Freddy Fresh Pizza Erfurt-Nord in Erfurt

Ich finde es traurig ich war immer zufrieden aber das was heute Abend passiert ist, hab ich noch nie erlebt! Ich habe gegen 20:15 eine Bestellung über Lieferando bei Freddy fresh gemacht so wie immer ich habe über 2 Std gewartet und es kam bis jetzt nicht ich habe die Bestellung storniert! Es ging auch keiner mehr ans Telefon. Bin echt sehr enttäuscht.

In meinen Essen waren Haare drinnen, außerdem war der Teig von der Pizza nicht durchgebacken

Kann absolut nicht meckern, wenn ich bestelle dann bei Freddy Fresh, der Käserand ist absolut Legendär. Die Lieferanten sind auch immer Sehr freundlich 😊

Wir haben am 25.05.2026 für über 200 Euro Essen bestellt. Schon beim bestellen haben wir 10 Personen gesagt da fehlt bestimmt was bei der Lieferung! Im Vorfeld noch einen Rückruf bekommen das nicht genügend Knoblauchdip zur Verfügung steht, alternativ Kräuterdip na gut . Nach 1,5 Stunden kommt das Essen der Fahrer wieder schnell weg ! Natürlich fehlt Dressing komplett für alle Salate , Pizza Brötchen fehlen , kein Dankeschön Wein oder eine Cola alles alle laut Fahrer für eine 200 Euro Bestellung. Auf Nachfrage das verschiedene Sachen fehlen labidar die Antwort kann ich jetzt auch nichts machen außer 10 Euro Gutschein Das einer kein Essen hatte und Salat ohne Dressing gegessen werden muss ,nur schweigen . Der Fahrer ist schon wieder unterwegs zu den nächsten 5 Kunden , beim bestellen waren wir aber angeblich die einzigen! Das wir eine Negative Bewertung abgeben war dem Mitarbeiter auch völlig egal ! Wir werden davon absehen je wieder etwas zu bestellen. So bleibt ein Unternehmen im Gespräch in der heutigen Zeit Glückwünsch !

Ich war eigentlich immer ein überzeugter Freddy Fresh Fan, aber es gibt scheinbar auch negativ Beispiele. Diese Filiale hat wirklich keine gute Arbeit geleistet. Es sind zwar Kleinigkeiten, aber wenn ich etwas bestelle, will ich auch das bekommen, was ich bestellt habe. Ich habe eine Pizza Budapest bestellt, bekommen habe ich eine Budapest mit Hähnchen anstatt Kochschinken. Ich habe eine Pizza La Paz bestellt, bekommen habe ich eine La Paz ohne Dill und mit Sau Wenig Soße? Dann noch einen Knoblauchdip, der am Ende ein House Dip war. Alles in allem, wie gesagt, Kleinigkeiten die sich aber leider, zu einer insgesamt schlechten Bestellung summiert haben. Keine gute Leistung.

Leider kann ich den Laden überhaupt nicht empfehlen. Wir haben anderthalb Stunden auf unser Essen gewartet. Als die Lieferung endlich kam, haben vier bestellte Sachen gefehlt. Fehler können passieren – aber wie danach damit umgegangen wurde, war für mich das eigentliche Problem. Bei unserer Reklamation wurde uns sinngemäß gesagt, man könne dafür ja nichts und wir müssten warten, bis man irgendwann Zeit für eine Nachlieferung hat. Es wurde also weder Verantwortung übernommen noch eine schnelle Lösung angeboten, stattdessen hieß es, es sei nicht ihre Schuld. Am Ende haben wir keine Nachlieferung mehr bekommen. Besonders ärgerlich und schwer nachvollziehbar ist das für mich, weil wir nach Auskunft sogar die einzige Bestellung in dem Moment waren. Unter diesen Umständen wäre das Mindeste gewesen, sich zu entschuldigen, das Problem ernst zu nehmen und eine zeitnahe Nachlieferung oder zumindest eine faire Entschädigung anzubieten. So bleibt bei uns nur der Eindruck von: extrem langer Wartezeit, unvollständiger Lieferung und einem sehr schlechten Umgang mit Reklamationen. Für mich ist das in dieser Form absolut nicht akzeptabel, und ich werde dort nicht mehr bestellen.

Das war das allerletzte Mal!! Ich wollte dem Ganzen noch am eine Chance geben. Tja, kläglich versagt. Ca 1,5 dünnste Scheibchen Salami pro Stück wären für eine normale Salami Pizza schon ein Witz. Für eine Palermo ist grenzt das schon an kriminelle Verarsche! Wenn die einzige Zutat (neben soße und Käse) kaum erkennbar ist, dann läuft was sehr falsch. Beim letzten Mal waren es bei der Hot dog Pizza die wiener würstchen Scheiben. Trotz zusätzlichem extra Wunsch (immerhin 2eur Aufpreis) hätte ich mir damit nichtmal ne halbe wiener zusammenbasteln können. Jede TK Pizza hat mehr Belag! Aber gut, Freddy will sich selbst scheinbar in die Bedeutungslosigkeit schippern. Bitteschön. So schafft ihr es

Alles perfekt. Pizza kam pünktlich und ist sehr gut belegt. Hatten diesmal Pizza Kapstadt, nur zu empfehlen Sehr gerne wieder

Das Essen ist lecker und macht süchtig. Die Lieferanten sind super coole Leute. Falls mal was ist, bspw. falls was aus, kaputt oder verloren gegangen ist, (war bisher nur zwei Mal in den letzten Jahren so) finden die Leute immer eine gute Lösung und stimmen sich mit einem ab, bspw. gibt es teilweise Rückerstattungen via Gutscheine, Ersatz für die Produkte, o.ä. Hab in den letzten Jahren bestimmt um die 30 Mal insgesamt dort bestellt, kann aber keine Aussage zur Abholung oder Essen vor Ort treffen. Lieferung dauert von Bestellung bis Ankunft abhängig von den Stoßzeiten 30-90 Minuten, meist jedoch in der Range um 40-60 Minuten bis zum Stadtrand. Die angezeigte Restzeit in der Statusanzeige (vor allem während der Zubereitungszeit) ist, zumindest bei mir, nicht wirklich genau, meist dauert es etwas länger als angegeben.

Trecks service, haben mich bei 16:30 essen bestellen lassen haben gesagt es soll zwischen 17:40 - 18:04 ankommen nur damit ich mich übern support erfragen musste warum mein essen nicht ankommt damit die mir sagt ja ihre produkte gabs nicht und stonierte mir damit die bestellung erstmal 2std komplett gewasted anstatt eifach es gleich zu stonieren vor allen hätte sich das team selber nicht gemeldt zu wann mein essen hätte ankommen sollen

Habe heute nach längerer Zeit mal wieder etwas bestellt. Montag 3 Pizzen, nach 90 min immer noch nicht da. Also rief ich mal an und wollte nach fragen. Es ging nach 4 Anrufe immer noch niemand ans Telefon. Wen die so arbeiten, gehen die bald Pleite. War das letzte Mal dort.

Essen ist gut, wenn man es bekommt. So sinnlos! Haben versucht mich um 20 Euro zu bringen. Per Paypal! Gestern Essen bestellt und das wurde 15 min später einfach storniert. Erklärung: kein Fahrer mehr verfügbar - ok, bin einsichtig und hab gefragt, wann denn dann mein Geld zurück kommt - spätestens nächsten Tag. Habe heute sogar telefonisch angeboten, dass man mir die Bestellung einfach HEUTE liefert. Chef würde mich zurückrufen. Ok, ne Stunde gewartet und versucht, erneut anzurufen. Wurde zweimal einfach weggedrückt. Was hat man erwartet? Jetzt gibt es eine schlechte Bewertung. Ein Stern ist noch zu viel für den Service bzw. als Gesamtwertung. Hab mir das Geld bei Paypal natürlich zurückgeholt. War meine letzte Bestellung dort. Danke für diesen sinnlosen Versuch, mir 20!!!! Euronen zu stehlen. Es ging um 20 Euro!!!!!! Und ich war freundlich und sogar offen für Lösungen.

Das Essen ist sehr gut, aber leider sind wir aus dem Liefergebiet gestrichen worden (99090 Erfurt-Salomonsborn) und mussten deshalb abholen. Wir würden uns sehr freuen, wenn ihr wieder zu uns liefert (geben auch immer Trinkgeld ;-)

Essen hat mich garnicht überzeugt. Pizza war sehr trocken und hat nicht sonderlich gut geschmeckt. Satt gemacht hat sie aber. Fahrer war sehr nett und pünktlich.

Essen wie immer lecker, aber Lieferzeiten unterirdisch! Geschlagene 95min gewartet, laut Mail UND APP nur 45min Lieferzeit. Fahrer extrem unfreundlich und patzig, am Telefon ziemlich hilflos. Wir bestellen eigentlich gern dort aber wenn das so weitergeht bleibt es halt

Sehr zügige Lieferung. Freundlich und Kundenorientiert. Die Speisen sind lecker und heiss.

Achtung. Lieber Finger weg. Die Qualität hat massiv nachgelassen. Freddy Fresh hatte ursprünglichen ein gutes Niveau, aber davon ist nichts übrig. Unsere beiden Pizzas haben absolut nicht geschmeckt. Der Großteil ist traurigerweiße im Müll gelandet. Schade, dass man sein Geld nicht einfach zurückbekommen kann. Ergänzung zum Thema Ambiente: Das eine Filiale die hauptsächlich auf Lieferung ausgelegt ist, nicht Einladend, wie ein Restaurant ist, ist klar. Aber in der Filiale in der Magdeburger Allee sieht es heruntergekommen und kurz vor Schließung aus.

Wir haben heute etwas mehr als eine Stunde gewartet, das war uns etwas zu lang, deswegen "nur" 4 Sterne. Das Essen war aber super lecker und der Fahrer total freundlich! Wir haben jetzt nach 6 Jahren mal wieder bestellt und waren echt begeistert vom Geschmack😍

Drei Stunden mussten wir auf unser Essen warten. Für die Leute, die denken, es war eine große Bestellung... Nein, nur ein Burger und zwei Snacks. Nach mehrmaligem Anrufen, kam das Essen nach drei Stunden und war auch noch kalt.

Bestellung hat zu lange gedauert. Sie wurde wahrscheinlich gleich zubereitet und dann ewig stehen gelassen bis zur Lieferung. Dementsprechend kalt war sie und vom Belag garnicht zu sprechen. Sehr enttäuschend, wenn man Hunger hat!

Achtung Finger weg!!!! Zwingen die Leute mehr Geld auszugeben, indem man die Medium Pizzen rausgenommen hat. Jeder andere Store fürt diese weiter. Als Aussage dafür bekommt man nur das man doch mehr Geld ausgeben kann. Ich werde nie wieder bestellen an diesem Standort.

Also ich muss sagen, dass mein Essen wirklich schnell und pünktlich ankam, allerdings wurde mir der falsche Burger geliefer.. Außerdem wurde eine Soße, die ich mitbestellt hatte komplett vergessen..

Festtagspizza kann man bestens empfehlen!

We ordered two pizzas online with extra requests. They were delivered quickly. Everything we wanted was on the pizzas. The salami was absolutely delicious and nicely seasoned. We will definitely order from them again.

The food is completely tasteless. The burger tastes like rubber, and the prices are like those of a luxury restaurant.

We've always been very satisfied, but today we had to wait over two hours for our pizza, and when it finally arrived, everything was soggy and the pizza was only lukewarm. It's a shame, we were disappointed today 😞 4 stars because we've been satisfied with other orders.

We tried to order by phone, but no one answered. Their other provider doesn't offer any specials and doesn't even deliver to the area where we live, even though it's only a few kilometers away. Very poor service... No words.

The Burger Fresh Bacon comes without bacon, but with three slices of salami instead. The American Meatball Pizza also comes without bacon. The meatballs were cut in half, so you only get half the amount on the pizza. But of course, everything is full price. Delivery was prompt, and the driver was friendly.

Absolutely unacceptable. A two-hour delivery time is unacceptable. The delivery arrived cold. The toppings on the pizza were also off. There were coupons attached that had already expired a week ago... There's a lot of room for improvement.

We don't know what was going on, delivering such bad food for so much money. Both cheese(!)burgers were missing cheese and there was no trace of any other toppings. Oh wait, there were two tomato slices. One of the burgers was simply raw inside! How do you manage that with such thin patties? The pizzas weren't cooked properly. The gyro pizza had three shredded gyros on it. The only thing that was okay were the cheese stars, which luckily you can buy ready-made so you can't go wrong. 💁‍♀️ To be fair, the order was delivered quickly.

We waited almost two hours for delivery (they stated it would take about 30 minutes). They didn't say a word about it... My pesto pizza, unfortunately, didn't have any pesto. The pizzas were also only lukewarm... Without a code, the pizzas are incredibly expensive for such a cheap chain... and the toppings were really sparse. Next time, we'll use a different delivery person 🤷🏼‍♀️

Ordered and confirmation came straight from the system. Of course, this only makes you believe that the order is already being prepared. After 1.5 hours the status has not changed. I also decided to finally order from Freddy Fresh again after years and was disappointed in the first few minutes after ordering. Sometimes the system begins to lie to you about how long your order actually takes. Well, okay, I'm not the only customer on the delivery route. Then the delivery person arrives, sees that you are a person with a visual impairment (blindness) and perhaps immediately sees that as a possibility. There wasn't even an apology, just a snappy "It could happen, my God!". No, if only he had supported me in the next disappointment. Arrived at the top of the apartment, opened the pizza box and lo and behold. Pizza totally baked by the sun. I know that Freddy Fresh, like other system pizza bakers, likes to use conveyor pizza ovens. But please set them up correctly if you are already using pizza pans to bake them. In any case, the Vienna pizza we ordered was totally cold, probably due to incorrect transport at the current outside temperature of -5°C. Justifiable, but still crap. Especially if the taste is not convincing, pour the Hollandaise sauce very sparingly on top. Not to mention the vegetables themselves. The peppers tasted sour, they had been stored for too long at the wrong temperature and the broccoli was typical frozen food from the wholesale market. Tasteless, like the schnitzel itself. Also Lully. Basic pizza with cheese and tomato sauce, along with the dough itself, the tomato sauce tasted like water mixed together with sand and red color. The dough like rubber. In terms of taste, I could eat a packet of it! It doesn't matter if I only paid 20 euros as a double pack for lunch. I forbid such pods, but if you look at the reviews from other customers over the last few months. You don't really need to be surprised, you just never wanted to hope. Being one of those disappointed consumers yourself. In conclusion, you at Freddy Fresh can save your ready-made answers from first-level customer service and try to offer me something else. 20 euros in the bucket and an experience richer. Never again Freddy Fresh, thanks for nothing!

Food was delicious and the driver was really friendly!

After not ordering for four years, we gave it another chance. So I have no idea who works there, but they can't do anything. There is no lettuce on the kebab pizza, the burger is dry, no sauce and the cheese isn't even melted. Casserole pizza doesn't taste even remotely like what it's supposed to taste like, 5 noodles on it and that's it. My husband had already ordered a month ago and only had onions and noodles on his kebab pizza. So people really. Shame on you. It won't get any cheaper and then selling such junk is just a disgrace. At least the driver was nice this time. 4 years ago: We have ordered from FF again for a long time. We were actually looking forward to it. End of the story: we won't be ordering any more anytime soon. The driver is late and is arrogant and condescending. The pizza box didn't bode well. The lid was pressed onto the pizza (half the lid stuck to it despite the spacer) and the cardboard base was completely sloppy. The whole pizza looked more like an accident, totally disgusting. I had a Pizza Ariana (Pizza Accident)... you couldn't see anything except cheese and 1kg of hollondaise. Taking slices of pizza - impossible... Everything fell apart, the dough stuck to the bottom, the asparagus was sour and actually it was just hollondaise with cheese, but no pizza... My husband had 2 burgers... They didn't deserve the name either. The boxes were full of sauce, the contents were half off and the taste was more than disappointing. Price-performance = grade 6... For the money you get a pizza from an Italian restaurant and burgers from decent burger shops with good quality. Shame on you!

Half of our order didn't arrive, when we asked we said: "We'll bring it to you." When we asked again after 1 hour, we were told we would get a credit and it would no longer be delivered. So never again. Pizza was cold and very thinly topped. the dough like rubber. We wanted the burger without onions, but we were told there were onions on it. We won't be ordering there anymore. The price is no longer worth it.

Over 2 hours delivery time... that's not possible

The pizza dough was really disgusting. Like rubber and smelled funny, kind of chemical, who knows what kind of finished product it was. Messed up the whole pizza. 28 euros for 2 pizzas is already hard, then it should at least taste good. At least the delivery was quick, but no update in the app. Would have liked to have a look so I could go downstairs so the baby wouldn't be woken up. With everything being eaten, it's no wonder that it was there after just under 20 minutes.

The pizzas are simply amazing. Super well topped, delivered fresh from the oven. And sometimes delivered super quickly. Keep it up.😍🍕🍔🥗

Never again. Ordered online, confirmation came very quickly and the delivery time was given as approx. 1 hour. We paid 60 euros for the order. After waiting for almost 2 hours, we didn't even get lukewarm pizzas. And instead of apologizing for the long delivery time, the driver only gave a tired grin and a shrug of his shoulders. Sorry, but we have no understanding for such poor service. It's not like there aren't any other delivery services in Erfurt that have to or want to look after customers.

Somehow that was nothing. We came as a small group. After I ordered, it took almost 10 minutes before the others in the group could also order. Without anyone speaking to us. Card payment was not possible. The pizza was okay, but nothing more.

The Burning Man burger tasted really good, I used double beef and double jalapenos. The burger was probably not quite as warm due to the weather, but a few seconds in the microwave fixed this problem.

Wir haben vergangenen Samstag bestellt. Erstmal war der Bestellprozess sehr kompliziert, nach mehreren Anläufen hat es endlich funktioniert. Ein Freund mit dem ich Pizza bestellt habe, kannte die Pizzakette aus den USA und war sehr begeistert, also habe ich mich überreden lassen dort essen zu bestellen. Die Pizzen die wir geliefert bekommen haben waren unvorstellbar furchtbar. Die Temperatur war schon absolut kalt. Gleichzeitig waren die Pizzen dunkelbraun bis schwarz. Die Konsistenz gummiartig. Für 15 Euro pro Pizza ist das eine absolute Frechheit!! Nie wieder.

Der Laden kann nicht gut sein. Die können nicht mal verstehend lesen. Auf meinem Briefkasten ist ein Aufkleber „keine Werbung“, trotzdem laden gleich zwei Prospekte drin! Was soll das? Auf meine Beschwerde per Mail wurde zwar mit einer Antwort reagiert, aber die Mail wurde nicht ganz gelesen (anscheinend kann es doch einer dort) und nicht wie in der Antwort umgesetzt. Nach drei Wochen hatte ich wieder unerwünschte Werbung, diesmal nur einen 🤪. Mal sehen wie die Zentrale regiert.

Einfach nur schlecht Pizzabrötchen sind nicht durch, eine Pizza hat fast keinen Belag und die andere schmeckt einfach nur salzig. Heute war das erste Mal das ich eine Pizza in den Müll geworfen habe. Einfach nur erbärmlich der Laden!

Schnelle Lieferung, lecker und reichlich belegt

Schnell und lecker. Tolles Burger! Ich denke, es ist der beste Burger in Erfurt. Pizzas sind auch gut. Manchmal liefert ein Kurier bis zu Ihrer Etage (danke!😄) Die Preise sind etwas höher als der durchschnittliche Burgerpreis, aber die Qualität der Burger ist auch gut! Es lohnt sich🙂

Also ich habe 2 Pizza Budapest bestellt. Die Pizzen war noch halb roh. Von der Sauce Hollandaise war nichts zu schmecken. Alles im allen haben die Pizzen auch nach nix geschmeckt. Wir sind völlig enttäuscht und bestellen nie wieder.

Das Essen ist lecker, keine Frage. Dennoch warte ich jetzt fast 2 Stunden auf meine Bestellung, seit einer halben Stunde steht da das die Lieferung jeden Moment eintreffen wird und als ich angerufen habe und nachfragte was da los ist, wurde ich super unfreundlich abgeschoben am Telefon, dass das nicht stimmt, Man dankt für meine Geduld von der überhaupt keine Sprache war und es wird einfach aufgelegt. Nochmal bestellen werde ich denke nicht, wenn ich so lange warten muss bzw. so unfreundlich behandelt werde.

Von der Bestellung bis zur Lieferung alles super, besser geht nicht!!!

Entriamo nel locale in 4 adulti e due bimbe di un anno e mezzo e tre e mezzo. Ordiniamo paghiamo. Ci vengono date subito le bevande. Aspettiamo aspettiamo aspettiamo..siamo entrati alle 14 e siamo usciti dopo due ore circa. Sollecitiamo le pizze..niente..ci accorgiamo che nel frattempo preparavano gli scatoloni per le consegne e li riempivano..un addetto usciva..sollecitiamo aspettiamo..nel frattempo le bimbe, soprattutto la piccola, visibilmente stanche ed affamate, iniziano a far confusione. Arriva una signora, si siede, ordina e mangia..(sicuramente conoscente o comunque tedesca). Sollecitiamo nuovamente e la ragazza: si si ..aspettate..il proprietario: si si... non voglio andare oltre..sconsigliato all'ennesima potenza

Sehr leckere Pizza + Salat, alles stand zur Abholung pünktlich parat, Geschäft sauber und gut organisiert, freundlicher Mitarbeiter.

Es ist einfach unfassbar bei der Bestellung Stande da 45 min!!! Wir haben jetzt einfach Mal eine Stunde und fünfundvierzig Minuten gewartet 😡😡😡😡

Preis Leistung ist echt schlecht ein Viertel vom Preis währe angemessen für diese "Burger"
