited almost 40 minutes to order food, when the food finally arrived they had forgotten our cutlery so we waited another 5 minutes before we could eat our food. The three of us came here in the evening for a drink and a cookie. The atmosphere is beautiful and very cozy. Our waitress Anastasia was super friendly and very attentive. Our drinks arrived very quickly and we were recommended the special offer of the week/month and the cocktail was also very tasty. It was an Aporol Spritz with passion fruit juice and ice. Only recommended! Our seats were super comfortable and we had a great view of the towers of Lübeck. The music was also very cheerful and put you in a good mood. 5/5 ⭐️ we will be back and can only be recommended!

We can't rate the food because we only stopped in for cold drinks. Service, in contrast to 'Peter Pane in Breite Straße 1-5', wasn't quite as good - longer waiting times, empty glasses remained even when the next round was served... We also liked the cocktails better in the other branch (5*).

The food was good, even if the advertised burger was an absolute joke in terms of "size". Even the small picture on the flyer was bigger than the burger itself... The vegetarian burger, on the other hand, was great. Unfortunately the service was a complete disaster. In general, everyone seemed stressed, annoyed, uncoordinated and simply unfriendly. Just like our service. I actually forgo tipping, but I still rounded up. There was no reaction there either. So I won't eat there again in the future. It's a shame actually...

We had dinner there with friends on May 20th, 2024 and were not only served really tasty burgers and drinks, but also experienced a very dedicated service person who inquired several times about our satisfaction and also inquired about any additional drinks we might have requested. The salad ordered online was fine. The ordering process can be improved: I was there to pick up at the specified time, but then had to wait another 20 minutes for "our" order. When we got home we discovered that there were two burgers in the bag instead of the salads we ordered. So I went back to the branch, waited again and then - yes - the salads we ordered were finally there. A "sorry" would have been nice... Addendum: The response from customer service to this review was prompt and friendly. So now one more star. I will be happy to redeem the voucher I received next time in Lübeck.

Luckily we had booked seats in advance because the restaurant is very busy. The food is very good and the selection is large. At first we had to wait a bit until the orders could be placed, but then it happened quickly. The music was a bit too loud for us but that could be due to our age and there are mostly benches to sit on, which didn't necessarily add to the comfort. It seems a little more comfortable in the upper area. All in all, recommended.

There are 2 Peter Panes in Lübeck. One past the Holstentor on the way up to the centre and the other, inside the centre past the high street. Burgers here are simply amazing amd now they serve vegan ones, too! They do have some good lunch or dinner offers for them hungry lot. The cocktails are well made though a tad costly.

I would like to hire another waitress/waiter so that I don't have to wait an hour for the waitress to take my order. Food was okay but not seasoned enough. It wasn't cheap either. Unfortunately I can't give it more than 3.

Unfortunately it took a long time for the order to be taken. The food also came quite slowly. The meat (chicken) was totally gristly and full of tendons. But the mayonnaise with parmesan and basil were very tasty.

We ate there as a family because the children wanted to eat burgers. The food was served quickly but from our point of view that was it. The burgers were ok but not really that special. And the prices were a bit high, even though burgers are now more expensive. The ambience was so-so. Tables were much too small and then there were benches to sit on that weren't comfortable. So all in all ok but unfortunately nothing special.

I received a friendly welcome and tables were reserved for our group in a corner so that we were among ourselves and still in the dining room. The service ran smoothly, very friendly, recommendations came when asked, just great. I will gladly come again.
