It was very nice. The starter was very filling and I couldn't finish the main course (pizza). The service was very friendly. We sat outside in the nicest weather, it was very comfortable to sit there. The tram passed there several times, but it didn't bother us at all.

Unfortunately, terrible. Typical tourist attraction. The spaghetti seafood was completely frozen, there was water in the sauce and it was more like a soup. Inedible. Unfortunately, the equipment is completely worn out and partly disgusting, see glass.

The food was... Well mediocre, not particularly bad but not very good either. Since the food arrived quite quickly, there was of course a lot of simple frozen food. A tuna steak that was ordered medium rare was too well done. And to top it all off, the waitress became sloppy when it came to paying and missing a tip... As a result, the waitress took an outrageously long time to even settle the bill. Service is better!!

I went to this cafe three times, they found black hairs in the pizza, they took three pizzas and all three pizzas didn't taste very good, thanks for the compliment from the restaurant

A little after 2 o'clock on Sunday The children scream that they are hungry It's raining a lot I visited because I wanted to eat a bowl of soup. I ordered pizza and gnocchi as well as the kids menu. Because the portions were so large, the pizza ended up being packaged... It's delicious and the staff is friendly. I ate so much, but it was a cheap meal and I was very satisfied!!

A great restaurant with friendly service. The food came so quickly that we were initially skeptical about the quality. But we were pleasantly surprised. All three meals were really tasty. Simply outstanding. There was also an aperitif on the house, which is rare these days.

Great restaurant with delicious Italian food. In summer there is the option to sit outside at the fish market or in the courtyard. The restaurant is very busy, but usually a seat can still be found. The staff is also very friendly, polite and always helpful. I recommend a delicious garlic bread as a starter, I love eating it 😉 We have never been disappointed and even celebrated our wedding there. Try it out and enjoy it.

The food has become quite expensive for what you get. Otherwise, as always, the atmosphere is very nice and the staff is friendly.

Restaurant absolutely not recommended! Bad service. The drink glass was dirty and I didn't receive any cutlery. This only came when asked. With my fries, the ketchup and mayo packets were placed directly on the fries and were not served on a napkin or a separate plate. Absolutely no go. Service staff unfriendly.

Spaghetti (651) good, noodle just al dente. Chili little oil sparingly. The antipasti plate goes well. Unfortunately there was no own or regional beer. The toilets are a big drawback. The owners know this even when they enter the basement. This can certainly be fixed.

A typical Italian restaurant in Erfurt. Anyone who knows Erfurt and the localities also knows most of the Italian restaurants. We haven't been here for a long time and I wanted to test the Pinsa. First there was mozzarella caprese with far too much salad bouquet. Otherwise tastes good. The Pinsa is huge! The dough is nice and thin, crispy and slightly dark on the edge, just as it should be. The tomato sauce is too sweet for my taste. The Quattro Formaggi Pinsa is topped with too much cheese, it should be more subtle, but it was still tasty.

Top service, the food is great as always and the waiters are very friendly and nice. Highly recommended. Again and again

After a long time we went to the Pavarotti (guild hall) again. The atmosphere in the courtyard is still good. Unfortunately this time - as usual - there was no aperitif as a welcome. This can certainly happen and be forgotten, but it's a shame if it's consistently the case at the neighboring tables. Minus point for our service. As a drink I treated myself to the home-brewed Waldkasino beer 0.5 l (I write it like that on purpose). It now costs EUR 5. Craziness! Especially since it also tasted stale. My girlfriend and I ordered pizzas for dinner afterwards and were both disappointed. Unfortunately, these were careless and very sparsely documented. The crust was also very wide and the entire pizza was baked quite crispy. Here too, prices were raised significantly. Conclusion: From our point of view, the Pavarotti was unable to advertise on its own behalf and will not be able to welcome us as guests again any time soon.

We ate ice cream and had something to drink. You sit perfectly with a great view of the forecourt. The ice cream was very tasty and the service was nice. The price is a bit high because the location is of course perfect.

Very nice courtyard and the restaurant itself is also very nice. Even though it was very busy, we only had to wait 10-15 minutes for our food. There should be more than 2 women's toilets...

We were in Erfurt for one night and had previously asked where we could go out to eat in the evening. That's how we came across this restaurant and we were looking forward to this restaurant because of the many positive reviews. When the three of us arrived in the evening everything was fine. We were kindly escorted to the table and given the menu and three free aperitifs. Personally, the menu was far too overcrowded for me, so much so that it was almost impossible to make a choice. Also, when I go out to eat at an Italian restaurant, I don't expect that there will be burgers to choose from, but well, it can still taste good. The service was friendly and quick, almost too quick for us who wanted to spend a pleasant evening. We first order a wheat beer, a cola and an iced tea. The wheat beer was cool and good, the cola was non-carbonated and the iced tea tasted more like tap water than iced tea. To eat we ordered a pizza, a pasta dish and a meat dish with vegetables. The food came just 5 minutes after ordering, which would have made some fast food restaurants jealous because of the speed. Pizza was ok, but you could have just as easily eaten a frozen pizza. The meat had little flavor, the edges were tough and the vegetables were cold. The pasta dish was more like sauce with tortellini than the other way around. So after 20 minutes we were already done with everything and what had been a cozy evening quickly turned into a tasteless evening. When the waiter asked if it was tasty, we answered with a clear NO, but the waiter hardly seemed to care and asked how we paid. When we said with card, I had to come in quickly and pay with card. We paid 60€. Objectively speaking, the price for the entire selection is ok, but subjectively every cent is too much. We're really not picky, but you can eat better in any fast food restaurant. Money doesn't matter, if it tastes good you're willing to spend enough. Overall you can say the waiters are polite and nice, but the food and drinks are a disaster. I'm actually someone who almost never writes reviews and often thinks that it's no use, but with this restaurant I made an exception and had to write plain text, especially because of the many positive reviews.

Hello to the kitchen, I ate the worst pizza ever from you! Not compatible with Italy and its cuisine, a shame!!!!

The service was terrible! Wasn't even able to take the order properly. Very impolite. In the end, the work was passed on to colleagues and only came later to collect money. If someone else is doing the work anyway, then you can do without him.

Good-humored service, very successful pizza and pasta sweetened our evening... You can hardly get a free drink anymore, plus it's tasty in a cozy atmosphere. We have had a very good experience here for the second time and can definitely recommend this restaurant. We would be happy to come back on our next visit to Erfurt!!

Super bad service.concerned the waiter with the black glasses this afternoon. I told him that too. I don't know if we didn't make enough sales, but after ordering the food he just ignored us. He never asked us if we wanted anything else or if everything was okay. Our empty glasses were left there for an hour Table. We are Erfurt residents and we often go to your restaurant and have always been very satisfied. When we asked him if he could please take a photo of us, he told us he didn't have time. I've never experienced something like that in many years. Someone saying no to a photo. That doesn't hurt. I know it's not his job, but that's what you call great service. We then told another waiter our order. which worked great. We are extremely disappointed with this afternoon

Freundliche und flinke Bedienung. Die Pizza, in unserem Fall Hawaii, war gut und wie erwartet. Das Vitello Tonato jedoch etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig mit Cocktail Tomaten und sauren Gurkenscheiben on top. Die Fleischscheiben auf einem Suppenteller übereinander gelegt und komplett mit der Creme überschüttet, sodass das Gericht nach eher nach einer Suppe aussah. Geschmacklich war es aber durchaus gut.

Looks nice service. The food came very quickly and everything was delicious. Your beer could be served colder. We were surprised that there was no menu in English, which made our visit more difficult. But otherwise everything was great!

The food was great, the service was great. -> Be careful with people at risk of alcohol -> an aperitif will be served before the meal. So it's best to let us know in good time that you don't want one. For everyone else, the martini was super delicious. 😁 The toilets are crazy. You walk there through a wine cellar. Great eye-catcher 😃👍

I went there with a friend for ice cream and coffee. When we were seated by a waiter, we waited about 10 minutes until he took our order. We waited 20 minutes to pay. I have to say that he didn't have too many customers outside. I won't spend my coffee time there again.

We were very enthusiastic about the whole place. The ambience, the service team and the kitchen were quick and efficient. The friendliness and the quality were very high (and that with around 700 seats - but other smaller restaurants can do more than just take a page from this). The pizzas were topped with good ingredients on a thin, crispy (but not dry) base. Special requests were also addressed and the most cost-effective option for the guest (!) was suggested. The home-brewed house beer was smooth and tasty and the recommended wine went really well! All in all, I would even give it more than 5 stars if I could. To the entire team: Thank you for the lovely evening and please keep it up at this level!!! PS.: We ate: A pizza of your choice and a pizza burrata (mjam,mjam - delicious)

You drive quite well, but the service is one big misunderstanding. Rudeness on the part of the waiters. First, the waiters mocked and commented stupidly on a colleague who speaks Romanian. When paying, the waiter asked for a tip, which I declined. In a cheeky tone, he told me to eat a sandwich at MCDONALD next time. Rudeness, vulgarity, I do not recommend.

Hello, we were here for dinner. Tuna salad for €17 was catastrophic, endless iceberg salad with yogurt dressing on a tuna salad. Green tomatoes... After paying I had to go to the toilet, when I came back there were already other guests sitting at our table and everything had been cleared away. But it's nice that I still found my bag. Never again, the boss stood at the entrance the whole time like a Kober on the Reeperbahn. I'm sorry, but that doesn't work

As always, the food is very tasty - not exactly cheap but the price/performance ratio is right. Always happy 🙂 However, I can only speak about the pizza in terms of taste and the apple strudel with vanilla and caramel sauce, cream and a scoop of vanilla ice cream 🤤

I wish you could give 0 stars! The service is so substandard it's an impertinence and an ABSOLUTE impudence!! We were there as a group of four. It took forever for anyone to come to our table. The service employee with the man bun was extremely abrupt and would immediately leave the table if you just wanted to take a quick breath. We sat there for over an hour without any service. During that time we tried several times to draw attention to ourselves, were looked at and yet completely ignored. When we paid, a tip was automatically collected without being asked!!!! The food was edible, but nothing more. Luckily, there are plenty of restaurants to choose from where service is still important!

From the street you wouldn't think the restaurant is so huge. At first we thought, hopefully everything will work given the size. And how it worked, it was perfect. Great place for public viewing, our seats were in the inner courtyard, in the middle aisle. Our waitress (I think Angelika) was a gem. Even though it was obvious that she was completely broken, she was very attentive and quick and always friendly. The food was very tasty and it came pretty quickly. The three televisions were switched on just in time for the Germany game. It was a very successful evening, thank you very much!

Food was average, nothing special, according to the review we were hoping for higher quality. The waiter was unmotivated and just watched EM on the available television. No second visit necessary!

We went to Pavarotti with friends this evening. The taste of the food wasn't that great and you had to look for the waiter. When paying you thought that at least the bill was correct. Unfortunately, we and our friends were charged far too much, which we only discovered later after checking the bill. Many thanks to the team for including their horrendous tips in the bill.

Sehr schönes Ambiente innen. Speisekarte mit Mittagstisch. Super schnell serviertes Essen, sehr aufmerksame Bedienung. Geschmacklich sehr gut, Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis auch in der Abendkarte. Ausreichende Portionen, sehr zu empfehlen!

A good Italian. The food was great, the staff was very friendly and the price was right. Five of us got a table straight away on a Monday evening, even though many restaurants in the area were closed and we didn't make a reservation. There is something on the menu for everyone (not just Italian cuisine) and there is good home-made beer. The furnishings and ambience are a bit old-fashioned and full of Pavarotti style but have a certain charm. All in all, highly recommended.

Mondänes Ambiente, sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Bedienung, Speisekarte sehr umfangreich teils mit Kreationen, die man nicht unbedingt in einem ital. Restaurant erwarten würde. Die Gerichte kamen viel schneller, als im voll besetzten Restaurant zu vermuten war. Punktabzug gibt es für die nicht fertiggereiften also harten Cocktailtomaten in der Pasta. Geschmacklich fehlte mir insgesamt das gewisse "Etwas" Dafür aber das selbst gebraute Hefe kosten - ein Genuss!

When we are in Erfurt, we are always happy to come to you. The food is very tasty, the service is very accommodating and the ambience exudes great charm.

If I could, I would give it 6 stars. We needed space in the restaurant for 16 people at short notice for my son's company party. Reservation was easy, the table was excellently set and put together. The staff is extremely helpful and extremely child-friendly, but also senior-friendly (putting down baby chairs, walkers, etc.). Appetizer platter for everyone (a mix of various Italian specialties) was prepared at short notice upon request and was outstanding! Now to the essentials: the food was simply incredibly delicious... even though the restaurant was full (Whitsun Sunday), you can tell that no finished products were used, especially for the pasta and pizza main courses! Great praise. Service was attentive, friendly, courteous and humorous, all of our guests felt like guests. It doesn't get any better. This left a lasting impression on EVERYONE, which is exactly how it should be! WE WILL BE HAPPY TO COME AGAIN AT ANY TIME...

Ambience is quite nice, but the food is below average. Pizza with tomatoes, basil and mozzarella means: pizza with tomato sauce, cold (!) halved cherry tomatoes, basil seasoning (yes, not fresh) and a cold (!) ball of mozzarella in the middle. Never seen anything so loveless. The other pizzas were similarly bland. There is no Aperol Spriz. Tiramisu as a dessert was also the worst tiramisu I have ever eaten and I once had to eat the tiramisu from Edeka for 3 euros! Overall, it was a very poor experience, so I can't understand the other reviews. Maybe the standards in Erfurt are simply different...
