PETER PANE Burgergrill & Bar in Lübeck

An absolute disaster... There were three of us there and after 45 minutes we were asked what we would like to eat. The waiter treated us very badly and you had the impression that he didn't even want to pay any attention to us. When we got the food it was cold like it was in the fridge The drink was warm and consisted only of mint leaves. We hadn't even finished eating and the waiter asked us if we could hurry up because the store was very busy and certain seating options had been exhausted. We were outside again after 1 hour and 25 minutes even though we just wanted to eat something quickly.. The service was rubbish and it was clear that they just wanted us out quickly. In the end we felt like we were scared away from the store with disgusting looks and non-serious body language. Never again!

Yesterday evening, despite the full Christmas market, we were there spontaneously with 8 people unannounced and got a table straight away. Super nice staff, quick and attentive. All 8 different dishes from salad to burgers were well prepared and very tasty. Likewise the drinks from beer to MaiTai. Great shop, good atmosphere, we'll be back! Thanks to the team 👍

We enjoyed it very much, the service was friendly and attentive. The wooden bench to sit on wasn't quite as nice😉but we'll still be back!!

Cold food and my order took more than 40 minutes and after speaking to the disrespectful employee told me if you don't have patience you can leave with customers they should be respectful and have to train employees how to deal with it Never eating at this restaurant again and I don't recommend it at all

I can only say that thank you for the attention, very good service, the waiters are very kind, friendly and prepared to help and guide their customers in the menus. Keep up the good work. It was my first experience in that place and in this chain. of restaurants and it is really worth recommending. And of course I will gladly return. The price seems very fair to what they offer.

Otherwise I don't write reviews because I think it's unfair to badmouth companies based on negative individual experiences, in this case I'm happy to make an exception! Peter Pane makes no secret of offering system catering and generally offers good quality for frozen goods commensurate with the price! Unfortunately, the customer service is also similar to Tk conditions! Almost a month ago I ordered food on a Saturday, which I was able to follow during delivery via live tracking! Unfortunately, the driver confused the delivery with a personal shopping trip in Lübeck city center and was on the road with the food for a total of 70 minutes before it arrived cold and inedible! When I spoke to the shift manager, who was extremely nice and understanding by the way, it was explained to me that it was an external driver with whom there had been problems several times and that the costs would be refunded to me! As a matter of principle, I have been keen to insist on this for the last week as I don't understand paying for food that ended up straight in the bin! A total of 5 calls to the store itself, as well as a direct visit to the store itself over the last few weeks, did not lead to a refund but only to the realization that no one cared! Keep your money and get the driver back...he's faster than you!

Great atmosphere with friendly staff and delicious food. A great evening with a great waiter. Thies served us very well and took excellent care of us. 10/10 we would love to come back!

Had to wait 5 minutes at the entrance to be assigned a seat. After ordering we waited a good 40 minutes for the food. Guests at the neighboring table, who arrived well after us, were almost finished eating when our food finally arrived. Unfortunately it was almost cold. We complained and received new food after about 10 minutes. Fries were a little (!) warmer now, but fresh warm food is still something different. They were also very lazy. But very expensive. (French fries with some cheese sauce 11€) Even the thirst quencher in the glass, unfortunately a good half of the actual drink is just ice cubes Thanks. This will be my first and last visit.

Very friendly service that was on the ball. Food came quickly and tasted great. It's crowded there and the seating is cramped.

I really liked Peter Pane. We were quickly shown to our place, quick and friendly order acceptance. We were there on a Wednesday, not so crowded despite the bad weather for the Lübeck Christmas market. Sanitary facilities were very pleasantly clean.

Unfortunately we waited a long time for the food. One hour. And the dish -Land of Cockaigne- did not correspond to the photo on their website/menu. Much less. It's a shame... the staff are very nice. But we can't recommend the place.

We had made a reservation, had to wait a long time for the reserved table, were not served for a long time and then left after half an hour after being frequently put off. Overall, the service seemed overwhelmed, disorganized and some were still very inexperienced - staff planning and training needs to be worked on. It's a shame, the food was always good at other locations!

The food is great but a wait of 60 min for drinks and 90! Minutes to eat is not worth any food in the world. If you can't handle the number of guests, you shouldn't fill the place so full...

We entered the local and stood at the door to wait for further instructions. After a few minutes we were not welcomed and sat down. Then a gentleman came who was wearing a beige shirt and had blonde curls... He came straight to our table and said why we didn't wait at the front door and that was in a very stroppy and rude tone. Apparently he didn't want to generate any sales that day, which was a shame for him. This branch is definitely not customer and service oriented and there was hardly anything going on there. I definitely can't recommend this store to you.

Waiting for over an hour, food was cold. The side dishes were missing from a burger. The corresponding call for a subsequent delivery was now an hour ago. And all for 40 EUR. It's unbelievable that you can survive with such a concept. Never again.

The food was fresh and tasty...but the portion was far too small...my husband wouldn't have been full there. We sat on benches...that was pretty uncomfortable after a while...the tables were also very narrow...back to back...there was also no cloakroom...even when we asked, we were told so If there weren't any here...then we would sit on the uncomfortable bench with our thick winter jackets and hats...nope...I wouldn't go there again.

Peter Pane impresses with its solid furnishings and well-lit ambience. After a very short wait for a table, the waitress kindly pointed out the different seating options. Although the menu seemed very extensive and the concept was initially cryptic, the staff were able to provide good explanations. After ordering the food, it was delivered at a rapid pace (max. waiting time of 10 minutes!) and no expense was spared. Sauces are already on the table for you to choose from, some are included in the menu. A good place to celebrate birthdays. Finally: The decor is rustic and cozy, the food is great and the service is friendly, 5 stars.

We spent our girls' evening at Peter Pane and, as expected, it was again super tasty. There are 3 stars for the service because only one service employee served and they were really busy. Nevertheless, they were friendly and did their best not to keep anyone waiting.

Compliments on the food, service and decor. The map is very extensive, i.e. h. There is something suitable for every taste. The sanitary facility was a hit for our son. A toilet trip with Peter Pan stories. We wish you continued satisfied guests.

We were here for a birthday and had a lovely evening. The offering is very diverse and everyone in the large group found something. I don't usually find that many vegetarian and vegan options when I go out, but there was a lot to choose from here. Would definitely come back :)

There were few staff there that day and they didn't look after everything. You can order quickly using a Qr code and everything worked. A little more attentive service would be nice. Then everything works as desired.

According to the website it was open until 10.30pm but was turned away at 9.30pm. Because the store is about to close. You can do it but it doesn't give any stars, that should be clear.

The rating of the food is only an estimate. The pictures on the menu looked appealing. Unfortunately, people don't like to be served here. Therefore, Peter Pane introduced app-based ordering. The ordering app doesn't work so well. We left again. The ladies sitting behind us congratulated us on the decision. Apparently they weren't visited by the waiter that often either. Last time we waited 60 minutes for our food. Good food takes time. But I don't have that. Off to the kebab around the corner. It was excellent and the staff were very friendly.

Great atmosphere - nice interior design. very nice reception and service. Large selection of interesting burger combinations (three different types of buns are available). The food we ordered was tasty and sufficient. Except for one burger (goat/fig), the overall impression was too dry...

It was a very nice evening. Everything went well with the online table reservation. We were then warmly welcomed and of course the Peter Pan atmosphere was there. As always, the burgers were very tasty and the lemonade is a real recommendation! I particularly like “Peters Lemonade”. There were six of us and therefore quite a few. The waitress took the large order very patiently and friendly and the food arrived for everyone much more quickly than elsewhere. All in all we really liked it 👍

We had a lovely evening here. Mr. Jacomo and Ms. Thomsen were very friendly, attentive and gave us great service. It's rare to have such good staff. We'll definitely be back.

A higher priced McDonald's. There is no option to choose the cooking level, only dead fried. The machine can't do anything else. The citizens and sauces were also rather standard and boring. Only the atmosphere was quite nice. For the prices, I expect a lot more.

As the review says. Very good food, service is good and very friendly. The ambience is impressive at first glance... Only after a while do you notice the dirt on the floor and the seats, which unfortunately falls off when the tables are being cleaned. It's a shame. Otherwise a successful concept.

Restaurant Peter Pan - Lübeck: A true culinary discovery! I recently went to the Peter Pan restaurant in Lübeck and absolutely loved it! As soon as I entered the restaurant, I was greeted by a friendly team and transported into a cozy atmosphere. The modern and stylish ambience immediately invites you to feel good. The menu is varied and creative, with a selection of dishes to suit both meat lovers and vegetarians. I chose the seasonal three-course menu, and every course was a highlight. The starter was balanced in terms of taste and lovingly prepared, the main course surprised with its sophisticated combination of fresh, regional ingredients, and the dessert was the perfect end to an all-round successful evening. The service was always attentive, courteous and unobtrusive - exactly as you would expect. I particularly enjoyed the detailed advice on wine selection, which accompanied my dishes wonderfully. The price-performance ratio is absolutely appropriate for the high quality of the food and service. Peter Pan is definitely an insider tip in Lübeck for anyone who wants to enjoy good food in a relaxed atmosphere. I would love to come back and can only recommend this restaurant!
