We took a coffee break here after visiting Villa Hügel and realized that we prefer owner-managed cafes. Here we found a lover-run cafe. Everything chilled and the pancakes and cinnamon rolls were great 😍

We ordered drinks via a QR code. Then it took more than fifteen minutes before 2 teas were made (1 lemon - ginger tea and 1 mint tea. There was sadly little mint in it). So we skipped lunch. The staff is nice but they are not hard workers.

The breakfast bagel was very cold (not defrosted yet?!), otherwise OK. The café is very, very loud and cramped.

I have been excited to visit this place for a long time and regretted my visit pretty fast. Waited for the food for over 30 mins to the point we actually cancelled the order and left. The shop was not busy also during this time. The staff seemed very unbothered.

This place is a true gem for breakfast lovers! The Eggs Benedict were cooked to perfection, and the vegan pulled pork was incredibly flavorful. To top it off, their smoothie was fresh and delicious, the perfect way to start the day. The atmosphere is cozy, and the staff is super friendly.

Drank delicious Limoncello Spritz.
