Ristorante Pavarotti in Erfurt

I always loved eating there. The atmosphere is really nice and it was always really tasty. But today I was really disappointed. Just because I didn't want to eat anything big in the evening and we ordered the absolutely delicious apple strudel. We had to listen to it, next time we should go to a café. Unfortunately, the minestrone I ordered was also too salty. Very unfortunate.

I felt like I was in a train station restaurant; people were being processed like in a fast restaurant and more and more people were being brought in. It was extremely cold in the restaurant and there was a lot of draft because both doors were open all the time. The food gets a maximum of 2 stars. We've eaten much better. The pizza base could be cut like an old shoe sole. You'll never see us again. There is a lot of room for improvement here. You should pay attention to quality instead of quantity.

A typical Italian restaurant, centrally located in the old town of Erfurt. The restaurant is very large, the service was excellent and incredibly fast. I have never received my food so quickly at a restaurant! I ordered an Advent recommendation and everything was simply delicious. The decoration may be a matter of taste, but overall a highly recommended place!

The food was basically okay. But I see the huge selection as a disadvantage. Sometimes less is more. So you have a bit of everything, but everything is just average. The price was right. Service very friendly.

Not recommended. Neither the reservation worked nor was the food ordered okay or tasty. I felt like I was at the train station, it was very loud and when the temperature was below zero the door was always open, it was very uncomfortable.

Unfortunately this evening, mass processing. Hectic and loud, but really great staff. There were two of us, one meal was great, one unfortunately wasn't good. Meat dry, vegetables cold and overcooked. In summer you can definitely sit outside and enjoy your time.

We decided quite quickly to go out for pizza. We came to Pavarotti with six people and were shown into the Christmas tent that had been built without a reservation (Christmas market). Everything was great, from the ambience to the service and the very good food. You can easily recommend it. And we will definitely come back LG

Nice waiters and delicious food. But you have the feeling of being ripped off financially. If you have a portion of 2 schnitzels, it's apparently not possible to only order 1. You don't make any sales there either. Then I was asked for the starter how much bruschetta I would like. After I asked for 6 pieces, 6 portions were brought. Then you paid three times the price. 6 portions are different than 6 pieces. It was still delicious. But perhaps you should be a little more accommodating to the customer and ask if there are any discrepancies with the orders. It doesn't matter how tasty the food is, it really hits your stomach.

Delicious pizza in the heart of Erfurt. We were served very well and the food came quickly (even though it was very busy). Very child friendly! Parking space for strollers, high chairs and changing tables were no problem. ❤️

There were four of us here and we were happy to have found a nice, quiet and shady place in the inner courtyard in the bright sunshine. Although it was very busy in all the restaurants in the city center, people sat here relaxed. To our surprise and delight, the service was still super fast and friendly, the food was very tasty and plentiful and inexpensive. We would like to come again! Rarely have I been to such a beautiful and authentic restaurant. The food was really delicious and the price was unbeatable for the quality. We were there with a large group of around 20 people, and yet the food came quickly and no one had to wait. I can really highly recommend it.

The restaurant is very large and that comes at the expense of the ambience, as it is also very restless. The food was good, but the waiter was very unfocused. He forgot a drink when he ordered. When he reordered he forgot it again and we had to ask for the bill twice.

An Italian restaurant with hundreds of seats and an armada of staff. That's fundamentally not wrong. However, the order (twelve people) was there for everyone within 5 minutes. Each pizza is probably prepared and topped 30-50 times and is only put into the oven immediately after the order has been received. So of course you get the feeling of mass processing and the tables are probably sold four or five times in the evening, hence the quick delivery of the food. Still, the food was surprisingly okay. For all of us, however, it felt like we were in a train station and not a really warm welcome feeling. But the system seems to be working.

Large restaurant in Erfurt. The quality of the food is good. Had one of the special pizzas currently on offer. The location right in the center is of course perfect. What didn't convince me was the ambience. Very loud and crowded. It is also a bit surprising that the food ordered is served within a few minutes. I just hope that it's because of a very large kitchen and a lot of staff that it happens so quickly.

Food and drinks came very quickly, but the taste was only average, everything was very hectic because there was a huge crowd, the waiter was only friendly if the tip was right, it wasn't enough for them, there was no thank you and goodbye, just an arrogant laugh. So conclusion, unfortunately not again.

The Pavarotti is a MUST on every visit to Erfurt. The pizzas are all very tasty, there is no better salad with chicken breast and the service is always very nice and courteous. Since the restaurant is always full, the volume is very high, so that relaxed conversations are hardly possible - but, of course, the demand also proves the quality of the restaurant. The ambience is special, of course there are various pictures of the opera singer Pavarotti on the walls and overall the restaurant is lavishly decorated for the season. We'd love to come back!

I haven't had such a bad pizza in a long time. Had a pizza with buffalo mozzarella. This one was frozen superimposed and I complained about it. I got a new one that was good but had just come out of the fridge and was very cold with my lukewarm pizza. The pizza dough wasn't Italian and neither of us ate the crust. The schnitzel was dry and fried to death. Fries were very tasty. For me it's not worth a second visit.

We ate there as a family, let's make it short - the atmosphere seems worn out (holes in the tablecloths, dirt, dirty cutlery) The drinks and food came super quickly, drinks were ok but the food was subpar. Spaghetti Carbonara (just a creamy mash with bacon or something similar that went past the pan and I was really looking forward to this classic) Schnitzel and fries for our little one (schnitzel cold and definitely a frozen or ready-made product) Lasagna for our daughter (it was ok, a little burnt but we've had better) Tortellini for my wife, these were ok unfortunately nothing more. Unfortunately we were used to much better quality there and were still very, very disappointed. The waiter didn't want to hear my feedback on the food, which was a shame. When paying by card I was asked for a tip, which I declined, thanks for rolling my eyes… We always enjoyed eating there, but this visit was the last.

Catastrophe, mass tourist processing. Pizza wasn't that tasty. Subsequent stomach problems. The service was unfriendly and you didn't feel welcome. After we paid and sat for a moment to finish our drinks, we got nasty looks from the service person. So....clearly NOT a recommendation if you want to have something to eat with your family.

Delicious food, large selection of dishes, nice atmosphere and a good location

We've eaten there several times and it's always very good. Today we were greeted by a very friendly older gentleman. The service is always friendly and the food comes very quickly. The homemade lemonades are delicious and we also got a Prosecco on the house. Overall, very good value for money and a nice location on the town hall square. The only small drawback, my spaghetti with wild mushrooms had a bit too much garlic, but that's a matter of taste.

The pizza wasn't very hot, the dough wasn't crispy. Reminded me a bit of a bad takeaway pizza. 13€ for that is already hard. The hall is somewhat reminiscent of an Asian all you can eat restaurant. At the end, when paying by card, the waiter boldly asked how much he was allowed to tip. Not recommended.

Food was delicious, location and service were great. Just a very extensive menu and a lot of things that, in my opinion, don't have to be on the menu at an Italian restaurant (schnitzel, burgers, Thuringian cuisine, baked potatoes...).

Impressively large location. Accordingly, it is acoustically a little louder than normal when there are a lot of people there. Very nice autumn decoration & cozy flair. Mega large, delicious portions & unusually fast, friendly service. There was even a special birthday moment with a short music recording and congratulations.

Delicious stuffed gnocchi in porcini mushroom pesto. You sit directly on the tram line, but we didn't notice it.

Delicious. It's not particularly expensive either, as a student I can go out to eat there in peace with my friends without being broke afterwards. The food tastes very good and there is a large selection, so there is actually something for everyone. The employees are also extremely nice and friendly. Always happy
