Simply the best burger in the Mannheim area. Fresh, 1A quality. Fries very crispy and well seasoned. Has never disappointed us! Delivery on time to the minute (if ordered at a specific time), otherwise usually even earlier than expected. I would especially like to praise the nice supplier, super personable. He was with us a few times and has been asking nicely about the family ever since. I've never experienced anything like this from a supplier, so I would like to mention it here in a positive way.

I moved and I have to be honest I kind of miss the burgers. So many good burger combinations and very tasty buns and patties. I often ordered here when I lived in Mannheim, everything was always warm, and fries were good too. The factory sauce is just the right level of spicy

Before the 19 Street Burger was available on the planks, I ordered here a few times with friends and the food was always great. Burgers are very good, chicken wings are strong and it just tastes good.

Exceptional burgers and other great dishes too. We always take takeaway because it's not that comfortable to sit on site. But that also has a certain charm. Definitely a restaurant we enjoy eating at again and again

The food is delicious, but it's all the more stupid that they unfortunately can't manage to block their order page when it's closed. Status could be tracked: order received, payment accepted, food being prepared. After 1.5 hours we asked and we were told that Mannheim was closed and no one was preparing anything. But what's even more annoying is what happens afterwards: After several calls to the complaint hotline and as of today 8 days later, we still don't have our money back. No email with any information and 3 out of 4 calls are from people who tell me: "Yes, I can't say anything about that now, I have no idea who is handling it". Really bad!

It was just very, very tasty. We had it delivered to the office and it arrived very quickly and super hot. I had an Amsti burger and all I can say is that I would order it again.

Ordered yesterday for 6:20 p.m., the driver mixed up the delivery address so the food was cold, the can of Coke that was ordered was placed on top of the fries, which meant they were cooled and soggy from the condensation on the can, the burger bun was labeled! When ordering by telephone, a current order flyer was requested, but the driver did not hand it over! All in all, an absolutely expensive disappointment...not recommended!!!p.s. The fries were also left in the fat for far too long...fried with fat...quality looks different...overall verdict: A lot of money for poor quality!!!!
