Gambero Weinbar in Bad Schwartau

When you enter the restaurant you can see the attention to detail. The furnishings are cozy, well-kept, inviting and very individual. The staff is extremely friendly and we felt warmly welcome from the first minute. The food is prepared with a lot of love and is also something for the eye. We will definitely come back!

The bruscetta was very good, the spaghetti aglio e olio I have eaten better. Just store-bought baguette with butter isn't great for an Italian either. The price-performance ratio, well. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. BUT: How can you still offer foie gras these days???????????

Super good service and very, very good quality food. Great ambience. Very good daily menu with great, unusual dishes on it. We had the scallop which was really very good. Perfect winemaking. The price is absolutely fair for what you get in terms of service and quality. Perfect restaurant for a special occasion or as a festive occasion.

I expect from a noble Italian: He can do pizza. Far from it: Ventricina Spicy Salami 17.90 euros. Totally burnt on the edge and the very thin base as well. The salami is too salty! No, I didn't like it. Tip for the innkeeper according to the motto: do good and talk about it. Still water is free! This should also be reflected at the top of the invoice: Still water....0.00 € The rest of the six people in the family were very happy. (they didn't have pizza either)

Very high quality cuisine, recommended by the Michelin Guide! There are no children's dishes on the menu, the waiter asked our child what he likes and offered him something individually. That was great and tasted good. Gladly again at any time! But you should reserve in advance.

On August 28th, 2024 we visited the Gambero wine bar for the third or fourth time. Again it was a wonderful meal. We found the flavors to be very well balanced. The antipasti plate already pleased our taste buds. The sea bream was very good, just like the Iberico and the Surf'n Turf.

Absolute favorite restaurant! Great quality, great staff and nice atmosphere. We always enjoy coming here!

Hamburg - Lübeck is a great place where I went with my friends during my short holiday. I would like to thank the owner of the business, Mr. Bilal. He is both the kitchen chef and the service person, who is attentive and relevant to his customers. It specializes in Italian cuisine and has its own special menu. It was a good dinner. You definitely need to make a reservation. Definitely will go again..

We were here for the first time and felt very comfortable. The food was very, very tasty. We didn't feel rushed to eat because of the 3-course meal. Top! The restaurant and the outdoor area are a small oasis of well-being and we were able to switch off from the outside world. Of course the service contributed to this. Thank you very much and we will come back... as well as recommend you ;)

On a weekday, the two of us entered Gambero around 6:15 p.m. We didn't reserve a table because the visit was a spontaneous idea. A reservation wouldn't be necessary either, because the restaurant is completely empty inside at this time, and outside we also have a free choice of three tables. The ambience is attractive, modern, well-kept. The welcome is friendly. A bit surprising: even though there are two of us, we are only given one menu, which we then study one after the other. I decide on a Pizza Verdure with vegetables for €15.90 and a small Pilsner. Both are served after a reasonable waiting time. The pizza looks appetizing and tastes good. However, for the price I expected an even greater variety of vegetables and not just peppers, mushrooms, eggplant and zucchini.

The service is very good. The staff is always friendly and helpful. All wishes will be tried to fulfill. The furnishings are very modern and, in my opinion, do not match the external appearance 100%, but they appear to be of very high quality. The food is delicious. The menu is manageable (as usual in restaurants of this type) and offers something for everyone. The quality is very good and everything tastes perfectly.

We had a very good 3 course menu that we put together ourselves. The service is courteous, friendly and obliging. However, the food was served much too quickly. We would have liked to have had a little more time. Always happy to come back

A nice atmosphere, very attentive, friendly service and excellent food

The food is really a poem! We love going there to really pamper ourselves and our taste buds. Yesterday we had tuna tartare and beef tartare as starters. Simply super delicious! We also think it's great that the dishes are interpreted differently from time to time. For the main course I chose a rib-eye steak, which was not only great in size, but also melted in the mouth as smoothly as butter. A perfect dish for anyone who likes to eat well and indulge.

We were extremely satisfied. The 3 course menu (see pictures) was excellent. We simply give it a very good rating. The greeting from the kitchen is on the same level. The Burgundy (Dreissigacker) is at the right temperature. 155 € reasonable. It's a shame, a restaurant like this would be something for our hometown of Münster.

Meine Frau und ich haben auf der Fahrt nach Usedom in Bad Schwartau Station gemacht. Unser Menü war ausgezeichnet. Selten so gut gegessen. Service eine glatte eins. Schade, eine so gute Weinbar gibt's bei uns in Münster leider nicht. Der Abend war ein Ereignis. Der Dreisigacker Graue rundet das Menü trefflich ab.

Third (or fourth) visit to Gambero Weinbar and each time I have left the restaurant more than satisfied. The list of wines offered by the glass could be more extensive. Parking possibilities in the restaurant's yard are limited.

Great service and nice atmosphere. Unfortunately, the pizza is not at the restaurant's usual high level. The Gambas with Aglio e Olio is also not particularly recommended for value for money. Maybe we just didn't order optimally, as my wife really enjoyed the scallop and shrimp duet on our last visit.

Always an experience. All employees are courteous, friendly and well trained. The best meat and fish are served and stylishly prepared. The side dishes and dessert correspond to the high quality. The chef and owner personally ensure every guest has a wonderful time. “You get what you pay for”

Es gab keine großen Wartezeiten, und das Essen hat allen zwölf Personen sehr gut geschmeckt. Im Vorfeld des Termins wurde ich angerufen und gefragt, wo wir uns denn gerne hinsetzen würden. Das ist schon mal ein weiterer Pluspunkt für dieses Lokal. Ich sage noch mal danke schön für die sehr schönen Stunden die wir bei Ihnen verbringen durften. Machen Sie einfach weiter so. Gamero Weinbar hat uns wieder begeistert. Die Vorspeise mit Jakobsmuscheln und Garnele war perfekt zubereitet. Zum Hauptgang hat der Tunfisch und Pulpo perfekt geschmeckt. Die Gerichte sind sehr schön angerichtet und der Service perfekt. Immer wieder gerne ☺️

Schade, wir kannten das Gambero als ein Lokal welches sich sehr viel Mühe gab das Essen toll auf dem Teller anzurichten. Diesmal war das Gericht ziemlich einfach auf den Teller serviert.
