We visited there on our vacation. Quite spontaneously, we were able to reserve a table online for seven people and our dog. The waitress, Jaro, was very courteous and very customer-oriented. We felt very welcome and will gladly return on our next stop in Lübeck.

I went to this place for dinner by chance. The menu had a wide variety of options, but it was expensive for what you get. We ended up spending €30 each for a burger with fries and a drink. Overall, the food was good, but again, it was overpriced for what you get. Plus, the staff was arrogant and unfriendly. I wouldn't go back.

We reserved a birthday table for 6 people on Sunday and noted in the reservation that we had a heavily pregnant guest with us and that she needed a seat with a backrest. A bearded gentleman told us that there was only one table without a backrest, despite the reservation, and the place wasn't even half full. When I mentioned three times that we had a reservation and wrote these important notes, we were seated at two separate tables with backrests. Three people even arrived 15 minutes before our reservation. As if that wasn't enough, none of the servers felt able to take our orders, even though I had already told the same server twice that we were ready to order. Her words were, "My colleague will be right there," and then the colleague said, "You take the order," as if the very person who took the order came with an annoyed face and an unfriendly mood. She would have loved to throw the food at our feet. They didn't even have the manners to wish us bon appetit; I guess service isn't one of their strong points. No one even asked if everything was okay or if we wanted more. So, from a business perspective, it's a real loss for the Junge family. We'll avoid the Breitenstraße branch next time; it's sad and disappointing that we chose this place for our birthday. The only one who is/was super friendly and also super hardworking, and who feels like the only one serving inside, is Jaro (name requested), with a smile on his face and an extremely friendly manner compared to his colleagues. If he were my employee, a raise would be due by now. Thank you for saving our day in the end :) You deserve 5*.

A nice place to relax, having a bite to eat (there are specials for the different times of the day for a very reasonable price) and checking your emails (very stable WiFi). The stuff is very friendly and the service is fast. There's also a seating area outside if the weather is good.

Today, Monday, I was turned away at 9:15 PM in front of Peter Pane on Breite Straße with the words "the kitchen is closed!" — I'm astounded, wondering why you're open until 10:30 PM according to the online information? "Well, drinks are still okay...!" 😮‍💨

As is often the case on Sundays, we were hungry, so we went to Peter Pane for lunch. The kids' menus are unbeatable, and everything else is super delicious, too. Highly recommended 😉

We were actually looking forward to a relaxing evening at Peter Pane, but were unfortunately disappointed – especially with the service. Something went wrong right from the order stage. The waiter in charge initially completely ignored our second burger and didn't even ask which bread we wanted. Later, another, obviously more attentive server came over and asked if we had really ordered two nuggets – which we hadn't. She was surprised by the incorrect order and only then discovered the next mix-up. Shortly afterward, the waiter came back to ask again about the sauce – even though I had already mentioned it. Even when I mentioned two or three different names for the same sauce, he still didn't understand until I finally had to open the menu and point. The main problem, however, was that my friend was served a meat burger, even though he had specifically ordered a plant-based burger. A very unpleasant situation that a restaurant should take seriously – whether for ethical, health, or personal reasons. Instead of genuine understanding, the employee in question simply responded with, "It happens." No real understanding, no sincere apology. Several employees came to the table to clarify the situation, but the meal was, of course, anything but relaxed. As compensation, my friend's meal was not charged – that was it. The only person who truly showed empathy and professionalism was a female server who wasn't actually responsible for us. Without her, the visit would have been a complete failure. Overall, unfortunately, a very disappointing experience – especially for a restaurant that also specializes in plant-based alternatives. Service and communication urgently need to be improved.

So...basically, the food is typical of the other branches. But the staff...empty place, but the staff prefers to clean tables instead of taking payments, despite repeated requests (including from other staff...). We weren't the only ones who had problems with the bill; other customers were visibly annoyed by it, too. You also wait forever for drinks because the waiters ignore the finished drinks. At some point, the bartender brought them to us (annoyed themselves and not responsible for it).

Best burger joint ever. We ate a raclette burger here. For us, it's the best in Oberbourn. The staff is super cool and extremely attentive. We received a very friendly welcome and advice. Not pushy. So everything was perfect. Keep up the good work. We really liked the atmosphere. Very cozy.

Nice restaurant, delicious burgers

We were on a class trip today and were looking for a restaurant to eat at. We decided to eat here, and it turned out to be a really good idea. The staff is really friendly and accommodating. We barely had to wait for our food and drinks. The prices were also very reasonable. The seating areas were spacious and nicely designed. The atmosphere was definitely great. Definitely recommended!

I've enjoyed coming here for many years and am happy to spend money on a good burger. Unfortunately, the quality has declined so much. Using only frozen patties is simply not an option at these prices. I might as well go to McDonald's. This was definitely the last time I'll be here.

The food was once again top-notch and arrived incredibly quickly. Absolutely delicious. The cocktails are deliciously creative and truly impressive (the raspberry mojito is a 10/10). Going to the bathroom was a truly special experience. All audiobook fans are in the right place here. Off we go on an adventure to Neverland with Peter Pane.

We had lunch at the restaurant today. The burgers were delicious as usual, but unfortunately, the spinach leaves on the burgers hadn't been removed. I should also note that it took a very long time to take orders, serve the food, and pay for the food, even though the restaurant wasn't very busy. So, if you plan to eat here, I definitely recommend bringing plenty of time.

During our visit, she was solely responsible for assigning tables, taking orders, and handling the bill. Despite a sudden surge of guests due to the onset of heavy rain, she was consistently very friendly and had everything under control. It's a stroke of luck for any employer to have employees like her. We'll definitely be back!

The burgers were absolutely delicious! We sat on the terrace. You have to order there with your phone. Our first contact with the waitress was when the burgers were brought. Drinks were forgotten and only brought when we asked. The staff wasn't exactly friendly, but they weren't exactly unfriendly either. We'd go again for the burgers.

Not what it used to be; the food is like fast food, loud, and the waitress shouts through the entire place. The only good thing is Peter Pause, but only because it's cheap. Wait times are short, but the quality speaks for itself. And the music is the last straw for me.

I have been there a few times now and it is definitely better than the other Peter Pane (Holstentorstr.) in Lübeck. The ambience is very inviting and clean. The staff has always been nice and friendly, knowledgeable about daily specials and the food in general. The only thing is the cost, it has gotten a lot more expensive recently and even though the food is solid you gotta pay a decent price for what you get.

We were there in the evening and got a great seat right by the window - very pleasant with a beautiful view. The service was quick and attentive without being intrusive. The food was – as we know it from the other branches – consistently good and reliable in terms of quality and taste. If you stop by here, you definitely won't go wrong: the dishes taste good, the portions are appropriate and the price is absolutely right. I would definitely come back – a sure tip for a relaxed dinner.

We were a group of 6 adults and 5 children. From the reservation to the payment everything was really good. I would particularly like to highlight the service. The person who looked after us was very patient, friendly, creative in finding solutions and confident in dealing with the children. That was a good experience.
