Crazy Pizza Home & Lieferservice Erfurt in Erfurt

Wir haben nun wirklich wöchentlich, bis zu 3 mal in der Woche bestellt. Was hier aber abgeht, das ist wirklich absolut unverschämt. Nicht nur, dass egal wie oft man fein säuberlich über den Webshop den Namen und Adresse aufschreibt und sie es trotzdem nicht finden, weil ihr System irgendwas altes scheinbar einfach einträgt. Nein, man wird auch noch als herzlos betitelt, weil man nicht noch mehr Trinkgeld gibt. Also bitte, was geht bei euch eigentlich ab. Beschweren können sie sich super, wenn man aber zum Beispiel 10 mal erklärt, dass der Webshop irgendwo die Daten verdreht, das wird dann wieder ignoriert.( Wo es im übrigen mehrere Webshops gibt, was auch nochmal zur Verwirrung führt). Alles in Allem habt ihr mit dieser dämlichen Aussage Stammkundschaft verjagt. Aber was soll's, ihr findet sicherlich weitere Leute, die ihr so betiteln könnt. Viel Erfolg.

Servus und guten Abend Essen Kamm sehr heiß und pünktlich an das doch mal was feines. Leider war die Pizza zusammen gedruckt und matschig so das wir denn Belag ab kratzen druften . Leider war auch der Wunsch nach einer anderen Zutat nicht berücksichtigt wurden . Der Auflauf der dazu bestellt wurde ist geschrumpft von dem werd ich nicht satt Wo bekomm ich jetzt noch was her. Für denn Preis nur noch 1/4 des Inhaltes von vor 1 Jahr. Sowie die Soße wird einfach extra geliefert damit ich sie mir selber rein rühren kann das fetzt. Klar haben ja nicht viel Zeit und zuviel Geld man brauch ja keine Kunden mehr Heutzutage. Egal ich mach mir mal noch ein Wurst Brot denn satt wird man hier leider nicht. Müsst ihr Wissen. Tschau

Wir hatten 5 Party-Pizzen bestellt. War pünktlich zur Abholung fertig, hat super geschmeckt und war zudem noch günstig.

Bestelle wirklich gerne bei Crazy Pizza und das seit Jahren, aber ich muss sagen das die Fahrer immer schlimmer und unhöflicher werden. Erstmal totale Überforderung die Wohnung zu finden und dann diskutiert er noch frech rum es gehört nicht zu seinem Job das Essen bis zur Tür zu bringen. Sowas erlebe ich bei keinem anderen Lieferservice. Essen nach wie vor sehr lecker.

Gestern vier Pizzen und einen Burger bestellt.Alles sehr lecker und vor allem heiß.Der Fahrer war auch sehr nett und auf die Minute genau da. Wir werden wieder bestellen...

Man kann einmal die ganze Karte essen.

Gutes Essen, schnell geliefert. Schade war der sehr unfreundliche Pizzabote scheinbar ohne Sprachkenntnisse.

Essen kalt und Pfad. Getränke vergessen und dann noch diskutieren das ich die Getränke nicht zahle. Echt ein witz. Fahrer jammert rum das er sie trotzdem bei seinem Chef bezahlen muss. Toller Chef würde ich sagen. Aber nicht mein Problem

Weil wir in der Nähe wohnen und schnell selbst abholen können, haben wir in letzter Zeit sehr häufig bestellt. Sowohl die Burger, als auch Currys, Salate und natürlich die Pizzen- alles hat uns bisher super geschmeckt! Durch die große Auswahl wird es nie langweilig. Und obwohl gerade am Wochenende sehr viel los ist, dauert es oft nur eine viertel Stunde bis alles fertig ist. Wirklich eine große Empfehlung!

Leider ist die Qualität immer schlechter geworden. Die Pizzen verbrennen immer und die Vegieburger schmecken einfach nur nach Fett. Wir haben hier wegen der angebotenen Speisen gern bestellt, da für jeden etwas dabei war. Ab jetzt bestellen wir hier nicht mehr.

Ich möchte mich hier auch nochmal bedanken, dass ihr es möglich gemacht habt, auch bis nach Walschleben zu liefern. Vom Rückruf bis zur Lieferung hat alles perfekt geklappt. Auch zeitlich habt ihr sehr pünktlich geliefert (Ziel: 19.30 Uhr --> geliefert 19.28 Uhr). Geschmeckt hat es den Gäste auch. Also alles rundum perfekt! Ich bin enttäuscht laut App konnten wir bestellen. Aber dann doch nicht danke fürs Geld einkassieren wo wir jetzt hinterher sind es wieder zu bekommen.

Honestly, I didn't really want to write a review, but I hope you improve the quality of your food. I ordered a large pizza and two portions of rice for €42.50 – the price is really high for this quality. The rice had absolutely no flavor, as if it had just been boiled in water, and the pizza wasn't good either. In the end, I unfortunately had to throw the food away.

Absolutely disgusting! The pizza was disgusting, the burger was inedible and came with a completely wilted lettuce leaf, and the fries were tasteless! It's a shame I can't attach a picture! That was the plan, and it should speak for itself!

I ordered two pizzas over the phone. I specifically requested hollandaise sauce, but there was no sign of it. The pizza was also lukewarm and dry. The delivery driver arrived 15 minutes late and was extremely rude. Payment wasn't agreed upon. When I said I could only pay by card, the delivery driver became angry and demanded cash, citing a 10% surcharge on my bill. Another delivery driver ordered with a card reader, and they demanded a new, higher bill. They were also extremely rude and angry. I don't recommend this place; you can order good pizza elsewhere in Erfurt.

We had it delivered, and the driver was the rudest we've ever experienced. Such disrespectful behavior is unacceptable. I request that the driver be trained or fired. What I can't complain about was the food. It was truly delicious.

I ordered food through Lieferando and I live a bit away. The delivery was super quick and the food was incredibly delicious. The delivery person was super nice and I can only recommend it. Thank you very much.

The food was delicious. Large portions, even for children. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The decor is also nice, even if it's a bit cramped. One star deducted because the phone is so loud that you can't hear yourself as soon as it rings. If it were at a normal volume, it would be a cozy atmosphere where you could sit a little longer.

Stable snack pizza with good price-performance

We ordered two party pizzas, which were apparently accidentally dropped (see pictures). So I called and they sent two new ones and apologized. Therefore, 5 stars, and we will continue to be loyal customers. Thank you for the quick and uncomplicated solution.

There are 5 of us. I'll rate each one individually. Pizza 1 - ✴️✴️✴️✴️✴️ Pizza 2 - ✴️✴️✴️✴️✴️ Pasta - ✴️✴️✴️ Youngster Burger ✴️✴️✴️✴️✴️ Hot Chili Burger ✴️ The pizzas were all rated as good. The pasta was OK, but the sauce was a bit too strong. The youngster burger was rated as really good. I had the hot chili burger, which was anything but hot. The sauce tasted vaguely like letcho, and two jalapeno slices were straying onto it. All in all, it was the second-worst burger I've ever ordered via delivery. What also bothered me was the "service charge" on the bill. It's only €0.99, but it puts me off the desire to tip. Without the service charge, I would have tipped a lot more.

It's simply the pizza you need.

Definitely not the pizza. We ordered from the company today and the salami pizza had what felt like 5 slices of salami and about 1 cm thick of cheese on top. She was dripping with grease. And it only tasted like chewy cheese. However, the dough was very tasty.

I used to ignore how recklessly the delivery drivers from this pizzeria drive, but today was the last straw. One of them nearly caused an accident at a crossroads—he jumped across without looking and almost hit me while I was driving on my lane. This kind of behavior is dangerous and unacceptable.

Whenever I want to eat a delicious pizza, I go here to get one. The pizzas are all very tasty and rich in toppings. The self-collection discount is also very useful if you live nearby. The staff is also super nice. I haven't been able to find a dish here that I didn't like :)

Crazy Pizza just proved again how awesome they are. I've been ordering the large Cili Cheese Burger for a long time, and even Burger King can do that. It's rare to get such a delicious smoke flavor on the table. The food is always delivered quickly and you can expect friendly staff. 5* no question. See you next time :)

It was my third time eating there. So I'm more than every time fed up. The pizzas stuff well and have the ingredients tasted good so far. Priced towards a restaurant. Still, I think it's worth it. Treat yourself to a great pizza and enjoy.

Today we had an amazing experience at Crazy Pizza! The hospitality from the owner was outstanding, making us feel so welcome and appreciated. We ordered the Vegetable Pizza and Rigatoni Spinat, and both were absolutely delicious! The flavors were fresh and perfectly balanced—you can tell the effort and passion that go into their dishes. It was also a pleasure speaking with the owner, whose warmth and dedication really made our visit special. Highly recommend Crazy Pizza for anyone looking for fantastic food and a great atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back soon!

Actually 0 stars! We had ordered pizza for 6 people on the occasion of a birthday, especially at 4 p.m. so that delivery could be guaranteed by 6 p.m. However, we were "forgotten" so we had to deliver at 6:20 p.m. and the pizza didn't arrive until around 7:15 p.m. I would have been happy if there had been at least a little apology Goddy there. But nothing there.....sad....and therefore not recommended!

Price-performance is simply right here. The pizza is really delicious (not Italian) and the Indian dishes are also highly recommended. Ordering and collection never takes longer than 20 minutes. I can only recommend the store.

Pizza dough tastes like water and flour. So like nothing! Worst dough I've ever eaten. Far from crispy - like warmed up bams.

Unfortunately I fell for this store again. The last 2 orders were only better frozen pizzas. Ordered again today at 7:00 p.m. for 8:15 p.m. because we were still on the road and wanted to eat at 8:15 p.m. At 7:30 p.m. the driver rings the bell and is in a huge hurry and when I ask why he is there 45 minutes earlier he just avoids it without looking at me. Because he knew exactly what was going on. We don't even talk about eating; hunger drives it in.

The outdoor area is well done and those who collect themselves get a 20% discount

Pizza cheap and just doesn't taste like a pizza should taste. What's even worse: the delivery cars show zero consideration, one of them cut off a woman with a stroller the day before, blocking the street to chat with each other... but as long as in Germany people pay more attention to the price than to quality and taste, it will Stop loading.

Rarely have I had such a good pizza. It took a while because of the Germany game, but it was definitely worth the wait. Keep it up.

There were a few problems with my online order, but the staff solved them very friendly and accommodated me. Unfortunately when I got home I was very disappointed when I opened the box. The Pizza Crazy was only sparsely topped and the sauces (except tomato sauce) were completely missing. Cucumbers and sausages were also used sparingly. That's a shame because the pizza wasn't exactly cheap either. There was also a lot less toppings on the large pizza than on the small one. It's a shame, I was otherwise actually satisfied, but I'll think twice about my next visit.

For the second time, the order simply wasn't delivered (supposedly the bell couldn't be found, the contact details were all wrong, then suddenly it was due to a service provider that was supposed to have been ordered through, even though it was ordered directly from Crazy P....).

Very friendly staff were happy to help us with advice and recommendations in choosing a delicious pizza and a highly recommended lamb dish. We ate on the terrace when the weather was nice. The surroundings are not very nice, but okay for a short break.

One of the few delivery services in Erfurt that still deliver their food in proper containers and not in cardboard 🙏 This means the food is always nice and hot. We are always very satisfied and no matter whether pizza, burgers or pasta, everything tastes delicious.

We order there regularly. We usually pick it up ourselves because we live right around the corner. Also, since I pick it up myself and pay in cash, you save another 20%, so the price-performance ratio is great! I've never received anything wrong either.

Food: 1/5 stars The burger I ordered had no flavor whatsoever, it was lukewarm and had a questionably soft texture. When I say he has no taste, I mean it literally. Neither the patty nor the sauce, not even the bun tasted like anything. The fries that came with it were far too salty, so much so that you no longer felt hungry after only 1/3 of the portion. Service: 1/5 stars I specifically stated that I wanted a special sauce with the fries and a drink. Neither was included. I won't order there again.

I tried to order on my cell phone and was answered with a “Are you kidding me?”

Our pizzas and 2 x ham arrived after about 35 minutes, but we only live 2 streets away. The pizzas came hot and made a good first impression. The delivery person wasn't quite as friendly, but that wasn't the problem. Both pizzas were far too greasy, dripping and consisted almost entirely of cheese. After 2 pieces it was over, which was a shame - especially given the price. We'll probably order from Domino's again next time. Edit 2 years later: I've now placed 2 more orders. The last one was surprisingly good, service was ok, pizza and burgers were good to eat. We didn't wait forever or anything. Ordered again today, curry OK, burger apparently too. The taste was different, but not bad at all - so I ate the burger first. But something was different... 4 hours later I'm lying in front of the toilet with severe stomach cramps, nausea like never before and almost vomiting. The only possible trigger is food, I know what food poisoning feels like. That will be the last time we order there. Literally sickening, what a shame.

Essen soweit okay. Service unterirdisch schlecht. Lieferant war dermaßen unfreundlich und unverständlich! Ich habe online angegeben dass ich mit Karte zahlen will und sie wollten das Geld Baar haben (das ist jetzt zum 2. Mal passiert)
