It was once again very nice. The food was good as always, the service was very friendly, and being able to eat outside in such a nice atmosphere in this good weather is just nice.

On August 28th, 2024 we visited the Gambero wine bar for the third or fourth time. Again it was a wonderful meal. We found the flavors to be very well balanced. The antipasti plate already pleased our taste buds. The sea bream was very good, just like the Iberico and the Surf'n Turf.

Hamburg - Lübeck is a great place where I went with my friends during my short holiday. I would like to thank the owner of the business, Mr. Bilal. He is both the kitchen chef and the service person, who is attentive and relevant to his customers. It specializes in Italian cuisine and has its own special menu. It was a good dinner. You definitely need to make a reservation. Definitely will go again..

We were here for the first time and felt very comfortable. The food was very, very tasty. We didn't feel rushed to eat because of the 3-course meal. Top! The restaurant and the outdoor area are a small oasis of well-being and we were able to switch off from the outside world. Of course the service contributed to this. Thank you very much and we will come back... as well as recommend you ;)

From the service to the excellent food to the location, I can't really think of anything else that I would miss. The food yesterday was fantastic again and we definitely have to go to Bad Schwartau more often 😋

Everything was right, the service was super friendly. On the beautiful terrace you can while away lovely hours with a great selection of wines to accompany your meal.

On a weekday, the two of us entered Gambero around 6:15 p.m. We didn't reserve a table because the visit was a spontaneous idea. A reservation wouldn't be necessary either, because the restaurant is completely empty inside at this time, and outside we also have a free choice of three tables. The ambience is attractive, modern, well-kept. The welcome is friendly. A bit surprising: even though there are two of us, we are only given one menu, which we then study one after the other. I decide on a Pizza Verdure with vegetables for €15.90 and a small Pilsner. Both are served after a reasonable waiting time. The pizza looks appetizing and tastes good. However, for the price I expected an even greater variety of vegetables and not just peppers, mushrooms, eggplant and zucchini.

The service is very good. The staff is always friendly and helpful. All wishes will be tried to fulfill. The furnishings are very modern and, in my opinion, do not match the external appearance 100%, but they appear to be of very high quality. The food is delicious. The menu is manageable (as usual in restaurants of this type) and offers something for everyone. The quality is very good and everything tastes perfectly.

We had a very good 3 course menu that we put together ourselves. The service is courteous, friendly and obliging. However, the food was served much too quickly. We would have liked to have had a little more time. Always happy to come back

The food is really a poem! We love going there to really pamper ourselves and our taste buds. Yesterday we had tuna tartare and beef tartare as starters. Simply super delicious! We also think it's great that the dishes are interpreted differently from time to time. For the main course I chose a rib-eye steak, which was not only great in size, but also melted in the mouth as smoothly as butter. A perfect dish for anyone who likes to eat well and indulge.

Meine Frau und ich haben auf der Fahrt nach Usedom in Bad Schwartau Station gemacht. Unser Menü war ausgezeichnet. Selten so gut gegessen. Service eine glatte eins. Schade, eine so gute Weinbar gibt's bei uns in Münster leider nicht. Der Abend war ein Ereignis. Der Dreisigacker Graue rundet das Menü trefflich ab.

We were extremely satisfied. The 3 course menu (see pictures) was excellent. We simply give it a very good rating. The greeting from the kitchen is on the same level. The Burgundy (Dreissigacker) is at the right temperature. 155 € reasonable. It's a shame, a restaurant like this would be something for our hometown of Münster.

Fantastic food, great staff - highly recommended. Have lived in Timmendorf for 20 years and unfortunately have only just discovered the restaurant - there is nothing comparable in the area; will probably be a regular customer!

Third (or fourth) visit to Gambero Weinbar and each time I have left the restaurant more than satisfied. The list of wines offered by the glass could be more extensive. Parking possibilities in the restaurant's yard are limited.

Great service and nice atmosphere. Unfortunately, the pizza is not at the restaurant's usual high level. The Gambas with Aglio e Olio is also not particularly recommended for value for money. Maybe we just didn't order optimally, as my wife really enjoyed the scallop and shrimp duet on our last visit.

If you want something very special. Everyone was very friendly and competent. Italian classics and fine dining in a relaxed atmosphere...

Always an experience. All employees are courteous, friendly and well trained. The best meat and fish are served and stylishly prepared. The side dishes and dessert correspond to the high quality. The chef and owner personally ensure every guest has a wonderful time. “You get what you pay for”

Die Gambero Weinbar kann ich nur weiter empfehlen. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, diskret und immer da, wenn man sie braucht. Es gab keine großen Wartezeiten, und das Essen hat allen zwölf Personen sehr gut geschmeckt. Im Vorfeld des Termins wurde ich angerufen und gefragt, wo wir uns denn gerne hinsetzen würden. Das ist schon mal ein weiterer Pluspunkt für dieses Lokal. Ich sage noch mal danke schön für die sehr schönen Stunden die wir bei Ihnen verbringen durften. Machen Sie einfach weiter so. Die Familie Achterberg und ihre Gäste wünscht Ihnen eine schöne Zeit.

Das Personal sehr freundlich, das Essen gut, aber die Speisekarte enorm geschrumpft, die Angebote auf den Tafeln sind seit Jahren gleich. Schade, ein bisschen Abwechslung wäre schön. Und für ein Glas Weißwein 9,90€ zu verlangen ist schon sportlich.

Gamero Weinbar hat uns wieder begeistert. Die Vorspeise mit Jakobsmuscheln und Garnele war perfekt zubereitet. Zum Hauptgang hat der Tunfisch und Pulpo perfekt geschmeckt. Die Gerichte sind sehr schön angerichtet und der Service perfekt. Immer wieder gerne ☺️

Schade, wir kannten das Gambero als ein Lokal welches sich sehr viel Mühe gab das Essen toll auf dem Teller anzurichten. Diesmal war das Gericht ziemlich einfach auf den Teller serviert.

Erneut hat sich unsere Runde zum gemeinsamen Essen hier getroffen. Aufgefallen ist mir zunächst, dass das Restaurant leerer war als sonst, aber das mag wohl an der Jahreszeit liegen. Die Karte hat sich verändert aber es gibt immer noch die Tagesspezialitäten. Das Essen kam zügig und bis zum Essen wurde uns auch noch Aufmerksamkeit geschenkt. Nach dem Essen kam niemand mehr und fragte ob noch alles ok sei, auch nicht bei sichtbar leeren Gläsern. Es sei erwähnt, dass ich nach Genuss eines Vitello Tonato und einer Pizza Gambero eine unruhige Nacht verbracht habe. Sorry aber diesmal war das nicht überzeugend.

Es passte wirklich alles- vom Empfang bis zur Nachspeise war alles mehr als perfekt. Habe lange nicht mehr so fantastisch gespeist. Preis- Leistung passt absolut. Tolles Ambiente und zuvorkommender Service. Dankeschön

Sehr lecker gegessen, Thunfisch-Tartar sehr frisch und lecker, Rinderfilet, superzart und köstlich! Lediglich der offene Rotwein hat uns nicht überzeugt. Der Flaschenwein war sehr gut. Sehr schönes Ambiente, uns war es etwas zu laut gestern. Insgesamt hatten wir einen wunderschönen Abend. Danke noch einmal an das ganze Team!

Das Essen ist ganz gut, aber nichts Besonderes. Kellner sind nett, so lange man keine Extra-Wünsche hat.

Wir waren zum ersten Mal hier. Freunde haben uns den Italiener empfohlen. Und wir haben es nicht bereut. Es ist wirklich rundum super. Terrasse sehr schön, Personal und Chef sehr freundlich und humorvoll. Ich mag das. Vorspeise Jacobsmuscheln. Perfekter Garpunkt - schön glasig. Hauptspeisen Steak, Iberico und Kalbssteak. Alles super. Weinauswahl ist perfekt. Alles in Allem, wir kommen definitiv wieder. Einziger Punkt wäre, es ist nicht günstig. Sicher alles hat seinen Preis, aber wir haben zu viert, drei Gänge mit Wein und Absacker, 350€ bezahlt.

Wir hatten das Tages Menü und es hat alle unsere Erwartungen erfüllt . Beim Zwischengang Hagen wir die falsche Beilage bekommen und als Entschuldigung gab es es Risotto als extra Gang . Eigentlich mag ich nicht so gern Risotto , aber dieses Risotto mit Spargel war wirklich hervorragend und ich war begeistert! Tolles Essen , super freundlich und kompetenter Service! Ich wollte gern den Hauptgang tauschen , da ich kein Lamm esse , war überhaupt kein Problem! So wünscht man sich Service .Danke!Auch der Nachtischteller einfach super ! Immer wieder gern Gehobene Küche 👍🏼

Für einen gemütlichen Abend mit leckerem Essen steht die Gambeo Weinbar immer wieder zu unseren bevorzugten Restaurants. Auch dieses Mal war es wieder vorzüglich. Da wir jetzt seit einigen Monaten nicht dort waren, viel auf, dass auch hier an der Preisschraube gedreht wurde. Und das sowohl für die Speisen als auch für die Getränke. Aber das ist wohl der aktuellen Situation geschuldet. Wir kommen trotzdem gerne wieder, wenn auch nicht so oft wie früher mal.
