Elli's Snackeria in Fehmarn

We always enjoy coming here when we're on Fehmarn. The atmosphere is always super relaxed and easygoing. You can tell that the Primesurf team put a lot of effort into the interior design of the café. Everything is very stylish and cool. The coffee and sweet snacks are delicious. So far, we've only tried the ice cream and homemade energy balls. The bowls also looked incredibly delicious. From the café, it's just a short walk to the water. There you can watch the kitesurfers and stroll along the dike. The café itself also offers a few games, such as slacklining and cornhole, so that young and old can enjoy themselves.

You can definitely relax and enjoy a delicious meal at Primesurf. It's perfect as a stopover between Gold and Orth on a bike tour, or for a break from surfing. Very friendly service, a delicious small menu (the chicken wrap is heavenly). There's both indoor and outdoor seating.

100% recommendation. Great school. Pleasant teachers. The café and garden are perfect for chilling. Showers available. I love being there.

Unfortunately, it's not what it used to be. The food is now incredibly expensive and not tasty. I wouldn't recommend it since Primesurf took over. When we were there today, they had two types of cake, which you can buy at any bakery. The falalfel bowl consisted mostly of pre-made pickles, which was really disgusting. We won't be coming back.

Friendly service and delicious food. The portions are nice and large and filling. There are various seating options inside and outside, and a few games and equipment are set up in the garden.

After a delicious meal, I decided to rent a kite and head out on the water. The new café with its kite station and large parking lot turned out really great. Kaja, the back office manager, and the entire team were friendly and helpful as always. We'd go back anytime!

A super nice kite spot, with plenty of parking right on site. I took a private lesson there and can highly recommend the kite school. The team is super friendly, the instruction is great and competent, and the work is a lot of fun. The center is super relaxed and inviting. I'll definitely be back!

A true highlight on Fehmarn! The Prime Surf Café impresses with its relaxed atmosphere, friendly service, and a great selection of drinks and snacks. The coffee, in particular, is highly recommended! Here, they place great emphasis on good beans, portafilter coffee, and latte art! Wonderful! The cappuccino was a delight! The café exudes a pure surf vibe: cozy, uncomplicated, and decorated with attention to detail. Dog owners are also welcome – our four-legged friend was even given water and a few cuddles. In conclusion: A place to feel good and return. If you're on Fehmarn, you should definitely stop by! Highly recommended: the falafel bowl! 😍 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (5/5)

A disappointing development. Under Ellie's management, the café was great – delicious food and a pleasant atmosphere. Since Primesurf took over, everything has changed: The food is expensive and barely edible, but the coffee is still good. The idea behind the café is still strong, but the current management seems completely clueless. Very disappointing.

The location not far from Gollendorf is under new management. We were there with friends and I have to say it was worth it 🤩 A nice place to chill, dedicated, happy employees 👍🏻 Today there was live music, tasty bratwursts in a really tasty ciabatta roll. Conclusion: A real asset with a good price/performance ratio We were very impressed and thank you for the great hospitality, you are a great team🥇

Super Bowls! (Referring to "Ellis Eck 2024", Primesurf took over the store in 2025)

I was at CaféPrimesurf in Gollendorf for the first time last weekend - and it impressed me in a pleasant and sustainable way. Outside, a small play area with slackline, cornhole and ladder golf invites children to keep busy and adults to chat in a relaxed manner. The newly established kite school provides a sporting environment; The students ended the day with an Aperol - a calm, friendly vibe. The interior looks like a lovingly designed living room: modern, warm, with a wide view of the spot. You immediately feel welcome without it seeming artificial. From a culinary point of view, I was completely impressed by the burrata bread (you have to eat it), and the ChaiLatte is actually the best I've tried on Fehmarn so far. The team was friendly, attentive and pleasantly quick. In short: Primesurf is a real asset to the island - a place where you enjoy spending time, whether after a session on the water or just for a quiet break. A big compliment to the operators for adding another very successful meeting place to Fehmarn.

Anyone who is here on Fehmarn should definitely make a detour to the Primesurf Café. Here you can not only learn to kite, but also eat and drink really delicious food. I can recommend the chicken wrap and the cappuccino. The staff is super friendly and the atmosphere is very successful. Keep it up 👍

A really great, new café on the dike. Relaxed atmosphere, with a surf school. There is a play area for children, delicious coffee, cake and also hearty meals. We'll definitely be back!

A recommended stopover on the bike tour... good selection of drinks and food or cakes, the coffee variations were also tasty. The ambience is modern with rustic accents, and there is also a large outdoor terrace. Everything looks new, fresh and clean... this also applies to the ceramics department.

Has lost its “local” charm. I always enjoyed going to Elli's, now it's a store like any other that's there to expand your business. Too bad!!! Unfortunately, more and more entrepreneurs are coming to Fehmarn, similar to the Ahoi Camp. Just a bit of surfer style isn't enough. Greetings

Super tasty bowls and very good cakes.

The location is quite outside, right on the kite beach. The menu is clear but well thought out. The dishes are prepared with love and well made. You can pass the time with outdoor games on the large lawn and there are board games to borrow inside for the little ones.

You probably have to declare it an insider tip. Not well signposted, the extremely modern and stylish bistro is located at the end of a small dead-end street, directly in front of the dike leading to the Baltic Sea. Lots of chilled out corners, lots of play opportunities for children. Drinks for every taste, lots of great dishes including punch and tarte flambée. Self-service makes sense here. There is a large parking lot that costs €1 per hour right next to the bistro. Motorhomes are also allowed to park there and spend the night (€2 per hour, max. €8 per day).

Mistakes can happen to everyone, but then you (or woman) should also have the strength to apologize. Dear Elli, attacking people is not a nice move.

I found 3.50 euros for a 0.33 soda from a bottle that you take out of the fridge and open yourself to be quite expensive. The outdoor area is very nice, hence three stars. (processed)

Perfect ambience to wind down after a good day on the water

Very nice restaurant. We had a great cheesecake, a chai latte and a beer. The juice spritzers are recommended. View of the sea... Small terrace and small garden with play equipment for young and old! Large free parking lot.

After we searched for stones for a long time in... cold coastal wind, we stopped by here for a hot cocoa. We were here some time ago in the summer. Staff is super friendly and accommodating. The location is very, very cool and offers great seating outside in summer. The garden also offers a kind of playground with a balance board and slack line, which I personally think is really cool. We tested the snacks like tarte flambée in the summer and they were incredibly tasty. Today we grabbed the hot cocoa and a piece of cake. Price wise, everything is totally reasonable. The cake was delicious (cherry hazelnut cake) and the cocoa was okay. However, I'm deducting one star because unfortunately it's just "automatic cocoa". I actually think that's a shame. But it's not a waste of time and at least it warmed us up. We took our tablet with cocoa and cake into the van were allowed because the weather didn't really allow sitting outside. So if you go for a walk there and look at the kiters and then feel like having a tarte flambée, this is absolutely the right place for you. Update June 24, 2024 Been here today in the most beautiful sunshine. We had a chai, an iced tea, a veggie bowl and two pieces of cake. Everything was very, very tasty! The bowl was really big and lovingly prepared. The cakes taste very good and fresh. A lot of it is vegan and organic, which I also find very positive. Self-service is part of the store's concept. But for me that's absolutely okay. The location is great. This can be used as an excursion destination, especially by bike or on foot. In terms of price, it was absolutely okay for me. I'll test the cocoa again when I get the chance ;)

Delicious, also for vegans, and therefore exclusive to this schnitzel and plaice island. Unfortunately there are only five seats in the booth, so bring nice weather for the outside seating!

When we arrived at 5 p.m. there was only tarte flambée left, all bowls and salads were sold out/no longer in stock. Paid parking space! Park freely for the first quarter of an hour. The tarte flambée was delicious.

We were here recently for a walk on the dike and found the local ones more by chance, which we are very happy about in retrospect. Super delicious tarte flambée in a completely relaxed atmosphere. Very nice people behind the counter. The bowls and cakes also looked great. And a very cool view outside. Absolutely recommended We will definitely come back on our next vacation.

Ein junges Team mit viel Freude am Gast. Es wird alles mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Die Snackeria ist eine Selbstbedienung. Der Gast bekommt seine Getränke sofort und bei Speisen, die einer Zubereitung bedürfen, einen Pieper, der signalisiert wenn das Essen fertig ist. WICHTIG! Der Pieper kann seitlich ausgeschaltet werden. Da muss keiner durch den schön gestalteten Außenbereich piepsend laufen.😂

Jedes mal wenn ich hier bin, mit Gästen oder allein, ist es ein Hochgenuss für Auge und Ohr. Das Team ist super freundlich und kompetent. Salatbowls, heute die Schmorgurken, der Flammkuchen, alles geschmacklich und optisch ein Hingucker. Die Kuchenauswahl ist groß. Immer wieder etwas anderes im Angebot. Sogar selbstgemachte Belgische Waffeln! Ihr seit eine Bereicherung für die Insel.

Sehr schöne Lage. Direkt hinterm Deich. Sehr leckere Bowl und Flammkuchen gegessen. Superfreundlicher Service. Einfach toll. Und nicht zu vergessen, der extrem leckere vegane Schokokuchen

Kleines aber Feines Lokal mit abgelegener und ruhiger Lage. Wir sind spontan zum Abendessen hin & haben uns für eine Bowl (auch vegan) entschieden. Diese sind wirklich frisch zubereitet und sehr lecker. Preisleistung stimmt bei der Portion. Das Personal war auch sehr freundlich. Wir waren auf der Durchreise und wollten uns das Essen ursprünglich gerne mitnehmen aber hätten dafür leider 10€ Pfand für ein Behältnis zahlen müssen. An sich eine super Idee und spricht für Nachhaltigkeit aber für Urlauber/Durchreisende leider etwas blöd, da man (wie wir) nicht unbedingt nochmal dort vorbeikommt um den Pfand wieder abzugeben. Ich finde 10€ auch etwas zu hoch, dafür einen Stern weniger. Demnach waren wir „gezwungen“ dort zu essen, was nicht schlimm war da es sehr zwanglos und einladend gestaltet war. Es war recht gut besucht und wir haben uns noch einen freien Tisch ergattern können. Schade auch, das es keinen eigenen Parkplatz gibt. Der Parkplatz (mit Schranke und Ticketautomat) ist gebührenpflichtig und kostet 1€ pro Stunde, was aber noch okay ist.
