Great place to eat good sushi with your family! Everything was delicious and you could order on a tablet where you choose 5 things to eat every 10 minutes to avoid food waste! Truly comfortable and beautiful environment! This restaurant deserves 5 stars!

Our experience at this restaurant left much to be desired. During our visit yesterday, we were offered the €29.99 per person package, where you can order new dishes every 15 minutes, all included in the price. Unfortunately, after selecting this option and ordering the first round, we realized that drinks were not included in the price, nor were some of the dishes, which had to be paid for separately. The food was served quickly. I enjoyed one type of sushi roll, but that was about it. The noodles were definitely not fresh — we understand that they are pre-cooked before being served, but they didn’t taste freshly made. The teriyaki chicken didn’t impress us, and the desserts seemed store-bought. Unfortunately, we didn’t even make it to the third round out of the ten possible. We simply paid and left. The food didn’t meet restaurant standards and wasn’t to our liking. Regrettably, we will not be visiting this restaurant again.

Beautiful cozy place with lovely staff. I sent a message in advance with a few questions and I received a response fairly quickly, which was very nice. We were able to take a seat without a reservation. The food was also very tasty and full of flavour, many choices in terms of food, drinks and desserts. It was also nice that everything was halal except for 2 choices. The price compared to the Netherlands is really great! Definitely recommended :) parking is also quite easy, garage next to the restaurant.

We went to this restaurant on the recommendation of friends and acquaintances. The first impression, both of the ambience and the allocated space, was very good. It was also relatively busy for lunchtime. The waiter then gave us the pad for our order, but we were not instructed. No problem, we managed it that way, but I'm used to it differently from other restaurants. The first order took a very long time, that wasn't a problem at all, just how the waiter slapped it on the table without looking at us, wishing us bon appetit, etc. The following orders almost all came together, ok too no problem, unfortunately the ginger we ordered never came, so I got up and got it myself every time. The soup that was ordered was not even lukewarm and when we complained about this, two waiters one after the other touched our bowl and claimed that it was warm. Can't you just take it away without comment and bring a new one? So all in all: food very good, value for money. O., ambience ok, but service just bad. There was enough staff, just completely disorganized. It's a shame, we won't come back and I didn't leave a tip either (it never actually happens)

Unfriendly, disrespectful and possibly discriminatory Our visit to this restaurant was a big disappointment. We were there with three adults and two children (6 years old) and ordered the evening menu (buffet) three times and à la carte twice. The children each chose five dishes from the buffet. When an adult tried a small piece of sushi from a children's plate, the heavily pregnant manager reprimanded us in a loud, condescending manner in front of all the guests. The way we were treated was not only unfriendly and disrespectful, but gave us the impression that we might not have been welcome because of our background or because head coverings were worn in our group. Of course I can't say for sure, but the situation left us with that feeling. It was so unpleasant that we ended the evening after only 40 minutes, even though two hours of buffet time were planned. In the end we still had to pay 75 euros - for an experience that the restaurant didn't deserve a cent. This experience left us very disappointed. The question arises as to whether this restaurant even welcomes people with head coverings or foreign backgrounds. If you value respectful interaction, you should avoid this place. We're definitely never coming back. .

I've been to many all you can eat restaurants and I can say that most of them over-oiled their food or it was too salty. The Tokyo Sushi-Grill Restaurant offers a variety of delicious sushi, sauces, salads and fried dishes that will make your mouth water. I recommend it to everyone and would even drive to Lüdenscheid from further away to have this experience! You can also get half of the parking fees refunded if you have the ticket stamped by the restaurant. Definitely deserves 5 stars. I've been a regular customer for about 3-4 years now and it never gets boring.

There's nothing to complain about for me😃 I really liked and enjoyed it. I was there at lunchtime with my students. The prices are reasonable, the selection is large and the concept speaks for itself👍 I also think the location in the middle of the city of Lüdenscheid is ideal. Unfortunately, access to the restaurant is via stairs and is therefore not barrier-free. For my part, it won't be the last time there🙂‍↕️🙂‍↕️

Way too expensive and too greasy

We were there today and were even allowed to practice visiting a restaurant with our puppy. Everything worked, the employees were helpful and always there. The dirty dishes were taken away straight away. And the food came 30 seconds after ordering. Great there!

Before the Corona period, I regularly enjoyed the food and the price-performance ratio was right. Unfortunately the quality has deteriorated since then. The food doesn't taste as good as before. I wanted to go out to eat with my children and my husband, the five of us, all the tables were dirty. They wanted to sit us at a table where either someone had vomited or a slimy drink had fallen over. The waiter came and then pulled out old crumpled napkins on his apron with which he could Maybe he blew his nose and wanted to clean the table so we were taken to another table that was also dirty. The third table was just as dirty. Then the only excuse was that we didn't have time to clean even though a lady was just standing there the whole time brought people to the table... so really disgusting I think the health department should make an appointment

Immer wieder gerne. War bis jetzt 2 Mal für das Buffet da, einmal Mittags und einmal Abends. Ich präferiere Mittags. Es ist nicht nur günstiger sondern es ist auch weniger los. Die einzige Einschränkung ist, dass es nicht alle Gerichte im Buffet gibt. Man kann 10 Mal bestellen und pro 4 Personen gibt es ein Tablet. Ich meine jede Person kann jeweils 5 Sachen bestellen. Es klingt zwar wenig, reicht aber völlig aus. Das Essen war bis jetzt auch immer lecker mit nur einer Ausnahme. Etwas vor Silvester war ich dort und mir wurde eine Krabbenschere gegeben die immernoch eingefroren war. Aber das war bis jetzt das einzige an dem ich nörgeln könnte. Vom Essen im generellen würde ich sagen ist für jeden was dabei. Es gibt eine große Auswahl an Sushi, es gibt Nudeln, Gemüse, Fleisch, usw. Vom Nachtisch her gibt es verschiedene Eissorten wie Ube ( mein Favorit ), Matcha und Mango. Es gibt Kuchen sowie Obst und die sind ebenfalls richtig lecker und passen wegen derer Größe selbst wenn man voll ist noch rein. Etwas weiteres Gutes ist dass Menschen mit verkleinertem Magen den Kinderpreis bezahlen können wenn sie sich richtig ausweisen. Tokyo ist bis jetzt das einzige Restaurant / Buffet bei dem ich war wo das möglich ist.

Lecker war es. Aber wenn mehrere über 1 Tablett bestellen,und 2x das gleiche dabei ist, werden beide Portionen auf EINEM Teller gebracht. Fanden wir (8personen) etwas blöd.

The older guy started to scream to us out of nothing. The most idiot thing was when we paid with card he became very mad at us because we didn’t give a tip (if he didn’t scream to is earlier that evening we gave a tip for sure) when I read other comments here it looks like we are not the only customers who experienced this. And he didn’t learned from his bad behavior. It’s a pity because the food is good and the atmosphere very nice…

Wsren gestern zum erstan mal dort essen und ich muss sagen es war top! Die idee mit den Tablets is auch gut erspart den servicekräften jede menge zeit man selbst kann jederzeit nachschaien was man novh essen möchte. Einziges manko war für uns ein lautes genervtes Kind neben an am tisch, dass in alle richtungen gehustet hat. Aber das war eher ein fall für die Erziehungsberechtigten. Das Essen war frisch und kam nach jeder Bestellung ziemlich flott an den Tisch. Und unser absolutes Highlight waren die desserts! Ab jetzt wird öfter im tokyo gegessen :)

Das System mit mehreren Runden ist schon ganz gut, man wird schnell auch satt. Trotzdem finde ich es etwas zu teuer. Aber dennoch ist s ganz angenehm und tolle Atmosphäre abends.
