Peter Pane in Broad Street We were welcomed by very friendly staff. Our waiter was great too! The food came relatively quickly and was super delicious. Sick flavor compositions and bomb fries with bomb sauces. Unfortunately the price went up a bit, I had a menu (burger, fries & coke) and had to pay €27 with TG. I can't afford the next 12 months again as a poor trainee. So unfortunately I can't give it 5 stars. Atmosphere was great, unfortunately we sat outside; The tables and benches wobble because there is paving stone-like floor underneath, some ants were running around on our table and there was a bus stop right next to us. So, really, my arm was about 20cm from the back wall of the bus stop. But inside it is really pleasant and beautiful! Toilets designed really cool, I had to listen to an audio book about Hans im Glück or something like that while peeing - definitely an interesting experience.

The food came very quickly, tasted great and the service was super nice! Even on previous visits everything was always 10/10! 🍔❤️

Today I went to Peter Pane again after a long time and the food and staff are always great. I didn't have to wait long for my food and it was a very relaxed atmosphere.

Staff is super accommodating, everyone is open-hearted, great food, would love to come back!

An artificially perfumed, all-enveloping cloud of scent caused us (unfortunately!) to leave this very pretty restaurant without trying the food (which would hardly have been possible under the circumstances). Who would come up with such an idea to perfume a restaurant as if it were a cheap drugstore???

I really enjoy eating there. The decor is great and the food and drink is fantastic. But since the store expanded, the friendly service has diminished. We've had to wait a long time several times. Be it on cards, ordering and billing. It also takes a long time to respond. The food itself usually comes out of the kitchen at a pleasant time. Therefore, I assume that the renovation means there will be too many tables for one waiter or waitress.

Mega delicious burger, fries and salad. The non-alcoholic cocktail was also very tasty. Prices are also reasonable. The staff was super nice and not stressed at all, even though it was New Year's Eve. We didn't have a reservation and still managed to get a nice table. We would be happy to come back. 👍

Good morning, After my last review regarding the branch in Travemünde, here is an update. Peter Pane invited us and wanted to show us that you can do better than when we visited Travemünde. What can I say, everything was as you would imagine a nice and delicious evening in a burger restaurant. Burger menus were great, service was great and the ambience was still great even though the store was fully booked. Under no circumstances would I want to ignore the super nice and attentive service, which was unfortunately missing during our visit to Travemünde. We would like to say thank you again for the invitation and will definitely stop by for dinner again!!!

A super friendly and accommodating team. Always smiling, super friendly with children, respond to all requests. Food was very tasty, everything was very well maintained. Only recommended.

An absolute disaster... There were three of us there and after 45 minutes we were asked what we would like to eat. The waiter treated us very badly and you had the impression that he didn't even want to pay any attention to us. When we got the food it was cold like it was in the fridge The drink was warm and consisted only of mint leaves. We hadn't even finished eating and the waiter asked us if we could hurry up because the store was very busy and certain seating options had been exhausted. We were outside again after 1 hour and 25 minutes even though we just wanted to eat something quickly.. The service was rubbish and it was clear that they just wanted us out quickly. In the end we felt like we were scared away from the store with disgusting looks and non-serious body language. Never again!

Yesterday evening, despite the full Christmas market, we were there spontaneously with 8 people unannounced and got a table straight away. Super nice staff, quick and attentive. All 8 different dishes from salad to burgers were well prepared and very tasty. Likewise the drinks from beer to MaiTai. Great shop, good atmosphere, we'll be back! Thanks to the team 👍

We enjoyed it very much, the service was friendly and attentive. The wooden bench to sit on wasn't quite as nice😉but we'll still be back!!

Cold food and my order took more than 40 minutes and after speaking to the disrespectful employee told me if you don't have patience you can leave with customers they should be respectful and have to train employees how to deal with it Never eating at this restaurant again and I don't recommend it at all

I can only say that thank you for the attention, very good service, the waiters are very kind, friendly and prepared to help and guide their customers in the menus. Keep up the good work. It was my first experience in that place and in this chain. of restaurants and it is really worth recommending. And of course I will gladly return. The price seems very fair to what they offer.

Otherwise I don't write reviews because I think it's unfair to badmouth companies based on negative individual experiences, in this case I'm happy to make an exception! Peter Pane makes no secret of offering system catering and generally offers good quality for frozen goods commensurate with the price! Unfortunately, the customer service is also similar to Tk conditions! Almost a month ago I ordered food on a Saturday, which I was able to follow during delivery via live tracking! Unfortunately, the driver confused the delivery with a personal shopping trip in Lübeck city center and was on the road with the food for a total of 70 minutes before it arrived cold and inedible! When I spoke to the shift manager, who was extremely nice and understanding by the way, it was explained to me that it was an external driver with whom there had been problems several times and that the costs would be refunded to me! As a matter of principle, I have been keen to insist on this for the last week as I don't understand paying for food that ended up straight in the bin! A total of 5 calls to the store itself, as well as a direct visit to the store itself over the last few weeks, did not lead to a refund but only to the realization that no one cared! Keep your money and get the driver back...he's faster than you!

Had to wait 5 minutes at the entrance to be assigned a seat. After ordering we waited a good 40 minutes for the food. Guests at the neighboring table, who arrived well after us, were almost finished eating when our food finally arrived. Unfortunately it was almost cold. We complained and received new food after about 10 minutes. Fries were a little (!) warmer now, but fresh warm food is still something different. They were also very lazy. But very expensive. (French fries with some cheese sauce 11€) Even the thirst quencher in the glass, unfortunately a good half of the actual drink is just ice cubes Thanks. This will be my first and last visit.

I really liked Peter Pane. We were quickly shown to our place, quick and friendly order acceptance. We were there on a Wednesday, not so crowded despite the bad weather for the Lübeck Christmas market. Sanitary facilities were very pleasantly clean.

Unfortunately we waited a long time for the food. One hour. And the dish -Land of Cockaigne- did not correspond to the photo on their website/menu. Much less. It's a shame... the staff are very nice. But we can't recommend the place.

Very pleasant, burger tasty but not very hot

We had made a reservation, had to wait a long time for the reserved table, were not served for a long time and then left after half an hour after being frequently put off. Overall, the service seemed overwhelmed, disorganized and some were still very inexperienced - staff planning and training needs to be worked on. It's a shame, the food was always good at other locations!

The food is great but a wait of 60 min for drinks and 90! Minutes to eat is not worth any food in the world. If you can't handle the number of guests, you shouldn't fill the place so full...

We entered the local and stood at the door to wait for further instructions. After a few minutes we were not welcomed and sat down. Then a gentleman came who was wearing a beige shirt and had blonde curls... He came straight to our table and said why we didn't wait at the front door and that was in a very stroppy and rude tone. Apparently he didn't want to generate any sales that day, which was a shame for him. This branch is definitely not customer and service oriented and there was hardly anything going on there. I definitely can't recommend this store to you.

Waiting for over an hour, food was cold. The side dishes were missing from a burger. The corresponding call for a subsequent delivery was now an hour ago. And all for 40 EUR. It's unbelievable that you can survive with such a concept. Never again.

The food was fresh and tasty...but the portion was far too small...my husband wouldn't have been full there. We sat on benches...that was pretty uncomfortable after a while...the tables were also very narrow...back to back...there was also no cloakroom...even when we asked, we were told so If there weren't any here...then we would sit on the uncomfortable bench with our thick winter jackets and hats...nope...I wouldn't go there again.

Peter Pane impresses with its solid furnishings and well-lit ambience. After a very short wait for a table, the waitress kindly pointed out the different seating options. Although the menu seemed very extensive and the concept was initially cryptic, the staff were able to provide good explanations. After ordering the food, it was delivered at a rapid pace (max. waiting time of 10 minutes!) and no expense was spared. Sauces are already on the table for you to choose from, some are included in the menu. A good place to celebrate birthdays. Finally: The decor is rustic and cozy, the food is great and the service is friendly, 5 stars.

We spent our girls' evening at Peter Pane and, as expected, it was again super tasty. There are 3 stars for the service because only one service employee served and they were really busy. Nevertheless, they were friendly and did their best not to keep anyone waiting.

Burgers were good, some of my husband's fries were raw on the inside, I got fries even though I didn't order them, which were returned, but I still had to complain about the bill, music was way too loud, toilets were unkempt

Compliments on the food, service and decor. The map is very extensive, i.e. h. There is something suitable for every taste. The sanitary facility was a hit for our son. A toilet trip with Peter Pan stories. We wish you continued satisfied guests.

We were here for a birthday and had a lovely evening. The offering is very diverse and everyone in the large group found something. I don't usually find that many vegetarian and vegan options when I go out, but there was a lot to choose from here. Would definitely come back :)

There were few staff there that day and they didn't look after everything. You can order quickly using a Qr code and everything worked. A little more attentive service would be nice. Then everything works as desired.

According to the website it was open until 10.30pm but was turned away at 9.30pm. Because the store is about to close. You can do it but it doesn't give any stars, that should be clear.

The rating of the food is only an estimate. The pictures on the menu looked appealing. Unfortunately, people don't like to be served here. Therefore, Peter Pane introduced app-based ordering. The ordering app doesn't work so well. We left again. The ladies sitting behind us congratulated us on the decision. Apparently they weren't visited by the waiter that often either. Last time we waited 60 minutes for our food. Good food takes time. But I don't have that. Off to the kebab around the corner. It was excellent and the staff were very friendly.
