Really delicious burgers, everything fresh and perfectly combined for me. Potato edges were very dry, which means it's a frozen item, which is a shame for €6. Very nice staff. Great ambience. Honestly, if I hadn't ordered the edges I would give it 5☆. Waiting time less than 10 minutes. Gladly again!

Basically, it's one of the best restaurants around for things like burgers. Fast delivery, nice personelle, trustworthy claims, and a great burger. It is pricey but you pay for what you get.

I absolutely love the food here but they always forget something when I order food to go. I just picked up my food and it was a burger and fries and they forgot the fries and there was no parking to go back in to say something. They always forget something when I order but it’s usually just sauce so it’s not a big deal but when you just order a burger and fries you’d think they’d be able to remember just those things. And they stable the bag shut so you can’t really check inside the restaurant.

Disaster! It doesn't surprise me to do this. And since you already know where they're going, poor Schonungen!!!!!

When the weather's nice, the restaurant offers a lovely spot in the sun in the evenings. The beer is cold, the currywurst is absolutely delicious, and the service is cheerful and super friendly. I really liked the various sauces and spice levels. Level 3, "almost spicy," lives up to its name. Overall, we were very satisfied.

The smash burger was very good, as were the fries! “Picking up” at the door has a clear negative point, as the checkout employee preferred to play on his cell phone...

Delivery time over 35 minutes later than stated, even though ordered well before the store opened - you could at least let us know / plan better. Burgers and wedges were accordingly cold and soggy. Bun halves of the burger were partly burnt black and generally not a highlight in terms of taste and not worth the money. When we complained over the phone, they were rather unreasonable and offered a replacement burger - no interest.

Ordered and had it delivered for the first but definitely not the last time today. And I was more than pleasantly surprised. For me personally, the best burgers I have ever ordered from a delivery service. We had the Chilli-Chese, Meister and the Mozzarella Burger. All three arrived at us still hot. Delivery distance about 1.5km from Burgermeister to us. The burgers were all beautifully packaged and looked extremely attractive and simply delicious when taken out. And that's exactly what they were. Definitely not mass-produced frozen patties but fresh and handmade. We also had the chilli cheese nuggets and the potato slices. These also arrived at the perfect eating temperature and were also very tasty and, above all, plentiful. So if you like authentically good burgers with delicious and fresh ingredients and don't want to leave the house after a long day, the delivery service here is the perfect choice. We were totally satisfied and will order again soon or maybe eat directly at the Burgermeister office.

Great stay for a short visit to Legoland. Clean room, adequate breakfast. We'd gladly stay again.

It's a shame how a good restaurant turns into a bad one. The burgers used to be so delicious. Now it's just bad. Cold and extremely expensive. Portions are getting smaller and prices are really steep. We used to come here so often. But now it doesn't work anymore.

We order from Jeffrey's again and again and are very satisfied every time. The burgers taste great and delivery is usually very quick. It may take a little longer on weekends, but that is not a problem as we are informed in advance about the estimated delivery time. Keep it up 👏🏼

Just ordered via Uber Eats buy 1 and get 1 free only got one and didn't get any sose even though I added it when ordering. No one answers on hotline, very bad experience.
