Pizza Parma in Zittau

A clean shop in the center of Zittau and a very friendly team! We had a delicious meal – cauliflower and gratinated chicken. We were very satisfied. Thank you :)

The pizza was frozen food and didn't taste particularly good, me and my colleague now have stomach ache. I don't recommend it

Ordered a burger and a kebab. Both came relatively promptly. Burger was acceptable, fries were edible. The kebab was cold and extremely dry. A garlic sauce dip was ordered with the fries for which the supplier wanted €2(!) without prior agreement or anything else. That was my last order there. Parma has already slacked off, didn't think that changing the name would bring even lower standards.

I've ordered from there twice, delivery was pretty quick, the curry itself is very tasty, but the doner sauce tastes extremely sweet and I don't like it at all.

Some of the pizzas were cold and unfortunately the taste was not that yellow of an egg. It was within the time between ordering and delivery. We probably got a bottle of cola as compensation

The food used to be so delicious, the order was wrong, burnt. The sauce was just disgusting, even for us the last time we ordered it.

The kebab itself was delicious (the meat was old) but a short time later I had severe stomach pain

Since it's Bella Italia the food has been absolutely rancid. Pizza burnt on the outside, raw on the inside, the ham didn't taste good anymore. The kebab skewer was turned on 2 minutes before the kebab was made. Sauce and salads are old and don't taste good

Toilet is a mess, food is half cold, wait up to 45 minutes to load

I would like to give no star. There was no spaghetti on pasta day. I would prefer not to say anything about the toilets. A dark atmosphere all around. A rude employee. I ordered a Greek salad with pepperoni and got one with olives and tuna. We didn't get any drinks at all. Not recommended.

Comments and requests are ignored or delivered incorrectly, and unfortunately, this has happened repeatedly. Among other things, the delivery person doesn't even deliver the order to our apartment door. This will definitely be the last time we order.

I ordered the food for pickup. It was reasonably quick. However, a glimpse into the kitchen dampened my anticipation of the pizza somewhat... At home, the collective review was rather mediocre. The smell and taste were reminiscent of fries (old grease?). The boxes were dripping with grease, and the flavor wasn't that great. All in all, the service was good and the staff friendly, but the food wasn't particularly impressive. It was a try, and I'll stick with it. Unfortunately, even the low price doesn't improve it.

Food is okay for the price but delivery times are a disaster and that's not the first time.

Ordered pizza for 3 people. Truly the worst pizzas we have ever eaten. No taste and also a hair in one pizza. Conclusion We will never order anything there again.

The pizza tasted acceptable, but unfortunately, they didn't offer any alcoholic beverages. I had the Hollywood pizza with an egg. As far as I know, the egg is supposed to be cooked thoroughly in restaurants, but that wasn't the case. A few hours later, I was stuck on the toilet.

Delicious pizza and Indian dishes at a reasonable price. Delivery is prompt, and the food is still hot when it arrives. Perfect for a quick stop and takeaway or delivery.

The taco and fries were okay, as was the doner kebab, but the doner kebab was very dry, you had to hunt for the mushrooms on the Jägerschnitzel, the pizzas were very greasy, the pizza Diavolo was missing pepperoni, the hamburger was at least half a day old and had been microwaved, so no one wanted to eat it, and the enchilada was unfortunately inedible. We were pretty disappointed for the price.

Nie wieder! Nicht mal die Nudeln haben diese " Fachkräfte " hingekriegt. Wir wären fast erstickt an den Nudeln, so trocken waren sie. Wahrscheinlich haben die schon die ganze Woche gelegen...., selbst der 1 Stern ist noch zu viel. Von der Hygiene ganz zu schweigen....🤮

Das Essen war sehr lecker. Bestellung war überpünktlich.

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Top essen aber Mal ernsthaft, die indischen Gerichte mit Huhn für 10€!!! Und es kommen halbvolle aluschalen wo nicht Mal mein Neffe satt wird? Ich gebe auch ein Stern Abzug für lieferqualität. Essen ist handwarm, Pizzabrot kalt und labbrig...

Wir haben als Familie am späten Nachmittag vor Ort gegessen, also außerhalb der Stoßzeiten. Am Schnitzeltag hatten wir uns auf lecker Schnitzel gefreut, mussten dann aber feststellen, dass es ausschließlich Hähnchen"schnitzel" gab, also keine Schnitzel am Schnitzeltag! Schnell umdisponiert und aus der recht internationalen Karte etwas anderes ausgewählt. Der Service war schnell und freundlich und so hatten wir recht zügig unsere Getränke und Speisen am Tisch. Alles war sehr lecker und gut gegart. Die Einrichtung und die sanitären Anlagen haben bessere Zeiten gesehen und wirken veraltet und erneuerungswürdig. Die Sauberkeit war ausreichend, da gibt es aber noch Potenzial. Über den Lieferdienst können wir natürlich nichts sagen, aber vor Ort und außerhalb der stressigen Stoßzeiten sollte man dem Laden durchaus einmal einen Besuch abstatten.

Mit Durchzug. Mitarbeiter hat kaum deutsch gesprochen,Pommes versalzen, Schnitzel ohne jeglichen Geschmack.

Da in Zittau um 2000h die Bürgersteige hochgeklappt werden, hat man nicht viele Möglichkeiten. Pizza Parma, Preis Leistung ok.

Essen hat für geschmeckt gab leider keine alkoholischen Getränke..

Das Essen war ausserordentlich köstlich und sehr schön zubereitet. Ich kann diese Gaststätte nur weiter empfehlen. Die Anlieferung erfolgte schnell und es war ein freundlicher Kontakt. Fazit: Sehr gute Qualität zu einem fairen Preis. Vielen herzlichen Dank.

Toller Laden und sehr Freundliches Personal. Essen ist schnell zubereitet und schmeckt sehr Lecker. Die Pizzen sind auch zu empfehlen.

Ich würde sagen wir sind Stammkunden.🙈😅 NATÜRLICH schmeckt es nicht wie selbstgemacht oder wie im 4* Hotel ABER wenn ich keine Lust oder Zeit habe zu kochen und das Essen so billig ist,was erwarten manche Leute? Die Fahrer immer nett! Essen mal besser mal schlechter. Lieferzeit auch mal sehr schnell mal länger. Dennoch bestelle ich hier gerne. 😌

Hier gibt es 3 Sterne, weil die Bedienung sehr nett war. Sonst war das Essen nicht spektakulär, dafür war es aber preiswert.
