Top address on Fehmarn. We have been there several times over the past few years for both coffee and dinner and have been thrilled every time. The kitchen is always an absolute pleasure. There is someone at the stove who knows his business and thinks about how to refine something fine. Likewise the service. The employees are always friendly and accommodating with an absolute eye for the guests. Thank you for the wonderful hours we were able to spend there.

Für ein spezielles Angebot – 5 Gang-Gänsemenü zum Preis von 59,00 Euro – hatte ich mir einen Tisch reservieren lassen. Der Empfang war wie immer und erwartet freundlich/aufmerksam, mein reservierter Tisch war ansprechend eingedeckt. Als Aperitif wählte ich einen sogen. Wintersekt, der gut gekühlt und prickelnd serviert wurde. Dazu wurde frisches Brot und Gänseschmalz*) gereicht (*das man übrigens auch käuflich erwerben kann). Das Menü startete mit einer Gänseleberterrine, die mich optisch und auch geschmacklich voll überzeugte. Zum 1. Hauptgang wurde Gänsebrust mit Apfelfüllung, Rotkohl und Kartoffelkloß serviert, alles perfekt abgestimmt und ganz nach meinem Gusto. Das Tranchieren am Tisch war für mich bereits appetitanregend. Das Sanddornsorbet als Zwischengang war erfrischend und anregend. Der 2. Hauptgang – Gänsekeule mit Rosenkohl und Serviettenknödel – konnte mich nicht überzeugen. Mir war die Keule zu trocken, was ich auch auf Nachfrage reklamierte. Fairerweise muß ich erwähnen, daß man mir einen neuen Gang anbot. Da ich kein sehr guter Esser bin lehnte ich das aber dankend ab. Das Dessert – ein Marzipaneis mit Rumkirschen – bildeten einen perfekten Abschluß. Der georderte doppelte Espresso ging auf Haus als kleine Entschuldigung, eine nette Geste. Es war für mich ein rundum angenehmer Abend, abgerundet durch den sehr aufmerksamen Service trotz des gut besuchten Restaurants.

Das Wullenwever ist ein kulinarisches Highlight in Lübeck. Jedes Gericht hat mich überzeugt, geschmacklich wirklich ein hohes Niveau. Das historische Gebäude verleiht dem Restaurant eine tolle Atmosphäre, und der Service war sehr angenehm. Gehört für zukünftige Ostsee-Urlaube immer auf den Plan.

They're friendly... they want to offer service... but they can't. Actually more expensive than at the KÖ in Düsseldorf. That wouldn't matter to us. We would have paid 70 euros for 2 xl schnitzels and 2 cokes... it's a vacation and you treat yourself to something. Although actually quite expensive for a shack. But after 3 attempts within a year we give up. 1.x there was only one schnitzel left (it can happen, although they were the first guests that day...) We were told twice that the supplier simply wouldn't deliver anything. 3 times with please please we would have gotten schnitzel... why we had to tell us please please sold... I have no idea. Then we wanted to order at the table... and we were told that they only had gypsy or hunter's sauce and that the other types were no longer available. We were also told that there would no longer be XL schnitzels... but only small ones... Got up and went further Are not angry with our money I don't think there will be any more next year... the guests aren't stupid.

I like the modern style combined with a Baltic Sea flair at Bartmans Kitchen. The service staff is very friendly and attentive. All you can say about the food is - simply delicious! Very nicely presented and sufficient size. Highly recommended.

Best sushi in Kiel and one of the best I have tried in Germany. All ingredients fresh and good quality. The sushis are big and the chef is very generous with everything. One can feel the commitment for excellence and not only commercial gain. Thank you very much!

Our wedding location at Milestone in Lübeck on August 17th, 2024 was simply fantastic and created the perfect setting for our special day. The atmosphere was exactly what we hoped it would be – classy, ​​romantic and elegant. Both the rooms and the outdoor area are unique and beautifully designed and the location in the middle of Lübeck was ideal for our celebration. Ole and his team were extremely professional, warm and attentive, which made the entire day smooth and relaxed. He gave us great and patient advice in advance and fulfilled all of our wishes and changes. Our guests were thrilled with the location as well as the great service and the 4-course menu. We couldn't have imagined a better place for our wedding and would love to relive the day in this beautiful location. Absolutely recommended!

Stopped by here by chance on the first evening in Grömitz. The heated beach chairs encouraged us to linger. 😉 Wine, food and above all the super nice and warm service brought us a nice end to the day. And...we made a reservation to eat Labskaus on Friday. Premiere 😅 ...and since Google takes a long time to upload🤷‍♂️...the Labskaus evening was really nice. We had a very nice couple at the table. Premieres labskaus was delicious. We just felt comfortable. Thanks.

A very special experience. Very friendly service and great cuisine. Both the starter and the main courses were excellent. The journey from Bergedorf was worth it.
