Nach einem langen Tag und dem Besuch einer Messe, hatten meine Frau und ich Hunger auf ein Steak. In der Nähe unseres Hotels liegt das top bewertete Los Locps Latinos und wir machten uns auf den Weg. Von Außen ist man sich zunächst nicht sicher, ist es eine Pommesbude oder ein Kiosk. Wir betraten das Restaurant um 20:00Uhr und unserem „Guten Abend“ entgegnete der Kellner einfach mal nichts. Wir nahmen Platz und kurze Zeit später kam der Kellner zu unserem Tisch und gab uns die Speisekarten. Dann teilte uns der Kellner mit, dass der Grill schon aus sei und man nur Schnitzel und Empanadas bestellen könnte. Under Hunger war zu groß, also bestellten wir Schnitzel mit Pommes, 3 verschiedene Empanadas und 2 Radler sowie einen Kaffee. Als der Kellner uns die Getränke servierte, fehlte der Kaffee. „Die Maschine ist schon gereinigt.“ Statt 2 Radler gab es ein Radler und ein Alster, die aber gut schmeckten. Dann wurden die Empanadas serviert, die allesamt gut schmeckten. Danach kamen die Schnitzel, wenn man sie so bezeichnen kann mit einer Handvoll Pommes. Im Grunde waren es keine Schnitzel sondern zu lang frittiertes Paniermehl. Ohne Übertreibung war das Fleisch kaum dicker als die Panade. Während wir aßen, wurden wir beobachtet, denn Personal wollte anscheinend Feierabend machen. Kaum war der letzte Bissen getan, stand der Kellner am Tisch und fragte ob wir bar oder mit Karte zahlen wollen. Nach dem Bezahlen konnten wir noch schnell unsere Gläser leeren, die nichtmal mehr vom Tisch abgeräumt wurden und man begleitete uns nach Draußen. Vom Betreten bis zum „Rausschmiss“ vergingen 38 Minuten (20:38Uhr), obwohl das Restaurant 20:00Uhr geöffnet haben soll. 61€ leichter und ziemlich konsterniert steht für uns fest: Selten so schlecht gegessen und noch nie so „behandelt“ worden. Von uns gibt es für dieses Restaurant keine Empfehlung.

Great wellness. I'm not surprised by anything in hotels. But the wellness, which is included in the price of the room, is amazing. You can find more in the video. The rooms are quite standard. Cleanliness very good. Beds: I have two beds and one is soft and one is hard, so everyone can choose. Keys are issued automatically after the reception closes based on the code you receive. If there is a problem, there is a phone right above the machine where someone is always available to give you advice.

Amazing service, all waiters are super nice, friendly and hospitable. Food is delicious, especially Gulasch and Pommes. Atmosphere is really nice, good Spanish music.

Anfang des Jahres einen Gutschein für das Restaurant geschenkt bekommen. Heute sind wir vorbeigefahren und das Restaurant hat ohne Vorankündigung geschlossen. Auf den AB eine Nachricht hinterlassen und per Messenger kontaktiert. Keine Reaktion.

Very tasty food, great service! We'd love to come back!

Mega big praise for the operator. I asked two weeks ago if they were open on Christmas Eve. At first he said no, but then asked how many of us there were. I said that we are only 4 guests. After a moment's thought, he said we could still come. That's what I call customer focus. So yesterday at 4 p.m. we were the only guests there and he conjured up a delicious meal for us all by himself. You have to get the steak right first. Everything tasted delicious and we chatted with him for a bit. Super tasty! Definitely recommended if you want to treat yourself to something special! S. Ceglarski

What good empanadas! of the best empanadas, due to the dough, filling and quantity in Düsseldorf. The service is excellent, fast, every time I go to the Fischmarkt I look for them because they are very delicious. You can pay by card, the guys' attention is great.

It was perfect! We received a very warm welcome and were very well advised when choosing the dishes. Steaks on point, side dishes salad etc. all freshly prepared and very tasty. Service was very accommodating and gave us competent advice. We were very happy with everything and if we are nearby we would like to come back.

We were here for lunch. The starter was huge, the main course was also a decent portion and extremely tasty! We'll definitely be back!!
