Both the sushi and the hot dishes taste excellent. We've eaten there many times and have never been disappointed.

The food has always been delicious so far. Unfortunately, it's either lost quality or lacked motivation. Everyone knows by now that the employees don't speak up and always give you grim/annoyed looks, but today I got lukewarm, over-salted fried noodles, and the Maggi bottle probably flew out of my hand and spilled over the noodles. What a shame...

I had lunch there with colleagues and was surprised by the wide selection on the menu and the generous portion sizes. I will definitely order there again. Everything was delicious!

We've already bought sushi twice. It tastes excellent and has always been freshly prepared. We'll continue to get our sushi here.

I always enjoy the food, it's of good quality, so I always enjoy going there. The dining area is nicely designed and somewhat separated from the Kaufland area, which I like.

Opening hours in the summer are until 8:00 p.m. You call at 7:00 p.m. and want to order something, but you're turned down. The staff doesn't want to make any more sushi, even though the shop doesn't close for another hour. The atmosphere is absolutely uninspired, and if you try to buy something in person, you're given an annoyed look that you're even ordering anything. It's a miracle the shop still exists!! We only order from the competition: Taumii (Zittau). This shop is friendly, tastes great, and costs just as much. Update: Based on the owner's comment, you can see how rude this shop is in calling us liars. They clearly advertised that they are open until 8:00 p.m. during summer time. Daylight saving time changes in March. We are happy to provide proof, including when we called. Then it will be really embarrassing for the owner!

Ridiculous "service" – never again! What a joke. I wanted to order fresh sushi at 7:33 p.m. – half an hour before closing time. The answer: "No, we don't do any more. Only hot dishes." Their reason? It was "too time-consuming" and they were just about to call it a night. Sorry, but if a sushi restaurant is too lazy to prepare fresh sushi, it doesn't deserve the name. That has nothing to do with service or quality, but rather with convenience and a lack of respect for paying guests. Totally unprofessional and disappointing in my opinion. Anyone who operates like that shouldn't be surprised by the bad reviews. I definitely won't be coming back – and I won't recommend it to anyone.

We often get sushi and fried noodles here. Everything is always fresh and tastes delicious. The price/performance ratio is also good. We definitely recommend it 😉

We spontaneously ordered noodles and sushi today. We were able to pick everything up after 60 minutes (we had a bit of a commute anyway, so 60 minutes was perfectly fine). Everything was delicious and exactly what we wanted! And the young woman who served us was very friendly! We'll be back!

If the food here wasn't delicious, I'd probably never go back. You really feel like you have to apologize for ordering, your order is taken with a shake of the head, and the staff doesn't even look at you. All in all, I really don't recommend it.

We go there regularly to get our food and are happy with it. Order, set a time, arrive, and that's it! Pricewise, it's a bit more expensive than other places, but the food is delicious.

IMPOSSIBLE SERVICE...!!! Preferably minus 5 stars... At around 5 p.m. we wanted to order 2 pasta dishes to take away. No guest in the store. The seller didn't even look at us at first, didn't even take our order, then he said unkindly "It's taking a while...!" (Wouldn't have been a problem for us since we still wanted to go shopping anyway.) Again, no interest was shown and I looked annoyed. I then asked him: "You don't feel comfortable with it now?" He mumbles something incomprehensible. I asked again, then he replied in a loud and aggressive tone: "OK"...we were totally horrified and left the counter because of this subterranean unfriendliness!!! You can't make money like that...outrageous and brazen!!!

I have to agree with many previous speakers. The food was very good, although I only know the red Thai curry. Pricing is interesting but doesn't matter. The unfriendliness for an Asian, restaurateur and service provider is minus one star. As far as I'm concerned he can go down to the basement to laugh but let him stand there for 5 minutes without greeting and then have no reaction to my greeting is unbelievable. Well, it's difficult to change the fact that you sit between the information center and the fruit counter in Kaufland. But in addition to the “large” portion, for €9 I would at least expect my dish to taste more than just salt. When I complained about it and said that I would like to have it new, there was no way.

Food was quite tasty, there's nothing wrong with that. However, that is the only positive thing. Where should I even begin with the bad stuff? You can't understand him on the phone and if he doesn't feel like it, he hangs up. You also feel like you're sitting between the information center and the Kaufland fruit counter, so everyone can watch you. Now let's get to the worst thing about the whole place. It's all the employees (except the one woman). I've eaten there several times now and it felt like you had to apologize for wanting to order. And when employees try to talk to you, they either ignore you or don't open their mouths. So all in all a totally unfriendly staff, so I definitely won't recommend it. With regards without kindness.

The taste is really delicious, but the service is absolutely subpar. You feel like you almost have to apologize when you place an order. And if you order sushi, you get a heartfelt, annoyed groan from the staff for free. And that wasn't the first time that the staff reacted completely unmotivated and annoyed when a customer dared to enter the store and place an order. Everyone has a bad day, so we always gave the store a chance, but the bad mood there seems to be permanent. Unfortunately, the remaining reviews confirm my impression and the owner's response letters just scream disinterest and demotivation. It's really a shame that the store scares away its customers so much. If the service was anywhere near as good as the food, there would be more good reviews and certainly more customers. Too bad...

Unfortunately I have to revise my rating from 3 years ago. The food is still delicious and easily deserves 4 to 5 stars. Once you get what you want. What unfortunately doesn't work and feels like it's getting worse and worse is the staff's absolute unwillingness to work. In no other store have I ever felt as much of a supplicant and unwanted as I do here every time. Standard orders are received very indifferently, but please don't make the mistake of wanting sushi. This is either met with a large portion of displeasure, or rejected completely without a word of apology. This is behavior that is damaging to the business - is that clear to the owner? I wanted to give the store another chance after a long time and regretted it. After the dear gentleman once again didn't feel like making sushi, someone else got my money. That was definitely the last time...

The sushi was ok but the service was very unfriendly. When I ordered (by phone) I could barely understand the conditions and then they just hung up on me?! I wasn't even sure if the order was even accepted.

Das Essen ist super lecker & sehr zu empfehlen. Die Preise & Qualität des Essen sind sehr stimmig & überzeugen auf ganzer Linie. Allerdings mangelt es stark an der Freundlichkeit des Personals. Man wird geduzt & das Personal wirkt immer sehr genervt & stark desinteressiert. Bei so einem Gesichtsausdruck & Verhalten vergeht einem jegliche gute Laune! Eventuell sollte mal Rücksprache mit dem Personal geführt & an dem Umgang mit Kunden gearbeitet werden. Alles in Allem super aber bitte etwas mehr Respekt & Höflichkeit.

Absolut empfehlenswert. Kundenorientierter Service - klasse Sushi. ~ Das war einmal.... Im Jahr 2023 hat man stark abgebaut. Wenn man 17.30Uhr gern etwas bestellen möchte - Öffnungszeiten bis 19.00 - wird kurzerhand gesagt "Zu Spät!" und dann aufgelegt 😂 Na dann. Ich empfehle das Sushi Restaurant in Varnsdorf, günstiger, schmackhafter und FREUNDLICH.

Wir bestellen hier seit etwa 2 Jahren regelmäßig und holen ab für zu Hause. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist Top. Freundlichkeit ist mir persönlich nicht wirklich wichtig beim bestellen oder abholen. Das was ich bestellt habe, bekam ich immer in sehr guter Qualität und zu einem moderaten Preis.

Essen seit vielen Jahren in guter Qualität. Jedoch hat die Freundlichkeit des Personals abgenommen. Die Mitarbeiter wirken sehr unmotiviert, und bekommen kaum ein Ton über die Lippen. Preise sind ebenso auf einen angemessenen Niveau. Wir holen nach wie vor gern hier essen ab. Jedoch sollte der Betreiber die Motivation der Mitarbeiter steigern.

Bei unseren spontanen Einkehr haben wir uns für Nudeln und Tofu entschieden. das Essen wird frisch zubereitet und schmeckt. man sitzt bequem ,alles ist ordentlich und sauber.

Konnte leider nicht bestellen, da es mittags nur "warme Speisen" gibt. Damit waren meine Tempura Rolls (die sind doch auch warm?) und die vegetarischen Inside Out Rolls leider raus. Fehlt mir ehrlicher Weise ein bisschen das Verständnis. Schön wäre, wenn diese Info irgendwo vermerkt wäre - evtl. habe ich sie überlesen? - die Möglichkeit möchte ich nicht ausschließen, allerdings habe ich auf der vietnamesischen Website auch schlechte Karten gehabt.

Wirklich tolles Shusi, hätte ich in Zittau nicht erwartet. Nach der Preiserhöhung hat sich die Qualität auch spürbar verbessert. Immer wieder gern.

Das Sushi ist einfach super lecker!

Die verschiedensten Gerichte sie Sushi, Curry oder aber die einfachen gebratenen Nudeln mit Fleisch sind immer frisch und schmecken gut. Das Personal hat manchmal Verständigungsprobleme, aber bis jetzt ist immer alles gut gegangen. 4/5 Sterne!
