Very cozy. Never a problem getting a table with a reservation. Burgers and fries were very tasty. The cocktails extremely good. There is a tasting offer with 3 cocktails, highly recommended!

Accessible with a wheelchair, but not to the toilet. Varied offer, price performance within the normal range.

Here you wait 45 minutes until a service comes and another 45 minutes until you can pay.

The ambience and service are very good and the burgers tasted great, the cocktails on offer were also very tasty. So all in all a great evening and definitely recommended.

Too bad! We go to Burger Bank relatively rarely, probably even more rarely after this day, there are much better places, at least with fresh beef. We were there around 7:30 p.m. and got the tickets pretty quickly, well that was the only quick thing. The store was at around 70% capacity, which of course can cause a bit of stress and you will be at the tables less. We had received the burgers and actually wanted to comment on something: the fried egg was well done, although we had previously noted that we wanted the egg yolk to still be slightly runny. Bacon was soggy, not crispy at all and the caramelized onions were more like stewed onions, neither brown nor flavorful. The service employee asked what else we would like after we had been sitting there with empty plates and glasses for half an hour. We ordered the invoice accordingly and we received it. I asked the young-looking employee if he wanted to ask if the food was okay. I had left the onions, bacon and egg on the plate so that he could see that something might be wrong. He then just said, "Well, I'm actually just outside today," but I still mentioned my criticism. "We actually have nothing to do with the kitchen" Really? So when you order, do you give the papers to a cat and then give them to the kitchen or what?? He ignored my opinion that he could pass it on to the kitchen and left after paying without saying sorry or anything, really bad service today. Service is different, dessert is still sold and and, then you might also get a tip. Maybe the employee is new or poorly trained or doesn't want tips 😅

Burgers and food were good, got the wrong buns. Service was subpar, friendly but totally inattentive (we had to point out the clearing up and also get up to pay and let them know). Ambience OK, but wobbling tables and the cocktail board was under water, the “cocktails” were a disgrace.

Were here with a large group of children. The waitress took the time to explain the burgers to everyone. In addition, for 19 of us, both the drinks and the food arrived almost at the same time, so we could eat together. Overall great service and super tasty burgers!

Nice service, even if not always the fastest. They also cater well to special requests, such as allergies. For example, gluten-free burgers can be ordered here, even though there was no gluten-free bread available twice when I wanted to eat there. Otherwise good cocktails, fair prices, good restaurant!

Ordered burgers to pick up. Order was accepted very friendly and prepared at the requested time. Food was great and you can't fault anything. Had two vegetarian burgers. Any time!

Super geile Burger in einem ansprechenden Ambiente. Vom Außenbereich aus hat man einen recht guten Blick auf den Alten Markt und die St. Nikolai Kirche.

Super hot burgers in an appealing atmosphere. From the outside area you have a pretty good view of the Old Market and the St. Nikolai Church.

Two people were there on a Friday afternoon and were assigned a table. It took the first 30 minutes for the cards to arrive, and we had to wait another 20 minutes to order, even after several requests. The burgers were on the table after another hour. I don't understand how you can charge almost 5 euros for the 5 fries. The burger, however, was great. But definitely not worth the TWO HOURS of waiting!

Very dissatisfied with this Burger Bank location. The tables that came after us got their cocktails earlier than us. No questions asked if everything was OK. We also had to go in to pay because no one asked us about that. The ladies were able to serve one table, but there were simply no more than one. It's a shame that the Burger Bank on Holtenauer Straße has closed. Everything was just better. It's a shame that the same store, with the same owner, can be so different.

We didn't eat anything. We were only there for a cocktail taste. I've never seen such unmotivated employees. Tables remain full of dishes and dirty, guests are looked at with extremely unfriendly looks and not even a hello as you know it from the catering industry. Only after we greeted the young lady was we greeted. Guests who arrived long after us received their drinks and we had to wait. 3 cocktails were super tasty and 3 of them were totally disgusting in taste. Kiwi something was really disgustingly bitter. Fruits for decoration were moldy and dried out. Most of my cocktails were spilled on the wooden board. Everything stuck. You had to go inside to pay. Even there you stand there as ordered and not picked up. Not this Burger Bank again. It's a shame that the other one is closed, the service there was always great. For a huge terrace and indoor area, there were 2 service staff who were really completely overwhelmed.

The price/performance ratio is really great. The service is friendly and the food came quickly. The burger selection is great, you can even choose different buns and the burgers are juicy and delicious made with fresh ingredients and homemade sauces. The cocktail tasting offer is also really great.

The drink had ice cubes even though it was expressly ordered without, 2 burgers (2 out of 2!!) had the wrong bun even though the waitress asked again when ordering, the restaurant was almost empty, the waiters were at a loss - and didn't notice that we called and waved. A short whistle was finally responded to - with the words "Did you whistle? You can't do that!"

We stopped in looking for a snack We wanted a large portion of fries and shared them, unfortunately not possible, so we had to take 2 portions. A dip of our choice came with it, but does that justify the price of just under €5? Again? Probably not, at these prices

Dear team... I ordered a Caesar salad but without chicken strips. I specifically asked if I could have cucumber and corn instead of the chicken strips. I was told it wasn't a problem. Both were missing. When I asked where the rest of the salad was, which currently only consisted of romaine lettuce, groutons and grated cheese, oh and a tomato 🍅. They would have brought me a cucumber, but I was actually already hungry. I then asked for a discount I now only got greens. Don't make it .outrageous to the power of 3 😕

You have to earn a good rating. First of all, the burger was okay! However, despite the total emptiness of the restaurant, the staff didn't manage to clean the table (only after I pointed it out), asked for a drink within the first five minutes and still didn't understand that I wanted to pay 20 minutes after the table had been cleared . As I said, it was completely empty and three waitresses somewhere...

We always enjoyed going to Burger Bank. Now everything seems pretty “rocked out”. Unfortunately, this time we were not impressed by the food, service or ambience. There are differences in service between the two branches even though they are owned by the same owner. In the Holtenauer, for example, it is possible to swap fries for sweet potato fries in the menu for a small surcharge, but not at the Alter Markt. I had a cheeseburger meal with the homemade lemonade. The sesame bread was dry, the meat tasted like cheaper industrial goods. The furniture is also getting old. The chairs were quite wobbly. There is still a lot of room for improvement when it comes to cleanliness. Everything seemed a bit unkempt. On the way to the entrance, you noticed garbage flying around in the outdoor area. We won't go there again. There are now better places in Kiel that offer burgers. A pity!

If there are no more than 3 people, the food comes very quickly. Nice place to eat burgers, Waiters are always friendly but a bit clumsy. Burgers are always very, very tasty.

Nice staff, a bit crowded due to the narrow stairs when there's a lot going on, but the burgers are delicious.

The burgers were delicious, we had lumberjack burgers and goat cheese burgers, each with fries. The aioili sauce was too mayonnaise-heavy and tasted like an inexpensive sauce from a squeeze bottle. Drinks very expensive. Waiting time ok.

Super delicious burgers. Here they can actually make a burger with Gorgonzola that is balanced in taste. There were three of us who all got a really good burger. Can definitely be recommended.

War jetzt 2x zum Mittagessen da und werde sicher wiederkommen. Die Burger sind klasse.

Das Essen war zwar lecker, aber die Zutaten auf dem Burger leider zu kalt. Die Sweet Potatoe Fries hätten kroscher sein können. Die Bedienung war sehr nett und auch schnell. Grundsätzlich mag ich Wärme und friere auch schnell, es war aber eindeutig zu warm. Eindeutig unschlagbar sind die 3 Probier-Cocktails für 9,90 €.

Gute Auswahl an Burger. Und auch an Burger Buns. Bisschen Schade, das die Pommes nicht mit im Preis, zum Burger gehören.

Alles ear klasse! Nur der Preis VON DER fRIES Fries ist etwa überteuert.

Sehr nettes Personal. Sehr gutes Essen. Zum Teil spannende Zutaten-Kombis, immer sehr lecker.

Der bestellte Cheeseburger hatte damit wenig zu tun! Leider Den Käse musste man suchen, die Burgersauce passte überhaupt nicht zum bestellten Burger. Das schlimmste war aber das der Pattie meiner Meinung nach aus dem Tiefkühler kommt und völlig durchgebraten, also trocken war. Das Brioche Brötchen war ok bis gut! Warum da auch Sesam drauf war ist mir allerdings ein Rätsel. Pommes Frites extra für 4,80 Euro sind nett angerichtet und geschmacklich gut, aber für den Preis viel zu wenig! Die Sauberkeit im Essbereich auf Höhe der Bar ist stark zu verbessern. Die Ränder der Tische sind klebrig und schmierig. Aus dem Fenster kann man kaum heraus sehen. Der Service war solala Absolut keine Empfehlung um einen guten Burger zu essen! Hier kostet die Toilette keinen Stern, weil schon der Rest nicht durch Sauberkeit glänzt 😏

Eine große Auswahl an Burgern, die wirklich lecker sind. Eine super nette Servicekraft.

Für mich ist die Burger Bank am Alten Markt immer wieder einen Besuch wert. Das Service Personal immer freundlich ,zuvorkommend und kompetent und das auch zu Stoßzeiten wenn die Hütte voll ist wie beispielsweise Samstagabend. Die Burger sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich..genug Auswahl auch an Beilagen und auch Vegetarier und Veganer kommen nicht zu kurz. . Finde auch die Aktion "Burger des Monats" super. Gibt es immer ein Special welches auf der Tafel steht Übrigens auch bei den Cocktails gibt es diese Aktion.Mir gefällt auch sehr das es ausreichend Plätze im Freien gibt. Gerade jetzt wo es doch nochmal paar warme Tage gibt. .Burger Bank TOP. Immer wieder einen Besuch wert. Bei mir waren die Sanitäranlagen immer sauber )kann als Frau nur den Damenbereich bewerten Es gab stets Seife und Desinfektiosmittel und ausreichend Toilettenpapier. Liebe Leute ggf es ist mal anders ..besteht ja durchaus die Möglichkeit einen Servicemitarbeiter anzusprechen und ein entsprechendes Problem.. Anscheinend ist sich beschweren und hier negative Bewertungen abzugeben einfacher......

Leckere Burger mit verschiedenen Brötchen zur Wahl. Leckerer hausgemachter Eistee. Als erstes wurde unserem Hund ein Wassernapf angeboten. Das finden wir immer besonders gut. Top!

Unsere Bürger waren ganz gut und wir wurden zumeist ganz nett bedient. Hätte sich die freundliche Bedienung nach dem Essen mal wieder eher blicken lassen, dann hätten wir gerne auch noch einmal Getränke bestellt 😉

Sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Bedienung. Die vegane Version sehr lecker. Guter Ort für die Mittagspause.

Schön draußen sitzen und einen Burger genießen, dass kann man hier. Burger sind lecker und man hat die Auswahl von verschiedenen Buns. Sie haben auch Sauerteig Buns, aber die kann ich nicht empfehlen. Die sollten noch verbessert werden, da sie schlecht zu schneiden sie sind und fast wie Gummi.

Mit Abstand der beste Burger den ich in letzter Zeit gegessen habe. Die Auswahl an verschiedenen Varianten ist enorm. Nette Bedienung, die auch ein gutes Händchen für Empfehlungen hat. Auch die Kinder waren sehr zufrieden.

Ich war die Woche mal bei der Burger Bank. Was soll ich sagen Preis 8,90Euro und ich persönlich fand es ok fürs Essen. Es war heiß und frisch. Auf den Bildern sieht man so die Paprika und Kidney Bohnen nicht. Esse gerne scharf und mit der Pfeffermühle nachgewürzt. Beim nächsten mal bitte ich um mehr Chili bei der Zubereitung. Sonst TOP Service, bin zwischendurch gefragt worden, ob es schmeckt/alles ok ist. Essen kam zügig 🙂

Der Burger war lecker, Getränke und Beilagen sehr teuer. Eine unserer Karten war von Getränkeresten zugeklebt...eklig...und wir saßen oben bei den Lüftungsfenstern, das war kalt und zugig. Sehr schade :(

Wir waren für das Cocktail-Probierbrett in der Burger-Bank. Nachdem wir einen zugigen Platz zugewiesen bekommen haben, konnten wir dann nach längerer Wartezeit bestellen. Nach noch deutlich längerer Wartezeit haben wir (4 Personen) dann jeweils unser Brett bekommen. Die Idee des Cocktail-Tastings und auch die Cocktails selbst waren wirklich super, weshalb ich in diesem Bereich vollen Punktzahl geben würde. Nachdem wir dann noch ein Brett bestellt hatten (und uns ja nach unserer Vorerfahrung schon darauf eingestellt hatten, in der Zeit Harry Potter durchlesen zu können), machte niemals jemand Anstalten, unsere Bestellung zuzubereiten. Auch beim Bezahlen wurde nichts bemerkt, die Bestellung wurde wohl einfach niemals gebucht. Alles in allem hatte man das Gefühl, als Kund*in nicht willkommen zu sein und dass die Belegschaft lieber Feierabend machen wollte als uns zu bedienen. Ich war vor einigen Jahren mal bei euch und eigentlich sehr überzeugt - dies wird aber vorerst mein letzter Besuch gewesen sein.

Hier gibt es eine gute Auswahl für glutenfreie und Vegane Burger! Die Idee statt einen Bun einen Kartoffelrösti zu verwenden ist echt gut. Der Espresso ist auch lecker. Für die Toiletten einen Stern Abzug.

Gutes Essen, sehr nette Bedienung! Mittagstisch wird auch angeboten (aus 20% sind 10% Rabatt geworden). Klare Empfehlung!

Hvis du er på jagt efter en god burger i Kiel så er det stedet. Vi var faktisk på vej til et andet spisested men besluttede os undervejs til at ændre vores planer. Hyggelig indretning og dejlige drinks. Bestemt et besøg værd.

Hvis du vil have en burger, så er dette stedet. Burgerne er rigtig gode. Det eneste problem er udvalget. Det er så stort, at det er svært at vælge.

Burgerpattie völlig tot gebraten dazu noch verbrannt und umgedreht aufs Bun gelegt...Auswahl ist sehr gut aber geschmacklich leider eine Katastrophe...zu erwähnen ist der gute homemade eistee....aber für burger erwarte ich was besseres....leider nicht zu empfehlen..
