Oh man, I was looking forward to a good burger. Unfortunately the burger and truffle fries were below average. I had no luck.

Unfriendly staff, food arrives cold, uncomfortable seating and cleanliness is something else

Arrived after a day of shopping. Totally lovely employees. Despite many reservations, he was able to assign us a table, we were kindly introduced to the concept, a huge selection, the burgers are great, great staff... it couldn't have gone better... we'd love to come back. LG Christin

Very tasty burger eaten. Side dish and non-alcoholic cocktail also great. Fast food restaurant designed completely digitally - from order to payment, this is a bit at the expense of the ambience. That's perfectly fine if you - like me - just want to eat a good burger after a while.

Nice food, warm and particular the veggie section is great and proper described. Test the potato chips, delicious! The premises were a bit messy and a cleaning of floors, corners, furnitures would be good, the stairs to the toilets were really dirty, greasy and dirt in corners. The bardisk looked nice so I assume, that where food is prepared has been prioritised. The host (female) was unfriendly, we, and I noticed other guests felt not welcomed. She had the restaurants laptop on the bar facing outwards and when a guest needed to pass the guest was "in the way". Small tip, move it to a location where you do not clash with the guests for a more friendly atmosphere. Also at arrival she seemed annoyed whereever we placed ourselfs at entrance. Change your processes to ensure the guest feel welcome, move stuff you need away from the very few squaremeters in the entrance to ensure you are not pushing guests around. The service at the table was friendly but our coffee was forgotten twice, it took 30 minutes for coffee to arrive. Pay attention to the table, the restaurant was not busy and staff was performing other tasks or talking, it feels bad to have to ask for the coffee twice. Otherwice, super location, value for money and food is of good quality. I do recommend to visit this restaurant if you are in city.

Food cold, cheeky and rude shift manager when pointing out that the food is cold. Tables were increasingly not cleared. Waited longer than 30 minutes for drinks and finally for the cold food, despite not being overly busy. The only positive thing is that the waitresses tried to apologize for the shift management. The shift management didn't think it was necessary. The same problem at the next table

Just normal Hans im Glück - relatively expensive burgers, fast and friendly service, cool ambience.

Arrived at 8.30 p.m., waited 15 minutes for the waitress, who then recommended Peter Pan, where else could you get burgers at that time?! It couldn't be worse!

Quite nice. But nothing super special. The prices are proud. The portions are not generous. It's tight. My daughter wasn't very happy. Vegan nuggets and fries, which were a bit over the top, definitely didn't convince them. It's unlikely we'll come back again.

Lad vær med at besøge dette sted. Jeg kom til at ramme en del af inventaret ved et uheld. Vi havde et hjørne bord med lidt plads i forvejen. Jeg ramte en kæmpe stor træstolpe, som ikke var sat fast på nogen måder. Den fløj ned med stor kraft og ramte Bordet og min gravides kærestes arm med hård kraft. Vi fik bare at vide at vi kunne sætte os udenfor hvis det var, inventaret var en del af franchisetagen, derudover så fortalte den knap så søde tjener, at det var alle de andre kunder, der havde gjort stolpen løs. Ingen beklagelse eller undskyldning. Virkelig et dårlig sted og farlig sted. Tænk hvis den kæmpe stolpe havde ramt en af os rigtigt.

We had to wait a while until the menu was brought to us. Then we had to wait again until we could order. Food came relatively quickly. Staff was slightly overwhelmed. But I think it's more due to a lack of training. They tried very hard.

A suggestion: It would be great if vegetarian didn't also mean vegan. Vegan cheese is not my thing. The homemade drinks are top. I will gladly come again!

Good cuisine, good service. The central, lively location attracts a lot of walk-in customers. The prices are of course not a bargain, but you won't be disappointed with the food either. There are unusual cold drinks.

Here the citizens are not standard, but sometimes with unusual ingredients. The homemade lemonade is highly recommended, as is the homemade coleslaw. BUT the best thing was the onion rings, they are unique here and nowhere else in Germany have I gotten them as crispy and fresh as they are here. The whole thing in a lunch menu and the price-performance ratio fits...

Apart from the fact that the burgers were unfortunately only lukewarm, the food was really tasty and top quality. If you like fries you should order some there, they are so delicious

Central location with a solid selection of food. Above all, a lot of emphasis is placed on meat-free options, so that you can also get a delicious burger vegetarian and vegan. The cocktails are also recommended. No photo was taken in good company, the presentation is typical of a chain a la Birke but like everywhere else in a Hans im Glück. Service extremely friendly and helpful.

With a bit of luck we got a place in the outdoor lighting. Ordering and paying via the link at the table is a good thing in itself, but it's a bit stupid that you can't book all the offers via it and so you then needed the waitress again, who was very friendly by the way. The food was really delicious and the ice teas were highly recommended.

Very tasty burgers and fries; just could have been a little hotter. The homemade iced tea (peach-lime) is also recommended. Unfortunately we had to wait 45 minutes from ordering until the food was delivered. Reordering drinks also required a reminder. The staff was a bit overwhelmed by the capacity of the restaurant.

Hyggeligt er som er centralt placeret. Jeg anbefaler at man prøver advocado burger eller avocado til pomfritter. Prisen udtrykker den placering restauranten har og det er lidt i den dyre ende. En smart figure er at man kan betale ved at scanne en QR-kode når man forlader restauranten og så kan man blot gå uden at tale med personalet.

The food is really overpriced for the quality. A few fries and a burger for €15 plus is really cheeky. The ambience is hip but the self-welded benches are completely uncomfortable. The store is completely geared towards quantity rather than class. You have to like it.

Here I ate a delicious bowl, but it was a bit small for its contents. The burger prices are also quite high. Nevertheless, I think the atmosphere is very nice and the service was very friendly.

Relatively cramped, not very comfortable and service tried hard, but not outstanding. The card sounded great at first, although the prices were already ambitious. When the food came, the verdict was clear. We've had much better burgers for the price. Didn't blow me away. Unfortunately, rather mixed. No recommendation.

The citizen enjoyed it. The people were quick, very friendly and very attentive. Best marks for that. It was a bit tight at the table. But that's all there is to criticism.

Hans im Glück is a good burger restaurant with a generally nice atmosphere. Is very nicely decorated. But what is to be criticized is the space at the tables. First we sat at a table that was supposed to be for four people. Even with the best will in the world, you couldn't sit here because there was a tree trunk behind you. Not feasible for me as a rather tall person. Unfortunately, this was only responded to when I asked for another table. Very unfortunate. The service was very friendly and the food was good. All in all, the restaurant makes a very cramped impression. They wanted a lot in a small amount of space. You can easily go there with two people. There were four of us and we wouldn't do it again for that reason alone.

Delicious food and great service. We were 20 minutes late and forgot to call, unfortunately our table was already taken. We then sat at the counter and were each able to choose a drink and dessert on the house (my wife and I). They were really friendly and super nice.

The seating is not exactly comfortable and the distance between the tables is too narrow.

Small location, well maintained, very well coordinated, friendly service and quick food. This is how I would rate our visit. Stay like that.

Love the place for both vegan and vegetarian options . So many choices and each of them has a great patty which is perfect juicy. My favourite being olive patty . Great service . There is a gentleman, don’t know his name but gives service with a smile . An extra star for him 😊 it’s a go to place for me . The location of cafe is a highlight .

Wir hatten den leckeren Weihnachtsburger mit Rotkohl und Zimt. Klingt strange, war aber sehr lecker! Service war sehr freundlich, das Ambiente mitten in der Fußgängerzone muss man mögen, uns hat es aber sehr gefallen.

Der Hähnchenburger war oberlecker, ganz zartes Fleisch, und die Bedienung sehr freundlich. Ich kann dieses Restaurant nur empfehlen!

Alles in allem geht der Laden in Ordnung. Ist auch nur Pommes mit Burger. Nicht der extravagante Hochgenuss aber doch lecker. Der Laden war sauber und das Personal freundlich

Für Veganer ist das Hans im Glück immer der richtige Ort zum Sattessen, eigentlich in jeder Stadt Prima Auswahl, guter und sehr freundlicher Service, (besonders hier in Kiel) und sehr angenehme Atmosphäre. Immer wieder sehr gerne! Auch für Vegetarier und Fleischesser bestens geeignet. Hier werden alle fündig.

Very good, gorgeous and charming waiters

Unsere Tochter hatte Geburtstag. Die Bedienung war herzlich und freundlich . Fragte stehts ob alles in Ordnung ist. Die Durstlöscher und Cocktails waren originell und sehr köstlich. Die Bürger und Beilagen nett angerichtet. Und passend zur Season. Alles war köstlich. Das Highlight war das Geburtstags Lied und die Überraschung. Ein toller Abend mit sehr netten Personal. Gern kommen wir wieder.

Einfache Bestellung (daher keine Bewertung bei Ambiente) und schnelle Lieferung. Übergabe war super, netter und freundlicher Überbringer. Das Essen war lecker, es könnte ein bisschen mehr Soße auf den Burgern sein. Aber das ist Geschmackssache.

Meine Frau setzt mich hier immer aus, damit sie in Ruhe, im gegenüberliegenden, Primarkt shoppen kann. Nettes Personal, frisches Bier. Viele Gäste aus Skandinavien und die sind bekanntlich alle nett.

Bewertung für Lieferung! Pommes waren scheinbar sehr lange im beschichteten Karton. Sie waren TROPFEND nass. Leider ungenießbar. Die zwei bestellten Burger waren so gut wie gar nicht "zusammengesetzt". Alle Zutaten flogen einzeln in der Box rum. Für über 40 Euro leider einfach unfassbar schlecht gewesen.

Der Service war ausgesprochen freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit stets aufmerksam, aber nie aufdringlich. So sollte es sein!!! So guter Service ist heutzutage leider selten geworden. Das Essen war gewohnt ausgezeichnet - sowohl die Hauptgänge, als auch das Dessert. Wir sind rundum zufrieden.

Wir waren das erste Mal in diesem Restaurant. Wenn man sich auf Burger spezialisiert, dann sollte man einen deutlichen Unterschied zum FastFood erkennen. Das konnte ich leider nicht erkennen. Der Bun fällt in 1.000 Teile beim Schneiden. Zusätzlich sollte man die Kellner klar erkennen können. Durch die Freizeitkleidung der Kellner leider nicht immer möglich. Noch ein kleiner Hinweis aus meiner Zeit als Kellner. Ein Getränk (und sei es nur ein kleines Bier) geht NIEMALS ohne Tablett zum Gast. Es ist ja keine Kneipe! Insgesamt kann es nur besser werden.

An ok place with nice people employed. Ok food. What I didn't like, was the seating. Difficult to rest your back there and difficult to reach the seats because of trees everywhere.

Styr unna! Satt å spiste lunch inne på restauranten, plutselig kom det en mus løpende forbi bordet.. Jeg gikk direkte til kelneren og fortalte at det var mus inne og at vi ønsket å få pengene tilbake og gå. Han svarte frekt at "i dont care" og "you need to pay" For en forferdelig plass, harde seter, kaldt og sure ansatte.

Don't go! The treatment of the employees is very bad, they yell at you!!! they yell at the kids! They give a bad image to the city. the bathrooms are dirty, there is a smell. the corridor to the bathrooms is dark, scary. The truth is that the food is a 2, there are better places. It is super expensive for what they offer, I left disappointed, if I can give you a recommendation it is DON'T GO!

Einen Burger "Kraftherzig" mit Briochebrötchen. Goldfritten dabei und Pils getrunken. Wer es eng liebt, kann hier eine Zeit verbringen. Essen war ok, die vier verschiedenen Saucen auch. Bier war auch ok. Mir ist es zu eng und deshalb gibt's auch nur 3 Punkte.

Really bad service, the staff working there weren’t friendly at all. One waiter poured out a drink on me and didn’t even apologise! Rude staff, didn’t feel welcome so I left and didn’t order anything. Not coming back here! We went to the restaurant in Kiel.

War mit ner Freundin und unseren Kindern da. Am Eingang wurde man zum warten aufgefordert. Dann kam irgendwann mal ein Kellner, der an Unfreundlichkeit kaum zu übertreffen ist. Wir sind dann lieber wieder gegangen

Wir haben uns gegen 20.30 h an einen freien Tisch auf der am Gebäude gelegenen Terrasse gesetzt - die mindestens drei Bedienungen haben und tapfer mit dem "Scheuklappenblick" ignoriert. Nach 15 Minuten kam dann endlich jemand mit der Nachricht, dass die Chefin entschieden hätte, keine Bestellungen mehr anzunehmen. Das hätte man uns nun auch gleich mitteilen können, passt aber zum allgemein eher negativen Eindruck (nicht abgeräumte Tische, weil auf dem Rückweg nichts mitgenommen wird). Also waren wir letztendlich froh, dass wir so zum Brauhaus gegenüber kamen... ;)
