Dirty shop with no love. Unfortunately, of some pizzas I tried in Zittau, this was the worst.

Ordered here to pick up and was very friendly on the phone. I was greeted very nicely when I picked it up and everything just came very fresh from the kitchen. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, opening the door and so on... We'll definitely be back here next time or order something delicious here. The price is very fair, but quality comes at a cost. Taste great. Service top notch. Highly recommended!

At first it couldn't be ordered online, but after calling, it wasn't possible again until 30 minutes later then after the 30 minutes mentioned ordered, waited 45 minutes for the food Wrong pizza delivered, then had to wait almost 30 minutes until the right one came. Almost 2 hours after the first attempt to order, I was finally able to enjoy my pizza and satisfy my hunger. If it takes that long again I'll soon be with the competition.

Some of the pizzas were cold and unfortunately the taste was not that yellow of an egg. It was within the time between ordering and delivery. We probably got a bottle of cola as compensation

I really don't know why the negative criticisms have to be written in such an unfriendly and disgusting way. That is definitely friendlier! I personally love Roma, I've been a regular customer for years! Except for once in 6 years I have been extremely satisfied!!! The food tastes great, the staff is friendly and you get your food within 30 minutes.

Today we spontaneously ordered pasta and sushi. After 60 minutes we were able to pick up everything (we had to travel a little further anyway, so 60 minutes was completely ok). Everything was delicious and to our liking! And the young woman who served us was also very friendly! We'll be back!
