Because of the high number of people, you are hardly “noticed” when you are waiting for a table to be assigned, for example, but everyone is still nice and the food is very good!! Clear “go” recommendation.

So.... - Actually, there were very positive reports about you, which is why we wanted to eat at your place. We were with you last night. I have to say it started off badly when we made the reservation. The employee on the phone was extremely unfriendly and annoyed. And that at 12 noon. Point one is the service. The unfriendliness continued there. The employees were very annoyed, unfriendly, and gave stroppy answers. We as customers didn't let it show and still remained friendly. When bringing drinks and food, the employees didn't ask who owned what and just put it on the table without saying anything, beer in front of the children and the fried meat in front of our baby, who of course tried to put it in there. Point two, eat. The food for the children was delicious, french fries, nuggets etc. The Chinese food, which is why we were there, wasn't that great. We all have stomach aches at home now. The noodles were very greasy. There was plenty of choice at the buffet, but the taste was so... But it's also a matter of taste. What really bothered me was that the meat wasn't cooked through, which you were allowed to choose and was specially prepared in the kitchen. 3. The ambience The restaurant itself is nice. Unfortunately the division is a shame, which might not be possible otherwise. Most of the tables are right next to the buffet where you can walk past every customer and every employee and have private conversations that are out of place. The larger tables are very far away from the buffet, where you first have to walk through the restaurant. The tables we sat at were very uneven and things wobbled on them. The baby high chairs did not have seat belts and were not wiped clean. The children's corner was very nicely decorated. There are almost no parking spaces, and every second person parked as if they needed two for a car The price was actually justified, but not for the service delivered... It's a shame... We'd rather go to Papenburg or Emden. We still wish you all the best

I can't rate the food as our reservation was simply ignored and we had to wait in the cold with no result. Because of the large crowds that go in there, they don't feel the need to show respect to the individual guest. Has nothing to do with service or anything else. Never again; and I would advise that to everyone else too

Located in the center of Bochum, it offers Vietnamese, Thai, Chinese, Japanese and other Asian multi-national cuisine restaurants. The business is booming and only accepts cash.

You can't complain about that. We were treated more than just friendly. The food was great. Prices are reasonable for the ambience and service and food. We'll be back. A little tip. Try the warm sake. I didn't know it was so delicious. I'll drink it again when I'm there.

The best Asian food within a radius of at least 25km. Good prices, huge portions, always happy.

The last time we were there 5 years ago, everything was somehow more passionate. Now it feels like impersonal mass processing. Positive, soft drinks included in the buffet price. Still 4 stars, with potential for improvement.

We always loved going to Ikigai. The food, the service and the ambience were just right and you overlooked the expensive prices. But when many dishes (except sushi) start at 20 euros, I also expect top service! This also includes staff who speak good German and explain dishes and new concepts. Neither was available to us! Unfortunately, the food didn't taste as good to us as it did back then and we also asked ourselves what justified the prices

The restaurant is conditionally recommended! The food is good, the owners are friendly, the restaurant is cozy and clean and at Asia Kim you can still eat well with four people for under €100, but the buffet is not exactly rich or very clear and the quality also varies few.

Very friendly staff in a very familiar atmosphere with very good food. Felt very welcome even though it was our first time there. Not cheap but prices reasonable. What more could you want? Thank you
