GOSCH Travemünde in Lübeck

Essen war gut.Aber es gibt massiven Abzug für folgendes: Auf einem großen Schild wird der Fang des Tages beworben. Nachdem ich lange Zeit angestanden hatte hieß es das sei schon lange aus. Ich fragte warum das Schild dort noch hängt und ob man es wenigstens abhängen könnte oder auswischen. Dies wurde mit bösen Blicken ignoriert. Die Mitarbeiterin war genervt, unfreundlich und wohl mit dieser Aufgabe überfordert

Wir bestellten 2 Matjesfilet mit Sour Cream , Backkartoffel und Salatbeilage,Fazit für 16,90€ einfach nur schlecht . Der Salat war wahrscheinlich aus der Tüte und das Unverschämte :total braun an den Rändern. Die Kartoffel war maximal ok, einzig die Matjesfilets waren lecker !

Das ist weit entfernt von der gewohnten Gosch Qualität. Ein Plastikstück im Essen gefunden, fertig Kartoffelsalat, der wie von einem Discounter schmeckt. Kleine und lieblos angerichtete Portionen zu total überteuerten Preisen. Ein gelangweiltes Personal, das nicht auf das Plastikstück im Essen einging. Fazit: nie wieder Gosch in Travemünde

The salmon spaghetti was super tasty and it was a large portion. Only recommended :)

One star because you can't rate it otherwise. We are always horrified at the price at which shabby, loveless fish sandwiches are offered just to be seen. A shame for the coast!!!! But there are other shops with a love of fish and the coast. Just open your eyes!

Wir waren letzten Sonntag da,ich sollte für 2 Getränke 12,40 € bezahlen,habe 50€ gegeben und 35 € zurück bekommen,das Kleingeld wurde in eine Dose gelegt,ich war so baff das ich sprachlos war Das Essen war sehr gut

The food is delicious as always

Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio is not right when you spend EUR 120 for 2 adults and 2 children, but you had to get everything yourself from the counter. Unfortunately, the fried potatoes were also cold. Gosh, you can do better than that!

We are frequent guests here for a delicious fish snack as well as a filling meal with freshly tapped beer or well-chilled wine. We were also welcomed here with our uncle, who suffers from dementia. Understanding additional napkins, the space required for the wheelchair and much more. made me feel good about being a guest, even though the store was very full. Good-humored staff, structured from ordering to clearing away, we'll definitely see each other again next time we're in Travemünde.

I was at Gosch's in Travemünde today and I'm not impressed. The fish roll at Hamburg Central Station at Gosch is 100 times better and fresher. In Travemünde the roll was old and so was the fish. I wanted to complain but none of the employees could speak German and understand me. More quality please!

I have never had such a hard herring roll. It wasn't edible. But there was a replacement for that. Unfortunately it wasn't much better.

I really don't know why the staff who serve the food are so unfriendly, it's the same in Grömitz. For me, the gentleman is the face of the shop and should be friendlier. I don't think I'm in good hands there

Although they are known for their fish sandwiches, the rest of the restaurant leaves a lot to be desired. I understand that Easter weekend isn't exactly a fun time and working hours have come to an end, but that shouldn't stop the staff from being friendly and helpful. I'm sorry it takes me a minute to choose a dish. If this annoys the chef, make the menu smaller. My breaded fish was a good portion for the price, fresh and flavorful. But the fried potatoes were fried in an oil that left a rancid taste, indicating either an irregular oil change or too low a cooking temperature, both of which are unacceptable. The bacon wasn't fried with the potatoes, if you can tell they were fried. I won't come back.

Cramped toilets, restaurant crowded but delicious food

We bought fish sandwiches there and found them a bit dry.

A short lunch break. I ate a salmon sandwich. Could have been a little more salmon.

The fried potatoes were not good. The 3 different fish fillets were only 2 different and in other branches they were higher quality fish. Overall, of course, it tasted good. But others are simply better. I don't know if these are common methods, but here noodles are warmed up and then served.

Food very tasty, but self-service. This is very expensive for these prices.

Very nicely located on the water, ships pass by 🛥️⛵🛳️, real feel-good atmosphere 👍. The food, like almost everywhere at Gosch, was great 😉🍤🦞🍽️, drinks too 👍🍹🍺. For us, a visit to Gosch is simply a must when we are in Travemünde!! Lots of space, whether inside or outside!

Had potato pancakes with crabs. Unfortunately the potato pancakes weren't potato pancakes but rather potato pancakes from a bag.

View of the harbor / Trave, if the weather is good you can sit outside and let the sun shine on your stomach. So much for the positive. Bought fish sandwiches to take away. When we arrived at the hotel it was in the bag 1 roll, a thin slice of salmon and 2 slices of onion as a topping for €4.50 per roll. No lettuce leaf or anything else. We had something similar in Boltenhagen, Café Klönschnack only for €7.50 The restaurant was busy at the time, so the other dishes would have been okay in terms of quantity and taste. But it's normal today, a lot for a little!

Plaice is good, fried potatoes are fine

We know many Gosch branches and that's why we give them 4 stars. The staff was quick and friendly. We sat nicely in the sun, but the many would-be Travemünde people with their boastful chatter at full volume were annoying. Thai noodles with shrimp were very tasty, but heavy on the stomach. Nevertheless, we spent lovely hours in the Gosch

I really enjoy going to Goschi...the food is always very good. The service could be a little nicer and more attentive (clean tables). Otherwise tip top

Had a drink before. If there is something going on around the Trave, it is relatively certain that the store will be well stocked. Gosch generally has slightly higher prices but everything tastes great. There is no service on site, so you always have to get up and get something yourself for drinks and food. The processes there are well organized.

The Gosch Travemünde lives from the view of the huge 🚢 ships and the sailing boats ⛵️ The food is frozen and tastes good. The guest/guests have to organize the service, everything is cleared away, drinks and dishes themselves. Yes, that works...

With a view of the water. Nice location and delicious fish sandwiches. The white wine was also delicious. Staff could smile more.

I visited Gosch in Travemünde first thing in the morning when it opened and was surprised at how quickly the shop filled with tourists - a real magnet! A note for newbies: The service is self-service, meaning you have to place orders at the counter and pick up the food and drinks yourself. Since there are separate counters for food and drinks, this requires a bit of coordination and extra walking, which can be a bit of a challenge when there is a lot of traffic. There was a little confusion when ordering; Not all dishes on the physical menu were available, which forced me to adjust my choice directly at the counter - a little tip: always keep an eye on the current daily menu! It should be noted that it was uncomfortably cold in the store, possibly because we were there right at opening time. Nevertheless, I would have expected that a comfortable temperature would be ensured in advance. In addition, the noise level in the restaurant was very high, with hardly any sound insulation between the tables, which made the conversation atmosphere somewhat challenging. Despite the self-service and the slightly higher prices, I have to say that the quality of the food, especially the fish platter, was absolutely convincing. However, I find the prices quite high for the self-service concept offered. In my opinion, table service would have justified the price level. However, the taste of the food was great and the quality of the fish was undeniably good. A highlight was definitely the beautiful view of the water, as the restaurant is located directly on the shore, which made the whole thing a special experience. Overall, the visit shows that the quality of the food is the main focus at Gosch, even if the service concept, pricing and the acoustic and climatic conditions in the restaurant may not be for everyone. It is still a recommended place for fresh fish lovers who are willing to put up with a bit of self-organization and adapt to the surrounding conditions. I wish all future visitors good luck in finding a time that is not so busy to fully enjoy the experience.

Never again! The fact that the two fish sandwiches with two drinks cost over 20 euros is not the problem. But the quality is really poor! The rolls were dry and very poorly topped! Every gas station does this better.

Ordering from the board on the wall and paying immediately after standing in line was strange at first. The Piper who didn't hum for ages. And queuing and paying for drinks again caused a bit of frustration on an empty stomach. The atmosphere at the mouth of the Trave, however, was great. Next time I'll go if I'm just a little hungry. But would the meal then have been eaten? In terms of taste, everything I tried wasn't really my thing. Looked better than it tasted to us. But we will come back just because of the beautiful place with the light and the view. It doesn't always have to be the best.

Delicious fish rolls. The rolls are crispy and fresh. A few lettuce leaves in between and it would be perfect. The white wine also tastes really good. Sitting in the sun when the weather is nice. Wonderful🌞

So these aren't fish rolls, just a loveless piece of baked fish with thinly spread tartar sauce????? I know much better places there. You shouldn't rest on your name. And if the service staff don't want to do their (probably poorly paid) job, then as a business owner you have to react! My conclusion: Gosch on the subject of fish rolls = quality and price absolutely underground, never again!!! Serious disappointment!!! The star is still too much!

Nice location in Travemünde. We were here in the off-season at the end of January. The staff was, as usual, attentive and friendly. I have no idea why the door to the terrace was open, no one was sitting there; She just let in a lot of fresh air with every movement. The Thai noodles were ok, but the fitness salad was well above the pain threshold at €22.50. A good portion of salad with two pieces of toasted baguette and about ten shrimps. Are you crazy? It cost just under €16, including VAT. It can't be an increase. I know that the Sylts have their origins with the pirates, but that's how we're thinking about the visit.

When we mentioned at the end of the order that we would like to take the food away, we were told that we would have to see whether that was still possible. The bowl was very tasty. I was very disappointed with the fried herring menu with fried potatoes. These were the worst fried potatoes I have ever eaten. Dry, not crispy and poorly seasoned. The bacon was simply spread raw on top. The restaurant makes a very well-kept impression and is nicely decorated. I don't think the price/performance ratio is right. For €40 for 2 people, I've eaten much better "to go" elsewhere.

We love Gosh. Compared to other branches, we didn't find this one quite as good. Maybe it was because the fish soup was only lukewarm. We still felt comfortable and would love to come back.

Direkt an der Fährhafenzufahrt ist die Lage ideal, um auf ein Glas Wein und einen kleinen Fischimbiss zu verweilen. Selbst an kalten Tagen, wenn die Sonne scheint, ist es auf den Plätzen draußen wie ein Tag Urlaub. Eine willkommene Auszeit. Man kommt ins Gespräch mit netten Leuten und bestaunt die großen Fähren, die ein und aus fahren. Die Fischgerichte sind lecker, der Hauswein süffig. Die Bedienung am Tresen und andere Servicekräfte sind freundlich. Man könnte allerdings auch gerne, wie in anderen Filialen, Heizstrahler aufstellen und bei Bedarf betreiben.

Habe noch nie so schlecht bei Gosch gegessen. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht.

Küche etwas verpeilt, 2 Essen bestellt der Summer geht aber nur ein Essen fertig, somit war Essen 1 kalt. Hat aber trotzdem geschmeckt. Neuer Versuch Edelfischteller, die drei Fischstücke sind in Ordnung, aber die Beilagen, Flusskrebse und Bratkartoffeln sind völlig trocken, ich möchte nicht wirklich wissen wie pufft die schon erwärmt wurden 🫣🥴

Ich bin ein absoluter Gosch Liebhaber.

Sehr gutes Essen, das man allerdings selbst holen muss, abgeräumt wird durch das Personal. Highlight ist, dass man die ein- und auslaufenden Schiffe beobachten kann. Kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Gosch in Travemünde ist für uns der schönste. Drinnen wie draußen sitzt man hervorragend direkt am Wasser mit Blick auf den Schiffsverkehr. Das Essen ist gut und die Preise noch vernünftig. Manchmal ein bisschen sehr trubelig, aber halt beliebt. Nur an den Fischbrötchen muss man noch arbeiten.

Love going to Gosch! Great backfisch! Partner had excellent fish soup. Always excellent for a no fuss meal.

Keine Muscheln, Fischsuppe ging so, aber Fish and Chips nicht genießbar (Pommes ranzig und alt) der Edelfischteller keine Qualität. Beim Bier und Wein konten die wohl nichts kaputt machen. Absolut kein Vergleich und Vergnügen gegenüber Gosch Sylt. Das Lokal war auch um 19:30h nur halb gefüllt, haben wohl schon mehrere gemerkt. Also keine Empfehlung!

Weihnachten in Lübeck, da muss ein Ausflug nach Travemünde her ! Bei herrlichem Wetter , erst an der Ostsee dann an der Trave spaziert Richtung Hafen. Ziemlich durchgewindet und durchgefroren landeten wir im „Gosch Sylt“ ! Mit einigen Vorurteilen zur Systemgastronomie wurden wir eines Besseren belehrt. Schneller unkomplizierter Service, mit einem Essen oberhalb unserer Erwartungen und einem guten Glas Rotwein zogen wir um 50,-€ ärmer aber mit einem Lächeln von dannen , wohl wissend: Wir kommen wieder ! Fischbrötchen mit Brathering für 3,80 Euro. Das nenne ich einen fairen Preis direkt an der Promenade. Finde ich in den heutigen Zeiten super.

Das Fischbrötchen war richtig lecker. Der Glühwein sehr lecker und nicht so spritig . Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis unschlagbar. Wir halten hier immer gerne an wenn wir in travemünde sind.

Das Personal ist sehr nett, man muss aber seine Getränke und auch das Essen am Trehsen selber bestellen, im voraus bezahlen und dann auch selber zum Tisch holen. Abräumen macht das Personal. Das Essen war sehr lecker und auch der Glühwein war in Ordnung.

Typisch Gosch, alles perfekt und so schmeckt's

Es war unser erstes Mal. Wir waren begeistert über das Ambiente, das freundliche Personal und natürlich über das sehr leckere und reichhaltige Essen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Hier können wir leider nur 2 Sterne geben. Haben ein Matjesbrötchen und ein Bismarckbrötchen zum mitnehmen bestellt. Zurück im Wohnmobil mussten wir feststellen, dass die Brötchen sehr mager belegt waren. Auch hat es geschmeckt als würde es den ganzen Tag in der Auslage gelegen hätte. Die Angestellten hatten sich in einer Arabisch oder Südostenasiatischen Sprache lautstark unterhalten und der Angestellte war ohne Emotionen und hat kein Wort gesagt, außer "was bekommen Sie". Keine Begrüßung und kein Tschüss. NIE WIEDER ..... MfG Dennis und Kathi mit tierischer Rasselbande

Gegrillter Fisch war sehr fettig (gegrillt???) Bratkartoffeln offensichtlich nicht frisch. Da SB Imbiss, keine Bewertung des Service, außer Abräumservice. Freundliches Personal hinter den Theken. Tolle Lage,direkt an der Travemünde. Für 50-60€ kann man mehr erwarten!!!

Gosch ist immer wieder gut - die Location ist klasse und das Essen gut. Es ist zu vielen Zeiten sehr trubelig und man steht manchmal sehr lange fürs Essen und die Getränke an.

Selbstbedienungsimbiss, Grillfisch war an der haut total fettig, wie kann man Edelfisch sooo versauen? Bratkartoffeln unter Standard.Für 2 Personen über 50 € ausgegeben?!?! In fast jedem anderen Imbiss hätte man uns die Füße dafür geküsst. Für uns steht fest: Einmal und nie wieder!
