We went to Burger Bank Kiel and were particularly impressed by the burgers. The BBQ bacon burger in particular is highly recommended – juicy, well topped and tastes great! Unfortunately, the cocktails weren't entirely convincing. Although they tasted okay, they were unfortunately very watery and the alcohol could hardly be tasted. Still, overall a nice visit - we'll be happy to come back because of the delicious burgers!

Delivery time was not met, even though the app said the order was on the way and should arrive at 8:55 p.m., it only arrived 45 minutes later. Excuses were sought, which is not professional. They asked for a call back, which was confirmed, but after 10 minutes we had to call again ourselves because we had lost the number. At least the food arrived warm and tasted good. Nothing earth-shattering but delicious. But it doesn't take away the first impression. The offers on Uber Eats are quite good, so we ordered there too. Accordingly, the price is really good

The citizens are very classy when it comes to taste. The possibility of eating on site can still be improved, but that doesn't affect the quality. People are very friendly. I'll have to see if I can use the lifer service, but just to know what the waiting times are like.

The atmosphere in Hans im Glück really appealed to me. A cute place. The service was extremely friendly, very accommodating and service-oriented. When I asked what the difference was between a classic burger and a Smashburger, she enlightened me and absolutely convinced me to try a Smashburger. This absolutely convinced me in terms of taste and quality, as did the side salad. Highly recommended, Hans im Glück in Kiel. We would be happy to come back at any time. We order here often and the majority of them are delivered on time. If it takes a particularly long time, a quick call is usually made. Things happened extremely quickly on a recent Saturday. Food is delivered hot. We also ate there and it was good.

Please be careful when delivering! Different prices are charged than those shown on the site. We should pay around €30, and around €43 for delivery all at once. When asked by phone, they said that these were the delivery prices. On the one hand, this is nowhere apparent on the site, and on the other hand, a delivery fee of €13 seems very, very high to me! Also no concession from the owner. This was the last time we ordered there!
