I've never had a worse burger. Hardly anything on it, patty something burnt, dry, disgusting tasting from the freezer, bun is completely falling apart. Crazy bad. Save your money, there's much better stuff a few meters away.
I went there not because I was hungry in the first place, but because I had to wait about an hour for my next train and I just needed somewhere where I can sit so I don’t get cold. I ordered the box #2 and than headed to take a seat ( there’s a pretty big space in the restaurant where you can sit and eat and at this point there were only 2-3 customers who sat together at one table so it was almost empty ). As I sat down, a worker told me that I’m not allowed to eat here and I’m like “what???”. They explained me that I can’t eat here because I ordered a “takeaway” meal and that I should leave. I paid 6,50€ for this meal, which wasn’t even satisfying or that much tasty. Idk if there is a sign for this “takeaway rule”, I didn’t pay much attention , but they should have told me this before I ordered anyway.
The shop has been completely renovated, the owner is the same, the kebab has become better than before and the meat is also of better quality than before.
There could be a little more meat or salad on the kebab, before you were full, today you still have an appetite. I don't think that's possible, for 4 more pieces of meat and a little more salad it wouldn't be asking too much and people would come back.
There are also no warm drinks, if you want to warm up during your lunch break you can't get coffee or tea.
I regularly ordered the cheeseburger and the schnitzel from Mac Chicken for a year and it was always great. That's why I'm thinking about going to Weimar again to get another cheeseburger. A simple cheeseburger that tasted really authentic, without any unnecessary frills.
We ordered M1 noodles with soy sprouts and egg (€6.50) to go this evening. All we got were unseasoned warm noodles. No egg, no soy sprouts, and not a hint of vegetables. Very disappointing for a price of €6.50.
I've never seen anything as unfriendly as this young girl. Food was thrown on it absolutely carelessly and everything was soggy. Preferably no star at all. Personnel should be reconsidered.
Unfortunately disappointed, salad was already overdue yesterday, pork schnitzel a la deep fryer, fries seasoned blandly, but mayonnaise and ketchup in a portion pack as an addition. It took a full 8 minutes from ordering to serving, so there was no trace of a pan on the light breading. All together around 200g. The menu says schnitzel Viennese style, I ordered a Viennese schnitzel, no contradiction, and the bill only says 1x schnitzel (to go), strange.! Almost every Pomnes stall can do better! And half price, sad!
Second attempt after three years:
Election Sunday, great weather, parasol on the terrace, but we're not allowed to sit here, only inside. They didn't even want to serve us anything to drink outside. Unfriendly like last time, we left again. You should give this restaurant a wide berth.
The bratwurst is super tasty but the way it was handled is not good at all. Unfriendly as hell, you have to wait forever and if you ask how long it will take you get yelled at. Unbelievable, a shame. But then I'll just buy a bratwurst somewhere else, there are enough in Erfurt 🤷🏼♂️ You shouldn't give a cent to a person like that, especially since it has become far too expensive in the last few years. A bratwurst once cost €1.
I ordered an XL beef burger and a portion of mozzarella sticks at 10 p.m. on Wednesday. Was there before the stated time. Food was good, it was warm as it should be and the only criticism was the number of mozzarella sticks, otherwise satisfied.
Unfortunately you have to give one star.
On December 11th, 2024, flyers would be distributed widely in Gera, which were already very appealing.
On December 12th, 2024 we wanted to order and did so straight away via the website.
No sooner said than done and we had our order confirmation and order number.
After the required date was exceeded, we tried to call over 20 times and no one answered.
At some point we got a call back saying we overlooked your order and it had only just come in.
We were offered to deliver the order tomorrow because they wouldn't do it today.
Honestly, this is the biggest disgrace I've ever experienced.
People stay away from the pizzeria unless you want to go hungry for “3 weeks”.
I also decided to finally order from Freddy Fresh again after years and was disappointed in the first few minutes after ordering.
Sometimes the system begins to lie to you about how long your order actually takes. Well, okay, I'm not the only customer on the delivery route.
Then the delivery person arrives, sees that you are a person with a visual impairment (blindness) and perhaps immediately sees that as a possibility. Well, he can't see anything or very little anyway, so I might as well joke with him for now. The yogurt dressing for the salad was not delivered and when I asked about it. There wasn't even an apology, just a snappy "It could happen, my God!". No, if only he had supported me in the next disappointment.
Arrived at the top of the apartment, opened the pizza box and lo and behold. Pizza totally baked by the sun. I know that Freddy Fresh, like other system pizza bakers, likes to use conveyor pizza ovens. But please set them up correctly if you are already using pizza pans to bake them. In any case, the Vienna pizza we ordered was totally cold, probably due to incorrect transport at the current outside temperature of -5°C. Justifiable, but still crap.
Especially if the taste is not convincing, pour the Hollandaise sauce very sparingly on top. Not to mention the vegetables themselves. The peppers tasted sour, they had been stored for too long at the wrong temperature and the broccoli was typical frozen food from the wholesale market. Tasteless, like the schnitzel itself. Also Lully. Basic pizza with cheese and tomato sauce, along with the dough itself, the tomato sauce tasted like water mixed together with sand and red color. The dough like rubber. In terms of taste, I could eat a packet of it!
It doesn't matter if I only paid 20 euros as a double pack for lunch. I forbid such pods, but if you look at the reviews from other customers over the last few months. You don't really need to be surprised, you just never wanted to hope. Being one of those disappointed consumers yourself.
In conclusion, you at Freddy Fresh can save your ready-made answers from first-level customer service and try to offer me something else. 20 euros in the bucket and an experience richer. Never again Freddy Fresh, thanks for nothing!
