Smile Bernies in Erfurt

I ordered an XL beef burger and a portion of mozzarella sticks at 10 p.m. on Wednesday. Was there before the stated time. Food was good, it was warm as it should be and the only criticism was the number of mozzarella sticks, otherwise satisfied.

This place do not exist, I ordered food last night and still waiting 😅

It's really a shame that we ordered at 12:30 a.m. and it was said that it would arrive at 1:27 a.m. but it never arrived, no one answered the phone even after several calls, never again even after the reviews that I unfortunately only read afterwards I have a bad one Red feeling.

I ordered 2 burger menus, I didn't receive any drinks that should have been in those menus and additional drinks that were ordered, the portion of fries was probably made from leftovers, I don't recommend it

Ordered via Lieferando on Sunday, February 18th, 2024 at 7:26 p.m. ---> delivered around 8:05 p.m. TOP !!! - 1x Palak Paneer with naan (delicious) and 1x Bartha with rice - based on the reviews from other customers, our expectations were honestly very low and we expected the worst ;-) But everything came as you would expect from a delivery service. Ordered -> approx. 40 min delivery time -> everything that was ordered came and tasted very good to us!!! So I can highly recommend this shop, especially the vegetarian dishes: Palak Paneer with naan and Bartha with rice, simply delicious. The portions are really sufficient and we put some in the fridge which we ate a day later (still delicious). There was a piece of kitchen paper in the plastic bag on the floor, so that even if the food spilled over (no wonder on the streets of Erfurt :-)) it was caught --->TOP!!! I thought it was good. I'm generally pleasantly surprised. Keep it up, Smile Bernies!

Lamb ok, rice good, sauce too. The fact that this burnt wrap is sold as naan bread is a disgrace. The man was nice. The food came on time and communication could be improved.

Food was there after 25 minutes and was delicious, would happily come again

The store is disgusting, there are mice running around, people sleep in the store, some people wear the same clothes for 3 days. There's no sign of hygiene. Washing water isn't changed. It's in the bucket for 2 days. Disgusting to the power of 3!!! A lot of debt!!! !

Dear people, unfortunately I have to get rid of this now. We (myself and my girlfriend) ordered there late in the evening yesterday and didn't have any great expectations. But what was actually delivered was an absolute disgrace!! There were 2 burgers and 2 Coca-Cola cans. Coca Cola didn't exist after all and they delivered a Sprite and a Fanta, well you can still accept it somehow... But the burgers were a complete disaster!! Once upon a time there were the xl classic beef burger and the double chili cheese. The classic was for my girlfriend and was covered in jalapenos, which is absolutely not okay as she can't tolerate spicy food. Of course they were missing on the double chili... In addition, both burger buns were burnt. And as if that wasn't enough of a defect, the meat was also different for both citizens, the double chili cheese had meat that tasted somewhat like beef, but the classic XL definitely had something different, which became clear after repeated comparisons. You would actually have to send the meat to the laboratory because that is absolutely not okay, and you would have to get the health authorities involved! After this more than bitter disappointment, I of course called them and complained. At first there was a lot of discussion and no one believed me, then he told me something about how he usually gets the meat from the metro and this time from Lidl. Sry, but why do I care? The next day he offered to deliver new burgers to my house, which I clearly refused. Of course I insisted on money and at some point he said that he had enough money and since he was from India he wasn't that type of person either. I didn't care, I just wanted my money and he promised to cancel, which is the very least! Unfortunately, half of the food ended up in the trash, but it was unbearable. I would like to expressly warn other people about this store because it wasn't the first time but this time it was definitely too much..

Ordered food from here via über eats. They sent me instead of cheese pakora sent me a few meat pakoras. I am a vegetarian and this really hurt religious sentiments and also my dietary choice. There were 2/3 pieces of cheese pakora and rest were all meat pakora. Packed food was also all running out of the package!! Horrible

Food was okay, delivery time was also okay for the time, price for size is acceptable but not that great either. What was very negative was that they delivered me the wrong drinks and I was missing one apple spritzer. Too bad

What we got tasted good. But both of our dishes were supposed to come with rice and naan bread. We didn't get the naan bread. I also received the wrong salad and didn't get any dressing as advertised. We spent quite a lot of money on it and were very disappointed

This is huge. I never expected this kind of service in Germany 👌 We are traveling from Berlin to Munich and wanted to have some food as the bistro on the train isn't operating. So I ordered some food to be delivered to Erfurt HBF pt. 1. We were skeptical if they would accept delivery or not, but surprise, surprise, they did. They waited at platform 1 for almost 25 minutes to have the food delivered. My German colleagues were surprised by this kind of service. Kudos to the whole restaurant for their service.

Für so viel Geld so schlechtes und halb ausgelaufenes essen… Wahnsinn. Das nächstes mal dann lieber paar Euro mehr und woanders bestellen. Lieferung hat 1h 15 min gedauert.

Haben Essen an einem Freitag Abend über Lieferando bestellt. Wir haben 20:15 als Lieferzeitpunkt angegeben und 20:20 Uhr war die Lieferung da und auch vollständig Das fande ich echt super, habe ich bei anderen Restaurants schon anderes erlebt, vor allem an einem Freitag. Die Pizza mit dem indischen Curry kann ich sehr empfehlen. Die Schärfe war bei dieser gut abgestimmt und ist auch für schärfeempfindliche Menschen geeignet. Generell waren die bestellen Pizzas sehr lecker und gut belegt. Auch die Snackbox war super. Vor allem hatte diese mehr Inhalt als bei Freddy Fresh. Die Pommes waren echt lecker, obwohl ich kein Pommesfan bin. Der bestellte Double Burger war ganz okay für einen bestellten Burger. Man sollte natürlich nie zu viel erwarten :D Von mir ganz klare Empfehlung, es mal auszuprobieren! Pech kann man immer mal haben...

Leckeres indisches Essen. Haben sogar gratis Naan dazu bekommen. Absolute Empfehlung!

Abzocke! Jedes Mal, wenn ich eine Pizza vor Ort kaufe, werden mir statt 9,90€ 10€ berechnet! DAS ist ja noch okay... heute war ich da, er hatte nicht alle Zutaten für meine Pizza, war okay, aber dann wollte er von mir 12€, für eine Pizza, die laut Karte 9,90€ kostet, auf lieferando sogar nur 8,90€

Nach mehrmaligen bestellen über Lieferando immer leckeres indisches Essen erhalten. Die Portionsgröße, Temperatur der Speisen, so wie die Lieferzeit waren immer gut. Niemand musste Hungerleiden :) Daher werde ich auch in Zukunft hier bestellen und kann es anderen nur empfehlen.

Wunderbar indisches Essen. Wir haben nun schon mehrmals dort bestellt und können nichts beanstanden, die Lieferung erfolgt überaus schnell (auch PayPal möglich) und immer sehr freundlich. Es ist bisher auch immer so heiß bei uns angekommen, als hätten wir es selbst gerade vom Herd geholt, wirklich top! Ob Hühnchen, Lamm oder Ente (keine typische Chinaente) oder auch eine große Auswahl an vegetarischem Gerichten, alles war bisher überaus lecker. Wir haben alles Mögliche an Indischem ausprobiert (zu zweit meist um die 4 Gerichte, 2 davon für später) und es ist immer vielseitig gewürzt und ausgewogen (dazu leckeres Naan Brot oder Reis, auch lecker ^^) und genau das, was bestellt wurde. Wir haben bei der Restaurantauswahl nach "indisch" etc. gesucht, ohne dass Döner usw. dabeisteht, damit das Geschäft evtl. auch Ahnung von indischem Essen hat und bei Smile Bernies wurden wir nicht enttäuscht. Tatsächlich hervorragendes, indisches Essen. Immer wieder gerne! =) Es war auch mal ein Chili Cheese Burger dabei (bisher keine Döner/Drehspießgerichte), der war in Ordnung, aber nicht so herausragend wie die indischen Gerichte. Bei bestimmter kulinarischer Vorliebe, lieber auf die #Tags achten und bei Smile Bernies stand dort nur "Curry, Indisch" und nichts weiter, deshalb haben wir dort bestellt und das können sie scheinbar sehr gut. Stände dort auch "Italienische Pizza" in Kombination mit Döner oder so, hätten wir ursprünglich vermutlich nie bestellt.

Verdammt gutes indisches Essen. Das Nan Brot war warm und leicht mit Butter bestrichen. Die beiden Gerichte waren super aromatisch und man hat gemerkt dass die Soßen aus allerlei Gemüse und Gewürzen zubereitet waren. Dieser Lieferdienst braucht sich nicht hinter den indischen Restaurants in Erfurt verstecken, ganz im Gegenteil wenn Sie diese Qualität beibehalten sollten Sie ein eigenes Restaurant aufmachen, denn schon jetzt sind Sie besser als einige Lokale hier.
