Very comfortable. Never a problem getting a table with a reservation. Burgers and fries were very tasty. The cocktails extremely good. There is a tasting offer with 3 cocktails, highly recommended!

The best hamburger in the city. The home made hamburgers are really delicious. Juicy and tasty. The staff are very friendly. The place is cool. Everybody in Kiel should try it.

Even in a 2 for 1 deal it's still too expensive. Sad burgers that also leave me sad after eating them.

Ordered croque today from Alfons, which is apparently the same store. The packaging and supplier came from Affenfelsen. Unfortunately the food didn't taste good, the salad seemed "old" and the bread was like rubber. The only positive thing about the food was that it was hot. The messenger didn't even have enough change, despite having previously stated that. So really not recommended for the price, it's a shame...

Ordered a cola, fries, nuggets and a burger via Lieferando. Waited 2 hours for the order. What is missing? The citizen! Nobody answers the phone either! Great store! Never again!

We have ordered from Burgerme several times and have always been very satisfied with the taste of the burgers! Unfortunately the delivery area was restricted some time ago. We regularly order with a larger group (order value over 100 euros) and wanted to ask customer service whether the food could still be delivered (within Neumünster, although not in the delivery area) due to the higher order total. The employee at the headquarters very rudely pointed out to us that she couldn't do anything about it, that she couldn't contact the store in Neumünster and that it was clear that we weren't being delivered. After this rude statement, the employee simply hung up. Although we have always been very satisfied with the food and service, we will probably look for another supplier.

The citizens are very classy when it comes to taste. The possibility of eating on site can still be improved, but that doesn't affect the quality. People are very friendly. I'll have to see if I can use the lifer service, but just to know what the waiting times are like.

If you are looking for a tasty fast food burger this is the place very friendly staff, good food and good milkshakes, my go to place when my stomach starts to rumble!

When the place opened the quality of the burgers was really good. Unfortunately, that has worn off. Now some of the burgers are really 'mushy' and hardly edible. The delivery time is great, no question. I won't be ordering any more for now and will take another look at it in a few months

We were looking for a burger joint and came across Burger Dream. After entering the store we were immediately struck by a terrible smell. This became more and more intense further into the store. We couldn't identify whether it was ancient frying fat, rotten meat or whatever. Just gagging! They turned around and went straight back out. Never again!
