The pizza is delicious. Everything is great.

Huge restaurant with several dining rooms. The ambiance is inviting but not overly overstuffed. The service was really friendly and prompt despite the high number of guests. The food was brought to the table quickly and was very tasty.

It was incredibly loud and packed. We were initially shocked by the huge menu, which isn't a good sign. But everything we ate was good, or rather, okay. And everything came super quickly. The pizzas and pasta were good. The mozzarella with bacon was very salty, and the tiramisu was a creamy shock. Still, all in all, it was good. But it's not a particularly special Italian restaurant. That's probably due to the size and the touristy location.

Ristorante Pavarotti is worth a visit. The service was very polite and approachable. A good selection of food and drinks. Simply put, very good 👍👍👍

Worst pizza I've ever eaten there. The pizza arrived cold, the waitress took it away, and then I got the half-eaten pizza back two minutes later. The arugula on the pizza looked like it had been sitting for two weeks, and the pizza was soggy. I left the meal, paid the full price, and the waitress just said it was stressful. The next table had the same problem.

Always a positive experience. The food is excellent and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. We've been coming here for years and are always delighted by the beautiful decor and the chef's straw hat when he greets us.

Every visit to Erfurt includes a visit to Pavarotti. My favorite is the antipasti plate with various Italian dishes, such as vitello tonnato, Parma ham, olives, and sun-dried tomatoes. The pasta is excellent. The tuna steak is very tasty. The burgers are not recommended, as the patties are quite dry. Otherwise, the staff is very friendly.

For people who know real Italian food - inedible. Pasta overcooked. If my order is ready within 3.5 minutes like in a fast-food restaurant and inedible, I would start thinking about real Italian food.

We spontaneously went to Ristorante Pavarotti and were not disappointed. The selection was very extensive and the food was excellent. We particularly liked the good value for money. A pasta dish cost between €10 and €15. As a surprise, everyone received a small glass of white wine on the house.

Very friendly waiter, welcome with a free drink. Delicious pizza, I can recommend San Remo. The burger was also great. Unfortunately, the kids' pizza was a bit dry and hard. But the space was nice, and the prices were reasonable. Highly recommended.

We visited the Pavarotti restaurant at the Fischmarkt in Erfurt today, and it was a thoroughly enjoyable visit. The homemade pasta Alfredo was a delight—fresh, perfectly seasoned, and prepared with love. The Thuringian sausages with potato salad were also excellent and absolutely delicious. We would especially like to emphasize the very friendly and attentive service. The waiters took their time, were welcoming, and made our lunch even more enjoyable with their positive attitude. This stylish restaurant is located in an old, venerable building. It offers indoor and outdoor seating. The service is attentive. The menu is overflowing. We had chanterelle mushrooms with homemade stuffed pasta. The prices are moderate. The restaurant is highly recommended.

Only on the second attempt did I receive the chanterelle dish I ordered, bacon-free as requested. However, it was completely saltless and prepared without any flair – a real shame! Even the aperitif served as a "gift of the house" couldn't make up for that. The rooms are very large, presumably geared toward larger tourist groups and buses. In my opinion, I wouldn't recommend it.

I went there to eat with a friend and yes, the friend was quite nice but the food was horrible. It started with the drinks. We both had a Coke that tasted like it had been refilled and left open for 1-2 weeks. Then the food was somehow ready suspiciously quickly considering it was supposed to be fresh food and we both had dishes that actually needed longer. Apart from that, our food didn't really taste good either, it seemed more like it had been pre-cooked.

The food was okay. We were a group and paid separately. The last person was overcharged by the waiter. When we pointed this out, he became rude and left. Only after repeated discussions was the error corrected. Mistakes can happen, but in a restaurant, the tone of how they are handled matters. Overall, it leaves a frustrating aftertaste.

I don't know, it was in the middle of the summer and they made a tomato salad of raw tomatoes swimming in a vinegar sea. The standard of the cuisine was very mediocre in general. The side salad with the Schnitzel was good. The young man serving the food was polite and tactful.

Just in time for coffee time, my companion and I chose this restaurant. There were only four seats taken in the front outdoor area and three in the main room. We opted for an inside seat. Upon entering, you'd think you were in an upscale restaurant where celebrities and starlets dine, but we sat at a table where there were still stains on the tablecloth from a previous diner. So far, so good. The waiter seemed rather stressed because we had apparently disturbed him while he was eating cake. An ice cream menu was only presented upon request, with a look like "I also have such special requests." We ordered two spaghetti ice creams and an apple spritzer. The apple spritzer had zero refreshing effect, as it was almost as warm as the outside temperature (26°C). The glass was so dirty that you felt sticky when you touched it. When we finished the glass, there were also traces of dishwashing liquid on the glass. That's probably why it was sticky. (hopefully) About the ice cream: The spaghetti ice cream was served in a soup bowl... you could tell because there were still traces of some kind of sauce (goulash soup) on one of them. The consistency made it seem like it was hanging off something when spooned on (like hair - but thankfully not). The whipped cream, surprisingly, was hidden "under" the ice cream. Since when has this been done like this??? About the staff: I have no idea what it was like in the garden area (with guests), but every waiter who came by looked as if they hadn't been paid for six months. Joking between colleagues is fine, but you don't have to (jokingly) go at each other's throats in front of guests. Especially not if you want to run such an "exquisite" restaurant.

We made a reservation for Friday, August 1, 2025. We received a glass of martini as a welcome drink. We were served very quickly at the beginning, too. This gives the service a 2-point rating. However, it was disappointing that we were subsequently ignored. We tried several times to make eye contact, but were ignored. After we did, the waiter sat down at a bench with his back to us and spent his time on his phone. The ambiance was very inviting. The beer garden also seemed warm and relaxing. There was nothing to complain about here, except for the loud music. We were not satisfied with the food or the menu. The menu was overwhelmingly full, confusing, and uncategorized. We ordered two pizzas. They were creatively labeled, but the edges were burnt, dry, and could be written on with a rag. Not "fresh." The lemonades, however, are recommendable. Overall, we do not recommend this restaurant and will not be returning.

The pizza was terrible — it seemed like only the crust with sauce had seen the oven, and everything else was just added cold. The pasta was overcooked and reheated in a microwave. The ice cream was also very poor.

I almost never give bad reviews, because I believe everyone has to make their own experiences and judge what's good or bad. Therefore, I generally only review places that were truly excellent. But Pavarotti was a joke. The service was the worst for a top location, and I hope the city will one day take a stand against the endless number of Italian restaurants in Erfurt, all owned by the same company. Besides the service, the risotto was worse than frozen food. I had several lumps of instant vegetable broth in my risotto, regardless of the fact that the risotto was inedible despite the tons of MSG. Sorry, never again…

My boyfriend and I came here for dinner during our trip to Erfurt. Until then, we had considered Erfurt to be a very vegan and vegetarian-friendly city. Knowing that this restaurant probably wouldn't be vegan-friendly, we decided to eat here anyway. We were pleased that we were seated quickly. Immediately after we sat down, the waiter brought two glasses of wine. The food we had chosen arrived very quickly (less than 10 minutes after ordering) and was truly delicious. What we did notice negatively, however, was the modest selection of vegetarian dishes. Of course, there were the classics: pizza quattro formaggi, pizza with grilled vegetables, pizza Margherita, etc. However, the selection was very limited and not something that particularly appealed to either of us. So we both opted for an extra dish – gnocchi stuffed with goat cheese and truffle in a truffle sauce. The dish was truly delicious and arrived quickly, which isn't something we'd criticize. However, I found almost €18 for a rather modest portion a bit steep. But as already mentioned, what really bothered us most was the limited vegetarian selection. A bit more contemporary change would certainly be beneficial for the restaurant in this regard.

The waiter was rude, disrespectful, and projected his own unhappiness onto the customer in a relatively obvious and undeniable way. It wasn't a smart idea/action on my part to let him persuade me to go to this tourist restaurant with a view of/connection to the tram stop.

Beautiful location, lovely terrace, and extremely friendly, fast, and helpful service. A martini and tasty antipasti were welcomed. The main courses were exceptional, including Pfefferlinge and excellent pizza with good quality and filling.

Since the restaurant had relatively strong and good reviews on Google, we decided to pay a visit. The food was disappointing overall. The pork medallions were very thinly sliced and lacking in flavor. The vegetables were obviously frozen, and the rosemary potatoes were blandly seasoned and rather carelessly prepared. The restaurant had a hectic atmosphere, which didn't exactly make the meal any more relaxing. On a positive note, the servers were very friendly and made an effort to regularly check in to see if everything was okay. Nevertheless, the whole place unfortunately felt like a typical tourist trap. We would probably refrain from visiting again.

My pizza had a fairly standard topping, but the tomato sauce was only sparsely slapped on in the middle, and I felt like they would have preferred to have thrown the onions on me whole. The taste was okay. A friend of mine ordered pasta with chicken. The dish arrived half an hour before our meal and was lukewarm, so the timing wasn't exactly great. I also have to say that charging €16.90 for a handful of pasta with a few pieces of chicken isn't exactly reasonable. Our server was friendly and helpful. However, it was noticeable that many people were overwhelmed with their task, which was probably due to the fact that the place was quite busy. Some ran around with their food for minutes, unsure which table their order should be brought to. It should be noted that there was a concert taking place nearby, and many of the people there were also at this restaurant.

Although we hadn't made a reservation and the tables were already quite full, we received a friendly welcome and were offered an outdoor table for eight. Compared to the previous, very positive reviews, we had a completely different impression. The restaurant seemed incredibly hectic, overcrowded, and the large, rather uncomfortable space (hall) gave us an unpleasant "Mitropa" feeling. Overall, the food was rather mediocre. The restrooms were absolutely disgusting, absolutely terrible. I think you can judge or infer the hygiene of a restaurant from that. In any case, it was our first and last visit to Pavarotti!

The antipasti starter was a disaster. Everything tasted like cheap pickled food that had been open for a while! The Coke came in a dirty glass, and it was also stale. Today we were in Erfurt for a concert, and beforehand we wanted to go out for something to eat. Luckily, we chose this restaurant. A great atmosphere, with very friendly and attentive staff. It was lovely to sit outside in front of historic buildings. Unfortunately, the waiters were very inattentive; someone else was constantly coming over. No one felt responsible for the guests. It was really poorly done. We even had no cutlery for our meal for 10 minutes.

An absolute disaster. The supposed bruschetta consisted of small pieces of mozzarella, finely chopped tomatoes, and herb pesto... herb pesto, I don't think I need say more. My main course: €30 for a supposedly tender, medium-rare entrecôte with a disgusting baked potato was the icing on the cake. The free, cheap booze didn't really make up for it at first. My colleagues had pizza, which must have been good too. I was just disappointed, though.
