Had the spare ribs, barely seasoned, nothing fell off the bone, and the taste and smell of the meat was anything but delicious. However, the burgers were said to be very good. Service very nice and quick.

We only found dirty tables on site - but they were wiped straight away after we were spoken to. The burgers looked good, but tasted "cheap". The fries were only lukewarm. Not recommended.

Because of the good reviews, I ate here with my family. First we waited almost an hour for a few burgers as well as nuggets and fries because our order was muddied and the burgers with almost raw meat came completely bloody. And that for just under €60. I have never experienced such poor service and such poor food quality. Absolutely not recommended unless you want to catch some kind of illness.

When I ordered, the lady couldn't really explain to me how the price for a menu was made up. The production of the CHEESE burger I ordered WITHOUT anything else for €8.50 (!) took about 15 minutes, EVEN THOUGH there wasn't much going on. Okay, you need meat, maybe cheese too. BUT - the buzzer I was given didn't work, a gentleman then announced the cheese burger to the seating area of ​​4 restaurants relatively quietly in contrast to the ambient noise of Citti Park. If I had been engrossed in a conversation, I wouldn't have noticed it. The citizen I immediately picked up at the counter was cold and the cheese left a lot to be desired. Even the beef patty was completely cold. 😈 It would have been better to leave out the frozen parsley(?) on top. There is also debate about hygiene. Since I've been here, which is now 3/4 of an hour, NOT ONE table has been at least looked at, let alone cleaned. Various tables are smeared with grease and crumbs. In the end, the lady at the counter was unable to give me €8.50 to €20.50. I had to correct it twice. First she gave me €1 plus the 10 back, then when I said "No, there's something missing," she handed me another 50 cents. I said again "..nooo..." still with a smile... and then told her that I would just get a total of €12 from her. NOW the lady is in the process of wiping ALL the free tables, 13 of them, with a spray bottle and a rag that has neither been changed nor rinsed. I think I don't want to eat here anymore. CONCLUSION: NO GOOD SERVICE, NO GOOD FOOD for a hefty price. Sorry. A burger from one of the well-known chains would have been “quality” by itself. A pity.

Yesterday I had dinner there with my husband for the first time and we absolutely loved it. The citizens were both super tasty and the staff were very friendly, we would love to come back.

Bestellung wurde schnell entgegen genommen. Leider mussten wir sehr lange auf das Essen warten. Personal war sehr angespannt und haben sich untereinander nicht verstanden. Den Streit und Anspannung hat man gehört und gesehen. War wirklich sehr unschön, es als Kunde mitzubekommen. Haben mindestens 40min auf das essen gewartet. Cheeseburger Menü mit Pommes und Ofenkartoffel mit Sourcreme. Der Burger war kalt und die Ofenkartoffel hat alt geschmeckt und war nicht gar. Sourcreme war lecker. Die Pommes waren auch super, die wurden leider erst vergessen und gab es auf Nachfrage dann. Und dann kein Ketschup und kein Majo dazu. Es war wirklich nicht schön das dass Personal untereinander nicht harmoniert. Wir waren im Urlaub da und sehr enttäuscht 😞.

Angusburger total lecker. Wollte den bacon crosh haben, war kein Problem. Sehr nett. LG

Für den Preis absolut empfehlenswert. Bürgen waren sehr lecker. Für einen Imbiss überraschend.

Das Essen war mega lecker. Habe selten so knusprige Süßkartoffel Pommes gegessen! Der Burger war auch echt lecker. Große Portion, sehr appetitlich angerichtet und alles frisch zubereitet!!! Gerne wieder.

Hatte mir den vegetarischen Burger mit Steakpommes bestellt. Der Burger war ganz gut, die Pommes Ok. Leider mussten man schon recht lange auf sein Essen warten. Mein Freund hatte seinen Burger erst bekommen, als ich schon mit dem Essen fertig war (der Bacon brauchte halt so seine Zeit). Fand den ganzen Aufenthalt eher mittelmäßig zumal auch die Rauchbildung durch den Grill auch sehr stark war.
