The food is good, but you need a lot of patience at lunchtime. The last meal arrived almost an hour after we were seated, although it was fairly simple fare; What was ready went out, not to all guests at one table at the same time. But OK, it's not a fancy gourmet temple. The prices are very fair. The coffee is also very good.

The ice cream seller had been smoking outside the door and obviously found it unreasonable that I politely pointed out to him about washing his hands. He got soggy and wouldn't sell me ice cream. Not bad, I lost my appetite. Was my first and last visit. Then I ate my favorite ice cream at Riva, even with live music :)

I can only recommend it, despite the fact that it is right next to the train station and the first thing you think is that the prices are extremely high, I was very wrong about the price. For what I got there, the quality of the food, drinks and ice cream was very good. The entire service staff was very polite and accommodating. Keep it up, I enjoyed being your guest!!! There were 5 tables occupied. I had to wait 10 minutes until I was served because the waitress tended to hide inside rather than keep coming out. When I didn't get any food, my drink was empty. It didn't occur to her to ask me if I wanted a drink. I know that there is a shortage of skilled workers. But everyone should recognize that a drink is empty. I've been sitting here for 30 minutes with an empty glass. She has walked past twice since my plate was empty. The food was good. The pizza tastes good. But the surroundings are a no go...

Food okay, service subpar, no trace of Italian hospitality. The plates weren't cleared until we left, we were never (!) asked about any further requests, and we sat with empty glasses even though we were the only guests in the dining room. Bottomless. Never again!

Very rude staff! no recommendation

Unfortunately, absolutely disappointing. On August 22nd I wanted to visit this restaurant around lunchtime. It's an iced coffee and restaurant. And when I entered the beer garden I was immediately asked if I wanted to eat something... and I said I would like to drink something first and then think about it... and before I could answer properly I was told very briskly.. " It's lunchtime and you can't just drink... "I wanted to have a drink first and then think about whether I should have an ice cream or something for lunch" The waiter immediately repeated that you can't drink, it's lunchtime... I think that's an absolute disgrace... and even if I were just drinking something, it's normal in a gelateria that you might drink a coffee or espresso. This behavior is simply rude and outrageous.... of course I left again.... and will never visit this restaurant again. Dear Don Giovanni team... Please think about whether this is the right way to deal with potential guests.

We can only judge ice cream sundaes and iced coffee, so we can say it's best to move on!!! The iced coffee was ordered without cream, the coffee was bitter, probably from the day before, the spaghetti ice cream was just a pile of slush and inedible. Then we had an Italia cup, the cream was gray and grainy, Keller U. Sardu couldn't help us after the long conversation because otherwise he would be fired. All in all, very unmotivated, listless and disrespectful behavior. Never again!!!

Staff was very unfriendly. We were driven away from a table with the statement that someone was already sitting there and that it was only the lady in the toilet, that's why they hadn't cleared away. During our stay no one came except the staff themselves, who sat down at the table. In the end we just had a quick coffee, although it looked warmed up. the edge of the coffee on the cup looked burnt. Not recommendable.

The employees obviously don't want to work in service. Unfriendly and not very flexible. Absolute disaster and not recommended. We left before our order was placed. Never experienced such poor service.

Unfortunately, the pizza is one of the worst I've eaten in a "pizzeria". I actually expected something better.

At best mediocre pizza that comes across pretty burnt. Some burn bubbles on the edge of the dough would be normal, but this pizza was completely burnt from the bottom, as you can see in the pictures. Unfortunately, the service level is subpar. No water with the espresso, before the main course was served the oil, salt and pepper were taken away by the waiter for another table and never brought back. They didn't ask if it tasted good either, but that's probably of no interest to anyone since they just want to make money here...

Very tasty food and nice staff. I took advantage of the public viewing offer and even got a seat in front of it at short notice. For dinner I had spaghetti carbonara, which I highly recommend.

Wanted to enjoy an ice cream sundae with my baby and mom today. Unfortunately the service was incredibly unfriendly. No matter what, I wasn't allowed to put my stroller at the table because it would disturb him. When he pointed us to another table, I repeatedly put the stroller in the wrong place and he yelled at me again. When I pointed out that he didn't have to be so unfriendly now, he repeatedly asked me whether he needed my permission to work. Unfortunately, it's a shame because otherwise I really enjoyed coming. In the future, I simply won't do anything more to avoid this unpleasant person who obviously doesn't like it when you come by with a stroller and doesn't want to provide any alternatives such as a high chair despite asking. In the end, unfortunately, there is no longer a child-friendly restaurant…

I recently visited with my friends, and we had an extremely disappointing experience. Despite arriving within business hours, we were rudely asked to leave, being told that the time was over. Shockingly, we noticed that the staff continued to serve other customers who arrived after us, all of whom happened to be German. This blatant act of discrimination left us feeling humiliated and unwelcome. As an Indian living in Germany, I expect to be treated with the same respect and fairness as everyone else. Discrimination based on nationality is unacceptable and illegal. I strongly advise others to think twice before supporting a business that engages in such discriminatory practices and rude It's essential for establishments to treat all customers with equality and respect, regardless of their background. I hope they learn the manners and encourage others to avoid this place as well.

Very good food (price performance really good) and if you're lucky... you can watch a European Championship game with these gentlemen (Italian national team recommended)!

Totally unfriendly guy who sticks his nose in the guests' ice cream and clearly told us that he doesn't like children... we were there with a children's team... there couldn't be more no go's.

The service was really very unfriendly. There were statements that he didn't like children and that tables weren't allowed to be moved. The ambience of the station forecourt wasn't very comfortable either. Only the ice cream was OK. Very unfortunate...

I was shocked, I had ordered pasta bolognese and sparkling water. The portion was really small. The sparkling water bottle was extremely small. It was my first and last time in this restaurant. I don't understand restaurants like this, either they serve fresh food with a reasonable portion or they close the place. You really lose your nerve and desire to eat outside. Above all, we work very hard for our money.

Noodles didn't see any salt, probably warmed up in the microwave, sauce like it came from the package, spices - none. Pizza edible but equally tasteless. Really sad for an Italian restaurant. Service was ok. Not recommendable.

We were there today and were very disappointed. Ordering the drinks worked. When these were brought we wanted to order the ice cream. But our child only eats a maximum of one ball. That is not possible in the restaurant there. Only from 3 balls upwards. The waitress also said that it was annoying to have to explain it to guests several times every day. There is a sign inside the restaurant describing this. Well, we sat outside in the nice weather, not inside. It was unreadable for us. This behavior is incomprehensible to us too. So far it has never been a problem throughout Germany to get a single scoop of ice cream. Of course we canceled our order, paid for the drinks and left. We definitely won't go here again.

I like the atmosphere with the aquarium, always clean and comfortable seating. Pizza is really good and pasta tossed in a cheese wheel tastes fantastic. Italian joie de vivre? Daniele’s cocktails… PERFETTO

Nicht zu empfehlen !!! Wer viel Zeit hat und nicht bedient werden will, ist hier genau richtig. Kellner sehen einen zwar, ignorieren den Gast aber komplett. Sind von der Arbeit sichtlich abgenervt. Zum aufwärmen im Winter ein guter Platz aber mehr nicht. Schon unfreundliche Blicke ,wenn man das Restaurant betritt. Willkommen als Gast ist man hier definitiv nicht!!!!

Sehr schönes Restaurant mit sehr gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Pizza war gut und Ambiente und Service war Klasse. Qualitativ auch sehr gut. Recommendable place with good food and a great atmosphere.

Essen ging so, war ziemlich fad. Hätte mehr Sterne gegeben, wenn ich das Essen hätte nachwürzen können. Salz und Pfefferstreuer gab's keine. Kellner waren ziemlich desinteressiert an uns. Positiv: Unser Getränkewunsch wurde uns erfüllt, daher 2 Sterne im Gesamten. Komme aber nicht nochmal wieder.

Nicht zu empfehlen!!! Personal von der Arbeit genervt und dadurch unfreundlich ohne Ende. Das Restaurant hat bis 24:00 Uhr geöffnet und ab ca. 20:45 Uhr wird sauber gemacht und Feierabend Stimmung liegt in der Luft. Restaurant bitte meiden!!!!

Really enjoyed my meal here. The location is absolutely fantastic, seconds away from Erfurt Hbf. Staff were prompt and efficient and the food was extremely good. Would recommend for the tired traveller arriving in Erfurt after a long journey.

Sehr herablassende Servicekraft, wir wurden nicht bedient,trotz langer Wartezeit, obwohl das Lokal nicht ausgelastet war. Wir verließen nach ca.15 Minuten die Pizzeria da das Servicepersonal uns zwar wahrnahm aber nicht an unseren Tisch kam um eine Bestellung aufzunehmen. Der Gastronomie kann es so schlecht gar nicht gehen, wenn potenzielle Kunden ignoriert werden. Dieses Lokal ist auf jeden Fall nicht zu empfehlen.

Could’ve been treated better honestly.

Als erstes: das Essen war gut. Gerne hätten wir eine Vor- und Nachspeise genossen, doch der Kellner hat uns davon abgeraten: „das schaffen Sie nicht und dann nehmen Sie es nur mit um es wegzuwerfen“. Anscheinend schien ihm die Speise- und Getränkeauswahl auch nicht zu gefallen: „ich mache Ihnen was Besseres“. Wer nicht weiß, was, wie viel und ihm auch egal ist, was er/sie zu essen bekommt und wie er/sie bedient wird, der ist hier genau richtig. Schade, da wir im Sommer mit anderen KellnernInnen sehr zufrieden waren! Definitiv nicht noch einmal.

In einem kurzen Zeitfenster zwischen zwei Zugfahrten wollte ich eine Kleinigkeit essen. Da nach 21:00 Uhr die Möglichkeiten im Bahnhof sehr limitiert bis nicht vorhanden waren, ging ich in das noch geöffnete Ristorante Don Giovanni. Leider wurde mir auch dort zunächst mitgeteilt, dass die Küche bereits geschlossen sei. Doch nur zunächst - man machte möglich, was man möglich machen konnte und ich bekam zu meinem Getränk auch meine gewünschte Pizza. Ein Service, wie er besser nicht sein konnte. Dass meine Wünsche, egal ob Bestellung, Pizza oder letztlich auch Zahlung super schnell erfüllt wurden, war mir sehr dienlich, da ich zwischen zwei Zugfahrten nur ein kurzes Zeitfenster hatte. Die Pizza war lecker, das Ambiente sehr angenehm, die Preise günstig und der Service perfekt. Was möchte man mehr. Volle Weiterempfehlung!

Schön, aber lange Wartezeit. Sehr leckeres Essen

Ich war mit Freundinnen über eine Bustour in Erfurt. Mit der Reisegruppe hatten wir am 1. Tag ein gemeinsames Abendessen, dass uns sehr gut geschmeckt hat. Als wir am 2. Abend in Erfurt ein Weinlokal suchten, fanden wir leider keines. Wir gingen deshalb ins Don Giovanni, da wir am Vorabend sehr zufrieden waren. Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt und bekamen eine tolle Flasche Rotwein. Zu dem sehr guten Wein, erhielten wir auch noch ein super leckeres Pizzabrot ohne Berechnung. Preis / Leistung stimmte und der Inhaber spendierte uns zum Abschied auch noch einen außergewöhnlichen Grappa Amerone. Wenn wir wieder einmal nach Erfurt kommen sollten, werden wir auf jeden Fall das Don Giovanni aufsuchen. Schönes Ambiente und sehr freundliches Personal.

Probamos una sopa Stracciatella y la pizza Prosciutto, fueron buenas opciones, muy ricas. El servicio fue muy rápido. Wir haben eine Stracciatella-Suppe und eine Prosciutto-Pizza probiert, beide waren eine gute Wahl, sehr lecker. Der Service war sehr schnell.

Ich hatte eine Pizza mit Rucola. Geschmacklich gut, mir war allerdings der Rand zu kross. Leider war das Messer zu stumpf, um die Pizza vernünftig zu schneiden. Dafür war das Eis,danach sehr lecker und reichlich. Auf dem Bild ist der Joghurettenbecher zu sehen.

Sehr enttäuschend Heutige Bedingung ein junger Mann sehr laut launisch unprofessionell unsympatisch Nahm Bestellung falsch an Liss auf sich warten und auf die Aufmerksamkeit das er uns falsche Getränke brach und ob ihn was verwirrt hätte bei der Bestellung diskutierte er wie auf dem BAZAR statt einfach die Bestellung aufzunehmen UNGLAUBLICH SO JEMAND HAT NICHTS IN GASTRONOMIE VERLOREN zum Glück biegte der Kollege der sich als Manager vorstellte die Sache ab und bediente uns professionell Hätten wir mehr Zeit und nicht so viel Hunger wären wir sofort aufgestanden

Kleines italienisches Restaurant ggü. dem Hauptbahnhof - zur Rushhour stets gut besucht - große Auswahl an Pizzen, geschmacklich lecker

Das unfreundlichste Eiscafe ever, Chef und Personal faul und schlecht erzogen. 30 Minuten auf die Karte gewartet, nach 2 weiteren Zigaretten ohne Beachtung der Arroganten Bedienung sind wir gegangen. Würde nie wieder dieses Eiscafe betreten.

Die Servicekraft war leider nicht motiviert und das Eis auch nicht so lecker. Das hatte ich schon häufig besser.

Wir waren mit dem Restaurant, besonders dem Service äußerst unzufrieden. Wir wollten uns eine Vorspeise Teilen. Spontane Reaktion der Bedienung das geht nicht. Auf Nachfrage wäre es möglich gewesen jedoch er hätte das extra Besteck und der extra Geld gekostet. Da haben wir verzichtet. Die pizza war lecker bezahlen ging und hieß es dann, eine Zahlung der Karte sei nicht möglich. Nur so etwas hätte man den Gast bereits bei der Bestellung mitteilen müssen.

Wir haben im Lokal Eis auf die Hand gekauft und uns am Rand des Lokals gesetzt, dabei haben wir niemand anderen behindert (die Tische waren nicht eingedeckt), selbst ein Mitarbeiter hat sich zu uns an den Rand gesetzt um eine Pause zu machen und eine zu rauchen. Plötzlich kam ein weiterer Herr eventuell der Chef und sagte in einem sehr abwertenden Ton das wir hier nicht sitzen können....Eis war ok aber nichts besonderes. Beim nächsten mal bekommt ein anderes Lokal eine Chance das steht fest .

Super lekkere pizza's gegeten. Pizza wordt gebakken in een houtoven, waardoor de smaak goed tot stand komt. Top!

Sehr gut gegessen! Pizza Funghi absolut gut!!! Lasagne ebenso und der Insalata mista frisch und alle Portionen sehr reichlich Strawberry Sprizz war gut gemixt. Und ein absolut netter, freundlicher und umsichtiger Kellner- ( Raffaele)-das gibt es selten!
