Fast and friendly service, large and generous portions. Very tasty food and an atmosphere that always changes depending on the season.

During the visit to Erfurt we stopped at the Pavarotti Restaurant (café and dinner). A nicely furnished ambience awaits the guest (with a decorative banquet hall). The service is very attentive and friendly. The dishes (coffee, capuccino, cocoa, cakes and schnitzel dishes) all tasted good. In short: the Pavarotti is worth a visit if you are staying in Erfurt.

Unfortunately, the restaurant is completely overcrowded, which isn't a bad thing per se. However, the kitchen should still work on its dishes. Can be expanded. The offering is very diverse The service is attentive and friendly. The ambience has something.

The food was ok but it was warmed up and lukewarm on the plate, that's the biggest criticism!

Yes, in principle... very friendly staff, nice atmosphere... but the cake... there is still room for improvement.

We have been there several times and it tastes excellent. Unfortunately, vegan options aren't available that much yet. Vegan pizza would be another highlight. We'll be back!

Great restaurant with lots of seats. Had an event with about 80 people...buffet and wine were excellent. In the heart of the old town.

We got a table for 6 people on Saturday without a reservation. But I would advise you to make a reservation if it is not spontaneous. Our order was taken quickly. As a welcome there was a Prosecco on the house. Our food came after just 15 minutes. It was super tasty. The pizzas are topped with fresh ingredients on an original Italian pizza dough. But the spaghetti and risotto were also incredibly tasty. The waiters are always very friendly.

Excellent atmosphere. Vitello tomato, and risotto were good. The beef was ok. It was very nice they offered free Prosecco to start with. We ordered Mojito and beers. All good. This restaurant was introduced by peer colleagues in Erfurt. Not expensive and good for a happy dinner with friends.

Had a bland Italian salad with a can of tuna slapped on top. Tomatoes tasteless, everything slightly fishy. Unfortunately not exhilarating.

Friendly greeting, reservation as requested and stress-free service even though it was packed, Prosecco on the house as a welcome and extremely good pinta, nicely cross and well topped. The open wine is also quite appropriate. Gladly again!

Spontaneously went to this beautiful, large restaurant last night. Was greeted very friendly with a glass of wine. The food was very tasty and sufficient, the draft beer was pleasantly cool. I felt welcome and comfortable there. Prices are pleasant. I'd love to do it again 👍☺️

A very well-known and well-attended Italian restaurant for Erfurt residents. You can expect very good quality traditional Italian cuisine here. Since we have a large selection of Italian restaurants in Erfurt, Pavarotti stands out in terms of its size and location. It is certainly possible to celebrate larger celebrations here. The location is perfectly centrally located at the fish market with a connection to the train not far from Domplatz, Anger or Wenigemarkt.

Das Essen war geschmacklich nicht schlecht,aber negativ ist uns aufgefallen das es gefühlt eine Massenabfertigung und somit der Lärmpegel sehr hoch war - was auch sehr stressig war. Auch platzmässig waren wir sehr beengt gesessen, was bei bei mehreren Personen auch schon eine Herausforderung war.

Italian restaurant at the fish market. It is very large and an old building with style. Had a pizza there that was very tasty. The service was also very good and attentive. It is recommended.

Unfortunately bad service at Pavarotti today. We've probably been here 15 times, but today the service staff didn't seem to be interested. A female service person was absolutely indignant and unfriendly. Our waiter then made an effort, but then ate himself and then no one took care of us anymore. The restaurant probably no longer needs sales. We would have liked to have left a little more money there. Now we hope for an improvement. Anyway, the food was very good.

Absolute recommendation, we were completely satisfied with everything. From the ambience to the service to the food, it was perfect for us.

If you are in Erfurt, you should look for a restaurant other than Pavarotti. Overcrowded, unventilated, not very clean and way too loud. The food is ready-made (frozen) goods, made quickly, not tasty and expensive. We had two tickets with different prices. When we were finished eating and just wanted to sit for a bit…. The waiter gave it his all, so he deserved more stars, but his boss ruined everything with a change-the-guests hand gesture. That doesn't work at all. There was nothing left to earn from us...that's rude. We then left and will not recommend Pavarotti (they are not Italian, but Bulgarian).

Today I had spaghetti with porcini mushrooms, garlic and rocket. Highly recommended . Today only 3 stars for the service because it was not possible to taste the semi-dry red wine at €9.50 a glass beforehand.

I had the ox cheeks, unfortunately they weren't cooked through and stringy, and my friend wasn't tasty either.

We had an excellent meal here with 7 people on Saturday evening. Although it was very busy, the drinks and the delicious food were served very quickly by a very friendly and attentive waiter. There was also a welcome glass of wine. We had 7 different main meals as well as starters and desserts. Everything was fresh and deliciously prepared. The different lemonades are very refreshing. We can highly recommend the Pavarotti and would love to come back!!😋😋

Delicious food and attentive service I was very satisfied with my visit. The food was fresh, tasty and attractively served. What was particularly positive was the attentive service - the waiter was friendly, courteous and always kept an eye on whether something was needed without being intrusive. The atmosphere in the restaurant was pleasant, so you could feel at home. Overall, a very harmonious overall package that I can definitely recommend.

Extraordinarily good Italian in the center of Erfurt. The restaurant was very full, but we were able to get a nice table very quickly and the service was very nice and attentive. Excellent food was served at a pleasant pace. It wasn't too loud and the prices were reasonable. Clear recommendation. If we come to Erfurt again, we will definitely come back.

Unfriendly!!! When we entered the store we were assigned to a dirty table in the middle of the aisle with no cutlery or napkins, no one felt responsible for us. I complained to the waiter about the condition of the table, he refused to clean the table and said it had already been cleaned and no longer took my order. You can quickly scare off a customer with the words “Then go eat somewhere else,” and that worked in our case too. 😉 Not again!

Unfortunately the restaurant is just average. A little more authenticity would be good for the restaurant, the large number of non-Italian dishes does not contribute to the quality expectations. The food was solid but not outstanding. Unfortunately the dishes were served very late. Not a mistake for hungry people, but by no means a compelling recommendation.

I was with a friend. We ordered two different pastas - pasta with seafood and pasta carbonara. They brought it to us quickly. But both my friend and I started having serious stomach problems just half an hour after dinner. It's just a disaster. You can't poison people. And for the second day now I can’t come to my senses

We were in the restaurant in the run-up to Christmas, it was very lovingly and festively decorated. Direct greeting when you come in, nice service, good food. Relatively noisy as the restaurant is large. The selection of food is very large, spaghetti and schnitzel were good, not special. Dessert was very tasty.

As always, very pleasant and tasty. The Christmas stress was evident on the staff. Nevertheless, everyone was friendly and polite. Hats off!! And the Christmas decorations are simply sensational!

We were completely thrilled with the evening. Fantastic food, the waiters are all very nice and humorous. The menu is huge and offers something for everyone. Price-performance ratio is excellent. And the ambience was specially decorated for Christmas. An absolute recommendation.

Ein Trauerspiel. Essen eine Katastrophe. Nicht nur, dass die Pizzen schlecht und die Schnitzel aus der Tiefkühltruhe kamen, nein, es geht noch schlimmer. Frische Pasta, fast zu Brei gekocht, dazu sollte es frische Steinpilze geben. Dem Nudelbrei wurde dann nur Sahne ohne Gewürze dazu gegeben und die frischen Steinpilze, 3 kleine Stücke lagen am Rand des Tellers in eine Sulzsoße. Niemals wieder werde ich da etwas essen, zumal alles überteuert ist. Wenn die Qualität stimmen würde, sind die Preise ja ok. Aber für das was wir bekommen haben.....ohne Worte. Ach ja vom dreckigen Geschirr wollte ich erst garnicht anfangen.

Great Italian restaurant in the Gilde Haus in Erfurt. Decorated for Christmas and rated grade 1! Even received a nightcap shortly before closing time!

We were there for my mother's birthday dinner. We had reserved in advance and were squeezed into a corner where I had to constantly get up from my seat so that the people at the other table could go to the toilet or something similar. It was like a train station toilet and there was constant shouting and people being pushed back and forth. The food came to the table just lukewarm when you went to the toilet you could see mountains of soup plates and other starters under heat lamps in the kitchen anteroom. The fries tasted like old fryer fat and there were pieces of feces on the floor of the men's toilet. The cutlery was only partially clean and you had to ask several times for spoons for the soup. All in all, I would like to give 0 stars, the price is a disgrace for the service and every Christmas market stall puts more effort into their food than this restaurant. We are very disappointed and I feel sorry for my mother for wasting her birthday dinner like that. 0 stars clearly I wouldn't dream of recommending it to even my worst enemy.

Very cozy atmosphere. However, the waiter seemed very unfriendly and the obvious chewing of gum was a bit annoying. The food arrived about 2 minutes after ordering, which suggests that it was not freshly made. The food tasted good, but was almost cold. For me, appearances are deceiving.

I always loved eating there. The atmosphere is really nice and it was always really tasty. But today I was really disappointed. Just because I didn't want to eat anything big in the evening and we ordered the absolutely delicious apple strudel. We had to listen to it, next time we should go to a café. Unfortunately, the minestrone I ordered was also too salty. Very unfortunate.

I felt like I was in a train station restaurant; people were being processed like in a fast restaurant and more and more people were being brought in. It was extremely cold in the restaurant and there was a lot of draft because both doors were open all the time. The food gets a maximum of 2 stars. We've eaten much better. The pizza base could be cut like an old shoe sole. You'll never see us again. There is a lot of room for improvement here. You should pay attention to quality instead of quantity.

A typical Italian restaurant, centrally located in the old town of Erfurt. The restaurant is very large, the service was excellent and incredibly fast. I have never received my food so quickly at a restaurant! I ordered an Advent recommendation and everything was simply delicious. The decoration may be a matter of taste, but overall a highly recommended place!

The food was basically okay. But I see the huge selection as more of a disadvantage. Sometimes less is more. So you have a bit of everything, but everything is just average. The price was right. Service very friendly.

Unfortunately this evening, mass processing. Hectic and loud, but really great staff. There were two of us, one meal was great, one unfortunately wasn't good. Meat dry, vegetables cold and overcooked. In summer you can definitely sit outside and enjoy your time.

We decided quite quickly to go out for pizza. We came to Pavarotti with six people and were shown into the Christmas tent that had been built without a reservation (Christmas market). Das bestellte Mahl Mozzarella Caprese war unterirdisch,es wurde auf einem tiefen grossen! Teller serviert,die Mozzarellastücken waren eklig grob geschnitten,doch zu meiner Überraschung lag unter diesem Essen ein Haufen Eisbergsalat versteckt! Ich rate dringend von dieser Lokalität ab,die Speisekarte ist überdimensional gross und beinhaltet Speisen,die verdächtig anmuten,solch eine Grösse der Karte macht skeptisch...

Nice waiters and delicious food. But you have the feeling of being ripped off financially. If you have a portion of 2 schnitzels, it's apparently not possible to only order 1. You don't make any sales there either. Then I was asked for the starter how much bruschetta I would like. After I asked for 6 pieces, 6 portions were brought. Then you paid three times the price. 6 portions are different than 6 pieces. It was still delicious. But perhaps you should be a little more accommodating to the customer and ask if there are any discrepancies with the orders. It doesn't matter how tasty the food is, it really hits your stomach.

Delicious pizza in the heart of Erfurt. We were served very well and the food came quickly (even though it was very busy). Very child friendly! Parking space for strollers, high chairs and changing tables were no problem. ❤️
