El Cazador Steakhouse in Wesseling

Wir hatten über Google für Dienstag um 18:30 Uhr reserviert. Bei unserer Ankunft war es sehr ruhig. Draußen waren es 33 Grad, vielleicht lag es daran. Wir durften uns unseren Platz aussuchen. Unser Chihuahua war auch dabei, was überhaupt kein Problem war. Unser Kellner/Manager Abian war sehr freundlich und sprach Englisch, Spanisch, Italienisch und natürlich Deutsch. Die Gerichte wurden sehr schnell serviert. Als Vorspeise gab es Brot mit Aioli, und meine Frau und mein Sohn hatten Garnelen. Als Hauptgang wählten wir das 300 g schwere, medium gebratene Entrecôte. Es wurde mit Pommes frites oder Ofenkartoffel serviert. Die Trüffelmayonnaise hatten wir separat bestellt. Zum Dessert aß ich Espresso mit Eis, und meine Frau und mein Sohn hatten Tiramisu. Alles war perfekt. Das Entrecôte ist sehr zu empfehlen. Köstlich gegrillt und zart. Für Fleischliebhaber ist dieses Gericht definitiv sehr zu empfehlen.

10/10! Von außen vielleicht nicht besonders einladend, aber absolut empfehlenswert! Als Vorspeise teilten wir uns eine Tapas-Platte. Das Fleisch und der Fisch waren butterzart und alles superfrisch! Auch die Hauptgerichte – Schnitzel und Lamm – waren unglaublich zart und perfekt gewürzt! Freundliches Personal, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Gestern Abend hatte ich ein unvergessliches Erlebnis im El Cazador Steakhouse. Das Rumpsteak war hervorragend, aber das gesamte Esserlebnis war außergewöhnlich. Wein, Brot und Oliven waren tadellos, und das Essen war einfach köstlich. Besonders hervorzuheben war jedoch der Service – er war makellos. Ich vergebe volle Punktzahl (10 von 10).

Nachdem unser Stamm Restaurant letztes Jahr abgebrannt war, sind wir nach langem Suchen endlich fündig geworden. Der Service sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.Die Tische hübsch gedeckt. Das Essen absolut lecker. Unsere Steaks fantastisch gebraten. Die Kräuterbutter frisch und selbst gemacht. Champions toll.Ambiente sehr schön. Die Toiletten sehr sauber.Der Chef bringt einem selbst an den Tisch. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Ein herzliches Dankeschön.

Wir haben zwei Stunden auf unsere Bestellung gewartet, niemand kam.

Steak lecker, aber nicht exzellent - das liegt jedoch nicht an der Küche, sondern am Fleisch. Preis für diese Qualität m.E. teilweise zu hoch. Ambiente sehr schön, insbesondere im unteren Bereich. Service meist gut bis sehr gut. Weinauswahl in Ordnung. Bisher kein besseres Steakhouse in Wesseling gefunden, im Vergleich zu einigen sehr guten in Köln oder Bonn dennoch nur 4 Sterne.

Ein kleiner Geheimtipp. Das Essen und der Service waren von ganz hoher Schule. Lange nicht so lecker auswärts gegessen. Da spürt man förmlich noch die Freude am Job. Danke.

Wo fange ich an? Das Rumpsteak war außergewöhnlich zart, voller Geschmack und auf den Punkt gegart. Ich weiß sehr genau, wovon ich spreche. Dazu ein hervorragend gewählter Rioja mit schönem Trinkfluss, rund und harmonisch, ein Wein, der das Essen perfekt begleitet. Eigentlich wollte ich ja nur Cola trinken, aber ich wusste ja, wohin das am Ende hinführt. 🫢😃❤️ Der Service ist aufmerksam, professionell und gleichzeitig angenehm freundlich bis fast freundschaftlich, ohne jemals aufdringlich zu sein. Die Musik ist hervorragend gewählt und ideal als Hintergrund, stilvoll und atmosphärisch. Besonders bemerkenswert ist die Akustik dieses Steakhauses. Es ist niemals laut, weil hier sichtbar und hörbar in Lärmschutz investiert wurde. Gepolsterte Wandflächen in warmen Farben und eine durchdachte Akustikdecke sorgen für eine ruhige, entspannte Gesprächsatmosphäre. Man merkt, dass hier bewusst an alles gedacht wurde. Auch optisch ist das Restaurant ein echtes Highlight, besonders für diesen Standort. Wir waren auf Empfehlung in diesem Restaurant und wurden in keiner Weise enttäuscht. Besonders das Essen hat uns begeistert. Die Gerichte waren hervorragend zubereitet, geschmacklich sehr ausgewogen und qualitativ auf hohem Niveau. Das stilvolle und zugleich angenehme Ambiente trägt zusätzlich dazu bei, dass man sich sofort wohlfühlt und gerne länger verweilt. Der Service war durchweg freundlich und zuvorkommend, allerdings war die Wartezeit beim Bestellen sowie beim Bezahlen etwas länger. Dies stellte für uns jedoch keinen gravierenden Kritikpunkt dar. Insgesamt war es ein sehr gelungener Besuch. Wir würden dieses Restaurant jederzeit weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Wir sind extra von Hamburg nach Wesseling gefahren. Super Service und ein ausgezeichnetes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Dorthin würden wir jederzeit wieder fahren. Wer nur das beste Steak möchte, ist hier genau richtig.

Dank Google, durch Zufall gefunden, als wir ein Welnesswochenende in Swisstal verbracht haben. Ein sehr schönes Steakhouse mit Klasse Ambiente. Das Personal ist sehr höflich und professionell. Mein extra Lob geht an den Küchenchef. Das Fleisch war fast auf den Punkt perfekt, wobei ich extrem hohe Ansprüche an die Küche stelle und verstehen kann, dass sie das Rindfleisch eher etwas länger auf dem Grill lassen, wenn die den Gast nicht kennen. So vermeidet man halt Reklamationen, dass das Fleisch doch noch zu englisch ist. Auf Nachfrage hat das Personal sofort angeboten, das Gericht neu zubereiten zu lassen - Also mecker ich hier eher auf sehr hohem Niveau. Das Ayoli ist hausgemacht und harmonierte perfekt mit dem hausgemachten Brot. Ich hatte einen trockenen Rotwein zum Essen, welcher auf Empfehlung des Kellers Kam und perfekt mit dem Fleisch harmonierte. Der Nachtisch - ein Espresso mit Vanilleeiskugel - rundete das, insgesamt perfekt abgestimmte Geschmackserlebnis, harmonische ab. Eine ganz klare Empfehlung für Genießer.

Einer der besten steak die ich gegessen habe immer wieder

Der beste Laden in dem ich je gegessen hab. Immer wieder gerne. Sogar einige Freunde sind extra aus Hannover angereist um hier zu essen.

Wirklich das beste Restaurant in dem ich mit meiner Familie essen war. Sehr angenehmes Ambiente, sehr nette, freundliche und zuvorkommende Servicekräfte. Das Essen ist auf einer speziellen Art und weise zugerichtet, sodass jeder Biss ein einzigartiges Geschmackserlebnis ist. Perfekt Gewürzt und ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

El Cazador is our favorite restaurant in the area. The menu offers many options, and the meat quality is excellent. The juicy steaks and delicious baked potatoes are always cooked to perfection. The manager, Abian (sorry if I misspelled his name!), is very nice and friendly. We definitely recommend this restaurant!

It was pure chance that we stumbled upon this restaurant thanks to Google. We were absolutely thrilled. We only had tapas. Wonderful, delicious, just like in Spain. The service was simply fantastic, attentive and wonderfully easygoing. We'll definitely be back.

El Cazador Steakhouse is highly recommended! The food is of outstanding quality – perfectly cooked meat, fresh ingredients, and beautiful presentation. The service is friendly, attentive, and fast. I'd especially like to highlight the cleanliness: it's by far the cleanest place around! Both the interior and the terrace are impeccably maintained, which makes the experience even more enjoyable.

We went there for dinner with four people on September 20th. Everything was just right: the food was excellent, the service was very friendly, and the atmosphere was very cozy. At the end, the chef himself came over and asked if everything was okay, and we even got a delicious liqueur on the house. Perfect! We'll be back!

We've been here several times now and continue to come regularly. What can I say? We've never been disappointed with the food, the service, or anything else. The cozy atmosphere, along with the amazing food, is simply fantastic and highly recommended. We recently came spontaneously, and it was Spanish night! A fantastic singer who made the already lovely atmosphere even more beautiful. The boss is almost always there and very friendly; he himself regularly asks guests if everything is okay and checks on things. My insider tip: definitely try the cream Catalana ice cream!

A bit plain for the price, with paper napkins and no table cloth. Steak and the bacon covered figs were excellent. The sauteed mushrooms and aioli were quite salty. The chicken breast was rather small and of average quality. I was expecting a better experience based upon the reviews.

We dined at El Cazador on July 29, 2025, with a group of 25 people after making a reservation. We received very friendly and attentive service. We all received our individually ordered a la carte meals at the same time! A masterpiece! Kudos to the kitchen staff! Not only did every single meal look great, but every single person also enjoyed it. We also really enjoyed the ambiance. The tables were beautifully set. I can recommend this restaurant with a clear conscience.

So, for our wedding anniversary we thought we would try a new restaurant. We both felt like Argentinian and decided on this restaurant for its 4.8 Star review. We were sorely disappointed. Firstly it was nothing classy. No tablecloth, no cloth napkins and no cosy atmosphere. A tad noisy to a large group, but hey that is nothing to complain about. The waiter then came and suggested a bottle of wine for our anniversary dinner, see picture. He said the bottle regularly costs €88.00, but was on sale for €55.00. We said, hell why not, it's a special day, but a 400% markup for a €15,00 bottle is profiteering at its limit. Had the bottle not been "on sale", it would have been nearly 600 % markup. The food was nothing special. The mushroom appetizer (tapas) was salty, the garlic butter was salty (I guess they wanna sell more wine and water) and the chicken breast my husband had, was small. No salad was offered with the meal. My 200 gr. €38.00 filet Steak was cooked to perfection though, but my baked potato was cold. The expensive bottle of wine was wrapped with a kitchen paper towel. Overall a very expensive and very disappointing experience. We won't patronize this location again.

Unfortunately, the ingredients were mediocre. The patatas bravas were soft, and the canned corn in the salad was a standout. It was simply too expensive.
