Just went to McDrive during my lunch break. Service and food were ok, I couldn't judge the ambience

Clean, cozy restaurant. There is a playground for children here. You can also sit at tables outside. You can order food through Mac Drive. Upset two situations. In the first case, we were with children. They walked around the institution and looked. The worker apparently did not like their activity, she came up and sharply pulled the child's hand. It was very unpleasant. If she found the behavior of the children unacceptable, she had to approach the parents and say so. The second case - they forgot to put a package of nuggets in our order. The check was given to the waiter. After a while, he brought the missing nuggets. But the child waited until the situation cleared up. As far as I understand, the McDonald's network operates worldwide according to the same standards. In Ukraine, if such situations arise, a flyer for coffee or ice cream is issued as a compliment from the institution for a long wait. In this case, there was nothing of the sort. Unfortunately.

Oh well . The service is inadequate. There was no food that was brought to the table, there were no napkins. No longer recommended for me

No matter what you order takeout, it's always a surprise. Because the gentlemen can't even pack the order correctly.

Please hire Germans to take the order!! Nobody understands the order code from the internet order, you have to say it 4 times and then you have to show your cell phone with the code!

This was the best McDonald's I've ever been to! Super clean everywhere! Great service, friendly staff, and great ambience. Always in comparison with other burger/fast food shops ;-)

Unfortunately I'm pretty disappointed. I've been going to this establishment for quite a long time, they have very nice staff, but unfortunately the quality of the food is poor. Unfortunately, we now know that McDonalds doesn't really care about customer service in general (at least that's how they show us), but it's really annoying when you order a Börger and you have to prove it yourself. It's actually just the meat, the bun and some sauce on it, the rest is flying around wildly in the package. I know that people there work under a lot of time pressure. But it still can't be that the burger looks like a pinata after a child's birthday party.

It's not enough that something is almost always missing in the drive, today a completely rear-ended and panicked employee poured 0.5 liters of cola into our car. Whole car sticks and is wet. I should pay the costs in advance for the preparation, I'm sure I won't get anything from you again. The boss is otherwise correct and friendly, but the employees are the reason why I and many others don't go there anymore. Giving out three bags and two cups is too much for some people. And an apology isn't enough, you have to discuss things for 10 minutes and talk to a boss. Stay away, we'll do it that way in the future too.

Food is delicious, ambience wasn't great, tables were placed too close together, unfortunately you couldn't enjoy the food due to the noise of other guests.

The ladies there were a bit unfriendly and when I wanted to complain about a sauce because we only ordered ketchup, I was looked at stupidly and asked to exchange the sauce for their arm.

I have never had any disagreements with the staff except for one employee. We ordered our food normally and when we got it, we noticed that we got ice cream instead of a shake. We pointed it out in a friendly manner and were immediately shouted at and humiliated by the employee, saying that the shake wasn't called what we said it was...she didn't let us finish either. I order the shake often and have never been misunderstood. Even if she isn't of German origin and didn't understand it properly, that doesn't give her the right to be so rude and disrespectful.

I don't like it when the burger looks weird when I open it. Shredded lettuce is a disaster for me. Whoever invented it should eat it themselves, half of it always falls out if it isn't already there. I recommend the Crispy Chicken without honey mustard sauce, but with extra mayonnaise.

There are only orders via the terminal. Older visitors, myself included, had real problems finding their way through this confusion. The taste of the food has also deteriorated a lot!!!

That's okay, typical McDonald's. The cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. There were leftovers from other guests on the tables. A young lady stood around and took the orders to the tables, but she didn't have a look at other things.

Ordered today at MC Drive and waited almost 20 minutes for the order in the car. It didn't take so long before (5-10 years ago). A pity. We didn't have anything out of the ordinary.

Although not busy, rather moderately busy, there is no food here. First booked via the terminal as a cash payment, no response from the staff. So cash payers are probably not welcome. The couple next to me complains about a 26 minute wait, no cash payers... Okay, so McDrive, we're the only ones. Either the microphone was broken or the employee didn't speak German - nothing could be understood. After several minutes at the checkout, which was unmanned, we left without eating. Basically, the concept of fast food no longer fits MC. It's the case everywhere that staff is saved and long waiting times arise. So we have to pay a lot of money for a service that is saved by the provider. If you are still traveling and continue driving after 25 minutes without eating, you should boycott this place

Today we ordered again for a long time. The long wait was a total disaster. The burgers were cold, instead of 2 times Cola and Sprite there were 2 times Cola with ice cubes and iced tea. The fries were limp and an apple turnover and fruit squeezer were missing. It gets worse with every visit. Slowly you don't feel like coming over anymore.

An older woman with glasses and a black and white striped t-shirt works here and has exposed our entire family. Furthermore, the employees are not satisfied with this employee and the working atmosphere seems very bad to me, it is not friendly to customers and not to the employees either . She acts like she's the boss of McDonald's. I won't come here again as long as this woman works here.

Rip-off company! Allows customers to order exclusively via Lieferando, even though they operate their own McD delivery driver. Lieferando only causes unnecessary additional costs!!! In addition, there is ALWAYS 1.99 delivery costs for every order! No matter how high the amount. Update 5/21/24: From now on, PayPal fees will be added to the order and the delivery fee. 🤑 That's really more than cheeky. Better to give it a wide berth.

The Fries what i got were dead cold, and if i request again, Then the response was so harsh and felt so disappointed and disgusting l, any how even food was not Hygiene there were flies in the Restaurant corners.

Chili cheese burger More cheese sauce wouldn't be bad. And bigger shakes like back then. 0.5l would be cool! And why aren't the delicious shrimp available all year round? You can take the nuggets out for this. Citizens were forgotten, but they were available upon request.

I've been coming to this branch for as long as it's existed. Today was by far the most miserable visit I've ever had. A manageable order for 2 people and I still have to run to the counter 3 times because the staff isn't able to read the receipt correctly. Two Mc Menus and a single burger were ordered. Drinks were supposed to come with 1 coffee and a cola, water and a Smarties ice cream were delivered. The Big Mäc wasn't even warm but ice cold, instead of 2x curry sauce and 2 mayo I had 5x sweet and sour, the delivery was missing sugar and milk and there was so little sauce on the Mc Rib (my favorite burger) that I didn't have any had to worry that the lack of napkins could pose a problem. It's a shame, but you won't have to serve me again anytime soon.

We ordered (holiday) our fruit is missing and the sweet and sour sauces are missing, the food is already getting cold. I can understand it because it was very full but we waited almost 2 hours

4 items were missing from today's order. Even on the third attempt it was still faulty. When I first asked, the colleague said everything was complete. When I asked again where the ice cream was, it was passed on without comment. Unfortunately, 2x fries were also missing, which I didn't immediately see. Went to the restaurant again. The lady at the counter took care of everything immediately and in a very friendly manner. The new tattooed colleague, on the other hand, forgot a sauce even on the second complaint. When asked about it, he became cheeky. The service lady also looked at me in surprise. When I showed her 2x fries but only 1x sauce, it didn't help him either. Well, the new colleagues seem to neither know nor be able to understand that 2 fries also require 2 sauces. In principle it's not a bad thing, but I don't understand why people are arguing instead of handing over the sauce. My colleague said goodbye with incomprehensible curse words and he signaled with a hand gesture that he was not interested in further conversation. Friendly staff and fast service

Ordered there again for a year and we already know why we didn't do it for so long, thought it had improved. We had the food delivered, it was a complete disaster and for over €30. Delivery time was stated as 30 minutes, we waited 1 hour. When I opened the order bag I saw that the "large" fries were only half full It gets worse, some of them were still raw and cold. The burgers, both Big Tasty (it definitely wasn't tasty), were carelessly thrown into the packaging and also ice cold. The best thing about this order was the drinks, luckily you couldn't go wrong.

It's been a long time since I've been to McDonald's and I regretted it. The “food” gave me diarrhea and was very unsightly in itself. Nothing with it: the eye eats with it! I'd rather go to the mayor at the ballpark. The burger looks great, tastes 1000 times better and you support a small, regional business. When it comes to service, I really just like the fact that you don't have to talk to anyone anymore. But if you do have a question, you will only be talked down to in an unfriendly and condescending manner. Stress or not, you should still be treated with respect. However, I really like the modern design and the many seating options. Really chic. Maybe McDonalds should do interior design rather than offer food.

Unfortunately, it has now happened twice within a very short space of time that something was missing from the dishes we ordered. Most recently a burger for €7.49. This shouldn't happen regularly and the work processes must be viewed critically and optimized. Because of poor service, the customer should not be “forced” to have to unpack everything at the counter again to check that the order is correct. That can't be McDonald's claim.

The Nordhäuser MC Donalds... has been a permanent institution and a place to go for quick hunger for years... of course, like everywhere else, the quality and customer friendliness varies here too, but overall you can come here without hesitation...

Nach dem Umbau sehr unübersichtlich! Ist allerdings Geschmackssache. Was nicht zu empfehlen ist, der Service welcher mega schlecht ist. Reklamation werden lapidar damit abgetan man könne sich nicht um alles kümmern. Tüten zum mitnehmen sind defekt so dass der Inhalt schon mal auf dem Boden landet. Das Personal schaut nur zu. Danke! Heute wieder einmal versucht. Leider ist 0:26 Uhr hier bei Mc D. Schon der Ofen aus. Obwohl bis 1:00 Uhr etwas zu holen sein soll. Tja das war Versuch 2 und wieder ein Griff ins Klo. Echt nicht mehr zu empfehlen!!!

Mal wieder auf den Weg nach Nordhausen den MC Donalds besucht ,wie immer zufrieden mit dem Service und der Sauberkeit obwohl viel Betrieb war .Das Essen und der Kaffee war alles sehr gut und schnell am Tisch ☺️

Essen war kalt, Pommes labberig und alles andere geschmacklos. Nicht weiter zu empfehlen.

Ich war 2 mal auf der Durchreise hier essen und war zufrieden. Wenn man zu McDonalds geht, weiß man, was man bekommt. Leider gibt es den McCrispy Homestyle nicht mehr. Das ist sehr, sehr schade. Offenbar kann man mit billiger Panade mehr Gewinn machen. Die Panade des neuen Produktes, die ja der Knaller sein soll, überzeugt mich überhaupt nicht. Viel zu hart. Obwohl der Laden jedesmal voll war, habe ich nicht lange auf die Bestellung gewartet. Das einzige Manko des Restaurants ist der Parkplatz. Der ist einfach zu klein für die Größe des Restaurants. Außerdem ist das Ausparken bei den hintersten Parkplätzen schon eine Herausforderung.

Ein sehr moderner McDonald's mit extra Parkplätzen für Abholer. Sehr sauber und sogar mit Tüchern nach dem Händewaschen. 👍🏻

Was soll man sagen... Service gut,schnelles Essen.Sauberkeit mittelmäß.

Das Eis war wie Wasser und hat nach Spülmittel geschmäckt und die Apfeltasche war indrin kalt.

Guter Service, auch wenn der Mcdrive sehr voll war ging es trotzdemsehr zügig.

Also ich muss mal sagen schlechter gehts net wir sind um 1uhr gekommen und haben uns ein nettes Menü bestellt. Wir bekommen zurück (schlechter Service mit schlechter Laune, unhöflich, schlechte pommes alles nur Müll würde mal überlegen neue Mitarbeiter einzustellen:) aber big Mac war gut 👍

Diesmal führte die kulinarische Reise zum goldenen M nach Nordhausen. Da es schon etwas später geworden war, doch die beste Alternative um die Zeit. Die Filiale macht einen guten Ersteindruck. Alles recht modern und es wirkt sauber. Bestellt am Terminal mit Tischservice. Zahlung mit EC Karte. Das Essen war zügig am Tisch und die Bedienung konnte auch deutsch. Geschmacklich war alles wie gewohnt und auch warm. Es gab für uns, 2x Chickenburger, 1x Cheeseburger, 1x Mc Sunday falls so heißt, jedenfalls das kleine Eis mit Schokosauce. 2x Hamburger Royal TS und Curly Fries. Toiletten waren zu der Zeit leider nicht so sauber, weshalb es einen Stern Abzug gibt.
