The food was actually very tasty but the waiter was bottom drawer. At first we got the wrong food and the waiter was also very unfriendly and criticized you if you didn't tip enough. Disaster cannot be believed because of the waiter!!

We were welcomed very friendly by the staff. An unpleasant aftertaste: The manager of the house reprimanded the staff in front of the guests for being too slow, which was definitely not true. The food and the ambience were very nice.

Italians in the busiest place in the city center... The food was good. Although the salad could have used some flavor. But since I got a seat quickly and didn't have to wait for my food, I still give it 5 stars

The food was amazing. We ordered the tomato soup, which was garnished with baguette slices and a dollop of cream on top. It tasted great, but unfortunately, it was served cold. We also had pasta Bolognese and carbonara— I preferred the carbonara. We will definitely go again!

We had to wait a long time until a waitress finally came after a show of hands... He was particularly less motivated... We ordered coffee twice. Coffee was good. “Payment” was also a long time coming; it was then said “it’s not my table…”. So the service needs to be improved a bit... and the friendliness. I can't judge the food. But I wouldn't visit this restaurant again because of the "first" rather negative impression!

It was my first time visiting this city and I was looking for lunch. People were asked to sit relatively strongly. The food was shockingly very little, of poor quality and not from a lunch special. Next to it there were 6 individual small fries... When it comes to beer, opinions can be divided. Feldschlösschen is not a good choice. Is there no regional beer? Especially with the many tourists there.

It was a wonderful late summer evening in the beautiful state capital Erfurt. Himmelreich Castle guests are always directed here to let the Anger work its magic on them in a cozy atmosphere. The Thuringian Rostbrätl is still a top recommendation. The Kingdom of Heaven says keep it up 😀✝️

Service very very slow. Regular customers passing by were more likely to be seen chatting. The waiter didn't care at all about the guests. I didn't like it. (It was on the outside terrace!!!!) I can't judge from inside, I wasn't.

Last night we ate with the family, 13 people, at Ristorante Roma, which had a separate room, which was ideal for our get-together. We were welcomed with a free welcome drink, which immediately created a pleasant atmosphere. Our waitress Lorena was extremely friendly and attentive. All dishes ordered, from starter to main course to dessert, were delicious, highly recommended the surprise starter. The crowning finale was a free farewell drink, which rounded off the evening perfectly. Overall, highly recommended

Unfortunately I cannot report positively about my last two visits to this restaurant. First we went there for coffee, the cake was a small piece and not fresh. There were four strawberries on the strawberry sour cream cake, which were already mushy. A week later we were there for dinner. The pasta with curry sauce and broccoli I ordered was out of the bag, the broccoli florets came from the freezer and the sauce tasted terrible and had little to do with curry. All in all, no more than 1 star because the service tried hard.

I don’t even know where to start.. First of all the waiters were really unfriendly and rude, but we thought “whatever, the dishes look good”. At the beginning, they offered us two glasses of prosecco, which must have been opened about 10 hours ago and brought in Aldi, disgusting, please don’t drink them. Then, we ordered two simple things such as a carbonara and a lasagna. The carbonara was made with cream… cream?! and tons of it.. and not even some pancetta, just some squared-cut ham.. As for the lasagna, they were SO SALTY, I’m usually never complicated with food, but I had to leave more than half of it because it was inedible.. How can it be so hard to make such a simple and classic dish for an “italian restaurant”? That’s not over, when you call the waiter to tell your concerns about the food, he immediately said in a passive-aggressive way “there is no salt, it’s the cheese that’s salty and that’s normal”. Not even an apology, some compassion, offered to change or offer something in exchange. Honestly, I hope whoever’s in charge will read this, because you should consider reviewing your dishes and your staff, because there is some real issues here! I don’t understand how people are happy with their dishes and still come here to eat, going to the döner kebab right next to it would have been better and cheaper. I WISH NO ONE TO COME HERE AND EXPERIENCE SUCH A BAD MOMENT! As an Italian, it’s simply such a disgrace to our culinary culture. Worst restaurant ever.

The food was delicious and came very quickly. Unfortunately my wife received the wrong food, which was replaced relatively quickly.

Great location and service but food was so so during my visit in January of 2024. Would be prefect with a little better nourishment options in the implementation.

Unfortunately, Saltimbocca alla romana with Agli e olio was really bad. Completely overcooked spaghetti, pork instead of veal. It was on the menu but you don't understand it because there were also dishes with veal. So you have veal. The pieces of meat were more like cutlets with an extremely thick slice of ham. Unfortunately it didn't taste like sage at all. Explanation from the boss: the cuisine is not Italian but half Italian, half German and spaghetti al dente would not go with meat dishes. Very strange. But the pizza here is ok. Despite it. The boss said relatively clearly and not entirely in a friendly manner: Pay for your Coke, leave and don't come back!

The food is delicious. The staff reacts very rudely without tipping that you don't get anything to pack for 3 pieces of pizza. The table was dirty with cigarette ashes from the neighboring table. In the outside area.

Ate there on Friday and Saturday and everything was great. Very friendly staff. On the second evening Hanif served us very courteously. I would be happy to come again on my next visit to Erfurt.

I had the #340 for drink, and wanted the 2004 for lunch! Nothing, my drink came quickly, but my food didn't!

Food (Pizza Funghi and Spaghetti Frutti the Mare) was ok. It tasted like everywhere else, nothing special. Service ok, but not really friendly. No “hello”, no “bye” - very taciturn.

Visited this restaurant again after a very long time and chose the outdoor area. The service took care of its guests quickly and courteously, and a house drink was served. The map (folder) is convincing, the agony of choice lies in the selection of food and drinks. Highly recommended, that's my rating.

We had the pizza calzone twice, it was totally oily and filled with almost only mushrooms and cheese. Plus it wasn't baked through. Were very disappointed.

Good food at a fair price. The homemade lemonade is also recommended in all flavors. The service was very friendly, but sometimes very inattentive. Every waiter seems to have their own row of tables and outside of that they are completely disinterested. That's why there are sometimes long waiting times for service.

I really like this place. Delicious food. Prices are moderate. Children's menu, the child also liked it. Cozy, atmospheric. We come from another city, especially to the Roma restaurant. I recommend it.

Very nice atmosphere with a large outdoor area and comfortable chairs. The pizza was very good and the price-performance ratio was great. The top service from Mr. Catalin is particularly noteworthy. Rarely have we been served so well and warmly. Totally recommended 10/10!

Wollte spontan eben dort Mittag essen, nach meinen Einkäufen und wollte ein kleines Radler erstmal bestellen, frage höflich ob ich mit Karte bezahlen könnte & da sind die im Ernst der Meinung gewesen, nur weil ich erstmal ein Getränk bestellen will und mehr nicht, soll ich den Platz frei machen, da sie ja nur mit einem Getränk kein Geld machen würden, was eine Frechheit ist. Somit habe ich gesagt ich will kein Getränk mehr und essen werde ich hier auch nie wieder und bin gegangen sauladen

I really enjoy coming here, but I find it a shame in the summer that there is no area outside for non-smokers. Everywhere you go, you get full of smoke. Especially impossible when pregnant. An area for either smokers or non-smokers would be nice.

We just got a pizza on our hands, but we won't do it again. About 1kg of some cheap cheese was put on it and you didn't taste any of the actual pizza.

We arrived at around 9:30 p.m. We were quickly assigned to a table that hadn't even been cleaned. There was little choice for vegetarians in this restaurant. The order was taken relatively quickly, but very unfriendly. The food came after a short time. We ordered two pizzas, which tasted okay, but were a bit too oily for us personally. When we finished eating, we asked the waitress to pack up the rest. This was done, but simply placed on the next table without saying a word. When we asked if we should go in to pay, the answer was in an unfriendly tone, “Everything takes its time” (there wasn’t much going on in the restaurant). During our stay there was already a hectic tidying up, which is why we wanted to pay as quickly as possible (closing only at 11 p.m.). With the commanding words “Come with us, come with us” we were finally able to settle our bill. Since we didn't particularly like the service, we decided against tipping. We were asked twice whether the invoice amount remained the same. After we answered “yes,” he said, “So no tip!” and then mumbled something in another language. We then said goodbye with a “bye”, to which we received no response. All in all, unfortunately it wasn't a nice visit to the restaurant for us.

Very nice place, even if I personally miss the Ceaser salad on the menu. Otherwise very delicious food, friendly service and a very original atmosphere. I can only recommend. ^^

Som så mange tyskere, de kunne ikke kommunikere på engelsk. Vi fandt ud af det sammen. Da vi fik maden, var det utrolig skuffende til pengene. Tør burger og bøffen var rigtig kedelig. Ikke er sted jeg vil anbefale til nogen. Måske til en kold fadøl!

Last Saturday there were four of us there. Except for the soups, the food was inedible and carelessly prepared. My fish was sticky and lukewarm to cold, the pasta with it was really cold, and the spinach was the only component that was warm. I brought the food back to keep it warm overnight. Well... after a few bites it was clear that the fish and noodles were still cold, but looked even less attractive. Unfortunately I couldn't eat, but I could pay. For the tomato soup we had sugar brought so that the sour taste could be absorbed. The fish fingers, I don't think I have to write anything more about them. Now to the waiter, towards the end he became a bit more approachable, but basically he was quite unfriendly, which I also noticed in his presence. I can't remember ever letting a meal go back almost untouched, but you just couldn't eat this fish. The restaurant itself is an eye-catcher, great ambience and! has very clean toilets. Maybe we were just unlucky, but again, none of us will want to eat here again.

Terrible food. Pizza is too salty to eat, vegetable is over cooked, meat is burned. really no reason to eat here, just watching the traffic along the road.

Unsere Enttäuschung war groß , denn soviel Unfreundlichkeit seitens eines jüngeren Kellners Nr.22 - sagenhaft. So wie wir behandelt wurden also ehrlich - da haben wir in Zukunft nicht mehr verloren. Bei jedem "Würstelstand" ist die Bedienung freundlicher und das Essen schmeckt garantiert auch besser.

Today I had schnitzel with fries and hollandaise sauce, which was very disappointing. The food wasn't fresh, the schnitzel and the hollandaise sauce weren't homemade. I'm disappointed, I could have done it 10 times better myself. They won't see me here anymore.

Excellent! We sat outside when the weather was nice, but there is also plenty of space inside and the atmosphere is very appealing. Everything went very quickly, we only waited a few minutes for our food. It tasted delicious, the tiramisu is awesome! Our waitress Simona was extremely friendly with a smile on her face and put the icing on the cake on a lovely evening. I can recommend this restaurant without reservation.

Typical tourist Italian Food at most lower middle class At Agli Olio pepperoni from the jar is not really good. The other dishes were also average. Reminds me of a mediocre delivery service. Authentic Italian cuisine is different

Made a good impression except for the aqua with the espresso. That was absolutely not possible, even after politely asking. According to the Italian service staff, that would be absolutely unusual even in Italy. The reference to Rome, Naples, Venice etc. changed nothing. So, service is a zero star variant, right?

The food was rather mediocre. Too much oil was used on the pizza. The pasta was a bit disappointing for an Italian. You could have made it tasteful at home. The staff was quite friendly to us, but I noticed that they weren't always so friendly. The portion sizes were fair and filling. The location is of course great, so there's nothing wrong with that.
