Very good and highly recommended brunch buffet on Sundays...be sure to reserve a table in advance. However, it's very loud in the larger room, which is really annoying. Drinks are charged separately and sometimes take a while to arrive. We've been there several times now and will go again...it's worth it.
We came here spontaneously and were lucky to get a table for four people without a reservation.
We were immediately impressed by the atmosphere and ambiance. We were shown to our seats with a friendly welcome, and the excellent service continued until we left. The food was incredibly delicious, and the portions were generous for the price. We were all full and had no complaints. The "Kartoffelkeller" is 100 percent recommended. We'll definitely be back.
Not at all inviting, and you're treated condescendingly. The customer should be king! Opening hours should be open daily in March, according to the website, but that's not the case at all. The service staff seem disorganized and overwhelmed when you walk in, and they work excessive amounts of overtime. The working conditions aren't good, and the employees feel sorry for you because you're given short-notice shift schedules and have to work more than 10 hours a day. How can work be fun then? Communication should be the be-all and end-all. Not recommended.
The staff was very friendly and attentive. The food was delicious, and you could even taste the crisp freshness of the salad leaves served as a side dish. A truly recommended visit.
Personally, I think the food is really tasty. The service is very nice and the ambience is also in a neat, clean condition. Personally, I think it's cheeky that people complain about children. Children are hungry too, and the fries are delicious too.
Unfortunately, the range of dishes on offer is no longer as varied as it used to be, there is a lack of staff in the kitchen and at the pasta station. We miss the freshly prepared pasta variations! Even a shortened opening time apparently cannot solve the personnel problem.
Update March 2024:
After a few more visits to the CITTI Park in Lübeck, we noticed that the staffing situation in the restaurant had noticeably relaxed and the pasta station was also open normally again.
Super tasty, freshly prepared and all for little money, we always like to come back to eat pasta!
Fast delivery but the meat for the most part (almost all of it) in two salad kebab boxes the meat only consists of cartilage. So unfortunately inedible. So I wouldn't recommend it. It's a shame considering the price you now pay for it.
We ordered box 3 (chicken, vegetables and pasta) as well as another menu to take away. As soon as I opened the box all I saw was noodles, I thought maybe the chicken and vegetables were strangely at the bottom of the box, but that wasn't the case. Accordingly, box 1 was sold to me but box 3 was charged for €7. Mega annoying! When you come here, pay attention to what you put in the box and check the contents immediately after receiving it! The taste was okay and it filled you up.
