Pizzaria Roma in Zittau

We waited about two hours for our food. The food was partly very unusual in its overall composition, partly tasteless, and clearly prepared with little care. We wouldn't order from here again.

Simply a huge menu. There's everything from kebabs to Indian food to salad.

It was delivered on time. We had Indian chicken and lamb, and it was delicious.

I ordered food today and there was a hair in my salad.

Such a dump. The food you ordered and paid for simply doesn't arrive. And they hang up on the phone. -10 stars

I bought beer here and it was past its expiration date 😤 My stomach hurt!

A real surprise, what a delicious meal we had here! Delicious rice dish with tender chicken, superbly seasoned. And for a price you'll happily eat again!

We were visiting my parents and ordered pizzas, kebabs, and fried noodles for dinner. The food was delicious. The price is reasonable compared to Hesse 😀. We'll be back next time.

My entire family, who live in and around Zittau, has been ordering from this Pizzeria Roma at Innere Weberstraße 26, 02763 Zittau, for over 10 years. Deliveries are quick and undamaged, no matter the time of year or day. Change is easy to get when paying in cash, which is often problematic with other delivery services in Zittau. In all these 10 years, the food has always been very appetizing and hearty. Friendly service and a very well-kept shop. The food is often delivered so hot that we sometimes let it cool down—it couldn't be better. We recommend this Pizzeria Roma at any time and give it 10 out of 10 points. My brother works at the Hotel Adlon in Berlin and also enjoyed eating there on visits to Zittau. We suggest this Pizzeria Roma be named the Best Pizzeria in Zittau. We've read all the reviews about this pizzeria and evaluated them within our family. We can assure you that many of the negative reviews are either inaccurate or exaggeratedly negative! Really good food, reasonable prices and quick delivery.

We had Indian food with fresh naan bread. We were pleasantly surprised. It was wonderfully seasoned and freshly prepared. Delicious. We'll be back.

I really don't know why the negative reviews have to be so unfriendly and disgusting. It could definitely be done more kindly! I personally love Roma. I've been a regular customer for years! Except for one occasion in six years, I've been extremely satisfied! The food tastes great, the staff is friendly, and you get your food within 30 minutes.

You order a burger with just bread, meat, and cheese, but you get one with everything on it. So I called them and told them I'd received the wrong delivery... After that, I was insulted and taken for a fool by someone who only understood what I was trying to say after five explanations (which isn't meant to be offensive, but the less they understood, the more they said it was my fault and I was just unlucky...). In the end, I paid €30.00 for a burger with the wrong toppings, a cold pizza, a soggy schnitzel, and insults...

Order via Lieferando. Delivery took 2 hours although "normal" is 45-60 minutes. We were disappointed with the pizza delivered 🍕. It was warm but otherwise nothing but cheese and frozen dough. You can buy a frozen pizza and have more of it...

Ordered 3 times, dissatisfied 3 times... The first time we ordered a cream schnitzel and got a gypsy schnitzel instead, the second and third times we ordered a pizza, which was stored crookedly in the transport box and therefore the topping stuck to the box rather than to the pizza... In addition, a kebab plate was not delivered with the desired garlic sauce and a few onions, but with herb sauce and no onions. So if you like surprise food, feel free to order... Not us anymore!

The staff is very friendly and the environment is satisfactory. But the taste of the pizza (mozzarella) is too bad. I don't know what the other dishes taste like.

Pizza with 4 types of cheese is delicious

On Sunday we ordered at 6:30 p.m. and at 8:50 p.m. we still hadn't received delivery.

The prices are now just a catastrophe, the prices given there don't even come close to fulfilling what they promise. The smallest pizza rolls there are, 8 pieces for 7€. A small Margherita now costs €8 and delivery costs €4 within Zittau (even more outside of it). The shop itself is very clean, but there is no place to eat in front of the shop. If you really think about it, it's just a snack bar with far too exorbitant prices.

Pizza with gyros was good, but my wife had kebab with cold meat.

Disgusting from start to finish!! You can also clearly see what ambitions you have from the reaction of the operators: none at all!! "The customers like it" - yes, those who have never eaten pizza outside of TK. I don't know what the nationality of the operators has to do with pizza - they can't do it at all!! Pizza also floats in the box because it is much too small (a large one was ordered. When I called I was threatened by the operator). So you can only stay away from this store. It's absolutely abnormal what's going on and the health department is now being informed. It stinks and looks like it hasn't been cleaned by the previous owner since it opened 😝 If I were Rome - I would sue the operators! This name is absolutely disgraceful. edit after the operator's answer: if you would put half as much energy into your food as your bad answers here, everyone would be helped. Your food is garbage - for some it's safe enough. Since you definitely don't pay yourself or your employees a salary, I don't know where the challenge lies in "staying on the market". small note: there is a market for garbage in Zittau ;) and my frustration is based on your disgusting way of dismissing any criticism. but the health department will come by soon :) clarify the rest with them!

n Indian who makes pizza and kebab - you already know beforehand that it just can't work :/ I have no idea why I tried it, it was exactly like the impression - absolutely subterranean edit after the operator's answer: 1. So if you are Arab then it is even more shameful what subterranean results you deliver. Inshallah you at least have respect for God if not for people and food. 2. your reviews are abysmal. both here on Google and on Lieferando. but instead of facing the absolutely justified criticism of your customers, you say a stupid "many customers like it." Just don't do any extra work, no. 3. your service is as bad as your food and your reviews. cannot be offered to anyone. but hey, if I ever get a visitor that I want to get rid of as quickly as possible, then I'll be happy to come to you :)

Not recommended - just put a small pizza in a large pizza box and then that's it. When I called to clarify, the owner was a bit threatening... I'll stay away from there and advise everyone else not to do it

I don't understand the bad reviews. When I call, the response is ALWAYS friendly, I usually have my food within half an hour (of course it can take longer if there are a bunch of orders, it's a restaurant and I completely understand) and I always enjoy it very much. Keep it up dear ones <3

The first and the last time. Ordered from them via Lieferando. Unfortunately we waited an incredibly long time for the food. (2 hours) As a result, the food was cold, as expected. In addition, the food wasn't as hoped, we didn't like it. Soggy and cold potato wedges, cold burgers and cold pizza rolls. Were very disappointed. But what do you expect from a cold meal? We called after 1.5 hours to ask where our order was. We didn't really get an answer, I guess I didn't feel like talking. We are very disappointed because of the points mentioned. That's why it will probably have been the first and last time to order there.

Wrong size pizza. Ordered 30cm when ordering. 27cm received. When you called, it was assumed that you wanted to accuse them of fraud. Regarding the answer: Photo of the pizza with size available. It wasn't 30 cm. I opened a case with PayPal and am getting the money back for the bad pizza in the wrong size.

You eat well, the food is not out of this world but you eat well, a very extensive selection of dishes, very friendly staff, recommended

Barbecue sauce way too sweet, I almost got diabetes!!!

We just ordered 2 kebabs, they arrived after almost 2 hours, as you can guess ICE COLD! After I spoke to the boss on the phone, he gave me his word that next time we would get a kebab for free. For €31 paid for 2 kebabs + a salad, this is really a meager “excuse”. Otherwise we were always very satisfied, but this is really very disappointing.

Weil die Burger halt einfach lecker sind. Trotz 20min Fahrzeit kommen sie warm bei uns an. Immer wieder gerne!

Schmeckt gut, die Lieferzeiten werden allerdings nie eingehalten.

Bestellung zur Lieferung. 5 km entfernt. Es wurde 1 Dürüm (normal) mit knobisoße & 1 Döner (ohne Bauernsalat) mit knobisoße bestellt. Empfang beim telefonieren war etwas schlecht, deswegen hat der Kollege in der Pizzeria alles (richtig) wiederholt was wir bestellt haben. Nach einer Stunde kam ein normaler dürüm & ein normaler Döner mit Kräutersoße an. 2 Sterne weil der dürüm wahrscheinlich geschmeckt hätte, bin aber einfach kein Kräutersoße Fan.. deswegen bestell ich ja auch knobisoße

Super schnelle Lieferung, Pizza's gut belegt und auch geschmacklich zu empfehlen.

Wiener Schnitzel (180g) Fleisch lt. Karte Angekommen sind 121g lt. Waage. Lecker ja - satt nein. Für mich - Betrug !

Es ist mal so,mal so das Essen. Aber ich bestelle dennoch gern hier,da die Preise einfach mal stimmen. Man darf nicht vergessen es ist kein 4* Restaurant. Sehr Freundliche Fahrer! Die Wartezeit ist manchmal bissl lang aber wenn man selber kocht, dauerts genau so. Alles in allem also Gut!:)

Wir holen uns dort gern etwas. Die Qualität ist super und die Preise günstig. Das Personal ist immer freundlich und nett. Lieferung klappt auch ohne Probleme. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Crispy Chicken burger here is so good and it is worth the money

Die Auswahl ist groß, über Pizza, Döner, Pommes, Pasta und Burger bis hin zu indischen Spezialitäten und ist vielleicht nicht billig, aber lecker und seinen Preis wert.

Super Nette Leute und essen ist warm und schmeckt super vom Burger bis hin zu Pizza und calzone schmeckt alles wunderbar Jederzeit wieder

Döner in Ordnung, Pizza geht mal zum Pizzatag und sonst riecht alles nach Maggiwürze und Fertigprodukten gleich wenn man rein kommt.

Sehr gute Bedienung und sehr freundlich das Essen war sehr gut und man brauchte auch nicht lange warten
