I found this restaurant by chance. Initially, I was pleasantly surprised by the service. They offered us a glass of white wine as a welcome drink. When I got my meal, my euphoria quickly vanished. My dish was supposed to contain wild mushrooms, but instead, I got sliced ​​canned mushrooms. I pointed this out to the waitress and received an apology. That was it. I'm disappointed, as wild mushrooms are more expensive than canned mushrooms. A no-go for me. I won't be visiting this restaurant again.

Very good, tasty food, friendly and competent service, and a pleasant ambiance. We treat ourselves here every time we visit Erfurt. Highly recommended! We dined at Ristorante Rossini again today, September 30th. It was, as always, a wonderful experience. The service, the ambiance, and of course, our different dishes were all excellent. I can highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who appreciates something special. Many thanks to Mario Miranda and his fabulous team.

It's a very good Italian restaurant; we ate there twice during a short break in Erfurt. Both times, the food was delicious. You get a free aperitif before your meal, and a free Ramazzotti, grappa, or lemonade afterward. The food is very good, the ambiance is lovely, and the staff are very attentive. Unfortunately, it was too chilly in the evening to sit outside, but there's a lovely outdoor area in front of the restaurant. You can pay in cash, with debit card, or credit card.

It's very nice to sit outside. The pizza wasn't that great; the dough had no flavor and was too thick.

The food was very good—fresh, typically Italian. The menu offers a wide variety of pasta dishes, meat, fish, and pizza. The truffle dishes are absolutely delicious. Sitting on the terrace by the Hirschgarten is simply wonderful.

We spontaneously stopped by on a Saturday evening and managed to get four seats outside in the gorgeous weather. We were greeted with a warm welcome from the house 👍. Great ambiance, great waiters, great prices, and the kitchen staff deserves a 6th star. What they conjured up for us was simply magnificent. Our special dietary requests were promptly implemented. Unbeatable value for money.

I was in Erfurt with my children and we thought we'd treat ourselves to lunch! I have to say, I've never had such a bad schnitzel for my son, and the fries were dry and the salad didn't seem fresh either, at least you could tell by the arugula! I thought I'd get a pizza. They advertised a light version of the dough, but the sauce and toppings were correspondingly heavy! My daughter's meal was okay! Unfortunately, we also wondered if the Coke was a brand name, but it's only listed under Coke on the menu, so you can't really expect anything! Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio isn't worth a visit!

The restaurant is located in a very nice place next to a beautiful and big square. However, it didn’t meet my expectations. The menu is only in German and the waiters do not speak English. I ordered an octopus, and I must say that was disgusting and it was served almost cold. Prices are okay though. Not recommended.

I'm very disappointed with Rossini! The price-performance ratio has become more than poor, what a shame! My friend's schnitzel was very small, and the mango basil lemonade I ordered was a red raspberry lemonade. When I pointed this out to the waiter, I was simply told that it actually contained mango pieces. I also ordered the grilled tuna, which didn't taste good and also gave me fish poisoning. Conclusion: Never again at Rossini!

The restaurant is located near a playground and a green area with a fountain, so there is a certain noise level outside. However, guests can still easily converse. All dishes are freshly and attractively prepared and taste exceptionally good. The service is friendly and accommodating to guests' requests.

A very nice restaurant. And finally, an Italian restaurant where you can get an authentic carbonara that's not just a ham and cream sauce. And a tiramisu so huge you could almost declare it a main course. For me personally, who doesn't drink coffee, the taste is really mild, which I loved. We'll be happy to come back next time we're in Erfurt.

The food was consistently delicious, whether it was pizza or casserole. The service was very good and friendly. The only drawback: I find it very unpleasant to have to clear plates while others at the table are still eating. There's a good vegetarian selection and a free drink at the beginning.

I don't know where some people's taste buds are. It was a sentence with an "x" in it. Where has the chef's love for cooking gone? Tomato salad - tomatoes, onions, basil, and some cheese, that would have been a dream, not with a pile of greens (has nothing to do with tomato salad anymore). Pizza - salami, ham, onions = no love in the preparation, tasteless, unimaginative. Salmon tartare, please rethink the presentation. No attention to detail either. What a shame. Pumpkin-orange-ginger soup - people, it doesn't take much to make this. There was no taste of ginger at all. Please, you have pizza dough - why can't you serve small pizza rolls? The white bread = an absolute no-go. It was supposed to be a birthday dinner and it was a flop.

We go here every year for my grandma's birthday. So, it's always a larger group. The service is a bit unfriendly at first (overwhelmed), but then super friendly; small children and dogs are always welcome. The food is excellent, and there's something to suit every taste. If you're in a group, you should always order, but if you happen to pass by and want something delicious, you'll always find a seat. We'll be happy to come back 😊

Absolutely recommended. The homemade ring noodles are simply amazing + brilliant sauce with perfect tuna. That was reason enough to eat there ALL the holidays. Also worth mentioning is the extremely nice and friendly staff. We will remember the last evening with a previously unknown, nice older lady and the warm service. And all of this outside in a thunderstorm and heavy rain, but the umbrella kept everything out. Thank you for that.

I used to enjoy being here, but after my last visit with friends, that changed. We were there 2 weeks ago. What I would like to complain about was that there were still 2 pieces of cutlery on the table that were not replaced and new ones were just added. It took a while until we got 3 tickets but okay (it wasn't that full) it can happen. Well, we ordered the food. My friends had a starter and they wanted to combine the main course. The starter came relatively quickly, then the pizza came, a short time later the pasta dish, where I was told my meal would take another 2 minutes, I was happy... well after 20 minutes the food still wasn't there, then I told the waiter that I didn't need the food anymore, then he laughed at us and was very derogatory to us, the chef came 5 minutes later and cheekily said why we didn't want the food anymore, we then explained Everyone who likes to cook knows that we wanted to eat together and not separately and that he, as a chef, had to know which of the three dishes was quickest! There was no apology but we were insulted so it was the last visit there for us, I'm just so disappointed with the behavior that I had to get rid of it.

A real gem in the middle of Erfurt! The Rossini delights with delicious food – fresh, creative and prepared with a lot of love. I would particularly like to emphasize the incredibly child-friendly atmosphere: families are not only welcome here, but are really well looked after. Whether inside or outside at the Hirschgarten – you immediately feel at home. A place to enjoy, relax and come back!

We were there for coffee, the children had cake, cake and ice cream, we had coffee and iced coffee. The staff was very friendly, the restaurant is very chic and the tables were completely set. I ordered asparagus with schnitzel from the current asparagus menu. The schnitzel was simply convenience and was served after about 5 minutes. The asparagus was drowned in an indefinable white sauce, so that the asparagus was never found. I have rarely eaten a dish like this. The fresh lemonade with mango pieces was just as unpalatable. Here you can eat well in a cultivated atmosphere. We were served and taken care of courteously and really quickly. It's not special or exceptional. There is a large menu for this. In addition to a rich, constant offering of Italian cuisine, it also offers seasonal dishes, e.g. B. Asparagus dishes and weekly changing offers.

Since our last visit was a few years ago, I have to say that overall the standard has dropped somewhat. Both the cleanliness in the sanitary area and the way the table was decorated (a lot of glasses, all of which remained standing even when not in use), the taste and serving of the food were better. Everything seemed like a check-in rather than a comfort and enjoyment.

Here is a little bit of Italy...in Erfurt. Absolutely recommended. Very nicely located in the center of the city. There's nothing wrong with it. Great price and excellent taste.

Ein tolles italienisches Restaurant. Höfliche Bedienung. Sehr gut ausgestattet. Man sitzt sehr bequem und möchte nicht wieder weg. Liegt fast im Zentrum vom Erfurt-Altstadt. Essen und Getränke sind ausgezeichnet. Sollte man besucht haben wenn man in Erfurt-Altstadt ist.

The food is delicious, the dishes are beautifully served and look aesthetically pleasing on the plate. The portions are large and the prices are low. Delicious welcome wine. I wanted to buy a bottle but unfortunately the owner informed me that they make their own bottle. It's a shame because it's really delicious. There is no noticeable alcohol content in the drinks, which is a big plus for me. I recommend this restaurant 100%. It wasn't the first time I was there and I will definitely go there again.

I spontaneously went there for lunch with my 4 year old son on Wednesday. We were warmly welcomed with 2 drinks to toast. The children's pizza was a reasonable size and was completely eaten. I also found my pizza to be incredibly tasty. It was crispy and well seasoned. In between, the waiter often came to ask if everything was OK, despite the shop being full. To say goodbye, an espresso or Ramazotti was offered and my son got a scoop of strawberry ice cream. This was also delicious and he was very happy about it! Very good restaurant with elegant interiors and friendly staff! We would love to come back!

I was really extremely impressed by the staff, ambience and food. The prices are reasonable, the food was hot when it was served after less than 10 minutes of waiting. When we walked in we were greeted with a glass of white wine and a friendly greeting. The staff is very well coordinated, considerate and attentive. The door was held open for us at every opportunity (not a given for me). My only complaint was the toilets. Nevertheless, I will recommend the restaurant in the future.

I usually often complain about small portions in Italian restaurants. That certainly doesn't happen here! I had the pasta a la forma with grilled vegetables. Excellent both in terms of taste and quantity. So I shared the panacotta with my wife (something like that rarely happens). Any time!

Service inside is a bit poor, when everything outside is full - you die of thirst. You could make more sales. Homemade lemonade TERRIBLY sweet!! And pana cotta has a neutral taste, but the strawberry sauce is TERRIBLY sweet!! Food is not brought together - my girlfriend got her pasta and my pizza came 10 minutes later.

There is something for every taste at Rossini. The dishes are prepared with a lot of love and only the best ingredients are used. The waitresses are friendly and accommodating. A very nice place to stay and eat well. My wife and I can definitely recommend it. Price-performance ratio is top.

A very good location for a restaurant! The pasta is of average quality, almost overcooked. But the biggest disappointment was the waitress: an older lady with short gray hair. Within two minutes she managed to chat up two customers. Incredible! I hope this isn't about reducing social hours? The staff should be trained.
